방정환 어린이 운동이 윤동주 삶과 문학에 끼친 영향

윤동주 문학답사를 하다가 사진 한 장을 보았다. 1928년 8월 7일 북간도 명동촌 이북인 선바위 정상에서 찍은 사진이다. <명동기독소년회> 창립 1주년을 기념하는 행사를 찍은 사진이다. 윤동주가 방정환 어린이 운동 영향을 이렇게 받았구나 하는 생각이 들었다. 방정환(1899.11.9.∼1931.7.23.)은 어린이 운동을 크게 세 가지 방법으로 동시 진행하였다. 첫째가 소년회 조직과 지원이었다. 소년회는 종교단체에서 만든 것과 사회단체에서 만든 것과 지역사회에서 만든 것이 있었다. 천도교소년회, 기독교소년회, 불교소년회는 종교단체에서 만든 것이다. 두 번째가 소년회 회원들을 공부시키기 위한 교재 만들기 운동이었다. 방정환은 『어린이』를 만들어 소년회 회원들에게 ‘좋은 정신’을 기를 수 있는 교육 교재로 활용하였다. 세 번째가 이런 두 가지 일을 할 수 있는 어린이 운동가를 찾아내고 키워내고 조직하는 일이었다. 윤동주가 어릴 때 이러한 소년회 활동을 하였다는 사실을 발견함으로써 그 영향에 대한 논의를 할 수 있게 되었다. 명동학교는 독립운동 기지를 건설하기 위해 북간도로 이주한 주민들이 만든 학교였다. 신학문을 가르칠 교사로 서울에서 모셔온 분이 독립운동 단체인 신민회 교육단 실무 담당자였던 정재면이었다. <신민회>는 안창호를 지도자로 이동휘, 양기탁, 김구, 이준, 전덕기를 비롯한 기독교인들이 중심이 되어 상동교회에서 만든 독립운동 단체였다. 따라서 서울에서 일어난 소년회 운동을 쉽게 받아들일 수 있었을 것이다. 그러나 명동촌과 명동학교와 윤동주에 관해 구술하거나 기록한 사람들이 많았는데도 소년회 활동에 대한 기록은 없었다. 이 사진이 남아 있기 때문에 소년회 활동을 활발하게 했다는 것을 증명할 수 있게 되었으니 참으로 기적같은 일이라고 할 수 있다. 명동학교 4학년 때 동주는 벌써 서울에서 나오는 소년소녀들을 위한 월간잡지를 구독했다. 한 집에서 태어난 송몽규는 『어린이』, 윤동주는 『아이생활』을 구독했고, 둘이다 읽은 잡지를 동리 아이들이 받아서 읽었다. 5학년이 되면서 동주와 몽규가 『새명동』이라는 잡지를 만들었다. 소년회에서 직접 잡지를 만드는 활동은 방정환이 어린이 운동을 펼치면서 적극 권장했던 활동이다. 방정환은 ‘어린이는 모두 시인이다’라면서 소년회 회원들에게 시 쓰기를 적극 권유하였고, 그러한 권유로 동시작가로 등단해서 활동한 사람들이 많다. 윤동주도 동시를 꾸준히 쓰면서 시인의 꿈을 키웠고, 당시 명동에서 발행되던 『가톨릭소년』을 무대로 「병아리」(1936.11.)를 발표하고, 「빗자루」(1936.12.), 「오줌싸개 지도」(1937.1.), 「무얼 먹구 사나」(1937.3.), 「거짓부리」(1937.10.) 등을 집중적으로 발표하며 동시 작가로서 활동하기 시작했다. 방정환 어린이 운동 핵심인 소년회 활동을 했던 사람들이 얼마나 되고, 그들에게 어떤 영향을 끼쳤는지에 대한 연구는 아직 없다. 앞으로 이렇게 작은 흔적들을 찾아서 모으다 보면 더 많은 영향을 확인할 수 있을 것 같다. 독자들도 혹시 그런 흔적을 발견하면 알려주기 바란다. 방정환 어린이 운동이 우리 겨레 역사에 어떤 영향을 주었는지, 한 사람에게 어떤 영향을 주었는지 살펴서 새로운 역사를 쓸 수 있는 자료가 될 수 있을 것이다. I saw a picture of Yun Dong-Ju while I was doing a literary survey. The picture was taken on a mountain in Myeong-dong Village, Bukgan-do, on August 7, 1928. The photo marks the first anniversary of the foundation of the “Myeongdong Christian Boys’ Association”. I thought Yun Dong-Ju was influenced by the Bang Jung-Hwan Children’s Movement. Bang Jung-Hwan developed three child movements. First, organization of Children society, Second, the making of the textbook for Children, finally, the fostering of the chilndren’s leader. Yun Dong-Ju was a boy band member when he was young. The scene where Yun Dong-ju was found in the group shot of the “Myeongdong Christian Boys’ Association.” Yun Dong-Ju made a magazine called ‘New Myeongdong’(새명동) in Myeong-dong, published a poem in “Catholic Boy”(가톨릭소년) and published a work in “Boy”(소년), which was also made by Yun Seok-Joong. Yun Dong-Ju’s boyhood activities are similar to those led by Bang Jung-Hwan. The core of the Bang Jung-Hwan Children’s Movement was the organization of the Juvenile Society and the voluntary activities of the boys. From now on, we should look for small traces of juvenile activities. We need to continue to investigate how the Bang Jung-Hwan children’s movement influenced our history and how it affected one person.

