        This study was carried out in order to investigate eggects of cryoprotectant concentration and equilibration time on survival of ultrarapidly frozen 2-cell mouse embryos Mouse 2-cell embryos. fol-lowing dehydration by exposure to DMSO and sucrose. were directly immersed into liquid nitrogen and thawed in 37℃ water. Viability was defined by development rate to the blastocyst stage after in vitro culture for 72 hours. The results are summarized as follows ; 1. When 0.25M of sucrose was added into the freezing medium a t various concentrations of DMSO and dilution medium, higher development rate of embryo was obtained in 3.0M DMSO conentrations (82.6%). However, When sucrose concentrations of 0.25 and 0.5M were added to the freezing medium with 3.0M DMSO and dilution medium, development rate of embryos were 81.7% and 24.1%, respectively. 2. In the equilibration time at room temperature, higher development rate was attained after short period of time(2.5min) in 3.0M DMSO +0.25M sucrose(85.9%). 3. The development rate of embryos at in vitro 2-celL in vivo 2-celL solution control and untreated control was 84.6%, 90.9%, 89.9%. and 89.7%. respectively.

      • CFD를 이용한 광촉매 정수장치모듈의 최적구조 국문제목

        The flow fields inside the photo-catalytic module for water treatment system were studied. The fluid flow inside the module was visualized mainly by CFD (computer fluid dynamics) analysis, and the numerical analysis was authorized by PIV(particle image velocimetry) measurement. The flow patterns in the module for 3 types of innards and 6 kinds of flow rate were analyzed by CFD. Model 1 had better performance below 0.1 L/s of the flow rate, and model 2 over 0.2 L/s of the flow rate with the homogeneous flow field innards of photo-catalytic module.

      • Stewart 플랫폼을 이용한 손목 힘/토크센서의 해석

        A Stewart platform-based force/torque sensor with 6 instrumented elastic legs needs the solution of forward kinematics of the Stewart platform in order to obtain forces and torqueg acting on the upper plate from given 6 leg forces. The solution of forward kinematics, however, is not known in a closed-form. In this paper, the closed-form solution of forward kinematics is derived by means of the linearization of the solution of inverse kinematics, and the closed-form solution is used for the calculation of the force and the torque of the sensor. Kinematic design parameters of the Stewart platform are determined so that the force/torque sensor may have the isotropic force/torque properties and be installed in a robot wrist. The validity of the proposed linearization method is investigated through the calculation of forces and torques.

        For elucidation of various parameter's effect on the reactive extraction of organic acidstrioctylamine(TOA)-diluents system, the association model, equilibrium constants and extraction factors(loading) were investigated . The organic acids rosed were propionic. succinic, masonic, and benzoic acid. Extractant was tertiary amine, TOA and diluents were butylaeohol, hexane, and benzene. It was concluded that the loading of monobasic acid of propionic acid were higher than that of dibasic acids of oxalic, and malonic acid with extranctant TOA. In the extraction of monobasic acid the extraction factor was not affected by the initial concentration of extractant amine, but in the extraction of dibasic acids the extraction factor was getting better with decreasing the initial concentration of amine. There was a strong effect of diluents upon the extractien factor, and the order of these factor was as shown below: xylene<Benzene<butylalcohol<choloroform<methylisobutylketone.

        농업용 S/W의 개발과 이용 활성화 방안

        This study aims to the examine the development strategy and usage of software for farmers through demand survey of farmers. This study also analyzes the situations and problems that farmers encounter when using software, demand on software, and kind of software that they want to use in their farm management in the future. The category of satisfaction and dissatisfaction on software for farm management is classified for useful software development and the reason of quitting using software. Results of the survey revealed that to increase software utilization after development and distribution of software, educational opportunity for farmers should be provided; use of various distribution channels and distribution of appropriate software.

      • 空氣中 正極性 Spark Channel의 磁氣場에 의한 影響

        The influences of magnetic field on the positive spark channel of point-to-rod gap under steady potentials in air were studied by means of two cameras and an oscilloscope. The direction of magnetic field was perpendicular to the gap axis, and the magnetic field strength ranging from 0 to 6.6kG was applied. The positive spark channel was deflected in the direction of the Lorentz force. Therefore, it was confirmed that the positive streamer model, which says the streamer is progressing with positive space charge on its tip, is reasonable. The first step length of the spark channel was increased as the magnetic field strength was increased, but it was abruptly decreased at about 4kG. Then, it showed constant above 5kG. However, it first step deflection length was increased at about 3kG. But it was decreased from 3kG to 4kG. It was unchanged above 5kG.

        사다리꼴 핀에 대한 해석적 방법과 실험의 비교

        A trapezoidal fin is analyzed by using one-dimensional analytic method. For two boundary conditions, the heat transfer rate is given instead of specified temperature at the fin base and heat conduction into the fin tip is equal to heat convection from the tip. Temperatures at three different points within the trapezoidal fin are measured by using experimental apparatus. A comparison of the temperature between one-dimensional analytic method and experimentation is made as a function of dimensionless fin length under both free convection and forced convection conditions. The ratio of heat loss from the fin tip surface to that through the fin base is presented as a function of dimensionless fin length and Biot number. One of results shows that the relative error increases as the air velocity increases for forced convection conditions.

        본 논문에서는 기중기에 사용된 모터의 회전수를 측정하는 장치를 설계하였다.이 장치는 로타리엔코더, 회전수를 계산하는 속도 측정부, LCD표시부 및 모터의 방향판별회로로 구성된다.모터의 회전수측정 장치는 모터의 회전수를 측정하여 RPM으로 표시하고, 모터가 6˚ 회전 후에 모터의 방향을 판별할 수 있다.그리고 모터가 제한속도를 벗어나면 위험신호를 발생하는 신호와 회전방향을 나타내는 신호를 발생한다.

      • CMOS VLSI의 IDDQ 테스트세트 간략화에 관한 연구

        This paper proposes a dynamic compaction algorithm which can detect intra-bridging faults for IDDQ testing in CMOS VLSI. X_gates which have X(don't care) values in the input of the gate may exist in the circuit after a test pattern in chosen. The compaction algorithm assigns the logic value 1 or 0 that can be applied to the primitive fault pattern to X in the X_gate, and it detects all detectable faults for a test pattern. The simulation results in the benchmark circuits show that the fault coverage of this dynamic compaction algorithm is much enhanced compared with the conventional static compaction algorithms, and the resulting test vector reduction is up to 30%.
