      • 동북아 피더네트워크의 Win-win전략에 관한 연구

        최근 중국은 양산항을 개장하여 선사 유치를 위한 다양한 혜택을 제공하고, 일본은 "수퍼중추항만 육성계획“을 세워 항만의 효율성을 바탕으로 비용을 낮추려는 노력을 하고 있다. 또한 선박의 대형화에 의한 중심항만(Hub Port) 위주의 기항과 북중국의 대량 물량 발생지역에 대한 직기항 경향으로 동북아 항만간의 경쟁이 더욱더 치열해 지고 있으며 동북아 역내 피더네트워크 강화의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 유럽 피더네트워크 전략 사례를 바탕으로 동북아 피더시장 현황을 파악하고 동북아 피더네트워크 구조를 분석함으로써 동북아 역내 항만 및 선사간의 과당경쟁을 지양하고 서로 Win-Win할 수 있는 터미널의 전략적 활용, 선사간 제휴 확대, 항만간 협력 강화를 위한 구체적인 전략을 제시하였다. Recently, China opened Yangshan port and provides a variety of benefits for shipping companies. Japan plans to reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency through the established "super major ports" project. According to the "hub and spokes" system, the number of direct calls toward North-Chinese ports are increasing. This changing environment has negative effects on the amount of transshipment cargos in Korean ports. In order to make a hub port of a domestic port, it is necessary to develop northeast Asian feeder networks. Therefore, this paper analyzes the structure of northeast Asian feeder networks through the case study of European feeder networks strategy. Finally, we suggests the plans to reinforce feeder networks, which are strategic terminal operation, strategic alliances between shipping companies and port co-operation, for win-win strategy in the competitive northeast Asian market.

        열수처리한 티타늄 양극산화 피막의 특성 평가

        This study was performed to investigate the surface properties of electrochemically oxidized pure titanium by anodic spark discharging technique. Commercially pure titanium plates of 20?0? ㎜ in dimensions were polished sequentially from #220 to #600 emery paper. Each sample was ultrasonically washed in ethyl alcohol and acetone for 5 min and dried in a desiccator. The anodization was performed up to 300 V using a regulated DC power supply at a current density of 30 ㎃/㎠. Aqueous solutions containing β-glycerophosphate disosium salt hydrate, calcium acetate hydrate and HEPERS were used as electrolytes. The surface oxide film was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM), energy dispersive X-ray microanalyzer (EDX) and X-ray diffractometer(XRD). The main crystal structure of the anodic oxide film was anatase type as analyzed with thin-film X-ray diffractometery. Needle-like hydroxyapatite (HA) crystals were observed on anodic oxide films after the hydrothermal treatment for 2 hours. The precipitation of the HA crystals was greatly accelerated by hydrothermal treatment and fine asperity-like HA crystals were observed after being immersed in Hanks‘ solution at 37℃. The Ca/P ratio of the precipitated HA layer was equivalent to HA as increasing the time of immersion in Hanks‘ solution. The tensile bond strength was decreased with precipitating the HA crystals by hydrothermal treatment.

      • ESR, ESEM을 이용한 이온 교환된 MoH-SAPO-34에 대한 Mo의 화학종, 위치 및 흡착상호작용에 관한 연구

        A solid-state reaction of MoO3 with as-synthesized H-SAPO-34 generated paramagnetic Mo(V) species. The dehydration resulted in weak Mo(V) species, and subsequent activation resulted in the formation of Mo(V) species such as Mo(V)5c and Mo(V)6c that are characterized by ESR. The data of ESR and ESEM show the oxomolybdenum species, to be (MoO2)+ or (MoO)3+. The (MoO2)+ species seems to be more probable. Since H-SAPO-34 has a low framework negative charge, (MoO)3+ with a high positive charge can not be easily stabilized. A solution reaction between the solution of silico-molybdic acid and calcined H-SAPO-34 resulted in only MoO2+ species. A rhombic ESR signal is observed on adsorption of D2O, CD3OH, CH3CH2D and ND3. The Location and coordination structure of Mo(V) species has been determined by three-pulse electron spin-echo modulation data and their simulations. After the adsorption of methanol, ethylene, ammonia, and water for MoH-SAPO-34, three molecules, one molecule, one and one molecule, respectively, are directly coordinated to (MoO2)+.