제조방법에 따른 강하주의 품질 특성

This studies were performed to develop a Korean traditional folk liquor namely Gangha-ju has been prepared at Bosung district in Korea, and manufacturing conditions and anti-oxidation activity and antimicrobial activity of Gangha-ju were investigated. Ethyl-alcohol 20% and 30% Gangha-ju were brewed with glutinous rice wine, distilled liquor and 6 herbs of ginger, cinnamon, etc. Chemical and physical properties of 30% Gangha-ju were acidity 0.22, pH 4.31, amino acidity 3.26, transmittance 59 and conductivity 911 ㎲/m, and 20% Gangha-ju were 0.43, 4.20, 6.26, 62 and 924㎲/m. Volatile flavor compounds of ethyl alcohol, acetic acid, butanol, n-amyl alcohol, iso-pentyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, acetaldehyde and furfural were detected, and main aroma compounds of Gangha-ju were isopentyl alcohol and ethyl acetate. Anti-oxidation activity by DPPH method was evaluated 31.32%, and nitrite scavenging effect was 31.7%. Anti-microbial activity against several microorganisms was pronounced strong activity over a wide range of test organisms, and Leuconostoc mesenteroids and Salmonella Ttyphimurium, Staphylococcus epidermidis were found to be more sensitive to Gangha-ju than Eschericha coli and Aspergillus flavus.

원영의(元泳義)의 『몽학한문초계(蒙學漢文初階)』 연구

이 논문은 근대 초기의 한학자이자 교육가인 元泳義가 편찬한 『蒙學漢文初階』의 구성과 내용, 그리고 특징 등을 분석함을 목적으로 삼았다. 원영의는 省齋 柳重敎를 스승으로 삼아 위정척사 사상의 일부를 흡수하였다. 그는 한성사범학교의 속성과에서 근대 교과를 학습하고, 졸업 후에는 관립 소학교의 교원과 사범학교의 교원을 지내면서 아동교육의 중요성을 자각하였다. 그리하여 민족정신을 바탕으로 전통적 도덕교육과 근대적 교과교육의 장점을 흡수하여 『蒙學漢文初階』를 편찬하였다. 전체 213과로 구성된 이 책은 특별한 주제 구분 없이 우화를 통한 비유와 대화법 그리고 다양한 인물들을 등장시켜 아동의 학습에 대한 흥미와 이해도를 고양시키고자 하였다. 내용은 전통의 도덕관념에서 충효 보다는 붕우, 장유, 형제 등의 관계에 비중을 두었다. 부자 관계의 경우는 `효` 보다는 `親`의 관념을 강조하였고, 군신의 관계는 거의 언급하지 않았다. 그 대신 가족·사회· 국가에 대한 `愛`를 강조하였다. 또 아동에게 기초적인 생활예절을 익히게 하는 한편 일상에서 흔히 접하는 다양한 동물과 식물, 자연현상 등을 예로 삼아 아이들에게 기초적인 물리·화학·박물·습자·작문· 역사 등을 가르쳤다. This paper is the analysis of Chinese characters species on the Korean traditional elementary textbook, 『Monghak-hanmun-chogye(蒙學漢文初階)』. The common features on the textbook are as follows: The issue of `Wijung Chuksa(defending orthodoxy and rejecting heterodoxy)` in the Philosophy of Myeonam Choi Ik-Hyun Won,Young-ui is teacher in Seong-Jae Lyu, Jung-kyo and absorb part of the Wijung Chuksa(defending orthodoxy and rejecting heterodoxy) ideas. He finished the modern curriculum in Han-seong college of Education. After graduation, he take up teaching elementary school and a college of Education. In there, he realized the importance of children`s education. First of all, he compiled a textbook, 『Monghak-hanmunchogye(蒙學漢文初階)』 which based on the national spirit, reflecting the traditional sense of morality and absorbing the benefits of modern education course. It is composed of 213 subjects and did not distinguish between the topic in particular. To enhance the understanding of the child, this book is using metaphor through a parable, conversational method and various characters. The book is emphasis on the description of the human relationships which a network of friends, old and young and brothers and sisters rather than traditional morality sense of filial piety. In a father-son relationship, it is emphasis on `Chin(親)` rather than `Hyo(孝)`, and it is not mentioned about a lord and vassal relationship. Instead, it is emphasis on `Ae(愛)` about family, society and nation. The basic necessities to children taught etiquette, a plant name, an animal name and natural phenomenon commonly seen in everyday life. Also it contains an explanation of basic physics and chemistry phenomenon, penmanship, composition, and history.

