        웹 카메라를 이용한 시설 내 국화생산 광 환경 원격 모니터링

        Increase of national family income improved demand of high-quality and year-round horticultural products including chrysanthemum. To meet these demand, farmers have introduced protected facilities, such as greenhouses, of which environmental conditions could be monitored and controlled. Environment management up to three weeks after transplanting is critical for chrysanthemum quality. Artificial lighting and light-blocking screen are especially important for long-day (day period > 13 hours) and short-day (night period > 13 hours) treatments. In this study, a web-camera was installed, and the image was obtained and transmitted to mobile phones to monitor the status of 3-wavelength(RGB) lighting environments. RGB pixel values were used to determine malfunctioning of the lighting lamps, and leaking out and incoming illumination status during short-day and long-day treatment periods. Normal lighting lamps provided RGB pixel values of 240~255. During long-day treatment period, G pixel values were useful to detect abnormal lighting conditions (e.g., leaking). During short-day treatment period, R pixel values were useful to determine incoming light (e.g., sun-light). Results of this study would provide useful information for remote monitoring of light conditions for protected chrysanthemum production under artificial lights.

        고분자 재료의 계장화 충격실험에 관한 연구

        Impact behavior of polycarbonate in various defect state was investigated using an instrumented impact tester. A method of analyzing raw impact data was developed and successfully demonstrated the impact behavior in terms of load-displacement and energy-displacement curves. This technique was shown to be capable of separating defect, no-defect initiated fractures as well as their propagation behaviors.

      • 한국에 서식하는 몇 종의 개구리속 양서류 피부에 대한 조직학적 연구

        Purpose of this study was accumulation of the histological data of some kinds of frogs in Korea including Rana(Rana nigromaculata, R. rugosa, and R. catesbeiana). The prepared skin tissues of frogs were compared the result of H-E staining and the PAS staining, of which were selected from dorsal central region and belly. Probably, excretory gland were identified serous glands, mucous glands, post-excretory glands, excretory ducts and developing excretory glands in epidermal and dermal tissue. These results were significantly as basal data on the comparative epidermal skin histology of some Korean Ranidae frogs. Afterward, the comparative studies were accomplished with habitat of frogs, annual reproductive rhythm, and their life cycle; following study of these results were more considerable data for comparative histology, comparative anatomy and comparative physiology of Amphibia.

And developing tour resources should run parallel with preservation of them.

      • 참개구리의 정자형성주기에 관한 연구

        참개구리의 성체 수컷을 년중 채집하여 gonadosomatic index(GSI)와 정자 형성과정 및 정소내 testosterone양의 변화를 조사하였다. 정자형성은 8월과 9월에 가장 활발하게 진행되었으며 이때 GSI도 가장 높았고 세정관의 단면적도 가장 넓었다. 정소내 testosterone양은 11월부터 급격히 증가하여 1월에 가장 높았으며 5월부터 급격히 감소하여 10월까지 매우 낮은 농도를 유지하였다. 본 결과들은 참개구리의 정소에서는 잠재적인 연속형으로 정자형성과정이 진행되며 주된 번식시기가 5월임을 확인해주고 있다. Annual Changes in spermatogenic activity in testis and intra-testis testosterone levels were examined in the frog, Rana nigromaculata. Testis weight, GSI, cross-area of seminiferous tubules were varied among different seasons in similiar manner. They were higher in autumn than any other seasons. In according with this, spermatogenesis occurred most actively during August-September. Intra-testis testosterone levels were higher in hibernation period than in active period. Particularly, testosterone levels decreased repidly in May. Taken together, the data indicate that spermatogenesis occurred potentially continuous in this frog, and that decrease in testosterone level in May support the fact that the breeding season of this frog is May.

        Some Venture businesses have come into being as a result of the recent structural change of Korean society, even though the number is yet quite small. those venture businesses are expected to make a contribution to the promotion of korea's economy by taking a part to reform the industrial structrue of Korea into a flexible one, as shown in the American instance. Venture capital should give not only financial support to venture businesses at the start-up stage, but managerial advices after the investment. To activate the venture capital, some supportive polices such as the improvement of legal basis and taxational benefits should be prepared.

