        A Facile Process Combined with Electroless Deposition and Hydrophobic Treatment to Fabricate Self-cleaning Radiation Protection Suits for Pregnant Woman

        Silver-printed terylene is presented to fabricate anti-electromagnetic radiation Maternity Dress (AMD) withsuperior shielding effectiveness, but the use of noble metal as electromagnetic interference shielding materials enhances costof raw material and restricts its application. In this study, a facile process combined with electroless deposition andhydrophobic treatment to fabricate self-cleaning radiation protection cotton for AMD was established. The active groups onthe plant fiber surface could absorb Sn2+ and Pd2+ through coordination effect, acting as catalytic center, which can catalyzethe reduction of Ni2+ in the plating solution. Ni particle deposited on the its surface with deposited amount of 32 %. Thefabricated material exhibited an shielding effectiveness of 52.5 dB and it meet AMD criteria. Owing to the cooperation of thelow surface energy and rough structure of precipitation, the Ni-plated cotton modified with (3-Mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane exhibited remarkable hydrophobicity with water contact angle up to 112.8 o and excellent self-cleaningproperty.

      • Design and Implementation of Shooting Contest Ring Number Automatic Identification System Based on Image Processing

        Automatic target-scoring system has great practical value in sports shooting competitions. From the needs of sports shooting competition point of view, this paper used image processing technology and studied a set of sport shooting competition ring number automatic identification system. In this system, the author firstly used the image registration algorithm based on SIFT and achieved accurate registration of two target images before and after shooting. And then OTSU thresholding algorithm was used to eliminate most continuous noise. Then the bullet hole image was intensified by image morphological operation. Finally, through differential operation of the edge features in two plots, the positions of bullet holes were obtained. Bullet holes in the final position by the geometric relationship with concentric circles and polar coordinates automatically identify the number of rings. Verified that the algorithm is faster time, adaptability, judgment precision can reach more than 80%, basically meet the actual needs of sports shooting competition.

        Preparation of ethanediamine-doped carbon quantum dots and their applications in white LEDs and fluorescent TLC plate

        Herein, a facile bottom–up approach for producing nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots (N-CQDs) was carried out by the hydrothermal treatment of microcrystalline cellulose, in the presence of different nitrogen sources (blank/urea/ammonia water/ethanediamine(EDA)/Hexamethylenetetramine). The result showed that the fluorescence intensity and quantum yields (QYs) of N-CQDs with different nitrogen sources are all higher than that without nitrogen source. Compared with the other three nitrogen sources, N-CQDs prepared by EDA not only have the highest fluorescence intensity but also the largest QYs of 51.39%. Therefore, EDA was chosen as the nitrogen source to prepare N-CQDs. The obtained N-CQDs are uniform spherical particles with a diameter of 2.76 nm. The N-CQDs also exhibit excitation-dependent and long-wave emission properties. The emission range of N-CQDs is 470–540 nm. Moreover, N-CQDs as fluorescent agents successfully acted on purple LEDs (λem = 365 nm) to achieve white LEDs light emission. At the same time, a fluorescent thin layer chromatography plate was successfully prepared using N-CQDs, silica gel G and Sodium carboxymethylcellulose as raw materials. The separation trajectory of mixed sample of Sudan red III and kerosene on the fluorescent TLC plate is obviously clearer than that of the TLC plate.

