        CCl₄로 誘發한 흰쥐의 肝損傷에 미치는 補肝湯ㆍ瀉肝湯의 影響

        肝은 經口的으로 投入된 많은 化學物質이나 藥物들에 의해 影響을 받으며 이들의 毒性이나 濃度 등에 의하여 肝損傷이 오고 그 損傷의 機轉 또한 多樣하다. 補肝湯과 瀉肝湯을 경구투여한 후 細胞損傷機轉이 비교적 분명히 밝혀진 CCI₄로 肝損傷을 誘發시켜 補肝湯과 瀉肝湯의 肝損傷에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 血淸中의 glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, glutamic pyruvic transaminase, alkaline phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase의 活性度와 total cholesterol, triglyceride 含量을 測定한 結果, GOT 活性上昇과 GPT 活性上昇에 대해서는 補肝湯投與群과 瀉肝湯投與群 모두 有意한 抑制效果가 認定되었다. ALP 活性上昇과 LDH 活性上昇에 대해서는 補肝湯投與群과 瀉肝湯投與群 모두 抑制傾向은 나타내었으나 有意性은 補肝湯投與群에서만 認定되었다. Total cholesterol 含量의 減少와 Triglyceride 含量의 減少에 대해서는 補肝湯投與群과 瀉肝湯投與群 모두 增加傾向은 나타내었으며 有意性은 補肝湯投與群에서만 認定되었다. 그러므로 補肝湯은 肝損傷을 豫防하는 作用이 강하며, 肝損傷을 誘發하는 다른 물질과의 比較實驗이 시행되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. In this paper, the effects of Bogan-Tang and Sagan-Tang on the change of serum GOT, GPT, ALP, LDH activities and total cholestel, triglyceride levels induced by CCl₄ were investigated in rats. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. The increases of serum GOT activities in rats were inhibited significantly by the Bogan-Tang and Sagan-Tang. 2. The increases of serum GPT activities in rats were inhibited significantly by the Bogan-Tang and Sagan-Tang. 3. The increases of serum ALT activities in rats were inhibited significantly by the Bogan-Tang. 4. The increases of serum LDH activities in rats were inhibited significantly by the Bogan-Tang. 5. The increases of serum total cholesterol levels in rats were inhibited significantly by the Bogan-Tang. 6. The increases of serum triglyceride levels in rats were inhibited significantly by the Bogan-Tang. Judging from the above results, it is considered that Bagan-Tang has protective effect against hepatic injury.

      • 제지슬러지 혼합탈수에 의한 하수슬러지 탈수성 개선에 관한 연구

        하수슬러지의 탈수성 향상을 위한 제지슬러지 혼합탈수에 대한 평가를 실시하였으며, 탈수보조제의 혼합비율의 증가에 따른 CST, 침강성, 탁도, floc 크기 및 강도, 탈수케이크의 함수율 측정을 통하여 탈수성을 비교하였다. 제지슬러지 적정 혼합비율은 30% 정도인 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 제지슬러지의 주요 구성성분인 CaCO_(3), Talc, Pulp가 각각 하수슬러지의 탈수성을 개선시키는 효과를 보였다. 그리고 이들 세 가지 성분이 합된 합성제지슬러지에 의해 가장 낮은 함수율의 탈수케이크를 얻을 수 있었다. Improvement of sewage sludge dehydration efficiency by mixing paper sludge was investigated in this study. Capillary suction time (CST) and Settling test, Turbidity, floc size, floc strength, water content were utilized to assess sludge dewaterability. Optimum mixture ratio of paper sludge was proved 30% in mixing disposal. Dewaterability of sewage sludge significantly improved when sewage and paper sludge mixed.

      • 셀룰로스계 혼화제를 사용한 수중불분리성 콘크리트의 최적 배합

        수중불분리성 콘크리트는 통상적인 수중 콘크리트와는 개념부터 다르다. 콘크리트에 수중불분리성 혼화제를 혼합하면 콘크리트의 점성이 증가되고 수중에서의 재료분리에 대한 저항성이 현저히 증가된다. 이 효과는 수중콘크리트 자체의 신뢰성을 높여줄 뿐만 아니라 타설지역의 환경보존에도 현저한 기여를 하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 셀룰로스계 수중불분리성 혼화제 (수용성 셀룰로스 에틸계)와 고유동화제 (고축합 트리아진계)의 첨가량 변화에 따른 수중불분리성 콘크리트의 제반 물성 변화를 검토하고 비교적 정온 상태의 해상 환경에 적용할 수 있는 수중불분리성 콘크리트의 치적 배합을 결정하였다. Antiwashout underwater concrete is quite different in concept from conventional underwater concrete. By mixing an antiwashout admixture with concrete, the viscosity of the concrete is increased and its resistance to segregation under the washing action of water is enhanced. The effect of this is not only to greatly improve the reliability of concrete placed under water, but it also has remarkable effects on environmental preservation in the construction area. In this study, property tests of antiwashovt underwater concrete have been carried out, as variable add of special admixture, i.e antiwashout underwater agent (Hydroxy Ethyl Cellulose), superplasticizer (High condensate Tri - Azine). We made the antiwashout underwater concrete have enough strength to endure with easy construction. And we have decided the optimal mix proportion far antiwashout underwater concrete under standard state.

