소자약침(蘇子藥鍼)이 Type 1 Hypersensitivity에 미치는 영향

Objectives: We studied on anti-allergic effects of Semen Perillae Herbal Acupuncture(SPHA) and Semen Perillae Herbal Acupuncture Solution(SP). Methods: In vivo, Animals were herbal-acupunctured SPHA at both ST36 three times for 5 days. Then, we investigated compound 48/80-induced active systemic anaphylaxis (ASA) using ICR mice and anti-DNP IgE-induced passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) using Sprague Dawley rat. In vitro, we measured cell viability, b-hexosaminidase release, IL-4 and TNF-a from RBL-2H3 cells after treatment of SP of various concentrations. Results: In vivo, SPHA pretreatments at both ST36 inhibited compound 48/80-induced ASA. PCA was inhibited by SPHA pretreatments at both ST36 and optional points. In vitro, SP treatments were not affect on cell viability and inhibited b-hexosaminidase release, IL-4 and TNF-a. Conclusions: These results suggest that SPHA and SP may be beneficial in the inhibition of allergic inflammatory response.
Evaluation of Ku-band Ground-based Interferometric Radar Using Gamma Portable Radar Interferometer

The Gamma Portable Radar Interferometer (GPRI) is a ground-based real aperture radar (RAR) thatcan acquire images with high spatial and temporal resolution. The GPRI ground-based radar used in this studycomposes three antennas with a Ku-band frequency of 17.1–17.3 GHz (1.73–1.75 cm of wavelength). It canmeasure displacement over time with millimeter-scale precision. It is also possible to adjust the observationmode by arranging the transmitting and receiving antennas for various applications: i) obtaining differentialinterferograms through the application of interferometric techniques, ii) generation of digital elevation modelsand iii) acquisition of full polarimetric data. We introduced the hardware configuration of the GPRI ground-based radar, image acquisition, and characteristics of the collected radar images. The interferometric phasedifference has been evaluated to apply the multi-temporal interferometric SAR application (MT-InSAR) usingthe first observation campaigns at Pusan National University in Geumjeong-gu, Busan.

The conventional PID controller has been widely employed in industry. However, the PID controller with one degree of freedom(DOF) can not optimize both set-point tracking response and disturbance rejection response at the same time. In order to solve this problem, a few types of 2DOF PID controllers have been suggested. In this paper, a tuning formula for a 2DOF PID controller is presented. The optimal parameter sets of the 2DOF PID controller are determined based on the first-order plus time delay process and a real-coded genetic algorithm(RCGA) such that the ITAE performance criterion is minimized. The tuning rule is then addressed using calculated parameter sets and another RCGA. A set of simulation works are carried out on three processes with time delay to verify the effectiveness of the proposed rule.