        위암수술 환자에서의 cp 개발과 cp적용에 따른 질 향상 활동에 관한 연구

        Background : In an era of increasing medical costs, safe reduction in postoperative stay has become a major focus to optimize utilization of healthcare resources. The authors aimed to evaluate the clinical significance of the critical pathway(CP) for gastrectomy patients by implementing standardized postoperative management and electronic medical records. Method : From August 2006 to April 2007, critical pathways were introduced to inpatients and outpatients with gastric cancer. 60 consecutive patients undergoing distal gastrectomy were randomly divided into two groups; 30 CP group(A) and 30 non-CP group(B). Simultaneously, we also retrospectively reviewed the records of 438 patients(C:control group) who were able to be enrolled in CP program. We compared group(A) with (B), (C) in terms of hospital stay, complication rate, use of antibiotics and hospital costs. Patient satisfaction was surveyed by questionnaires. Result : There was no significant demographic difference between group(A) and (B). Of 30 patients in group(A), 5 drop-outs and 14 variances occurred. The mean postoperative hospital stays(Laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy: LADG/Open distal gastrectomy: ODG) were 7.6/10.5 days for the group(A), 8.9/12.7 days for the group(B) and 12.6/14.5 days for the group(C) (p=0.02 in LADG). The total hospital cost of group(A) had a tendency to be less than that of group(B) and the amount of hospital cost per day in group(A) was significantly higher than that in group(B). The usage rates of the first generation antibiotics were 73.33%, 63.33%, and 59.2% in group(A), (B), and (C), respectively. Patients’ satisfaction had a tendency to be higher in the CP group than non-CP group. Conclusion : The mean hospital stay in LADG patients was shortened meaningfully and hospital cost per day was enlarged after introduction of clinical pathway. It is necessary to apply a number of patients to the critical pathway and to make an effort to reduce the variation and drop-out rates.

        피틴산(Phytic acid)이 비브리오(Vibrio vulnificus) 패혈증에 미치는 영향

        Phytic acid chelates excellently the metallic ions and the positive ions, especially has high affinity with Fe^(2+) and Ca^(2+). Merits of phytic acid can be taked in easily, edibile and harmless to body, so it was investigated that phytic acid can be substituted for EDTA in this study. 1. The Intensificative effect of chelating agent and disinfective osmotic shock of Vibrio vulnificus The number of initial existent fungi measured 1.7x10^(6). The percentages of the survival fungi against the osmotic shock by distillated water were calculated at 1 minute, 3 minute and 5 minute after inoculation. The percentages of the survival fungi in Mg^(2+) were 92.5%, 91.8% and 79.8% at each time, the average percentage was 88%. Also the sudden extinction was observed around 1 minute after inoculation and the survival fungi were not observed from 3 through 5 minute in spite of repeated experimentation. 2. Influence of Vibrio vulnificus on the survival of the mice. The first mouse started to die in 180 minute after inoculation in case that the inoculating number was 2.3x10^(7) cfu/ml. All died within 4.5 hour. The average of survival time was 226 minute. The first mouse started to die in 228 minute after inoculation in case that the inoculating number was 0.8x10^(6) cfu/ml. All died within 5 hour. The average of survival time was 300 minute and the survival time was 1.3 times high. The tendencies of death in two cases were similar, but the fatal rate were largely dependent on inoculating number.

        우리나라 자생낙엽관목의 조경소재 확대방안에 관한 연구 : 중부 지방을 중심으로 Focused on the Middle Area of Korea

        The development and exploitation of the native deciduous shrubs which are widely distributed in our fields and mountains, have been adapted to the climate and natural features in Korea for a long length of time. With respect to managerial aspects, the native deciduous shrubs can be seen to be very useful and needed while fully reflecting Korean indigenous emotions as well as having high environmental acceptability and being very resistant to damages by blight and harmful insects. Especially those shrubs are placed in an important position in the process of ecosystem restoration and plant succession. Accordingly, this study has researched and analyzed the utilization condition of the present Korean landscape plants with documents and model cases of significant landscape features, evaluated the values by which each kind of tree is applied as landscape materials, and selected applicable kinds of trees, after drawing applicable native deciduous shrubs based on the documents and selecting five sample features for the test planting. The number of the selected kinds of trees is 20, including Viburnum dilatatum Thunb., Echinosophora koreensis Nakai, Lonicera maackii Max., Lonicera vesicarpa Kom., Stephanandra incisa Zabel, Ribes fasciculatum var. chinense Max., Spiraea salicifolia L., Campylotropis macrocarpa Rehder, Symplocos chinensis var. pilosa (Nak.) Ohwi, Abelia mosanensis T. Chung, Berberis amurensis Rupr., Deutzia coreana Lev., Alangium platanifolium var. macrophylum (S. rt Z.) Wanger., Viburnum sargentii Koehne, Rhodotypos scandes (Thunb.) Makino, Viburnum carlesii Hemsl., Forsythia nakaii T. Lee, Syringa velutina var. kamibayashii T. Lee, Rosa multiflora Thunb. and Spiraea fritschiana Schneid. I analyzed characteristics of each tree and presented methods applicable to the landscape architecture in its growth environment, planting type and ecological landscape.