      • [논문]해석방법에 따른 사각 RC 라멘교의 거동

        본 연구에서는 사각(900°~450°) RC 라벤교를 2차원 보해석과 3차원 판해석으로 해석하였다. 연구 결과로부터 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 슬래브 지점부의 단면력 집중에 따라,3차원 판해석에 의한 단면력은 2차원 보해석의 단면력보다 1.015~1.830배 크게 나타났다. 따라서 슬래브 지점부의 철근 보강 영역은 경사폭의 0.11~0.30배로 나타났다. 슬래브 최대 정모멘트 발생각과 라멘교 사각과의 상관관계를 살펴보면, 라벤교 사각 900° ~45°에 대하여 최대 정모벤트 발생각은 93° ~ 51°로 나타났다. 따라서 라벤교의 주인장 철근 이음장 위치는 최대 정모맨트 발생 구역 밖에들도록 해야한다.

        The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the second year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows; - differential diagnosis according to condition of body fluid, differentiation of syndromes according to the state of qi and blood, differential diagnosis according to relative excessiveness or deficiency of yin and yang(氣血陰陽津液辨證) - differentiation of diseases according to pathological changes of the viscera and their interrelation - analyzing and differentiating of febrile diseases in accordance with the theory of the six channels(傷寒辨證) The individual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name(異名), notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs(辨證指標), the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern(證候分析), discrimination of diagnosis pattern(證候鑑別), a way of curing a diseases(治法), prescription(處方), herb in common use(常用藥物), diseases appearing the diagnosis pattern(常見疾病), documents(文獻調査). This study was carried out on the basis of the Chinese documents and references.

      • Hazardous Area Navigation with Temporary Beacons

        A new area expansion algorithm for the localization scheme, using temporary beacons, is proposed in this paper. The effective area of the active beacons is limited by the strength of the ultrasonic signals in a noisy environment. When a mobile robot needs to move into a hazardous area or into an unstructured environment where the beacons with pre-specified position information are not available, the localization may solely rely on dead reckoning sensors such as encoders. To overcome the error accumulation by using dead-reckoning, a new scheme is developed, in this paper, in which the mobile robot carries a few temporary beacons which do not have any pre-stored position information. When the mobile robot encounters a dangerous or unstructured environment, it utilizes the temporary beacons to localize itself. An auto-calibration algorithm has been developed to provide the position information to the temporary beacons before they are used for the localization. With these temporary beacons and the auto-calibration algorithm, mobile robots can safely pass unstructured areas. The effectiveness of the temporary beacons and auto-calibration algorithm is verified through real experiments of mobile robot navigation.

        Effect of extracts from safflower seeds on osteoblast differentiation and intracellular calcium ion concentration in MC3T3-E1 cells

        <P> Although safflower seeds have long been used in Korea as herbal medicines, very little research has been published on the effects of safflower seed on bone formation or bone density. The study reported here therefore examined bone nodule formation, calcium uptake, alkaline phosphatase activity, and intracellular concentration of calcium ion [Ca2+]i in murine osteoblastic cells of the MC3T3-E1 line that were cultured on modified Eagle's minimal essential medium alone (controls) or with addition of 0.1% crude extract of safflower seed (experimental group I) or 0.1% aqueous fraction of safflower seed (experimental group II). Fluorescence spectrometry measurement of ([Ca2+]i) showed significantly accelerated rates of osteoblast differentiation in experimental group I (3 µL of crude extract in 8 × 104 cells) and experimental group II (2 µL of aqueous fraction in 8 × 104 cells) compared to the control group.</P>

        Crosslinkable deoxidizing hybrid adhesive of epoxy–diacid for electrical interconnections in semiconductor packaging

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>For electrical interconnections in semiconductor packaging, epoxy‐based pastes have recently attracted considerable interest due to their excellent adhesion to various substrates and their reasonable electrical and mechanical properties, especially when combined with deoxidizing agents (to remove metallic oxides). Here, epoxy–diacid‐based hybrid pastes were examined to achieve a deoxidizing capability for eliminating Sn‐based solder oxides and adhesion between microchip and substrate as a one‐step process. Onset, exothermic peak and end temperatures of the reaction between epoxy and diacids were systematically probed using DSC, rheometry and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The last moment of the adhesive reaction during heating substantially enhanced the thermal and mechanical properties of the epoxy–diacid adhesive despite the absence of exothermic enthalpy detected by DSC. The glass transition temperature (<I>T</I><SUB>g</SUB>) and Young's modulus gradually decreased as a function of aliphatic chain length of diacids except when the length was extremely short and voids were produced. Soldering (wetting) and deoxidizing capabilities of the hybrid adhesive were observed via optical microscopy and FTIR. The correlation between the reaction, <I>T</I><SUB>g</SUB>, conversion and viscosity was also investigated. Lastly, complete wetting and electrical interconnection with good mechanical robustness were achieved for a commercial chip/substrate set by flip‐chip bonding. © 2018 Society of Chemical Industry</P>

Halide anions were used as simple coordinating ligands to form a tetrahedral environment around the Zn<SUP>II</SUP> ion. Nitrate and benzoate anions were used as chelating ligands to form an octahedral environment. For non-coordinating ClO4- and bridging SO42- anions, three 2,2′-bpy ligands chelate Zn<SUP>II</SUP> to form an octahedral environment, and both ClO4- and SO42- anions occupy empty positions between the metal cations for charge balance. Polymeric structures of the Zn<SUP>II</SUP>–2,2′-bpy complexes are produced by hydrogen bonding. [Zn(2,2′-bpy)(O<SUB>2</SUB>CC<SUB>6</SUB>H<SUB>5</SUB>)<SUB>2</SUB>] catalyzed efficiently the transesterification reaction of esters with methanol under the neutral conditions, while the remaining compounds showed very slow conversions.</P>