제문(祭文)을 통해 본 이주환의 삶과 죽음의 가치

이 논문은 祭文의 분석을 통해 連湖 李柱煥의 삶과 죽음의 價値에 대해 고찰하였다. 이주환이 강상의 고수를 위해 처절한 죽음을 감행할 수 있었던 배경에는 신이한 출생담에서 예견되는 그의 특별한 미래에 대한 기대감을 제시할 수 있다. 또한 성장기의 그가 보여준 효와 우애, 스승에 대한 섬김에서 드러나는 투철한 도덕의식도 자리한다. 그의 학문 연원에 뿌리 깊게 자리한 義理精神의 실천적 영향도 간과할 수 없으니 그의 스승인 송병선과 송병순이 모두 자결하여 의리와 강상을 실천한 것 역시 중요하게 작용하였다. 그러나 무엇보다 중요하게 작용한 것은 효와 충, 인과 의의 근본적인 상호작용과 일맥적인 상관관계를 이해하고 자신의 삶속에 그것을 투철히 실천하고자 한 이주환의 실천적 도덕정신이라 할 수 있다. 그는 국권을 상실한 시기에 일제의 철저한 감시 속에서도 강론회를 개최하여 ‘강상’의 가치와 의미 그리고 중요성에 대한 인식을 확산하고자 노력하였다. 그러나 일제의 감시가 심한 상황에서 현실적으로 강론 개최가 점차 불가해졌고, 담론적 이해의 확산 보다는 과감한 실행이 가지는 영향력을 파악하게 되었다. 국가의 존망, 도의 존속, 강상의 유지에 긴요한 존재인 국왕의 사망을 계기로 처절한 자기희생을 통해 강상 수호의 의지를 실천하였다. 이주환의 예견대로 그의 순절은 지역 유림에 엄청난 충격을 끼쳤다. 그러나 그가 염원하던 강상의 중요성에 대한 유림의 자각과 그것을 동력으로 하는 민족운동의 움직임이나 연속적인 자결로 일제에 투쟁하는 강렬한 움직임이 연계되어 나타나지는 않았다. 순절과 강상의 확립에 대한 관련성을 이해하는 인물은 소수에 불과했고 대부분의 유림은 이주환 개인 차원의 의리정신의 실천으로 이해하였다. 또 일부의 유림에서는 그마저도 의례적으로 수용하는 형태가 나타났다. This paper aims at a study on the value of Lee Ju-whan(李柱煥)'s life and death from a message of condolence. The reasons why he was able to die in order to adhere to ethics are his curious birth story, the filial piety and fraternity he showed during his growing years, and a strong sense of morality in respect of his teacher. And the practical effects of the moral spirit deeply rooted in his academic motivation can't be overlooked. His teacher, Song Byeong-seon(宋秉璿) and Song Byeong-sun(宋秉珣). His teacher, Song Byeong-seon(宋秉璿) and Song Byeong-sun(宋秉珣)'s suicide for loyalty and morality was an important factor in his martyrdom. Lee Ju-whan(李柱煥)'s martyrdom shocked Confucian intellectuals in the area. But his death did not lead to a national movement or a strong resistance movement against Japan. There were only a few Confucian scholars who understood the link between martyrdom and loyalty. Most Confucian scholars understood his martyrdom as a practice of moral sanity on a personal level. Some Confucian scholars understood his martyrdom as a moral ritual.

