      • Pipe 및 Hose Ass'y 생산시스템 공정최적화 설계 연구

        자동차 에어콘 부품인 Pipe 및 Hose 조립 공정의 생산성을 향상시키기 위하여 공정분석을 실시하였다 시간 연구법에 의해 대상 공정인 5개의 Pipe 및 Hose Ass’y공정에 대한 관측을 하였고. 그 결과 공정별 요소작업및 요소작업별 표준시간을 설정하였다 표준시간을 기초자료로 활용하여 line balancing을 실시한 결과 공정을 재배치 하게되면 공정의 균형 손실이 현저하게 줄어든다는 것을 알 수 있었다. Process analysis was conducted to improve productivity of the automobile airconditioner parts assembly lines. First, five pipe and hose assembly lines were observed by time study methodology. Using the results, element works of target assembly lines and standard time of element works were fixed. Next, line balancing methodology was utilized to evaluate current productivity of target process and layout status The results suggested remarkable line balancing effects when target process relocated

        중·고등학교 급식종사자들의 위생관련 업무 수행도 분석

        The purpose of this study was to develop methods for foodservice employees to perform by measuring their levels of sanitation and hygiene practices. The employees' sanitation and hygiene competency list for school foodservice was developed on the basis of the job standardization. The competency list was divided into three parts; (1) before starting the work, (2) during the work and (3) after the work. The levels of the employees' sanitation and hygiene practices were evaluated by dietitians and by the employees themselves. Most schools had conventional foodservice systems (83.4%), which were operated by contract management (94.8%). It was found that the highest practice level related to sanitation and hygiene before starting work, with the lowest levels observed after work. The item related to the cleaning and sanitizing of dishes had the lowest practice level score. Employees perceived their sanitation and hygiene practice after work to be worse than before starting and during work. The items of "Clean and sanitize all large stationary equipment after every use, and record equipment monitoring chart" and "Do not clean dishes and utensils in production area" had the lowest scores by employees. The scores of the employees were similar to the perception of the dietitians.

      • 아미노산 투여가 중장거리 운동선수의 최대 및 최대하운동시 젖산생성에 미치는 영향

        The Purpose of the Study was to determine whether the glutamate ingestion prior to exercise would reduce the lactat formation and its clearance in exercising mscle tisue during Submaximal and maximal execise. Six elite distance rummers particapated in this study. The Subjects had a half dose of glutamale(15.6mg .Kg?? ??) at 45min and ingested rest dose at prior to exerise. The test Performed twice. One was Performed in the track and the other was in the Lab. Blood Smples were obtained from catheter which was placed in the antecubital vein (Lab test) and finger tip Samples (Feld test) Unaltered blood lactate was observed in both trials, but, tended to less lactate concentration with glutamate ingestion than that of without glutamate ingestion. The recovery rate of blood lactate was markely rapid with glutamate ingestion in the field test. Unchanged in heart rate was founded in both trials. It many Suggest that, the additional supplement st of glutamate can improve execise performance limiting lactate formation or induce its rapid clearance from the muscle fissue.

        이 硏究는 1992학년도의 한국항공대학교 신입생 의식구조의 조사를 토대로 한 새로운 학생생활지도 방안을 設定하기 위해서 마련된 것이다. 특히 이 연구의 진행과정에서는 최근 東北아시아의 국제정치 및 경제사정등의 극적인 變化가 학생생활에 미치는 영향 도 깊이 고려하였다. 뿐만 아니라 지난 오랜동안 한국항공대학교가 위치한 이 캠퍼스지역에 가로놓인 많은 어려운 장애 물과 악조건들이 학생들의 학습활동이나 연구생활에 미치는 악영향등도 충분히 유의하였다. 이 硏究의 두번째 목적은 무엇보다도 학생들의 進路지도를 적극 강화하고 보완하는 방안이 생활의 勉學분위기를 조성 하고 활기찬 학습 및 연구생활에 더욱 크게 이바지 하게 될 것이라는 점을 크게 유념하였다. This study is to eatablish "New Directions of Guidance for Students Life on the Basis of Research into Freshmen's Way of Thinking(1992)" in Hankuk Aviation University. In the process of this research, Particularly, we have deeply considered into the great influence upon the students life from the recent dramatic change of international polities and economic circumstances of Northeastern Asian countries. On the other hand, we have kept in mind very difficult conditions and circumstances laid in this campus area which have greatly influenced upon the very hard and inconvenient studing life of students for a long time past. The second objective of this research is to study of New Directions of Guidance for Making New job of Graduates and future new plan for variable social life after graduation. We believe such methods of New Guidance will remarkably devote on the effective and industrious studing life of students of Hankuk Avation University.

      • 영상 신호 처리를 이용한 풍향센서의 진북맞추기

        A technique for alignment to true north is presented, based on synchronized measurements of vision image by a camera and output voltage of wind direction sensor. The true wind direction is evaluated by means of image processing techniques with least square sense, and then evaluated true value is compared with measured output voltage of the sensor. The proposed technique is applied to real meteorological tower in Daekwanryung test site. In addition, some uncertainty analysis of this method is presented.

        6kW 풍력발전기의 출력곡선 측정

        The power performance monitoring system for a small class of wind turbine is established. The wind turbine power performance characteristics are determined by measured power curve and the estimated annual energy production (AEP). The measured power curve is determined by collecting simultaneous measurements of wind speed and power output at the test site under varying wind conditions. In order to determine the power performance characteristics of the wind turbine accurately, the data are of sufficient quantity and quality shall be corrected according to defined criteria. In this study, the 6kW wind turbine made by Germany Inventus GmbH is examined.

        The accurate wind speed information at the hub height of a wind turbine is very essential to the exact estimation of the wind turbine power performance testing. Several methods on the site calibration, which is a technique to estimate the wind speed at the wind turbine's hub height based on the measured wind data using a reference meteorological mast, are introduced. A site calibration result and the wind resource assessment for the Taekwanryung test site are presented using a one-month wind data from a reference meteorological mast and a temporal mast installed at the site of wind turbine. From this analysis, it turns out that the current location of the reference meteorological mast is wrongly determined, and the self-developed codes for the site calibration are working properly. Besides, an analysis on the uncertainty allocation for the wind speed correction using site calibration is performed.

        정형외과 환자의 관여도에 따른 병원급식 만족도 분석

        The purposes of this study were to evaluate the quality of hospital food services in view of patients in orthopedic wards and accomplish the quality improvement in hospital foodservice operations. Quantitative questionnaires for patients containing foodservice satisfaction and demographic information were developed. A survey of 8 general hospitals was undertaken and detailed information was collected from 290 patients in orthopedic wards. The collected data were processed using the SAS PC 6.12 for descriptive analysis and t-test. In demographic information of patients, 32.6% was over 50 years old and 3 1% was hospitalized over 30 days. 80% of patients was taking normal diet. 47.7% and 47.9% of patients showed moderate appetite and moderate pain respectively. The overall satisfaction score for patients was 3.24 out of 5, showing slightly higher level than the average score(3.00). According to foodservice involvement scores of patients, they were divided into two groups which were high involved group and low involved group. Two groups showed significant differences in taste of meals, variety of menu, punctuality of meal times, temperature of meals and portion size. The foodservice involvement factor which affected significantly patient foodservice satisfaction was 'kindness of foodservice staff'.
