젊은 남자에게 발생한 통상성 간질성 폐렴과 동반된 폐암 1예

Usual interstitial pneumonia(UIP) is relatively rare disease of lung parenchyme under the age of 50. Lung cancer is reported to occur as a complication of UIP, but has not been reported in young age patient with UIP in Korea. A 35-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of dyspnea, cough and mild fever. He had been suffered from dyspnea during 3 years. The dyspnea worsened recent 1 month ago. He had been treated with pneumonia at another hospital during 4 months before this admission. Chest radiographs and High resolution CT showed subpleural and basal dominant reticular opacities in both lung with no change until now. He was smoker and his occupation was car engine-man dealing with benzene. UIP is suspected by history and radiologic findings. Operation for open lung biopsy was performed to obtain lung specimen via video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery. Patient's pathologic examination showed UIP combined with adenocarcinoma in RLL superior segment and posterobasal segment and RLL lobectomy was done. After operation, the patient has been in cancer free condition so far. We report a case of UIP combined with lung cancer in young man with brief review of the literature.

We report a case of a sclerosing hemangioma of the lung with increased size during follow up, a rare benign neoplasm of the lung. A 32-year-old woman had round increased opacity in right upper lobe on posteroanterior chest radiograph. That lesion has grown slowly over four years. Computed tomographic scan showed a well circumscribed lung mass in medial aspect of right upper lobe. Radiological differential diagnosis for the lesion included inflammatory pseudotumor, atypical carcinoid, lung cancer and localized fibrous tumor of pleura. Nonspecific findings were shown by the bronchoscopy and percutaneous transthoracic needle aspiration. Anterior and apical segmentectomy was carried out and the lesion was pathologically diagnosed as sclerosing hemangioma of lung.
햅틱 진동자 시스템 성능인자 예측 및 Monte Carlo Simulation을 통한 진동 성능 예측 방법에 대한 연구

This study describes the characteristics on the electromagnetic force and the frequency bandwidth of the design parameters for upgrading the vibrator. Performance improvement is to maximize the band width at a constant acceleration. Design parameters were selected for the relevant position, height and width of the permanent magnet affecting to the excitation forces and were selected the spring stiffness and magnet weight affecting to the frequency response function. To consider the effect on electromagnetic force and band width improvement, this study was analyzed by both an independently variable and the coupled multi variables in these factors. Multi-factor analysis of the variables was applied to the full factorial experimental design, predictive model was induce the second order regression equation which include the nonlinearity of utilizes response surface methodology. In addition, performance prediction of electromagnetic force and band width for probability distribution of the physical design parameters was analyzed using Monte Carlo simulation applied to the regression model. A significance of the independence and interaction of the factors was analyzed by F-test, and it appeared to be the effective six variables which are three independence variables and three interaction effect variables. It was able to the design target value in the analysis of confidence interval over 99.7%, and the probability distribution of electromagnetic force was obtained in a mean value of 0.0399N and standard deviation 0.006N which is increased 73.5% from the design target value, the probability distribution of band width was obtained in a mean value of 27.86㎐ and standard deviation 4.54㎐ which is increased 85.7% from the design target value. It is determined to be able to make verification the design variable on performance and a reliable verification on prediction result by statistical analysis.
