        2010 파주, 안산지역 갈대, 억새 등 야초류의 이용실태와 사료가치 평가

        본 연구는 부존 조사료자원의 이용을 활성화하여 수입사료를 줄이고 가축 사료비를 절감하고자 2010년도에 경기 파주 (민통선 지역)와 경기 안산 (시화지구)에서 갈대와 억새 등 야초자생지를 탐색하고, 수확?이용실태 조사와 함께 사료가치를 분석하였다. 파주 민통선 내억새 (Miscanthus sinensis)와 갈대 (Phragmites communis) 혼합 자생지는 90~100 ㏊ 규모로, 1차 곤포작업으로 사일리지 520톤 (㏊당 6톤), 2차로 380톤 (㏊당 4톤)을 조제하여, 연 사일리지 900톤 (㏊당 10톤)을 생산하였다. 곤포의 유통가격은 롤당 52~55천 원으로 ㎏당 130~137.5원이었다. 곤포는 자가소비 50~70%, 판매유통 30~50%로, 수익성은 인건비 정도로 추정되었다. 초장 70 ㎝의 재생 억새는 조단백질 9.6%, 상대사료가치 82.4 (건초 4등급), 건물 소화율 67.7%, 초장 70 ㎝의 재생 갈대는 각각 13.8%, 84.3 (4등급), 67.9%로 사료가치는 높았으며, 수확이 늦어짐에 따라 사료가치는 크게 낮아졌다. 안산 시화지구 (3공구)의 갈대 등 야초류자생지는 100 ㏊ 정도로 2009년도에는 50 ㏊에서 사일리지 550톤 (㏊당 11톤)을 생산하여 롤당 50천 원에 유통하였으며, 2010년도는 잦은 강우와 장마로 부분 이용에 그쳤다. 고초기의 갈대는 건물률 89.8%, 조단백질 2.2%, NDF 80.6%, ADF 55.4%, 상대사료가치 52.9 (5등급), 건물 소화율 36.4%로 볏짚에 비해서도 사료가치는 크게 낮았다. 초장 80 ㎝의 재생 갈대는 조단백질 12.9%, 상대사료가치 99.8 (3등급), 건물 소화율 66.6%로 사료가치는 양호하였으며, 개화기의 초장 150 ㎝ 갈대는 조단백질 4.5%, 상대사료가치 59.9 (5등급), 건물 소화율 42.2%로 볏짚의 사료가치와 비슷하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여볼 때, 갈대, 억새 등 야초류는 현 상태에서 최대한 수거?이용하되, 사료가치를 유지하고 가축 기호성을 고려한 시기에 수확하는 것이 중요하며, 최소한 볏짚과 비슷하거나 그 이상의 사료가치를 기대하기 위해서는 7월 중순 이전 (늦어도 7월까지)에 수확?이용하는 것이 권장된다. 본 연구에서 조사된 대부분의 야초류는 상대사료가치가 75 이하인 건초 5등급으로 사료가치는 매우 낮았으며, 키가 작은 영양생장기에 수확한 경우에만 4등급으로 나타났다. 부존 조사료자원의 이용은 양질의 사료작물 생산과 병행하여 추진하는 것이 바람직하였다. This study was carried out in 2010 to investigate the utilization and nutritive value of native grasses, such as Phragmites communis and Miscanthus sinensis which might reduce the cost of feeding domestic cattle. The regions within the Civilian Control Line in Paju and Sihwa region in Ansan were surveyed. In Paju, the yearly silage production was 900 MT harvested from 90 ha (10 MT/㏊). About 30~50% of these were sold out at the marketing price of 52,000~55,000 Won per roll (130~137.5 Won/㎏). Regrown Miscanthus sinensis of 70 ㎝ in length contained 9.6% of crude protein (CP), 82.4 of relative feed value (RFV), and 67.7% of in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD). Regrown Phragmites communis of 70 ㎝ in length contained 13.8% of CP, 84.3 of RFV, and 67.9% of IVDMD. As harvesting was delayed, the quality was decreased dramatically. In Ansan region, Phragmites communis plantation covers 100 ha. The silage production was 550 MT from the area of 50 ha (11 MT/㏊) in 2009. And the marketing price was 50,000 Won per roll. But in 2010 only a small amount of grasses could have been baled due to frequent and much rainfall from spring to summer season. However, the good forage quality was observed from regrown Phragmites communis of 80 ㎝ in length, 12.9% CP, 99.8 RFV and 66.6% IVDMD, while that of late matured grasses was very low, 2.2% CP, 52.9 RFV and 36.4% IVDMD, greatly lower than forage quality of rice straw. The quality of grasses at bloom stage of 150 ㎝ in length was similar to that of rice straw, showing 4.5% CP, 59.9 RFV and 42.2% IVDMD. In conclusion, the overall quality of most native grasses in this survey were very poor. Therefore, we recommend that Phragmites communis and Miscanthus sinensis should be harvested during June or July to obtain better forage quality which is richer in forage values than rice straw. Production of high quality forage crops was also desirable for self sufficiency of forage.