구강균에 대한 각종 한약제의 증식 억제

The effect of oriental medicines an the growth of oral bacteria(B. pumilus JU4, B. coagulans JU6, B. subtilis var globigii JU7 and B. subtilis var. globigii JU9) which were isolated from teeth, gums and tongues of patients was investigated. lt was shown that the water extracts of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. var. glandulifera Regel et Zucc., Schizandrae Fructus and Coptidis Rhizoma have the strong antimicrobial activity against every test organism. Especially, the water extract of Schizandrae Fructus has the most antimicrobial activity against all test bacteria of which MIC were the same as 0.25%. The growth of oral bacteria B. pumilus JU4 was inhibited by addition of the water extracts of Glycyrrhizae Radix, Schizandrae Fructus and Coptidis Rhizoma in the concentration of 0.9%, 0.2% and 0.1% respectively. It was tested that specific growth rates of B. pumilus JU4 in each concentration of the water extracts of Glycyrrhizae Radix, Schizandrae Fructus and Coptidis Rhizoma. From the results, the test showed that mean of specific growth rates of B. pumilus JU4 decreased 102%, 186% and 210% in 3% concentration of the water extracts of Glycyrrhizae Radix, Schizandrae Fructus and Coptidis Rhizoma more than those in control respectively.

Mechanical Characterization of Nano-Structured Materials Using Nanoindentation

The principal strengths of the nanoindentation technique, which is used extensively to measure the mechanical properties of nano/micro materials, are easy sample preparation and simple experimental method. Hardness and Young`s modulus are essential properties measured by nanoindentation; hardness corresponds to resistance to plastic deformation whereas Young`s modulus is related to elastic deformation. Two key difficulties arise in association with nanoindentation on small volumes: measurement accuracy and material response. Here we discuss the indentation size effect (ISE) considering tip bluntness and variation in hardness of nano-multilayers with a bilayer period, representative research on measurement improvement, and material response at nanoscales.

성인애착유형에 따른 성격특성의 차이

정신병리를 일으키는 여러 요인에 대한 탐색은 끊임없이 증가하고 있다. 그 중에서도 애착은 아기가 태어나서 정상적으로 발달하기 위해서도 필요하지만 이후 성인이 되어서도 건강한 사회생활을 하는데 중요한 요소이며 성격형성과 대인관계의 패턴이 되는 표상이라고 할 수 있다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 성인애착에 따라 성격특성에 차이가 있는가를 알아보기 위해 진행되었다. 연구 대상은 314명 대학교 1학년 학생을 대상으로 다면성인성검사(MMPI)를 실시하여 전문가들이 정상 집단(236명)과 임상집단(78명)으로 선정하여 나누었다. 연구 도구는 Brennan(1998)에 의해 개발된 친밀관계경험척도(ECRS; Experience in Close Relationship Scals)을 오진아(2007)가 수정, 보완한 것과 김영환 등(1989)에 의해 제작된 MMPI를 사용하였다. 연구 분석은 분산분석(ANOVA)으로 성격특성의 차이를 알아보고 Scheffe 방법으로 사후 비교분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 정상집단에서는 안정형 애착과 두려움형 애착간의 우울증, 편집증, 강박증에서 차이를 보였고, 내향성에서는 안정형과 다른 애착유형 모두에서 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 임상집단에서 안정형 애착과 두려움형 애착간의 우울증, 편집증, 강박증에서의 차이를 보였고, 정신분열증에서 집착형과 두려움형간의 차이를 나타내었으며 편집증과 내향성에서는 안정형과 두려움형, 집착형의 애착유형과 차이를 보였다. 본 연구의 의의는 정상집단과 임상집단모두에서 우울증, 강박증, 편집증, 내향성의 측면에서 공통적으로 안정형 애착과 두려움형 애착간의 차이를 나타낸다는 것을 밝혔다. 임상집단에서는 정신분열증척도에서 애착유형에 따른 차이가 나타났으며 불안정 애착 유형중에서도 두려움형 애착유형이 정신병리적 성격특성에 매우 중요한 지표이며 치료전략을 세울 때 애착유형의 근거 의미를 시사한다. Studies on the factors of psychopathology are constantly increasing. Especially attachment is required for babies to master development milestones. It is also one of the important elements to lead a sound social life later. It is the representation of personality shaping and interpersonal relation patterns. Therefore this study tries to explore if there is any personality variation depending on adult attachment. MMPI is given to the subjects of 314 college freshmen, a normal group of 236 and a clinical group of 78. This study uses both the revised edition(Oh Jin-ah, 2007)of ECRS; Experience in Close RelationshipScales(Brennan, 1998) and Kim Young-hwan’s version(1989). ANOVA study analysis is employed, and it explores the group variation. Scheffe analysis is also employed for post-hoc analysis. The results are as follows. First, in the normal group, there are some differences of depression, paranoia, and psychasthenia between security attachment and fearful-avoidance attachment. Second, in the clinical group, there are some differences of depression, paranoia, and psychasthenia between security attachment and fearful-avoidance attachment. There are some differences in schizophrenia between preoccupation and fearful-avoidance.There also exist some differences in paranoia and social introversion between security, fearful-avoidance and dependance. This study finds out that there are some differences in depression, psychasthenia, and social introversion between security attachment and fearful-avoidance attachment. In the clinical group, there are some differences depending on the attachment types. Among the insecurity attachment types, fearful-avoidance attachment type can be the one of the most important indices for psycho-pathological personalities. Therefore this study indicates that attachment types can play a great role in setting the therapy strategies.

