      • 임베디드 리눅스 기반의 영상처리기법에 관한 연구

        현재 embedded system에서 많은 기업체들이 리눅스를 채용하고 있고, 우리 생활에서 쓰이는 각종 전자기기, 정보가전, 제어장치 등에 적용되고 있다. 최근 멀티미디어 처리와 같은 점차 복잡한 기능이 요구되면서 임베디드 운영체제를 사용하기 시작하였고, 이러한 운영체제로 리눅스가 주목받게 되었다. 이는 가격 경쟁력뿐만 아니라 각 H/W에 따라 운영체제와 응용프로그램을 다양하게 변화시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 CCD 카메라로부터 영상을 입력받아 압축하여 LCD 모니터에 출력하기 위한 임베디드 시스템 기반의 영상처리에 관해 기술한다. Recently, many industries adopts linux as an operating system for embedded system, which is commonly used in our life as the type of electronic machinery, electric home appliances and so on. The embedded operating system is getting more complex as lots of features such as multimedia are required. The operating system should be adjusted to the hard ware and software in order to satisfy a competitive price. In this paper, a operating system is discussed in order to compress the images form the CCD camera and then spread the LCD.

      • 마산만 퇴적물의 중금속 및 유기염화합물 오염에 관한 연구

        마산내만 및 마산만 유임 주요하천의 오염퇴적물을 1988년 7월부터 1989년 8월에 걸쳐 채취하여 중금속 및 유기염소화합물을 분석하였다. 오염퇴적충의 뚜께는 10㎝에서 169㎝의 넓은 분포를 보였으며 조사지점의 중금속농도는 지점에 따라 많은 차이를 나타내었다. 특히 인근에 마산수출자유지역 및 조선산업이 위치한 조사 지점에서는 모든 중금속의 농도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 마산만 퇴적오염물 중금속 농도를 오염된 일본의 자료와 비교하였을때 Osaka만의 수온을 제외하고 모든 평균농도가 높게 나타났다. 유기염소화합물(PCB 및 DDE)의 농도는 주거지역 및 공장지대가 함께 위치한 산호천 및 마산시 연안지역에서 높게 검출되었다. 본 연구결과에 의하면 마산만과 같은 폐쇄성 해역에서 중금속 오염원으로 공장폐수가 고려될때는 퇴적된 오염물질의 중금속 분석이 좋은 척도가 철 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. Sediments were collected from Masan bay and two main waterways into Masan Bay in the period of July 1988 to August 1989 for the analysis of heavy metals and Organochlorine compounds. The polluted layer of black sludge had a wide range between 10㎝ to 169㎝ and the content of heavy motels was widely distributed from site to site. One site near the Masan free-export area and a shipmaking company was extremely contaminated by heavy metals. All the average concentration of heavy metals in the sediments from Masan Bay were higher than those from Japanese bays compared except Hg from Osaka Bay. Higher levels of PCBs and DDE were found in sediments from Sanho stream and along the coastal area of Masan city. The results obtained in this study imply that the heavy metal analysis of sediments may be a useful to reveal the pollution sources in a closed bay fuck as Masan Bay.

It is related with many kind of specialist, food adviser, catering service, menu development, product development and food merchandising. This monograph was considered general food coordinator and Japan food coordinator of the present condition, development direction. Afterwards, food world is getting to develop for food coordinator to bright future. Therefore, food coordinator is the exact meaning by this monograph and it is an opportunity for concerned and understanded many people.

      • 정상과 만성염증성 활막배양세포에서 Corticotropin releasing hormone(CRH)이 cyclooxygenaase-1(COX-1)과 cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) mRNA발현에 미치는 영향

        Corticotropin-releasing hormone(CRH) is a major regulator of the hypothalamic-pituitaryadrenal axis(HPA). In inflammatory stress, the cytokines TNF-, IL-6 stimulate the production of CRH, a 41 amino acids neuropeptide, in the hypothalamus. The release of CRH leads to pituitary production of adrenocorticotropic hormone, followed by glucocorticoid secretion by the adrenal cortex. Glucocorticoids suppress namy components of the inflammatory process. Recently, CRH and CRH receptor were reported to be located in the periphery such as Immune system and chronic inflammatory sites as rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Cyclooxygenase consisted of two isoforms, COX-1 and COX-2, converts arachdonate to prostaglandins(PGs) which are important mediators of inflammation. insymoviocyte in RA, it was described that COX-2 mRNA was markedly increased by inflammatory agents, PMA or IL-1 and COX-1 transcripts were not modulated. We examined the modulation of COX by immune CRH in cultured normal and rheumatoid synoviocytes. Our results were shown that COX-1 mRNA expression decreased with the each stimulation of PMA and IL-1 in normal synoviocyte. In RA synoviocyte, PMA and IL-1 were increased mRNA expression of COX-1. In simultaneous treatment with CRH, PMA group was decreased, but IL-1 group was increased mRNA expression of COX-1. COX-2 mRNA expression was slightly increased by the treatment with PMA and highly increased by IL-1. After CRH treatment, PMA and IL-1 addictively increased COX-2 mRNA expression. We think that these results are contributed to the influence of increased cANP by CRH on the promoter of COX-2 in normal and synoviocytes. Because many cytokines, neuropeptides, and signal transduction pathways are involved in chronic inflammation, the exact role of CRH on inflammation is not fully elucidated. To achieve this goal, further experiments are needed.

