전통누룩 진균류를 이용한 입국의 제조 및 입국곰팡이의 동정

다양한 향미를 가진 막걸리의 개발을 위해 전통누룩으로부터 분리한 곰팡이로 입국을 제조한 후 품질특성을 분석하여 입국의 규격에 적합하며 이취가 없고 관능이 우수한 9균주를 입국 제조용 우수균주로 최종 선발하였다. 선발된 균주는 Aspergillus oryzae(C1-5-2-2, C20-7-3, CN1.3.1-4, CN16.19.1-1, N152-1, N220-1), Mycocladus corymbiferus (N162-2), Rhizopus oryzae(N20), Lichtheimia corymbifera (N21)로 동정되었으며, 제조한 입국의 산도는 5.0~6.8, 당화력은 128~241sp이었다. Various koji were prepared by fungi isolated from traditional nuruk and their quality characteristics were investigated. Acidity and saccharification power of their koji were ranged in 5.0~6.8 and 128sp~241sp. Nine fungi which were showed good quality and sensory evaluation were identified by analysis of their nucleotide sequences with PCR-amplified 18S rDNA internal transcribed spacer-1(ITS-1) and ITS-4 genes. Among them, six strains were identified as Aspergillus oryzae and the other strains were identified as Mycocladus corymbiferus, Rhizopus oryzae, Lichtheimia corymbifera.
Selective Nitration에 의한 3-Phenyl-4-(p-aminophenyl) Sydnone의 합성

3,4-Diphenylsydnone에 조건을 변화시켜가면서 니트로화반응을 시켰다. 반응은 4위치의 phenyl에서만 일어났으며, CH_3COOH-HNO_3조건하에서는 para에 그리고 H_2SO_4-HNO_3조건하에서는 ortho와 para에 진행하여 각각 니트로화합물을 얻었다. 생물학적으로 활성을 갖을 것으로 기대되는 아미노기를 갖는 sydnone유도체를 얻기 위하여, 이 니트로화합물을 Fe와 2%초산수용액에 의해 환원시켰다. 이들 생성물의 확인은 IR과 NMR로 검토하였으며 원소분석으로 확정지었다. Nitration of 3,4-diphenylsydnone was examined under various conditions. Reaction took place only at phenyl which was at 4-position of sydnone ring, and it was found that para-substituent was obtained under CH_3COOH-HNO_3 condition, whereas under H_2SO_4-HNO_3 condition ortho-and para-substituent was obtained. In order to obtain amino group containing sydnone derivative which was expected to be biologically active, this nitro compound was reduced by iron and 2% aqueous acetic acid. The products thus obtained were identified by IR and NMR spectroscopy and confirmed by elemental analysis.

For the fundamental knowledge about the behavior of glass solder in the case of joining of ceramics, the wettability of glass on alumina were measured by sessile drop method. SiO_2-CaO-Al_2O_3 glasses were selected as examples of glass, and alumina of the various compositions were used as substrates. Contact angle of glass on 99% alumina didn't decrease with time at elevated temperature, while 92% alumina showed time-dependent property. It was the reaction between glass and 92% alumina that contact angle of glass on 92% alumina decreased with time.

In micro hole punching process the burr occurs inevitably, but the burr must be minimized in order to improve the quality and accuracy of the product. In this study, magnetic field assisted polishing technique is applied to remove the burr which exists in nozzles for ink jet printer head and proved to be a feasible for deburring by experiment. The deburring characteristics of sheet metals was investigated changing with polishing time. After the deburring, the burr size has remarkably reduced and roundness of the hole also has improved.

ABS 수지의 가공특성을 체계적으로 이해하기 위하여 수지의 유변특성을 살펴보았다 ABS의 분자 파라미터들이 유변물성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 특히 그라프트율이 유변물성에 미치는 영향을 자세히 살펴보았다. 그라프트율이 증가하면서 장시간 완화시간 영역의 저장모듈러스는 감소하다가 약 50-60%근처에서 최소값을 가진 후 다시 증가하는 모습을 보이는 데, 이러한 변화는 ORDER가 바뀔 정도로 큰 수준이었으며, 최소값 근처에서의 변화폭이 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 관련된 유변물성의 변화를 설명하였으며, 이러한 유변물성의 차이가 가공안정성, 유동성, 이형성 등 가공상의 다양한 현상에 영향을 준다는 것을 선명하였다. 또한 모듈러스가 최소가 되는 그라프트율 근처에서는 점탄성의 변동이 심하여 생산 시 품질 변통의 폭이 커져 품질 불안정을 야기할 가능성이 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 향후 ABS수지의 최적화를 위하여 이와 같은 연구가 반드시 수행되어야 한다는 점을 지적하였으며, 본 연구는 향후 ABS의 최적 분자설계를 위한 기반을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

This study suggests the new ultraprecision finishing techniques for micro die and mold parts using magnetic field-assisted polishing. Conventional magnetic abrasives have several disadvantages, which are missing of abrasive particle and inequal mixture between magnetic particle and abrasive particle. Therefore, bonded magnetic abrasive particles are fabricated by several method. For example, plasma melting and direct bonding. Carbonyl iron powder is used as magnetic particle where silicon carbide and alumina are abrasive particles. Developed magnetic abrasives are analyzed using SEM. Feasibility of magnetic abrasive and polishing performance of this magnetic abrasive particles also have been investigated. After polishing surface roughness of workpiece is reduced from 85.4 nm Ra to 9 nm Ra.

Micro-Channel ultra-precision polishing is a new technology used in magnetic field-assisted polishing. In this paper, an electromagnet or the jig of test system was designed and manufactured. A size of magnetic abrasive is used on 25~75μm and for the polish a micro-channel upper part. A surface of channel which is not even is manufactured using magnetic abrasive finishing at upper surface of micro-channel. As a result, the surface roughness rose by 80% after upper surface of micro- channel was polished up 8 minutes by polishing.
