        교사 학습공동체(Teacher Learning Community)를 통한 유아 평가의 실행에 관한 연구

        This study aims at examining what teachers experience while implementing children assessment through teacher learning community, and furthermore, at investigating the functions and meanings of a learning community from a teacher’s viewpoint. For this study, action research was conducted on 12 incumbent teachers belonging to A kindergarten for 7 months. Results showed that the teachers came to have self-confidence over children assessment while experiencing the new challenge of thinking again about assessment of children through the teacher learning community, and also they realized the importance of consideration and cooperation among teachers in the moving dynamic body of learning. The results of this study have the implications of the meanings and roles of a teacher learning community as an alternative for the teachers’ field training for the improvement of expertise in the knowledge-based society. 본 연구의 목적은 학습공동체를 통한 유아 평가의 실행과정에서 교사가 어떠한 경험을 하는지 살펴보고 나아가 교사가 바라보는 학습공동체의 기능과 의미에 대해 탐색하는 것이다. 이 연구를 위해 A유치원에 소속된 현직교사 12명을 대상으로 7개월 동안 실행연구가 이루어졌다. 그 결과, 교사 학습공동체를 통하여 유아 평가에 대해 다시 생각해 보는 새로운 도전을 경험하면서 유아 평가에 대한 자신감을 갖게 되었고 움직이는 배움의 역동체에서 교사 간의 배려와 협력의 중요성을 느끼게 되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 지식기반사회에서 전문성 신장을 위한 현장교사교육의 새로운 대안이 될 수 있는 교사 학습공동체의 의미와 그 역할에 대해 시사하였다.

      • 서산지역 굴피나무(Platycarya strobilacea)군락의 동태

        The regeneration process and the composition of species of climax Platycarya strovilacea S. et Z. forest was studied in Mujang-Ri, Jigok-Myon, Sosan, Chungchungnam-Do Province. Total number of vascular plant species of this community was recorded 125. This results seem to be related to various soil and light conditions in this community. The dominant trees of the stands came up beyond 12m in height. The upper tree layer is highly dominated by Platycarya strovilacea, which have more than two stems, is over 15cm in DBH class and is like stumps. They were distributed horizontally in random. Trees of the middle and lower layer were few in number and small in basal area. It tended to be distributed contagiously, in the age distribution of trees, some of the even-aged cluster which were constituted of several trees, were found in plot. The growth rates of the stem diameter for the first 20 years of the trees in upper layer were higher than those of the same species in the middle layer. These results show that the seedings which were established in dense grows with the decreasing density after the forest canopy had been broken out , and distribution pattern became in random, would constitute the canopy developing the community level.

      • 육안적 혈뇨로 내원한 환자에서 발견된 방광 유전분증 : 증례보고

        Amyloidosis is a disease resulting in deposition of amyloid in the body. The disease can be either primary or secondary. The amyloidosis of urinary bladder is more usually affected by primary amyloidosis and also very rare. The patient with primary amyloidosis of the bladder usually presents with gross hematuria. The amyloidosis resembles bladder cancer in cystoscopy. It can be confirmed by biopsy. The treatment consists of medication (e.g., steroid, antitumor agent, cholchicine, DMSO) and/or transurethral resection. The standard treatment is mephalan and prednisolone. A 49-year-old man complained of recently developed gross hematuria without abdominal pain. We examined urinary bladder cystoscope for gross hematuria. It revealed small bulging mass on trigone are a of bladder. Therefore we did bladder biopsy. Finally, it revealed bladder amyloidosis. The patient was improved by medication (mephalan 2mg and prednisolone 1 mg/kg po daily). We report an unusual case of amyloidosis involving bladder.

      • 베체트병에서 만성 기침으로 발현한 폐동맥류 1예

        저자들은 만성 기침이 있었으나 정확한 원인을 찾지 못한 채 보존적 치료만 받던 베체트병이 있는 37세 여자환자를 경험하였고 흉부 방사선사진과 흉부 전산화 단층 촬영으로 폐동맥류로 진단하고 고용량의 스테로이드로 치료하였고 이 과정에서 대량 객혈이 있었으나 보존적 치료로 호전된 베체트병 1 예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Pulmonary Artery Aneurysm Manifesting as Chronic cough in Behcet's disease Behcet's disease is a relapsing chronic inflammation disorder of unknown etiology. Although Behcet's disease has originally been described as a triad of recurrent oral aphthous ulceration, genital ulceration and uveitis, it is now recognized as a multisystem disease with vasculitis as the main pathological finding. Clinical manifestations additional to this triad include involvement of the skin, joints, large vessels, lung, gastrointestinal and genitourinary tracts, brain. We report a case of pulmonary artery aneurysm manifesting as chronic cough in Behcet's disease. She was a 47 year-old woman with Bechet's disease treated with prednisolone and colchicine. She had suffered from chronic cough for several years, but been treated only with antitussive agents. Chest CT revealed multifocal patchy consolidation in lung parenchym and aneurysmal dialatation of pulmonary artery. We diagnosed pulmonary aneurysm with CT finding as the cause of chronic cough.

