본 논문에서는 UHF대역의 RFID 리더기용 원형편파 안테나를 설계 제작하였다. 그리고 설계 제작된 안테나의 성능분석을 통하여 Return Loss (S11)는 914 MHz에서 약 -45.529 dB로 상당히 적었으며, 안테나 이득은 약 6.09 dBi값을 얻었다. 또한 임피던스 매칭은 약 이고, 사용 대역 중심 주파수인 911 MHz에서 축비는 1.2 dB로 설계되어 모든 RFID 리더기에 적용 가능함을 확인하였다. 따라서 RFID 리더기의 파라미터에서 가장 중요한 것 중 하나는 수신감도를 향상시켜서 원거리에서도 멀티태그를 인식하는데 있어서 원형편파 안테나의 이득을 높게 설계 제작함으로써 감도를 향상 시킬 것으로 기대 된다. This study has designed a circular polarization antenna for UHF bandwidth RFID reader. As a result of performance test of the antenna designed it is found that return loss (S11) is about -45.529dB at 914MHz, which is relatively small, and antenna gain is about 6.09dBi. It has also been confirmed that impedance matching is about and it can be applied to every RFID reader. Therefore, the antenna is designed to have higher gain of circular polarization by improving reception, which is one of the most important parameters of RFID reader and is expected to be extensively used to recognize multi-tag in the distance.

본 논문에서는 CDMA 이동국 시스템의 고주파 수신부를 구현하기 위한 시스템 파라메타에 대하여 이동국 최소 규격인 IS-98-A를 기준으로 고찰하였으며, 이 규격을 만족시키기 위한 수신감도와 잡음지수의 관계, 그리고 프레임 오율과 비트 오율과의 관계를 분석하였다. 시뮬레션 결과, 이동국의 수신감도에 적합한 수신기의 최대 잡음지수는 퀄컴사에서 언급하는 규격보다 3dB 정도 여유를 갖는 약 11dB를 나타내었다. 또한 각 부호율에 대한 통화채널의 Eb/Nt와 프레임 오율과의 관계를 통화채널 속도를 가변하여 시험하고, LNA에서 IMD가 가장 중요한 변수라는 사실을 검증하기 위한 상호변조 스퓨리어스에 대한 시험을 LNA를 항상 ON시킨 경우와 ON/OFF시킨 경우 두가지로 나누어 시험하였다. In this paper, A method is proposed to analyze the noise figure for some parameters based on IS-98 recommendation when a RF receiver for the CDMA mobile station is designed. Simulation results show that the maximum noise figure of the receiver, which fits in the receiving sensitivity of the mobile station, is about 11dB, and this value is smaller about 3dB than the existing specification. In addition, we have tested the relationship between frame error rate and Eb/Nt of traffic channel for each coding rate. according to the speed changes of the traffic channel. In order to prove IMD to be most important variable in LNA we have tested IMD spurious in case that LNA always turns on and in case that LNA turns ON/OFF.
CDMA에서 OPEL-LOOP 전력제어 알고리즘 개선에 관한 연구

A near-end and far-end problem in the CMS(CDMA Mobile System) is solved by the power control of the BSC and the BTS. In this paper, we have considered the enviroment of OPEEN-LOOP power control in CDMA reverse link, improved an access prove procedure by introducing odd and even process, and analyzed the time response and measured value of power control. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively use the frequency band by reducing the interference as well as the BSC can keep stable call quality and the reduction of power dissipation.
ZigBee 기반 자동차 배출가스 센싱정보 네트워크 구축방안 연구

Discharged gas from automobiles produce various kinds of harmful gas that may affect the earth environment. Technologies to reduce discharged gas focus on automobiles that have been launched and to be launched, but as prevention against those that were launched is expensive, only a regular discharged gas test is provided and it is difficult to test usual gas discharge. Therefore, this study suggests the following plan to construct information sharing network Obtain information on discharged gas using 02 sensors, with a ZigBee attached to automobiles, construct radio network to make database or provide information real-time for owners of automobiles in order to test discharged gas anytime. It presents the use of the main technologies as follows: expandibility of nodes, low-power, and ZigBee technology appropriate for management of small-scaled data. To construct information sharing networks of automobiles, it suggest " automobile sensing information transfer system" as a necessary internal device. Finally, this study suggests a " information sharing system" to construct information sharing network.

Passive RFID systems are composed of three components - an RF interrogator (reader). a passive tag. and a host computer. In this study. we design the RFID reader based on passive tag. operating in the frequency range of 908.5-914 ㎒. After analyzing commercial UHF RFID readers. we designed a new RFID reader which has more compact architecture. long reader range. and improved performances.
WCDMA 이동통신에 있어서 단말기 수신시스템 최적화 설계

To improve the perlonnances of a WCDMA receiver system such as out-of-band blocking characteristics, spurious response attenuation and intermodulation characteristics, LNA_on or LNA_bypass within the system have been used. The IIP3 parameter can be improved, but total noise indexes and the CNR parameter value may decrease, and, due to increased FER of receiving sensitivity, a decrease in communication quality may occur accompanied by call-drop. This study presented a design technique to optimize the perlormance of the WCDMA receiver system. The technique involves using programmable LNA, and inserting it based on the interactions between parameters of IIP3, NF, and CNR. When this study applied the optimized values of LNA parameter to simulate the receiver, the perlormance of intermodulation spurious response attenuation showed improvement greater than when LNA_on was applied, noise index was greatly improved compared to LNA_bypass applications. This suggests that an optimized design technique contributed to improved communication quality of the WCDMA receiver system.