      • 등줄쥐의 生態와 防除

        들쥐의 피해를 방제하기 위하여 기초적인 생태연구를 수원시내에 위치한 서울대 농대 농장에서 1972년 봄부터 가을까지 그리고 방제연구를 광주지역에서 수행한 결과를 요약한다. (1) 3월 31일부터 7월까지 채집된 105마리의 들쥐류를 분류한 바 그중 97마리(92%)가 등줄쥐 Apodemus agrarius coreae이고 나머지는 비단털쥐 1.5%와 시궁쥐 1.5%이었다. (2) 농대농장에 있어서 등줄쥐의 서식밀도는 50/㏊로 같은 지역에서의 1970년도의 55/㏊에 비하면 적었고 성비는 거의 ♂ : ♀ ≒ 2 : 1이다. (3) 등줄쥐의 한개의 쥐집에는 쥐구멍(출입구)이 2개 이상이고 봄(4월)에 조사한 결과 저장 식량은 전무했고 쥐집중 70%가량은 쥐가 발견되지 아니했다. (4) 사육중인 등줄쥐의 수명은 수컷이 평균 544일이고 암컷이 평균 347일이었다. (5) 새로운 살서제(쥐약)인 신석반하제는 등줄쥐에 대한 기피성이 전무하고 기호성은 높으나 치사시간이 6~72시간이 소요되는 완효성 쥐약이다. 그리고 한번 투약이 6~8개월간 약효가 계속되며 LD_50=0.0287g/㎏ LD_100=0.600g/㎏이다. (6) Bait box(쥐약 투여상자) 속에 놓은 살서제를 등줄쥐가 취식하는 효과에 있어서는 conselt(1)과 (2)가 가장 좋고 다음의 상자형, 원통형이며 그리고 원주형과 삼각형 baitbox가 가장 나빴다.

      • 임상 분자진단검사의 진단기법 동향

        Over the past decades, the development and application of molecular diagnostics has been made in all fields of laboratory medicine as in vitro diagnostics. Although conventional methods are mainly used, there is an increasing trend towards molecular diagnostics. These techniques are superior to conventional ones in rapid detection, higher sensitivity and specificity. Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-based systems has dominated in various nucleic acid-based techniques, such as PCR, sequencing, DNA microarray, lab-on-a-chip(LOC) and etc. PCR-based systems can detect the etiologic agents through the amplification of disease-related gene directly from clinical samples and have been undergone various modification for more rapid, accurate and applicable to diagnostic tests. Sequencing analysis ensures exact identification and better characterization of the etiologic agents. Some like array-based systems offer the multiparameter results where many pathogen-related markers and gene mutations can be analysed simultaneously. The development of LOC chip should allow point-of-care testing for the revolutionary improvement of healthcare. Along with the development of proteomic or metabolomic-based tests, More advanced diagnostic tools will expand the applications of molecular diagnostic testing. The user-friendly automation about both the high throughput and the use of minimal quantity of sample makes these technologies more widely available.

        The pellets of the Si-Al system were heated at 1300℃ in the atmospheres of N₂, N₂-H₂O and N₂-CO₂systems, respectively. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that β´-Si₃N₄, α-Al₂O₃ were formed after the reaction at 1300℃ in each atmospheres. The porosities of the heated specimens were 5% below.

        To make a smooth progress in the multi-utilization undertaking of paddy land, land consolidation is the most important task among the various countermeasures. This study discusses the types and efficiency of subsurface drainage systems, and suggestes their maintenance and management schemes. The results are summarized as follows: 1) Recently an introduction of subsurface drainage systems has been employed. Especially the necessity of subsurface drainage systems has been widely recognized at farms in the suburban districts, however, the undertaking itself cannot overcome an experimental stage. Therefore, studies on the selection of project areas and operation systems should be executed together with the technical establishment. 2) To drive forward the land improvement project reasonably and efficiently, the realities of regional farmings and the natural conditions should be considered, so it is desirable to establish a longterm land improvement plan based on the nation-wide angle of view. 3) To create the multi-utilization paddy land from the single cropping paddy land, the following items should be consolidated. First, reorganize the utilization pattern of paddy land possible to adopt multi-utilization system. Second, land should be consolidated as a large size possible to operate big agricultural machines. Third, develop fundamental techniques for the multi-utilization system. Fourth, collectivization of agricultural land. Fifth, environmental consolidation of the rural community. 4) The maintenance and management technique of the subsurface drainage system should be studied. Since the function of system could be lost by the clog up of drainage pipe, the efficiency and function of system should be recognized for the smooth maintenance and management.
