우리 공단은 지난 2000년 2월 10일 창원시에서 10억원의 전액 현금을 출자하여 설립한 지방공기업으로 약 300여명의 직원이 시로부터 위탁 받은 스포츠, 청소년, 문화예술, 환경, 교통, 노인복지 시설 등을 경영하고 있다. ‘공단의 존재 이유는 시민’이라는 경영이념으로 경영전략체계를 정립하였으며, 2005부터 경영혁신을 추진하여 공단의 내·외부 환경 변화에 대응하여 ‘혁신은 선택이 아닌 필수’라는 사실을 인지하고, 직원들의 의식혁신을 위해 혁신아카데미 운영과 혁신관련 설문조사를 실시하였다. 일하는 방식 개선 및 효율적인 인력관리로 2년간 26명의 인력을 감축하여 연간 1,073백만원 인건비를 절감하였으며, 최근 2년간 수입규모 2배 증가와 수지율 90%로 연평균 22.5% 향상되어 공기업으로서 공익성과 수익성의 조화로운 성과를 거두고 있다. 그 결과 외부평가에서도 호평을 받아 행정자치부 주최 2006년 경영평가 ‘가’등급, 지방공기업학회 주최 제1회 경영혁신우수사례 최우수상 수상, 작년에 이어 2년 연속 대한민국 스포츠레저문화대상을 수상함으로서 일류 공기업으로 도약하고 있다. Changwon City Facilities Management Corporation, as a local public firm which Changwon city established by investing on billion won on Feb. 10, 2000, manages sports, juveniles, culture and arts, environments, traffics, facilities for welfare of the aged along with about three hundred staffs. On the basis of its corporate philosophy, 'Citizens, the reason for our existence', it set the management strategy system. And it has promoted managerial innovation since 2005 to let its members recognize that the innovation is not optional but essential, and operated an innovation academy and performed innovation-related questionnaire surveys for innovation in consciousness of all staffs. It settled complaints of customers positively through VOC, reduced the classes of standard plastic garbage bags from 40 to 8, developed and operated various programs for each facility, and held a conference for innovation in customer services. As a result, the monthly survey for customer satisfaction measurement showed improvement by ten points compared to the last year for the first time as a public firm. For innovation in the result-oriented organizational culture, it introduced BSC system to improve the compensation system which reflects the result of BSC performance on the assessment of an employee's performance, and reduced the team-based system consisting of four departments and three teams. In addition, it realized a win-win situation by overcoming labor-management conflicts and establishing peaceful labor-management relations. It has improved the service qualities of facilities by advancing convenient and main facilities and is forming sports complex of 36,300 square meters near the city center as a sports park. It is setting up FMS for efficient management of facilities and saved 0.1 billion won through ESCO program. It has downsized the work force (26 staffs) for two years and saved personnel expenses of 1.073 billion won every year. The income for the latest two years has risen and the ratio of earnings and expenses, which has been improved by 22.5% every year, was 90%. It is obtaining harmonious results in both public benefits and earnings as a public firm. Accordingly it gained public favor from the external evaluation. It ranked the first class from the managerial evaluation by the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs in 2006 and received the first prize of excellent managerial innovation case by The Korean Association for Local Public Enterprises and so on. It is jumping up to the first-class public enterprise in Korea.

허수경의 시에서 검은색과 흰색은 반복과 회귀의 방식으로 독특한 색채적 상징성을 드러낸다. 이러한 양상은 정서와 주제 의식을 심화하고 확대해내면서, 그만의 시적 미학성의 변별점을 형성해낸다. 또한, 그의 시에서 검은색과 흰색의 색채 이미지는 한 작품 속에서 혼재와 교착 양상을 이루면서 아상블라주(Assemblage)한 효과를 보여준다. 이는 이질적인 요소들의 조합이 만들어낸 새로운 가능성으로서, 두 색채가 각기 다른 작품들에서 대립적인 단일한 의미망을 형성하는 통념에서 진일보한 사유 양상이다. 허수경의 시에서 두 색채 이미지가 한 작품에서 혼재되고 교착되어 나타나는 경우, 주제 의식의 의미상 크게 대립성과 동질성의 두 가지 양상을 보인다. 이는 우선, 두 색채가 대립적인 색채 이미지로 나타나, 강자와 약자의 권력 구조를 도식화하는 상징성을 띤다. 하지만, 두 색채는 선악이나 강약의 대립적 의미가 고정되어 있지 않고 상호 전위되어 나타나, 시인의 열린 사고를 드러낸다. 반면, 두 색채 이미지가 동질적인 색채 이미지를 드러내는 경우에는 부정적인 동질성과 긍정적인 동질성의 두 가지 양상을 보인다. 즉, 검은색과 흰색이 모두 슬픔과 우울의 정서를 극대화하면서 부정적인 동질성을 드러내거나, 순수와 평화의 세계를 지향하고 희구하면서 긍정적인 동질성을 드러내 보인다. 이러한 양상은 흰색과 검은색을 정반대되는 색으로 여기는 통념에서 벗어난 것으로, 허수경만의 독특한 색채 의식을 드러내 보이는 지점이다. 이렇게 보면, 허수경의 시에서 검은색과 흰색의 색채 이미지는 단독으로 쓰인 경우보다, 한 작품에서 혼재되고 교착되어 나타날 때, 더 깊고 풍부한 의미망을 형성한다. 이는 색채 이미지의 상징성에 대한 시인의 창의적 상상력이 확대된 결과이며, 입체적이고 유동적인 색채 미학을 표출한 것으로, 검은색과 흰색의 교호 작용을 통해 색채적 상징성의 새로운 가능성을 확보한 것으로 해석할 수 있다. Black and white in Heo Soo-kyeong's poetry reveal unique color symbolism in a way of repetition and reversion. This aspect deepens and expands the emotion and the subject consciousness, which forms her own distinct poetic aesthetics. Furthermore, the black and white color images in her poems display an Assemblage effect, forming mixed and entangled aspects in one work. This is a new possibility created by a combination of disparate elements, a further level of thinking from the conventional wisdom that the two colors indicate an opposing single network of meanings in different works. In the case where the two color images are mixed and entangled in a single work, in Heo Soo-kyeong's poem, there appears two aspects of confrontation and coessentiality in the meaning of the subject consciousness. First of all, the two colors appear as opposing color images, which assumes the symbolism that schematizes the power structure of the strong and the weak. However, the meaning of these two colors can be interchangeable, not being fixed as an opposite between good and evil or strong and weak and, thereby presenting the poet's flexible way of thinking. On the other hand, in the case where the two color reveal coessential color images, they assume two aspects, negative coessentiality and positive coessentiality. In other words, both black and white reveal negative coessentiality by maximizing the emotion of sadness and depression, or positive coessentiality by aspiring after a world of purity and peace. This pattern deviates from the conventional wisdom that regards white and black as opposite colors, which is a point that reveals Heo Soo-kyeong's distinct sense of color. In this light, the color images of black and white forms deeper and richer semantic network when they appear to be mixed and entangled in one work than when used solely. This is the result of the poet's expanded creative imagination for the symbolism of color images, and it can be interpreted as the expression of multidimensional and fluid color aesthetics and securing new possibilities for color symbolism through the interaction of black and white.