        中韩民俗村发展模式比较 —陕西袁家村与龙仁韩国民俗村比较为例

        随着中国城市化不断加快,民俗文化也正在不断的流失,民俗文化保护具有必要性和迫切性的特点,民俗文化的保护核心在于传承、延续、体验以及未来人们对于民俗文化的需求与了解。民俗村开发是在对民俗文化保护的基础上,进行民俗文化产业化的重要手段。本文梳理了中韩两国民俗村发展背景,对中韩两国民俗村形成、发展模式进行总结,并选择具有代表性的村庄——陕西袁家村、韩国龙仁民俗村进行对比总结中韩两国在民俗村开发、民俗文化保护中的异同,指出民俗村发展的核心是将民俗文化与市场化、产业化相结合;民俗村的健康发展,离不开政府的引导;民俗村的有序发展,离不开准确的村庄定位;民俗村的可持续发展,离不开村庄品牌的打造。 With the acceleration of urbanization in China, folk culture is also losing. The protection of folk culture has the characteristics of necessity and urgency. The core of the protection of folk culture lies in inheritance, continuation, experience and people's needs and understanding of folk culture in the future. The development of folk village is an important means of industrialization of folk culture based on the protection of folk culture. This paper sorts out the background of the development of folk villages in China and South Korea, summarizes the formation and development model of folk villages in China and South Korea, compares and summarizes the similarities and differences between the two countries in the development and protection of folk villages, and points out that the core of the development of folk villages is to combine folk culture with marketization and industrialization. The healthy development of folk village can not be separated from the guidance of the government. The orderly development of folk villages cannot be separated from accurate village positioning. The sustainable development of folk village can not be separated from the building of village brand.

        Therapeutic Effects of Fibroblast Growth Factor-21 on Diabetic Nephropathy and the Possible Mechanism in Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus Mice

        Background: Fibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF21) has been only reported to prevent type 1 diabetic nephropathy (DN) in the streptozotocin-induced type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) mouse model. However, the FVB (Cg)-Tg (Cryaa-Tag, Ins2-CALM1) 26OVE/PneJ (OVE26) transgenic mouse is a widely recommended mouse model to recapture the most important features of T1DM nephropathy that often occurs in diabetic patients. In addition, most previous studies focused on exploring the preventive effect of FGF21 on the development of DN. However, in clinic, development of therapeutic strategy has much more realistic value compared with preventive strategy since the onset time of DN is difficult to be accurately predicted. Therefore, in the present study OVE26 mice were used to investigate the potential therapeutic effects of FGF21 on DN. Methods: Four-month-old female OVE26 mice were intraperitoneally treated with recombinant FGF21 at a dose of 100 μg/kg/day for 3 months. The diabetic and non-diabetic control mice were treated with phosphate-buffered saline at the same volume. Renal functions, pathological changes, inflammation, apoptosis, oxidative stress and fibrosis were examined in mice of all groups. Results: The results showed that severe renal dysfunction, morphological changes, inflammation, apoptosis, and fibrosis were observed in OVE26 mice. However, all the renal abnormalities above in OVE26 mice were significantly attenuated by 3-month FGF21 treatment associated with improvement of renal adenosine 5´-monophosphate (AMP)-activated protein kinase (AMPK) activity and sirtuin 1 (SIRT1) expression. Conclusion: Therefore, this study demonstrated that FGF21 might exert therapeutic effects on DN through AMPK-SIRT1 pathway.

        Structural Relationship between Chinese Family Background and Cognitive ability -Focusing on Social Capital, Self-efficacy, and Interpersonal Variables at Home-

        This study is aimed at analyzing the structural relationship between Chinese family background and cognitive ability through the analysis of Chinese Education Panel Survey (CEPS) data. The subjects of analysis were a total of 19,487 students in the first(10,279 students) and third grades(9,208 students) of Chinese middle schools, but 18990 people were included in the analysis through frequency analysis. Among them, 18,691 data was actually used when the analysis model was turned around, due to the Missing value. For the analysis, SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 programs were used, and the descriptive statistics and correlations for each variable were analyzed through SPSS24.0. Mean and standard deviation, kurtosis and skewness were confirmed through descriptive statistics. Next, the structural equation model was applied through AMOS24.0. In analyzing CEPS data, the study uses not only the students' academic achievement in language, mathematics, and English, but also their cognitive ability test scores. In addition, except for family background, the study considers variables at home such as social capital, personal variables such as self-efficacy levels, and school background variables such as interpersonal relationships. The result showed that first, family background had a distinct relationship with social capital, self-efficacy level, and cognitive ability. Among them, it was observed that one’s family background had the most significant impact on cognitive ability, while it did not have a significant direct effect on interpersonal relationship ability. Second, it was observed that a family’s social capital exerts a significant impact on self-efficacy level and peer relationship skills, but it was observed not to have a significant impact on one’s cognitive abilities. Third, it was observed that one’s self-efficacy level significantly impacts interpersonal relationship and cognitive abilities. Thus, the higher one’s self-efficacy level, the higher the academic achievement. Finally, it was observed that peer relations do have a significant impact on one’s cognitive ability. It promotes fairness of education and society in China by breaking down the phenomenon of intergenerational transmission caused by the family background, and provide intervention policies to narrow the gap between acquired educational resources and opportunities for students with different family backgrounds.

