        Certain aspects of rough ideal statistical convergence on neutrosophic normed spaces

        In this paper, we have presented rough ideal statistical convergence of sequence on neutrosophic normed spaces as a significant convergence criterion. As neutrosophication can handle partially dependent components, partially independent components and even independent components involved in real-world problems. By examining some properties related to rough ideal convergence in these spaces we have established some equivalent conditions on the set of ideal statistical limit points for rough ideal statistically convergent sequences.

        Gender-Inclusive Children’s Toy Package Design: An Alternative Approach to Gender-Neutral Design Based on Children’s Perceptions

        Background : Traditionally, toys have been categorized by gender in stores, associating blue with boys and pink with girls. While some gender-neutral packaging designs have emerged, they often lack appeal to children. Moreover, toys labeled as gender-neutral are not always presented in a manner that communicates their inclusivity for all genders. This study investigates how to effectively convey gender inclusivity in children’s toy packaging by considering children’s perceptions. Methods : This study employed phenomenology to gain an objective understanding of children’s perspectives and conducted a content analysis of current toy package designs and a modified van Kaam analysis of interviews with children aged 3-6. The findings from these analyses were used to develop guidelines for creating gender-inclusive package designs for children. Results : The study’s findings suggest that effective gender-inclusive package designs for children should incorporate bright colors, regular and round sans-serif fonts, polygons with rounded corners, and iconic signs for imagery. Additionally, it is essential to convey messages clearly, as children tend to interpret things literally. Conclusions : This study highlights the significance of avoiding gender labels in designing toys for children, as they can harm children’s perceptions and impose limitations on their activities and aspirations, potentially affecting them long-term.

        We consider the nonlinear matrix equation (NMEs). We discuss a sufficient condition ensuringthe existence of a unique positive definite solution of a given NME and demonstrate this sufficient condition for a NME. In order to do this, we define FGw-contractive conditions and derive fixed points results basedon aforesaid contractive condition for a mapping in extended Branciari b-metric distancefollowed by two suitable examples. In addition, we introduce weak well-posed property,weak limit shadowing property and generalized Ulam-Hyers stability in the underlying spaceand related results.

        Genetic Elimination of Off-Flavour Generating Lipoxygenase-2 Gene of Soybean through Marker Assisted Backcrossing and Its Effect on Seed Longevity

        Lipoxygenase-2 present in soybean seeds is the prime contributor to off-flavour generated during the processing of soyproducts. Genetic elimination of this undesirable component is important as the heat inactivation not only incurs extra cost but alsoaffects the protein solubility. The present study was aimed at eliminating lipoxygenase-2 from cultivar ‘JS97-52’ through markerassisted introgression of null allele of Lox2 from PI596540 (lox2lox2). Foreground selection in BC1F1, BC2F1 and BC3F1 of the cross‘JS97-52’ × PI596540 was carried out using lox2 specific marker, while lox2 specific marker in combination with SSR marker Satt656tightly linked with Lox2 locus was employed for identification of homozygous recessive plants (lox2lox2) in BC2F2 and BC3F2. Background selection performed using 150 polymorphic markers resulted in development of 12 Lox2-free soybean lines (BC3F2:3seeds) exhibiting recurrent parent genome content in the range of 97.66-98.66%. Qualitative and quantitative assays confirmed theabsence of Lox2 in introgressed lines (ILs). The ILs were at par in days-to-flowering, days-to-maturity,100-seeds weight, yield andprotein content with the recurrent parent but showed significant improvement in seed longevity over the latter.

        Swift heavy ion beam mixing at V/Si interface

        Vanadium silicides are of increasing interest because of applications in high temperature superconductivity and in microelectronics as contact materials due to their good electrical conductivity. In the present work ion beam induced mixing at Si/V/Si interface has been investigated using 120 MeV Au ions at 1 × 1013 to 1 × 1014 ions/cm2 fluence at room temperature. V/Si interface was characterized by Grazing Incidence X-Ray Diffraction (GIXRD), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Rutherford Backscattering Spectrometry (RBS) and Cross-sectional Transmission Electron Microscopy (XTEM) techniques before and after irradiation. It was found that the atomic mixing width increases with ion fluence. GIXRD and RBS investigations confirm the formation of V6Si5 silicide phase at the interface at the highest ion irradiation dose.

        유아인성과 유아인성교육에 대한 유아교사의 암묵적 지식 연구

        본 연구는 유아인성과 유아인성교육에 대한 유아교사의 주관적 지식과 가치를 살펴보기 위해 암묵적 지식을 탐색하였다. 서울 및 경상남도 소재 유아교육기관 교사 200명을 임의표집하여 질문지를 배부한 후 최종 129명의 응답을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사들은 유아의 인성을 일반적 인성개념과 인성내용요소를 기반으로 유아기 특수성과 함께 자신의 신념과 경험론적 판단을 반영하여 정의하고 있었으며, 둘째, 유아인성교육의 목적을 사회유지 및 발전, 유아기적 특성(인성발달의 결정적 시기), 유아 개인의 성장, 발달증진에서 찾고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사들은 유아인성을 ‘배려’ ‘친사회성’, ‘예절’, ‘긍정성’ 등에 초점을 두고 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 드러난 유아인성과 유아인성교육에 대한 유아교사의 암묵적 지식에 기반하여 유아인성과 유아인성교육의 개념을 도출하 고, 이를 바탕으로 향후 유아인성교육의 방향을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore teacher’s implicit knowledge of young children character and character education in early childhood. 129 teachers engaged in open-ended questions, the collected data was analyzed by 4 specialist in early childhood education. The results are as follows; 1. young children character is defined based on the generic definition of character, contents of character, and characteristics of early childhood. 2. character education in early childhood should be implement for social maintenance and evolution, and growth of young children, because early childhood is critical period of character development. 3. young child be judged good character by their teacher has consideration, prosociality, manner, positive and passion in order.

