케일녹즙이 고콜레스테롤식이 흰쥐의 혈청 및 간장의 지질성분에 미치는 영향

체중 60~65㎏의 wistar계 숫쥐에게 cholesterol 무첨가식이에 물과 kale 녹즙을 각각 급여하여 혈청중 총 cholesterol 농도, HDL-cholesterol 농도, 간장중의 총 cholesterol 농도, 혈청 및 간장중의 TG와 PL의 농도 그리고 과산화지질 농도를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 혈청중 총 cholesterol 농도는 cholesterol 무첨가식이군인 1,2군산 cholesterol 첨가이식군인 3,4, 5군간에서 각각 유의성이 없었다. HDL-cholesterol 농도는 cholesterol 무첨가식이군인 1,2군과cholesterol 첨가이식이군인 3,4,5군에서 kale 녹즙을 급여한 군이 유의적으로 높았다. 2)혈청의 중성지방농도는 전 군간에 유의성은 없으나 물ㅇㄹ 급여한 군보다 kale 녹즙을급여한 군에 있어 약간 낮은 경향이었다. 혈청의 인지질 농도는 cholesterol 무첨가식이군 및 cholesterol 첨가이식군 모두 물을 급여한 군보다 kale 녹즙을 급여한 군이 유의적으로 높았다. 3)간장의 총 cholesterol 농도는 cholesterol 첨가식이군에 있어 물을 급여한 군이 약간 낮은 경향이었다. 4)간장의 중성지방농도는 cholesterol 무첨가식이군에 비해 cholesterol 첨가이식군인 3,4,5군이 유의적으로 높았으며, 이들 군간에 있어서는 kale 녹즙혼액군이 비교적 낮았다. 간장 인지질농도는 cholesterol 첨가식이군인 3,4,5군간에 있어 kale 녹즙과 녹즙혼액을 급여한 3,4,군이 비교적 낮았다. 5)혈청 및 간장의 과산화지질농도는 cholesterol 첨가이식군인 3,4,5군이 무첨가식이군에 비해 대체로 낮았으며 또한 kale녹즙과 녹즙혼액을 급여한 군에 있어 유의적으로 낮았다. 이상의 결과로 보아 kale 녹즙의 섭취는 혈청 HDL-cholesterol 농도의 상승효과가 있고 간장 중 cholesterol 및 인지질의 농도를 다소나마 저하시키며 또한 혈청및 간장의 과산화지질농도의 지하작요이 있으므로서 혈청 및 간장의 지질개선효과가 있는 것으로 사료된다. The effect of kale juice, Brassica oleracea, on lpid components in serum and liver were investigated by feeding male rats of wistar for four weeks. And the concentrations of T-cholesterol,phospholipid, triglyceride and lipid peroxide in serum and liver were analysed along with the HDL-cholesterol concentration of serum . The results were as follows: 1)There was not found ny significant influence on the concentration of T-cholesterol in serum, butsome of relatively higher inluence but some of relatively higher influence on the HDL-cholesterol concentration. 2)For the group fed with 100% kale juice the concentration of triglyceride was shown lower than for any other groups, while that of phospholipid was shown higher. 3)The concentration T-cholesterol in liver was shown a little lower for the kale juice groups. 4)The concentration of triglyceride in liver was remarkably decreased in the 100% kale juice group in comparison with other groups, whiel the phospholipid concentraion was not. 5)Lipid peroxide values in serum and liver were relatively decreased in the kale juice groups compared to other group.

Due to the worldwide popularity of the Korean Wave(Hallyu), there is a high interest in Korean culture, relatively tilted to the youth population. This drive acts as an integrated motive for learning Korean language, and it is also linked to the choice of their major discipline in universities. The common phenomenon is that: a high rate of students are interested in learning the language in limited number of universities in Italy that offer Korean language courses. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present the current status of Korean studies in Italy, future prospects, and tasks for its development. To begin with, based on the research I carried out in some universities across the country like; the University of Naples, University of Rome, the University of Ca’ Foscari of Venice, which have established Korean language courses including Korean literature since the 2000s, and the University of Bologna, the University of Siena and the University of Milan, which offer Korean studies as a liberal arts or a graduate school course. Moreover, in an attempt to expand and further develop the Korean studies, I suggest a list of tasks to consider such as diversification of lectures and improvement of lecture content, training of Korean scholars, reinforcement and expansion of the exchange student system, funds and scholarships, the establishment of the Research Center for Korean studies, the related academic organizations for regular holding of academic conferences or seminars and regular publication of journals and books. In a bit to effect this, there is need for closer collaboration among the universities that offer Korean language courses. Lastly, I recounted a review of the changing patterns of Korean language classes at Ca’ Foscari University, which complementary, is a combination of face-to-face education or distance education due to the Italian government's quarantine measures in response to the situation caused by the coronavirus. It emphasizes the need for active responses of learners and instructors to change in educational methods such as effective online class management using communication technology and technological devices in favour of the safety measures placed for the control of the pandemic.

