The Koran proverbs are one of important manners of proselytism and guidance manners, besides, they consider also branch from science and knowledge supplier via their inclusion examples, preachment and lessons for worshipers and country. In other words, the Koran proverbs represent clearance teaching manners from the first level of their expression carefulness and wonderful description. On this base, we divide the project into four chapters; the first included clearance in the meaning of language proverbs; the second mentioned kinds of Koran proverbs and their treatments; the third for importance Koran proverbs in teaching process; the fourth for analysis review of some Koran proverbs.

This study examines the relationship between three major elements -Transformational leadership, Prosocial Behavioral Intentions, and Organizational Performance of full-time academics from different universities and colleges in Oman. A total of 322 full-time employees from different universities and technical colleges participated in an online survey and hardcopy survey. The data was collected using the primary data collection method. Structured scales were adopted for the study to include all the variables under study (Garcia-Morales et al., 2012; Baumsteiger et al., 2019). The adopted questionnaire was slightly modified to align with the circumstances of universities as well as colleges in Oman. A hypothesis is formed to find out the significant contributions among different sample categories. The correlation method was used to find out the relationship. It was evident from the result that there exists a significant relationship between major variables under study. This study reveals an important characteristic of transformational leadership towards prosocial behavioral intentions as it has a connection with organizational performance. There is limited research available to find out the relationship between prosocial behavioral intentions, transformational leadership, and organizational performance. This research focuses on identifying the antecedents and factors influencing organizations’ performance efficiently and productively

<P>Current study aimed at exploring the diversity of bacterial endophytes with Boswellia sacra and their role in copper (Cu) stress to tomato plants. Bacterial endophytes were belonged to Bacillus, Rhizobium and Paenibacillus, which were screened against Cu (0=10 mM) stress to dwarf and normal rice seeds. Among strains, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BSL16 showed significantly higher bioremediation potential by accumulating high Cu and promoting growth of rice seeds. B. amyloliquefaciens BSL16 significantly increased growth of tomato plants during 2.5 mM Cu stress. Active colonization of BSL16 reduced the accumulation of Cu in leaf, shoot, and root, and in parallel up-regulated total protein contents in leaf and stem. Glutathione peroxidase and reduced glutathione contents were significantly higher and lipid peroxidation was lower in endophyte-treated tomato plants as compared to Cu treatment. The current results conclude that application of metal bio-accumulating bacteria can help in improving the plant growth of tomato plants during Cu stress.</P>

The problem in this research is what teachers need to overcome basic locomotor barriers for children with mental retardation in inclusive schools. This study aims to find out what teachers need to overcome the barriers of locomotor movement in children with mental retardation in inclusive schools. The study was conducted on four sports teachers in three inclusive schools in Surakarta, Indonesia. Data collection techniques were interviews of four sports teachers in inclusive schools, observations made during sports lessons and documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative using Miles and Huberman model analysis. Based on the results of the research can be seen that children with mental retardation in inclusive schools that have barriers in doing locomotor motion walking, waking and jumping, sports teachers in inclusion schools using media and games in every learning but the media and games can only be used by students common and can not be used to overcome basic locomotor motion barriers in children with mental retardation. it can be concluded that sports teachers in inclusive schools state that they need media and games that can be used to overcome basic locomotor barriers to the children with mental retardation in inclusion schools.

Investigations on the dynamic behavior of concrete members, incorporating steel fibers with different aspect ratios, are limited so far and do not covered comprehensively in prior studies. Present endeavor is devoted to examine the dynamic response of the steel fibrous concrete beams and slabs under the influence of impact loading. These members were reinforced with steel fibers in different length of 25 mm and 50 mm. Four concrete mixes were designed and used based on the proportion of long and short fibers. Twenty-four slabs and beams were fabricated with respect to the concrete mix and these specimens were tested in impact load experiment. Testing observations revealed that the maximum dynamic deflection or ductility of the member can be achieved with increasing the fiber length. Structural behavior of the tested structures was predicted using nonlinear finite element analysis with specific material constitutive relationships. Eight nodes plate elements have been considered in the present dynamic analysis. Dynamic fracture energy of the members was calculated and agreement ratio, of more than 70%, was noticed between the experimental and analysis outcomes.