        This study was done in order to investigate the treatment of occidental and oriental medicine on dementia(mainly senile dementia and cerobrovascular dementia). The results were as fellows ; 1. Dementia must treat a direct causes, but uncountable dementia(senile dementia) and cerobrovascular dementia can't treat at present. 2. Sciopsychological treatment in very important in dementia patient : maintance of appropriate stlmulation psychological rest, physical examination, dietary cure and safety device is needed. On secondary mental disorder antipsychotics, anxiolytics and antidepressants have to proscribe properly. 3. Treatments of Senile dementia(uncountable cerebral degenerative disease) prescribed hydergine which is peripheral vasodilator and physostigmine which increase cholinergic activity (of brain, but this have slight effort on some patients. On treatments of cerobrovascular dementia, the medication that improved the cell metabolism and circulation of brain, this improved only a subjective symptom, but isn't foundamental treatment. 4. A tonic medicine is used basically, the methods are as folllows. 1) Kenwihwadam(建胃化痰) - Sesimtang(洗心湯) 2) Bosiniksu(補腎益髓) - Hwansodan(還少丹) 3) Bosimiksin(補心益腎) -- Gyuibitang(歸脾湯), Singyuo(神交湯) 4) Boheoansin(補虛安神) - Cilbokem(七福飮), sanggitang(生氣湯) 5) geoeohwalhyel(祛瘀活血) -tonggyuhwalhyeltang(通竅活血湯). 5. Acupuncture therapy on dementia used follow acupuncture point : Yamen(啞門 GV15), Laokung(勞宮 HC8), Tsusanli(足三里 ST36), Shenshu(腎兪 BL23), Tachui(大?? GVl4), Chiuwei(鳩尾 CV15). Sanyinchiao(三除交 SP6), Yungchuan(??泉 KIl), Shipsun(十宣), Shousanli(手三里 LI1O), Taichong(太衡 LV3) In moxibustion therapy, Dachui(大?? GVl4) point is used.

        CDMA 시스템에서는 이동국이 Open-loop 전력제어 및 Close-Loop 전력제어를 할 때 비 선형적인 AGC의 특성으로 인해 수신기의 감도가 현저히 낮아진다. 본 논문에서는 AGC의 비선형적인 특성 곡선값을 S/W로 선형화 시켜 RAS RAMDATA를 생성하고 이를 RAS RAM에 넣어 선형적으로 보상된 AGC특성을 얻는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 그리고 실험을 통하여 그 유효성을 증명한다. In CDMA system, the sensitivity of receivers is lowered significantly due to characteristics of non-linear AGC when the mobile station implements open-loop power control and closed-loop power control. In this paper, We propose a algorithm that obtains linearly conpensated AGC characteristic by inserting the RAS RAM DATA in RAS RAM, which linearizes the value of non-linear characteristic graph in AGC by S/W, and the experimental results shows the validity.

        STR 유전자의 개인식별력 측정을 위한 통계량

        When we intend to do the personal identification using DNA profiles, it will obviously be better to use as much information as possible. The power of identification is increased by using the genetic marker system such as VNTRs or STRs. Although STRs do not have many alleles per locus as VNTRs, these can be compensated by a large number of loci that are potentially usable. However, it will be more efficient to use a morphic loci. Therefore, prior to choose the genetic marker system of STRs for identification, it is essential to consider the statistical parameters of each STR locus, such as obs-H(observed heterozygosity), exp-H(expected heterozygosity), pM(probability of match), DI(discrimination index), PD(power of discrimination), MEC(mean exclusion chance), MEP(mean exclusion paternity), PIC(polymorphic information content) et al. In this article, we described the exact meaning of statistical parameters for the purpose of identification.

