      • 센서 위치 보정을 통한 원추형 자기베어링 로터의 위치 제어

        이 논문에서는 원추형 자기베어링으로 지지된 고속 연삭기 로터의 정밀진동제어에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 이러한 연구 목적으로 달성하기 위하여 전력증폭기와 원추형 자기베어링을 포함한 각 축에 대하여 이산시간 모델을 규명하였으며, 그 결과를 모의 제어기의 설계시 활용하였다. 또한 제어기의 입력값을 조절하여 자기베어링 공간내에 로터가 최적의 위치에 놓일 수 있도록 조정하였으며, 위치를 검출하는 센서와 전자기적 흡인력을 발생하는 액츄에이터 사이의 위치 불일치를 보정하는 방법을 개발하고 실험 대상에 적용하였다. 그 결과 front 방향과 rear 방향 사이의 연성 효과가 확연히 감소되었고, 로터 회전시의 진폭이 50,000 rpm에서 ±7㎛ 이내의 성능을 보이는 정밀 진동 제어를 수행하였다. In this paper, the precise vibration control problems of high speed grinding rotor supported by cone-shaped active magnetic bearings are investigated. Toward this end, each part of the system including power amplifiers and magnetic bearing systems are identified s discrete time models, and the results are used for controller design. In addition, the correction method of the position error between sensor and actuator are developed and implemented for the experiments. As a result, the coupling effect between front and rear axis are decreased and the amplitudes of rotor vibration are controlled within ±7㎛ at 50,000 rpm.

      • 20대 여성의 치아우식활성검사 결과와 치아우식경험도와의 상관성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was as follows: This study was to examine caries activity test and survey caries experience of 120 girl students in college. We examined correlation the results of caries activity test and caries experience. First of all, examined Snyder test, stimulated saliva flow rate test, unstimulated saliva flow rate test, salivary viscosity test, patient oral hygiene performance test. We surveyed cries eperience as caries experienced permanent tooth index and caries experience permanent tooth rate etc, calculated the simple correlation index, examined statistical significant. The results of this study showed that stimulated saliva flow rate test was the highest of caries activity test measurement. In caries activity test statistical significant correlation. It was the correlation index- 0.2136 and p=valuable level 0.010. Snyder Test had correlation, was the correlation index 0.1779, and p-value level 0.026. There was no significant correlation unstimulated saliva flow rate test and patient oral hygiene performance test.

      • 경계요소법과 유한요소법에 의한 흡음판을 가진 구조물의 소음해석

        In many practical problems, the use of finite elements to discretize the fluid region leads to large stiffness and mass matrices. But, since the acoustic boundary element discretization requires to put elements only on the surface of structure, the size of matrices is reduced considerably. Here, we developed a numerical analysis program for the structural-acoustic coupling problems of the multi-region cavity, using boundary elements for the fluid regions and finite elements for the structure. By considering sound transmission through layered systems placed in a cavity, the accuracy of the coupled acoustical-structural finite element model has been verified by comparing its transmission loss predictions with analytical sloutions. Example problems are included to investigate the characteristics of the multi-region structural-acoustic coupling system with porous material.

      • 제주지역 착유우에 대한 Dry Matter, 조섬유, 에너지(TDN) 및 단백질 급여수준에 관한 조사연구

        This study was carried out with 56 milking cows in the 6 daily farms, in order to have a grip of the actual condition of dairy cattle feeding and to get the materials for establishment of the reasonable feeding system of dairy cattle raised in Cheju-Do area. The amounts of feeds supplied to each milking cows, the levels of crude fiber in the feeds, and the amounts and levels of crude fiber in the feeds, and the amounts and levels of Dry Matter, energy(total Digestible Nutrients) and protein were investigat-ed and analyzed. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. Average amount of DM per cow per day was 17.97±1.501kg. This was 91% of the amounts of possible maximum intake. The range of the amounts and levels of DM fed were 15.82-25.05kg and 63-146% respetively. The results mean that DM fed is insufficient, that the considerable unbalance be-tween energy fed and protein fed is produced on account of such great range, and that the feeding system for milking cows in much unreasonable. The amounts and levels of DM by ranches and parity were showed considerable variations 2. The average amount of concentrates per cow per day was 8.66kg. The range of it was 5-15kg and was much variable. 3. The average level of roughagedthe rate of roughages per DM fed) was 24.77% and was sufficient to some degree. But the range of it was 13.72-41.1646 and the variation was much considerable, espe-cially by seasons and parity. 4. The average requirements of energy(TDN) and protein were 12.45kg and 2.69kg respectively. And the average amounts of energy(TDN) and protein fed were 12.25kg and 2.64kg respectively. The average levels(the rate of amounts fed per requirements) were 99.0% and 98.8% respectively. 5. The range of energy(TDN) fed and protein fed were 7.42-19.0lkg and 1.45-7.11kg respectively. And the range of energy and protein levels(the rate of amounts fed per requirements) were 59-161% and 68-176% respectively. These results mean that the considerabble imblance between erergy(TDN) fed and protein fed is still in existence, that the situations of severe overfeeding and under-feeding co-exist in suppling feeds to dairy cattle, and that the feeding method and system for dairy cattle in Cheju-Do area is much unreasonable and is fallen behind. The energy(TDN) and protein feedings by ranches, panty and seasons were showed considerable variations 6. Judging from these results obtained, I think that the most imporbnt things of dairy cattle feeding in Cheju-Do area were deficiency of knowlege and low level of technology for dairy cattle feeds and nu-trients, and were especially the unreasonable method and system for dairy cattle feedings.