The modification of ternary metal oxide to improve the photoelectrocatalysis (PEC) properties of TiO2 photocatalyst is a hot issue in environmental and resource applications. Herein, we present a novel photoelectrocatalytst of Se doped-TiO2/Ti nanotube arrays (Se@TiO2/Ti-NTAs) for high-efficiency degradation of diazinon pesticide. The Se@TiO2/Ti-NTAs were prepared to treat the TiO2-NTAs in Se-TiO2 sol-gel for 10 min, which was followed by calcination in air at 200 °C for 1 h. Optical absorption spectroscopy of the Se@TiO2/Ti-NTAs indicated that there is a red-shift in the optical energy gap to 2.95 eV if compared to the pristine TiO2/Ti NTAs, which suggests that the new photoelectrocatalyst is photoactive under visible light irradiation. We evaluated the photoactivity of the sample by using it as the photoelectrocatalyst in the degradation of diazinon pesticides under the PEC process. The results showed that the Se@TiO2/Ti-NTAs can degrade 95.62% for 1 h under visible light irradiation, which is equivalent to the degradation rate constant of 0.0183 s−1. For comparison, the pristine TiO2/Ti NTAs only degrades the diazinon as high as 87.65%, even then under UV light irradiation. Our result also indicated that the Se@TiO2/Ti-NTAs promote active photoelectron transfer and active radical formation, such as •OH and •O − 2 , for rapid diazinon pesticide degradation. The Se@TiO2/Ti-NTAs photoelectrode should be a potential platform for environmental pollution treatment.
Nanocomposite design of graphene modified TiO2 for electrochemical sensing in phenol detection

This study is the stage of developing a phenol detection electrochemical sensor. Phenol is one of the organic pollutants harmful to human life and ecosystems. The development of this sensor was carried out by studying the use of TiO2 anatase as a modifier of graphene electrodes. The mass of TiO2 anatase was varied, while the mass of graphene and paraffin was fixed. The results showed that the TiO2 mass of 1.0 g was the best mass as a graphene electrode modifier. The use of this mass increases the oxidation current (Ipa) of phenol by 450 A, which is observed at an oxidation potential (Epa) of −0.30 V. The presence of interfering ions such as K+, Fe2+, and OH− can decrease the measurement current. However, based on the %RSD value, it shows that the performance of TiO2-graphene is in a good category, where the %RSD value obtained is 0.6%. TiO2-graphene electrodes can be used repeatedly for 12 days. Overall, this work demonstrates the potential of TiO2-graphene electrodes as electrode candidates for electrochemical-based phenol sensors.

Background The outcome of alveolar grafting with synthetic bone substitute (Osteon III) in various bone defect volumes is highlighted.Methods A prospective study was accomplished on 55 patients (6–13 years of age) with unilateral alveolar bone cleft. Osteon III, consisting of hydroxyapatite and tricalcium phosphate, is used to reconstruct the defect. Alveolus defect diameter was calculated before surgery (V1), after 3 months (V2), and finally after 6 months (V3) postsurgery. In the t-test, a significant difference and correlation between V1, V2, and V3 are stated. A p-value of 0.01 is considered a significant difference between parameters.Results The degree of cleft is divided into three categories: small (9 cases), medium (20 patients), and large (26 cases).The bone volume of the clefted site is divided into three steps: volume 1: (mean 18.1091 mm3); step 2: after 3 months, volume 2 resembles the amount of unhealed defect (mean 0.5109 mm3); and the final bone volume assessment is made after 6 months (22.5455 mm3). Both show statistically significant differences in bone volume formation.Conclusion An alloplastic bone substitute can also be used as a graft material because of its unlimited bone retrieval. Osteon III can be used to reconstruct the alveolar cleft smoothly and effectively.

Industrial effluents that contain various toxic substances have polluted our water and soil and posed major health issues. Thus, their removal or conversion to non-toxic products is highly crucial and desirable. This work emphasizes the synthesis of sulfur nanoparticles through precipitation method using anionic and cationic surfactants for exploring its catalytic efficiency in the photocatalytic reduction of hexavalent chromium Cr (VI). As-synthesized sulfur nanoparticles (SNPs) were physically characterized by UV-Vis absorption, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and dynamic light scattering (DLS) measurements. The SNPs prepared using both surfactants have narrow size distribution with great homogeneity (50-80 nm). Moreover, excellent efficiency for Cr (VI) to Cr (III) reduction was recorded for SNPs. Besides, cytotoxicity analysis against microalgae Picochlorum sp. was analyzed and the SNPs showed no negative effect on algal growth and chlorophyll a concentration. Finally, the SNPs were found to provide excellent sunlight protection. Our results highlight that SNPs have great potential for the treatment of industrial wastewater with greater reproducibility. Moreover, they are equally effective against harmful sun rays and are suitable in different skin care products.