      • 小續命湯 抽出物이 全腦虛血 및 局所腦虛血에 미치는 影響

        이 실험의 목적은 小續命湯에 대하여 KCN(potassium cyanide)으로 유발된 혼수시간과 생존시간을 측정하여 全腦虛血에 미치는 영향을 관찰하고, 또한 MCA occlusion 유발시 腦浮腫率과 腦虛血面積을 측정하여 局所腦虛血에 미치는 영향을 실험연구하였다. 1. 전뇌허혈 유발실험에서 유의성있는 KCN 유발 혼수시간의 단축, 치사량의 KCN에 대한 생존시간의 연장 효과가 나타났다. 2. 국소 뇌허혈 유발실험(MCA occlusion)에 미치는 효과에서는 뇌허혈면적과 뇌부종율이 대조군에 비하여 유의성있게 감소하였다. The effects of Sosokmyung-tang(小續命湯) on global cerebral ischemia and cerebral in farction by MCA(middle cerebral artery) occlusion were evaluated in this study. This study was performed to investigate that Sosokmyung-tang would be useful for cerebrovascular diseases. In the case of global cerebral ischemia, ICR mice were used and divided into three group at random. Control group was treated after oral administration of normal saline, experimental group was treated after oral administration of 10,4㎎/20g/day of Sosokmyung-tang extract. The multiple parameter of global cerebral ischemia included the duration of coma of KCN(potassium cyanide)-injected(1.2㎎/㎏,i.v) group and the survival time of KCN-injected(3.0㎎/㎏,i.v) group. In the case of cerebral infarction by MCA occlusion, Sprague-Dawley rats were used and divided into three group at random. Control group was given nothing before MCA occlusion, experimental group was given 157.2㎎/250g/day of Sosokmyung-tang extract before MCA occlusion. We investigated edema and ischemic ratio in 8 slices of rats' brain after MCA occlusion. The results were obtained as follows : 1. Sosokmyung-tang significantly shortened the duration of coma of KCN-injected (1.2㎎/㎏,i.v) group and lengthened the survival time of KCN-injected(3.0㎎/㎏,i.v) group. 2. Sosokmyung-tang significantly decreased cerebral edema and ischemic ratio in rats after MCA occlusion. From the above results, it was concluded that Sosokmyung-tang can be effectively applied to cerebrovascular diseases.

        Currently the evaluation of high school science and mathematics learning has been too much knowledge-centered without concerning the inquiring ability or scientific attitude. This study, therefore, was made for the purpose of establishing of evaluation model for high school science (biology and earth science) and mathematics learning and its evaluation items. In this paper, the research was done about three fields, biology, earth science and mathematics. 1. For the biology, the evaluation methods of inquiry learning were studied with the foreign references, and proper evaluation items were suggested. 2. For the earth science, after analizing 5 kinds of earth science textbook of current using in high school, essential 19 items were selected. 5 of them were tested in test group and control group, then, the results were analized. 3. For the mathematice, the teaching elements of「Set」and「Flow chart」in mathematics (Ⅰ) were selected and structured. Detailed teaching objects were established and evaluation items were introduced.

      • 固眞飮子가 galactosamine으로 유발한 흰쥐의 간중독에 미치는 영향

        최근 간질환에 대한 진단과 기술의 비약적인 발전에도 불구하고 치료방법론에서는 그 해결이 모호한 상태에 있다. 실험적으로 간중독을 유발시킨 동물에 약물을 투여하여 그 약화를 입증하려는 노력이 진행되고 있다. 이에 저자는 固眞飮子가 간독성의 완화효과에 미치는 영향을 관찰하기 위하여 固眞飮子추출물을 투여한 흰쥐에 galactosamine으로 간독성을 유발하고 간조직내 glutathione과 과산화지질의 함량, 혈청중의 GOT, GPT, γ-GPT, ALT, LDH의 효소활성측정 및 혈청중의 bile acid함량을 측정하여 다음과 같은 유의한 결과를 얻었다. glutathione의 함량은 固眞飮子을 전처치한 실험군에서 유의성 있게 증가하여고, 과산화지질, 혈청중 GOT, GPT, γ-GPT, ALT, LDH, bile acid는 고진음자를 전처치한 실험군에서 유의성있게 감소하였다. The purpose of this study is to observe the protective effect of Kojinyumja on serum reaction and hepatic tissue in galactosamine treated rats. In this study, the experimental rats divided four group(Normal group, Control group, Sample A group, and Sample B group): Under the same condition, normal and contro1 group were administered water, sample A, B group were administered Kojinyumja for 8days. And then, Coth control group and Sample B group were injected to abdomen with galactosamine for 1day. The rates of glutathione, lipid peroxide, GOT, GPT, γ-GTP, ALP, LDH, and contents of bile acid level were measured. The results are as follows: The glutathione rate significantly increased in sample group, the others(lipid peroxide, G0T, GPT, γ-GTP, ALP, LDH, bile acid) significantly decreased in sample group.