      • 춘천 우두동 출토 토양과 토기의 재료학적 특성 및 상관성 분석

        본 연구는 춘천 우두동 유적지에서 출토된 토양과 토기에 대해서 성분과 구성광물, 소성온도를 분석하여 비교함으로써 토양과 토기의 재료학적 상관성을 밝히고자 하였다. 주거지에서 수습한 토양은 다양한 색상을 띠고 있었으며, 점성과 가소성을 가지고 있었다. 주요성분 함량 분석결과, 토양에는 Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>의 함량이 높고, 토기는 Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>의 함량이 상대적으로 높았으나 전체적인성분함량 범위 안에서 뚜렷한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 주요 구성광물은 토양과 토기에서 모두 유사했으나, 170호와 188호 주거지에서 수습된 토양에서 다량 포함된 녹니석과 장석류의 영향으로 MgO, K<sub>2</sub>O, CaO 등 일부 성분에서 차이를 보이기도 한다. 판별분석 결과, 토양과 토기가 서로 떨어져 존재하나 실제 구조행렬의 값에서 알 수 있듯이 특정 화합물의 비 차이로 인해 나타나는 완전히 다른 차이라고 보기 어려워 상관성이 있는 것으로 판단된다. 결론적으로 토양과 토기의 주요성분과 구성광물이 유사하고, 지역의 지질 특성을 반영하고 있는 것으로 판단됨으로 주거지 토양이 토기의 제작 재료로써 사용되었을 가능성이 높다고 판단할 수 있다. 다만, 낙랑계 토기와는 상관성이 낮은 것으로 판단되어 이에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요하다. The material correlation between soils and potteries were investigated by analyzing and comparing the composition and firing temperature of the soils and potteries excavated from the Chuncheon Udu-dong site. The soils collected from dwelling had various colors and had plasticity. As a result of analyzing and comparing the content of major components, the content of Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> was relatively high in soils, and the content of Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> was relatively high in potteries. However, within a wide range, there was no distinct difference between them. In addition, as a result of comparing the content of constituent minerals and major components of the soils with potteries, similarity was shown within a wide range. The major constituent minerals were similar in both soils and potteries, but some components such as MgO, K<sub>2</sub>O, and CaO were different due to the influence of chlorite and feldspar contained in large amounts in the soils collected in dwellings No. 170 and No. 188. As a result of estimating the firing temperature of potteries through constituent minerals and thermal analysis, it can be divided into those estimated at 900~940℃ and those estimated at 800~900℃ regardless of the type. As a result of discriminant analysis, soils and potteries exist apart from each other, but as can be seen from the values of the actual structural matrix, it is judged that there is a correlation because it is difficult to say that they are completely different due to the ratio of specific compounds. In conclusion, it is highly correlation that soils collected from dwellings were used as materials for potteries, as the main components and constituent minerals of soils and potteries are similar and reflect the geological characteristics of the region. However, it is judged to have a low correlation with the Lelang potteries, so further research is needed.

        스테레오 카메라 기법을 이용한 참다랑어의 크기 및 유영속도 측정

        This study was performed to develop a video based system which can be used to measure the averaged fish size in a non-intrusive fashion. The design was based on principles of simple stereo geometry, incorporated fish dimensions weight relationships and took into consideration fish movement to lower system costs. As the fish size is an important factor that impacts the economy of an aquaculture enterprise. Size measurements, including fork length, width or height, girth, thickness and mass, can be used to determine fish condition in the fish farm, so the averaged fish size of fish cage needs to consistently monitor in open ocean aquaculture cage. A precision of ±3% for replicate length measurements of a 60cm bar is obtained at distances between 2.0 and 6.0m, and the mean fork length and mean swimming speed of bluefin tuna were estimated to 48.8cm and 0.78FL/s, respectively.

        The CsSTE50 Adaptor Protein in Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase Cascades Is Essential for Pepper Anthracnose Disease of Colletotrichum scovillei

        Anthracnose, caused by the ascomycete fungus Colletotrichum scovillei, is a destructive disease in pepper. The fungus germinates and develops an infection structure called an appressorium on the plant surface. Several signaling cascades, including cAMP-mediated signaling and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascades, are involved in fungal development and pathogenicity in plant pathogenic fungi, but this has not been well studied in the fruit-infecting fungus C. scovillei. Ste50 is an adaptor protein interacting with multiple upstream components to activate the MAPK cascades. Here, we characterized the CsSTE50 gene of C. scovillei, a homolog of Magnaporthe oryzae MST50 that functions in MAPK cascades, by gene knockout. The knockout mutant ΔCsste50 had pleiotropic phenotypes in development and pathogenicity. Compared with the wild-type, the mutants grew faster and produced more conidia on regular agar but were more sensitive to osmotic stress. On artificial and plant surfaces, the conidia of the mutant showed significantly reduced germination and failed to form appressoria. The mutant was completely non-pathogenic on pepper fruits with or without wounds, indicating that pre-penetration and invasive growth were both defective in the mutant. Our results show that the adaptor protein CsSTE50 plays a role in vegetative growth, conidiation, germination, appressorium formation, and pathogenicity in C. scovillei.