I simultaneously estimated the changing time from electric power to emergency power at emergency.

        Diesel engine generator sets in heavy industry plants and residential/official buildings can cause serious noise problem. In this paper, a low noise diesel engine generator set is developed through constructing an acoustic enclosure with ventilation duct silencers that effectively block the acoustic flow but guarantee good thermal flow. Acoustic design of the enclosure which is initially layout by rule of thumb, is evolved systematically through numerical reanalysis procedure, based on indirect boundary element method(IBEM) with a commercial acoustic analysis code. The acoustic and cooling performances of the developed low noise diesel engine generator set are confirmed by the experiment.

        The general Hough transform was not influenced to detect the external circle and ellipse for when the circle and ellipse was detected by the external noises, it was filtered in various way, and the rest image had inclused trouble in detecting, for it was regarded as the intinernal noises. So, this paper suggests the new algoritsm to detect another circle existing inside and to remove not from the general method but from the original image when the external circle detected is excluded.

        단기간 근권 저온처리가 수경재배 상추의 질산태 질소 함량에 미치는 영향

        질산태 질소의 일중 농도 변화와 단기간의 저온 처리가 질산태 질소의 흡수 및 농도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 상추(Lactuca sativa L.)를 공시 작물로 하여 온실에서 수경 재배하였다. 질산태 질소의 농도는 염산에 비하여 주맥에서 일중 지속적으로 2배 이상 높았으며, 질산태 질소의 일중 변화는 14:00까지 지속적으로 감소하여 최저치 (8.7 mg-N/GDW)를 나타낸 후 다시 증가하였다. 질산태 질소의 일중 흡수량은 11:00~17:00에 평균 4.8mg-N/GDW-Root/hr로 최대치를 나타내었다. 단기간의 저온 처리량을 50%~55%를 감소시켰다. 이러한 결과는 수확 전 단기간의 저온처리가 상추 잎의 질산태 질소함량을 낮출 수 있는 방법으로 응용될 수 있음을 보여준다. Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) plants were grown under hydroponic system to characterize the diurnal change of nitrate concentration and nitrate uptake rate and to examine the effect of short term cold treatment to rhizosphere on nitrate concentration and uptake rate in lettuce plant. The nitrate concentrations in midrib were two times higher than those in leaf. Nitrate concentration in the shoot reached to minimum (8.7 mg-N/GDW) at 14:00 and, thereafter, increased continuously until 23:00. During 11:00~17:00, nitrate uptake by lettuce plant was maximum (4.8 mg-N/GDW-Root/hr). Short term cold treatment reduced nitrate concentration in the shoot by 14~18%, and nitrate uptake rate by 50~55%, respectively. These results showed that short term cold treatment before harvest could be applied for the purpose of reduction of nitrate concentration in the leaf under hydroponic culture.

        3구간 종속 가변속도하에서 배송차량의 최적운영 방안에 관한 연구

        The vehicle routing problem with time-varying speed(VRPTVS) is difficult to handle with regular Traveling Salesman Problem(TSP) approaches due to the varying speeds. A 3 service zone partitioning method is developed in this research to adapt the government supplied traffic information as well as possible computing time reductions. The vehicle speed in each of the 3 splitted service zones based on the time window becomes fixed vehicle speed. A regular TSP algorithm for not coning back to the origin is applied for the delivery points in each zone and then 3 routes are connected for one initial completed vehicle route. A pairwise exchange method is applied to reduce the traveling time.