        Mesoporous MCM-41 exibits a hexagonal arrangement of uniform mesopores whose dimensions may be engineered in the range of ∼20Å to greater than 100Å. The MCM-41 typically have high surface areas above 1000m2/g, and then capacities of MCM-41 to accommodate the larger hydrocarbon is still higher than the general molecular sieve. At the present, many surfactants as organic templates have been proposed for various formations of these MCM-41. In this study, we synthesized mesoporous MCM-41 which has a spherically hexagonal structure. Also, the pore size of MCM-41 could be changed by the control of alkyl chain length of surfactants.

      • 大防風湯의 LPS誘發 關節炎 緩和效果에 관한 實驗的 硏究

        본 실험은 大防風湯이 혈관생성과 세포유착인자발현 억제를 통해 LPS(lipopolysaccharide)유발 관절염 완화에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 LPS주사로 관절염이 유발된 생쥐에게 大防風湯 추출액을 음용 투여하였다. 실험동물은 20g된 female Balb/c계 생쥐암컷을 선별하여 아무런 처치를 하지 않은 대조군, 무릎관절에 LPS를 주사한 LPS군, LPS주사후 大防風湯 추출액을 투여한 DBP군으로 나누어, 다시 LPS와 DBP군을 LPS처리 후 시간의 경과에 따라 3, 7, 14일로 구분하였으며, 실험군 각각에는 실험동물을 10마리씩 배정하였다. 광학 현미경(BX50)으로 大防風湯 추출액 투여가 LPS주사 후 증가된 윤할 관절막내 혈관분포 증가에 미치는 영향과 아울러 윤활세포, 섬유화 및 섬유모세포, 비만세포와 염증관여세포, 세포유착인자 등의 윤활 관절막에서의 형태변화를 관찰하였다. DBP군에서는 자유면에서 윤활세포과형성의 억제와 침윤 림프구의 감소, 낮은 섬유화 양상과 침적 섬유모세포의 감소, 모세혈관 주변의 림프구 침적 감소와 비만세포 분포감소, 자유면과 섬유지지역분포 ICAM과 혈관주변분포VCAM 등과 같은 세포유착인자의 감소 등이 관찰되었다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 大防風湯은 관절염 유발시 발생되는 혈관생성과 세포유착인자의 발현증가 등을 억제함으로써 이후 발생되는 윤활 관절막 손상을 완화하는 것으로 사료된다. Purpose : This study is to investigate the alleviation effects of Daebangpoongtang in LPS induced arthritis in mice knee joint. Methods : Daebangpoongtang was chosen to treat the arthritis caused by injecting 300 μg/kg LPS to mice knee joint. The control group had no treatment, while the LPS group was injected 300μg/kg LPS to mice knee joint and the DBP group was oral administrated of Daebangpoongtang. After injection of 300μg/kg LPS to mice knee joint, the alteration of synovial lining cell, vessel, fibrosis, distribution of collagen fiber, fibroblast, mast cell, infiltration of inflammation component cell and distribution of ICAM and VCAM was observed by light microscope(BX50). Results : In the DBP extract treatment group, the distribution of vessel, the enlargement of synovial lining cell layer, the synovial lining cells with filopodia, the fibrosis, the distribution of fibroblast in synovial membrane, the distribution of ICAM and VCAM on the knee joint was less than that of LPS group. Infiltrated lymphocyte into the apical surface had not observed in the DBP extract treatment group. The distribution of mast cell was as same as control group(no treatment group) and it showed granulated type. Conclusion : According to the above results, it might be considered that the administration of Daebangpoongtang has a curative effect on synovial membrane injury in arthritis by inhibiting increase of vessel, cell adhesion molecule(1CAM and VCAM) in LPS induced arthritis.