생쥐 위장관의 Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC)에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

Background and Objectives : Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC) are the pacemakers in gastrointestinal tract that modulates gastrointestinal motiliey and these cells also transmit neural input from enteric nerves to smooth muscles. Recent work on tissues from patients with motility disorders that suggest that loss or defect in ICC could be related to pathophysiology in human and animal models. Immunolabelling of ICC in intestinal wall is recently developed by using specific marker, anti-c-kit antibody. Immunohistochemistry was done for ICC network in attempt to provide a morphological basis for the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility Methods : Cryosection was done, and whole-mount preparations of mouse stomach, gastrointestinal tract were immunolabelled using the anti-c-Kit. Immunolabelled ICC networks were observed under a confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results : According to three dimensional reconstruction study, we found that the c-Kit-positive celluar networks were widely distributed in the gastrointestinal muscle (1) circular muscle layer(IC-IM), (2) myenteric plexus(IC-MY), (3) deep muscular plexus(IC-DMP) in ileum, (4) submucosal plexus(IC-SMP) and longitudinal muscle layer(IC-LM) in colon. Conclusion : The characteristic profiles of ICC celluar networks provide a morphological basis upon the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility. Additional studies for the enteric nerves-ICC interaction are need to evaluate the detailed roles of Icc in gastrointestinal tract.

시니어 에어로빅스가 고령자의 우울 및 고독감에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the study was to explore the effects of regular exercise on negative emotion such as depression and loneliness present the evidence that regular exercise can prevent and delay aging, The subjects of the study consisted of 35 old adults over 65 years in In-Cheon areas. The survey methods of this research are the Self-rating Depression Scale(20 item) by Zung(1965) translated standardized by Yook, Young-Sook(1994) and the 5 Likert Scale modified the UCLA Loneliness Scale(10 item) by Won, Hyung-Joong(1984). The used statistical methods for the data analysis were mean, SD, relative frequency, Paired Samples t-test analysis. The results obtained by the appropriate analytic processes were followed. First, depression were lower in post-exercise(M=2.07) than pre-exercise(M=1.47). Second, loneliness were higher in post-exercise(M=3.85) than pre-exercise(M=4.53).

급성 골수성 백혈병 환자에서 발생한 침습성 아스페르길루스중에 대한 수술적치료 1 예

Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is known to have a poor prognosis and major cause of morbidity and motality in patients with hematologic disease. Without adequate therapy, invasive pulmonary aspergillosis will almost always progress to fatal pneumonia. Early administration of antifungal agents in patient with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is most important. And surgical resection of aspergillous-infected tissue may be useful in patients with lesions that are contiguous with great vessel and lesions causing hemoptysis. We reported a rare case of surgical resection as curative treatment for invasive pulmonary aspergillosis patient in 58-year-old man who had the history of acute myeloid leukemia.