        Caffeine-loaded gold nanoparticles conjugated with PLA-PEG-PLA copolymer for in vitro cytotoxicity and anti-inflammatory activity

        The purpose of the study was to develop caffeine-loaded gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) using a poly(lacticacid)-polyethylene glycol-poly(lactic acid) (PLA-PEG-PLA) polymer to enhance the anti-inflammatoryactivity of caffeine. Caffeine-loaded AuNPs were conjugated to PLA-PEG-PLA copolymer matrix viap-back bond between AuNPs and the ester carbonyl group of the polyester. The p-back bonded estercarbonyl oxygen strongly interacted with the caffeine molecule and exhibited enhanced antiinflammatoryactivity. The physico-chemical characteristics of the resulting nanoconjugates wereevaluated by a series of microscopic, diffraction, and spectroscopic methods.         Immunomodulatory and Therapeutic Potential of Enrofloxacin in Bovine Sub Clinical Mastitis

        Immunomodulatory and therapeutic potential of Enrofloxacin was studied in bovine sub clinical mastitis (SCM). The therapeutic efficacy was adjudged by Somatic cell count and Total bacterial count of the milk, whereas, the immuno modulatory potential of the drug was assessed by measuring myeloperoxidase (MPO) and acid phosphates (ACP) enzyme level in the milk leukocytes. Forty-five cows were divided into three equal groups. Gr I consisting 15 cows served as healthy control, whereas, 30 cows (SCM), Gr II and Gr III, selected on the basis of California Mastitis Test (CMT) positive reaction. Gr II cows received 150 mg of Enrofloxacin, once a day for three days and Gr.III received sterile 5 ml PBS (pH 7.4) for 7days, both the treatment were given by intramammary route. The observation was made up to 30 days post-treatment (PT). The CMT of the healthy milk was negative (0), whereas, it ranged between 1 point score and 2 point score in SCM. The Somatic cell count (SCC) and Total bacterial count (TBC) decreased significantly (p<0.05) on day 3 PT in GrII cows in Enrofloxacin treated group, however, such changes were insignificant in PBS treated group. Traces of MPO and ACP enzyme were found in the healthy milk. The mean ACP level enhanced by 70% on day 3 PT in GrII and only 18.7% in Gr. III cows. The mean MPO level enhanced to 32% in Gr. II and 18 % in Gr. III cows on day 3 PT. Concomitant use of Enrofloxacin in SCM at sub optimal dose was found to reduce the bacterial load by increasing the bactericidal enzyme level in the milk polymorphonuclear cells (PMNs) in bovine SCM, which indicates its immunomodulatory potential in mastitis.

        유아인성 및 인성교육 관련 연구의 동향과 과제

        본 연구는 2001년 1월부터 2016년 12월까지 수행된 유아인성 및 유아인성교육 관련 연구들의 동향을 분석하여 현재 요구되어지는 과제를 논의함으로써 향후 유아인성 관련 연구의 방향을 모색해나가는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 KCI에 등재된 국내학술지에 발표된 유아 인성을 주제로 한 논문 137편을 대상으로 하여 연구시기, 연구주제, 연구방법, 연구내용에 따라 유아인성과 유아인성교육 관련 연구의 동향을 분석하였다. 첫째, 유아인성 관련 학술지 연구는 최근 2012년을 기점으로 급증하였다. 둘째, 유아인성 관련 연구들은 주로 인성교육 프로그램의 실행을 주제로 하고 있었다. 셋째, 유아인성 관련 연구는 양적연구와 문헌연구를 중심으로 진행되었고, 주로 만 5세 대상으로 이루어졌으며, 연구과정에서 활용된 인성 검사 도구는 프로그램 효과 검증을 위해 개발되어진 것들이 주로 사용되고 있었다. 넷째, 유아인성 관련 연구들에서는 관계적 인성을 가장 많이 다루고 있었으며, 하위 인성내용별로는 존중, 친사회성, 배려 등의 순으로 빈번하게 다루어지고 있었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trend in character and character education of young children, for finding direction of researches in the future, in academic journals(registered in KCI) from 2001 to 2016. In total, 137 researches were analyzed, prosociality, and consideration for others. and the results are as follows; First, beginning in 2012, the researches started increase rapidly. Second, most researches done for practice and effectiveness verification of character education programs. Third, most researches used quantitative analysis, showed that the literature method, and examined 5 years old. Forth, most talked about character in the researches was respect, prosociality, and consideration for others.