        신어 `-족` 파생어의 원형효과로 본 파생법 습득모형 고찰

        본고는 “신조어 자료집”(국립국어원 편)에 수집된 `-족`파생어와 기타 자료로부터 추출해낸 용례를 바탕으로 구조주의 문법과 인지의미론 연구방법을 이용하여 `-족`파생어의 형태론적 구성과 의미적 특징에 대한 다양한 고찰을 진행함으로써 접미사 `-족`의 원형효과에 기반한 제2언어 한국어 학습자들의 파생법 습득모형을 모색해 보고자 한다. 접미사 `-족`은 한국어 신어 파생의 매우 활약적인 구성원으로 학계의 주목을 끌어왔지만 원형이론에 입각한 형태·의미론적 연구 및 파생법 습득모형에 대한 탐구는 보다 세밀한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본고는 구조주의 관점에 입각하여 신어에서 `-족` 파생어의 형태·의미적 특징을 밝히고 이를 바탕으로 인지의미론의 원형이론을 이용하여 파생법지도 방안을 모색하였는 바 `-족`에서 `기타 한자어 인칭접미사`로, `전형`에서 `비전형`의 순으로 파생법을 지도하고 습득하 것이 바람직하다는 결론에 이른다. This paper studies the derivatives of “-zu” from neologism collections gathered by the National Institute of Korean Language and other theories on structuralism and cognitive semantics. In addition, according to the prototype of neologism “-zu,” it also studies the derived acquisition mode of those who learn Korean as their second language. Though learners focus on the productive neologism “-zu,” there is a lack of relevant study on word forms and semantic characters in prototype theory and derived acquisition models. Therefore, this paper analyzes word forms and semantic characters of neologism derived from the affix “-zu” through the theory of cognitive semantics, and concludes that the guided strategy for study of word derivation in prototype theory is based on the “suffix of words formed by characters-suffix of fixed words” order such as, “noun-verb-adjective-adverb”, “personal-impersonal” etc. to learn derivatives.

        Constitutive Model of Q345 Steel at Different Intermediate Strain Rates

        Structural elements of steel frame experience very high strain rates in the progressive collapse, and hence their constitutive properties do not remain constant but change significantly with time. Quasi-static and dynamic tensile tests of Q345 steel were performed to study the dynamic tensile behavior within the range of 0.001 to 330/s strain rates by INSTRON and Zwick/Roell HTM5020 testing machine. A three dimensional finite element model is developed using LS-DYNA to extrapolate the true stress-strain relationship after necking of Q345 steel. The hardening behavior of Q345 steel after the onset of necking is predicted with the Ludwik constitutive equation at quasi-static strain rates and with the Voce constitutive equation at higher strain rates, in which the strain hardening parameters are obtained by trial and error until the numerical results agree well with the experimental results. The linear combination of Hollomon and Voce (H/V-R) model is proved to be capable of predicting the transition of hardening rate with the increasing strain rate for Q345 steel although there is a little deviation between the experimental and fitting results. In this study, an empirical constitutive model is developed by introducing the Wagoner rate law into the H/V-R model to improve its precision in predicting the dynamic behavior of Q345 steel.
