전자문서교환(EDI, Electronic)은 기업과 기업간에 컴퓨터와 컴퓨터의 통신을 통하여 필요한 거래문서를 구조화된 형식으로 교환하여 업무를 처리하는 방식을 말한다. 그동안 EDI 표준은 북미를 중심으로 한 ANSI X.12를 시작으로, 이에 대응되는 유럽중심의 UN/CEFACT 표준이 제정되었다. UN/CEFACT로 표준을 통합하기로 합의한 양대 표준은 또 다른 XML환경을 접하게 되었다. ISO TC154에서는 UN/CEFACT전자문서의 XML변환에 관한 논의하게 되었으나 표준으로 권고되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이런 표준간 연동의 문제를 위하여 본 논문에서는 Speaking Tag방식과 UN/CEFACT Tag방식의 두가지를 제안하며 각각에 대해 변환규칙을 제안한다.

In order to distinguish the honey in the market whether it is real or not simply and conviniently, the changes of water activity was investigated due to the addition of starch syrup and sucrose solution to the honeys such as Korean, Acacia, Chestnut and Mixed. The regression equations were obtained to predict the water activity of the honeys. In general, the honey was below 21% in moisture, below 0.6% in ash, 420 to 710cP in the viscosity, 0.57 to 0.62 in the water activity and 77 to 80brix in sugar content. The water activity of the samples were higher as the quantity of starch syrup and sucrose solution added increased. Starch syrup was more influence than sucrose solution. The regression equations between water activity and starch syrup concentration of honeys were obtained and R^2 value were higher than 0.90.
New Frame Rate Up-Conversion Algorithms With Low Computational Complexity

<P>This paper proposes a new frame rate up-conversion (FRUC) algorithm to reduce the computational complexity and to improve the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) performance. The proposed FRUC algorithm includes prediction-based motion vector smoothing (PMOS), partial average-based motion compensation (PAMC), and intrapredicted hole interpolation (IPHI). PMVS can efficiently remove outliers using motion vectors of neighboring blocks and PAMC performs motion compensation with the region-based partial average to reduce blocking artifacts of the interpolated frames. For hole interpolation, IPHI uses intraprediction of H.264/AVC to eliminate blurring and also uses the fixed weights implemented using only shift operations, which result in low computational complexity. Compared to the existing algorithms, which use bilateral motion estimation, the proposed algorithm improves the average PSNR of the interpolated frames by 3.44 dB and lowers PSNR performance only by 0.13 dB than the existing algorithm that employs unilateral ME; however, it can significantly reduce the computational complexity of FRUC about 89.3% based on the absolute difference.</P>
레이더 펄스 탐지를 위한 통신 전자파잡음 동적제거 기법

본 논문은 지상에서 발생하는 전자파 잡음 신호의 유입에 의해 많은 영향을 받을 수 있는 헬기 등 항공기의 레이더경보수신기(Radar Warning Receiver)에서도 레이더 펄스 신호를 탐지할 수 있는 통신전 자파잡음 동적제거 기법을 제안하였다. 본 논문은 지상의 노이즈 신호를 분류하는 방법을 제시하였고, 노이즈 신호 레벨을 판단하여 효과적으로 잡음을 제거하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다.
염분과 표준 독성물질(Cu, Dd)이 말똥성게(Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus)의 수정 및 배 발생률에 미치는 영향

Effects of salinity and standard toxic metals on fertilization and embryo development rates were investigated in the sea urchin. Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus. Spawning was induced by injecting 1~2 mL of 0.5 M KCl into the coelomic cavity. Males released white or cream-colored sperms and females released yellow or orange-colored eggs. The fertilization rate was below 30% when salinity was 20 psu and lower, but was almost above 90% when salinity was 25 psu and higher. The embryo development rate was below 60% when salinity was 25 psu and lower, but was above 80% when salinity was between 30 and 35 psu. The fertilization and embryo development rates in the control condition (not including Cu and Cd) were greater than 90%, but decreased a high negative correlation with the increasing of Cu (r=-0.80, r=-0.78) and Cd (r=-0.90, r=-0.82) concentrations, respectively. The fertilization and embryo development rates were significantly inhibited in the addition of Cu (EC??= 17.30 ppb, EC??=10.32 ppb) and Cd (EC??=364.57 ppb, EC??=244.04 ppb), respectively. These results suggest that salinity concentrations for successful fertilization and normal embryogenesis of H. pulcherrimus are above 25 psu and 30 psu, respectively, and the biological assays of fertilization and embryo development rates using H. pulcherrimus are useful methods for the ecological toxicity test of marine pollution elements.
Temperature Robust Refractive Index Sensor Based on a Photonic Crystal Fiber Interferometer

<P>We present a simple photonic crystal fiber (PCF)-based reflection type interferometer insensitive to temperature for refractive-index measurement. By simply collapsing the airholes at a middle point and forming a reflector at the end of a PCF, the interferometer could be implemented. The PCF sensor showed a low thermal sensitivity even without any compensation process. The feasibility as a refractive-index sensor is demonstrated by presenting the spectral response to liquids having various refractive indexes and to temperature. The implemented sensor showed a good sensitivity of 850 nm/RUI (refractive unit index).</P>