장애인의 장애특성 및 고용서비스가 장애인 경제활동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

최근 장애인복지에 있어 장애인들의 직업재활의 중요성이 부각되고 있고, 이를 위한 다양한 노력들이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 노력들이 장애인의 경제활동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 이러한 노력과 무관하게 장애인의 장애특성이 경제활동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보기 위해 제3차 장애인고용패널조사 자료를 활용하여 장애인의 장애특성 및 고용서비스 경험여부가 장애인의 경제활동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 로지스틱 분석 및 생존분석방법을 통해 확인하고자 하였다. 연구의 분석결과, 장애인의 장애특성 중 장애유형의 경우 정신장애인이 다른 유형의 장애인에 비해 경제활동을 함에 있어 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중증장애인은 취업에 있어 보다 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 보이지만, 고용유지에 있어서는 긍정적인 영향을 가진다고 보기는 어려웠다. 장애인에게 제공되는 장애인 고용서비스는 장애인들의 취업에는 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 경증인 신체장애인이 고용서비스를 수혜한 경우 다른 장애인들에 비해 일자리를 가지는데 있어 부정적인 영향을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 고용서비스는 고용주에 의해 고용이 이루어지는 과정에서도 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고용유지기간에도 유의미한 부정적 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 향후 장애인고용서비스는 이들 특성을 고려하여, 실제 고용에로의 연결을 촉진할 수 있도록 서비스의 질적 수준을 제고함과 더불어 취업 이후 이를 유지하게 하는 사후관리서비스의 확충 등을 통해 장애인들이 건강한 사회구성원으로 기능하는데 도움이 되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the discrimination within the disabilities when they get their jobs and maintain their works especially the degree and type of disabilities and to analysis the effects on the employment services for the disabilities. The main findings of the study were as follows: First, the property of the disabilities(types and degree of disabilities) were not significant factors on employment and the duration of the employment. Mental disorders gave a negative effect on employment, but physical disabilities and mild disabilities had no significant effects on employment and the duration of job maintenance. Second, since there were selection bias, employment services gave no significant effects or negative effects on the employment and duration of job maintenances to people with disabilities. These results suggest that employment services for people with disabilities can give all kinds of disabilities so that they facilitate the employment for the disables. And the importance of follow-up services have to be emphasized. The follow-up services help the disables to maintain their jobs. These services can make the disables to facilitate their economic activities and also can be helpful for the disables to be a good citizens.

새로운 생리 기능성 과실주를 개발하고자 포도와 사과, 배, 복숭아 등을 이용하여 혼합 과일 발효주를 제조하여 이들의 품질특성과 생리기능성을 조사하였다. 혼합 과일 발효주의 에탄올 함량은 9.6% 이었고 총산함량과 휘발산 함량은 각각 0.73%와 0.086% 이었다. 또한 총 기호도는 신맛과 쓴맛이 살아있고 단맛이 적어 우수하였고 노화억제에 관련된 항산화 활성이 28.2% 이었고 항고혈압성 안지오텐신 전환효소 저해활성이 61.2% 로 우수하였다. To develop a new physiological functional wine, quality characteristics and its physiological functionality of the mixed fruit(Mf) wine were investigated. Ethanol contents of the Mf wine was 9.6%, and total acidity and volatile acid content were 0.73% and 0.086%, respectively. Anti-aging antioxidant activity of the Mf wine was 28.2% and anti-hypertensive angiotensin -converting enzyme inhibitory activity was very high 61.2%.