Eukaryotic replication protein A (RPA) is a single-stranded(ss) DNA binding protein with multiple functions in DNA replication, repair, and genetic recombination. The 70-kDa subunit of eukaryotic RPA contains a conserved four cysteine-type zinc-finger motif that has been implicated in the regulation of DNA replication and repair. Recently, we described a novel function for the zine-finger motif in the regulation of human RPA's ssDNA binding activity through reduction-oxidation (redox). Here, we show that yeast RPA's ssDNA binding activity is regulated by redox potential through its RPA32 and/or RPA14 subunits. Yeast RPA requires a reducing agent, such as dithiothreitol (DTT), for its ssDNA binding activity. Also, under non-reducing conditions, its DNA binding activity decreases 20 fold. In contrast, the RPA70 subunit does not require DTT for its DNA binding activity and is not affected by the redox condition. These results suggest that all three subunits are required for the regulation of RPA's DNA binding activity through redox potential.

Questo studio ha lo scopo di analizzare le proprieta linguistiche del linguaggio della pubblicita in italiano sotto l``aspetto fonologico, lessicale e sintattico. Gli aspetti fonologici del linguaggio della pubblicita in italiano compaiono nella forma dell``allitterazione e della rima. Lo studio ha anchedimostrato che nel linguaggio della pubblicita in italianoci sono ripetizioni della parola o della sillaba. Negli aspetti lessicali, lo studio ha notato gli usi di neologismi, iperbolismi, forestierismi e tecnicismi, oltre al meccanismo dellaformazione delle parole attraverso la derivazione, la composizione e la contrazione per dare un``impressione forte ai consumatrori, cioe per migliorare l``effetto della pubblicita. Negli aspetti sintattici, le caratteristiche principali sono l``uso dello stile nominale e dell``aggettivo in funzione avverbiale, l``uso e l``omessione delle preposizioni, l``uso dell``aggettivo possessivo, dei gradi del comparativo, dei modi e tempi verbali.

Lo scopo del presente lavoro e di comparare le proprieta degli avverbi di modo tra italiano e inglese come le funzioni, forme e distribuzione nelle frasi. Basandosi che gli avverbi hanno le funzioni di complementare e anche chiarire il significato degli componenti o della frase, ho focalizzato di individuare le funzioni della modificazione degli avverbi italiani ed inglese. anche se nelle entrambe lingue essi non sono una categoria grammaticale essenziale ma circostanziale per la frase. La posizione degli avverbi di modo nella frase e abbastanza flessibile rispetto alle altre categorie grammaticale sia in italiano che in inglese. Oltre che la scelta della posizione degli avverbi di due lingue si determina dai motivi sintattici, il che fa accompagnare la differenza significativa della frase. Di conseguenza la flessibilita della psizione sintattica degli avverbi di modo delle entrambe lingue si collega le restrizioni semantiche.Le distribuzione degli avverbi di modo possono essere determinate relativamente con i rapporti dei verbi: gli avverbi di modo in italiano possono stare piu in vari posizioni che quelli in inglese. E l`altra differenza tra avverbi di modo in italiano e in inglese si trova anche nella forma attiva e passiva: il contrasto della distribuzione degl iavverbi di modo in inglese non si dimostra quelli in italiano. Invece la possibiita che avverbi di modo possono posizionare sia davanti aall`argomento del sintagma preposizionale e una similarita delle entrambe linue.

Questo studio ha lo scopo di individuare gli aspetti delle figure retoriche del linguaggio della pubblicita in italiano distiguendo figure di suono, figure di parola o struttura della frase, figure semantiche. In primo luogo le figure di suono si occupano dei suoni che compaiono nelle parole e comprendono le figure retoriche come allitterazione, rima, climax, paranomasia. In secondo luogo le figure di parola o struttura, investono i sensi delle singole parole o riguardano la costruzione della frase, a esse appartengono le figure retoriche come ellissi, ripetizione, sostituzione. Per quanto riguarda la ripetizione e sostituzione, ho mostrato gli esempi sottocategorizando anafora, epistrofe o epifora, complexio o simploche o conexio o communio, epanalessi o geminatio, anadiplosi, pleonasmo. Per quanto riguarda la sostituzione, ho distinto sostituzione di strutture di frase e sostituzione di parole. Infine le figure semantiche si occupano dei sensi o dei significati. Ho trattato gli effetti e anche carateristiche delle figure semantiche come ironia o antifrasi, litote, metafora, iperbole, metonimia,sineddoche, perifrasi, antonomasia, enfasi, ironia, sinestesia.