      • VXIbus 시스템 모듈화의 試作에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 새로운 방식의 통합계측 시스템으로 각광받고 있는 VXIbus(VMEbus Extension for Instrumentation)시스템에 적합한 신호발생기의 모듈화방안에 관하여 연구하였다. 신호발생기의 모듈화를 위하여 우선적으로 기본적인 시스템의 사양을 결정하였으며, 이러한 사양에 따라서 신호발생기를 설계 및 제작, 실험하였다. 설계 및 제작된 신호발생기를 기본으로 신호발생기와 VXIbus controller와의 통신을 위해서 인터페이스회로를 설계하였으며, 인터페이스를 통한 신호발생기의 제어를 위하여 모듈형신호발생기의 내부동작을 규정하였다. In this paper, Modulization method of signal generator suitable for VXIbus system which make appearance before the footlights as new form of total instrumentation system is studied. For modulization of signal generator, First, Basic specification of system had been determined, and Next, according to specification, Signal generator was designed, tested and realized. Interface circuits which are based on this signal generator are designed for communication between signal generator and VXIbus controller. As signal generator is controlled by interface, internal behavior of module type signal generator is specified.

        IMT-2000 기지국용 이중 편파를 위한 광대역 단일 소자 안테나 설계 및 특성 개선

        본 논문에서는 편파 다이버시티 특성을 갖는 이중 편파(Dual-Polarization)방식의 INT-2000(1.885㎓-2.17㎓)기기국용 안테나에 사용할 수 있도록 기존 Folded Dipole안테나의 특성을 개선하였다. 제작된 안테나는 PCB기판에 몰디드 다이폴 안테나 구조에 적층 형태를 갖는 마이크로 스트립 안테나로서 각 단자별 반사게수가 -20㏈ 이하, 이중 편파 구조에서 중요한 규격인 단자간 분리도는 -20㏈ 를 가지며, 이들은 전 대역에서 약 7 dBi 이상의 특성을 보였다. Design and characteristic improvement of existing folded dipole antenna is presented to adopt W-CDMA(1.885~2.170 ㎓) wideband antenna radiators. The antenna structure has +/- 45 degrees dual polarization. In order to overcome the narrow bandwidth and low gain characteristic typical of the microstrip antenna, double layered structure was employed. The antenna achieved below -20 ㏈ reflection coefficients each ports. -20 ㏈ of port isolation, above 7 dBi of gain, providing evidence that the proposed design can be used in the W-CDMA service frequency band antenna.

      • 열차의 승강대 자동문 고장 분석에 관한 연구

        Korean railroad has been an industrial artery of the country for a long time and has played enormous roles in the transportation of passengers and goods. As a result, this sector has been striving for a continuous improvement in various aspects of the train in order to provide a better service to all passengers. This pattern of improvement can be observed in two broad categories: Electric components and mechanical components. However, in the process of improvement, some problems have occurred due to more complicated system structure, In electric components such as air conditioning units, lighting devices and other subsidiary devices, there occasionally shut off the electric line by the over current relay due to the switches and/or contactors caused by instant failure of the device trouble. The other case is mechanical components such as driving systems and braking devices, there are abnormal condition which are attacked other substances(eg. dust), burst in rubber contact panel, cracked, in welded pipes...etc. Even though, nowadays less, those problems have been minimized significantly in recent year aim to feel more comfortable and softer. So, this paper bases on this motive and analyses into the train examines the current state as well as the main factors causing system fault. It has been reported that train entrance doors and associated rollers are the most fault-prone component. Hence a detailed analysis was undertaken in this particular topic. By it analysis produced valuable insights on how to further improve the current system. It is expected that such preventive maintenance will improment overall quality of the service before faults.
