Reaching only by truly fourth software tools can we design a truly database system withhigh shared and data independent, As compared with data structure of Chinese character dBASE relational database which has used widely within the whole country, We take database design of Power Industry Bureau of Hebei Province's CMIS as on example and introduce how to realize simply a complicated function of edit and inquiry with provided SQL_* Forms forth software tools by ORACLE.

        Function of Global Regulator CodY in Bacillus thuringiensis BMB171 by Comparative Proteomic Analysis

        CodY is a highly conserved protein in low G+C gram-positive bacteria that regulates genes involved in sporulation and stationary-phase adaptation. Bacillus thuringiensis is a grampositive bacterium that forms spores and parasporal crystals during the stationary phase. To our knowledge, the regulatory mechanism of CodY in B. thuringiensis is unknown. To study the function of CodY protein in B. thuringiensis, BMB171codY- was constructed in a BMB171 strain. A shuttle vector containing the ORF of cry1Ac10 was transformed into BMB171 and BMB171codY-, named BMB171cry1Ac and BMB171codY-cry1Ac, respectively. Some morphological and physiological changes of codY mutant BMB171codY-cry1Ac were observed. A comparative proteomic analysis was conducted for both BMB171codY-cry1Ac and BMB171cry1Ac through two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and MALDI-TOF-MS/MS analysis. The results showed that the proteins regulated by CodY are involved in microbial metabolism, including branched-chain amino acid metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, fatty acid metabolism, and energy metabolism. Furthermore, we found CodY to be involved in sporulation, biosynthesis of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate, growth, genetic competence, and translation. According to the analysis of differentially expressed proteins, and physiological characterization of the codY mutant, we performed bacterial one-hybrid and electrophoretic mobility shift assay experiments and confirmed the direct regulation of genes by CodY, specifically those involved in metabolism of branched-chain amino acids, ribosomal recycling factor FRR, and the late competence protein ComER. Our data establish the foundation for in-depth study of the regulation of CodY in B. thuringiensis, and also offer a potential biocatalyst for functions of CodY in other bacteria.

        COINCIDENCE THEOREMS FOR NONCOMPACT RC-MAPS IN ABSTRACT CONVEX SPACES WITH APPLICATIONS

        In this paper, a coincidence theorem for a compact RC-map is proved in an abstract convex space. Several more general coincidence theorems for noncompact RC-maps are derived in abstract convex spaces. Some examples are given to illustrate our coincidence theorems. As ap-plications, an alternative theorem concerning the existence of maximal elements, an alternative theorem concerning equilibrium problems and a minimax inequality for three functions are proved in abstract convex spaces.         Number of Metastatic Lymph Nodes and Ratio of Metastatic Lymph Nodes to Total Number of Retrieved Lymph Nodes Are Risk Factors for Recurrence in Patients With Clinically Node Negative Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma

        Objectives. The number of metastatic lymph nodes (LNs) and the ratio between the number of metastatic LNs and the total number of retrieved LNs (the LN ratio [LNR]) have been proposed as risk factors for recurrence of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). However, the significance of the number of LNs and the LNR in patients with clinically node negative PTC has not been clearly determined. The purpose of this study is to evaluate their significance. Methods. We retrospectively analyzed 382 patients with PTC who had undergone total thyroidectomy with prophylactic central neck dissection (CND) between January 2000 and December 2010. We excluded patients with lobectomy, concurrent lateral compartment neck dissection, a follow-up period less than at least 2 years, number of harvested central LNs less than or equal to one, clinically positive LN, distant metastasis, recurrent cancer or other types of malignancy. The correlations between recurrence and various clinicopathologic characteristics including tumor size, extrathyroidal extension (ETE), stage, number of metastatic central LNs, and the LNR were investigated. Results. After a mean follow-up period of 82.2±26.4 months, recurrence occurred in 14 patients (3.7%). Tumor size ≥20 mm, maximal ETE, presence of central LN metastasis, number of metastatic LNs ≥2, and LNR ≥0.31 correlated with recurrence in the univariate analysis. However, tumor size ≥20 mm, maximal ETE, number of metastatic LNs ≥2, and LNR ≥0.31 were significantly associated with recurrence in the multivariate analysis (hazard ratio=6.61, 7.17, 3.43, and 11.23, respectively). Conclusion. The LNR and the number of metastatic LNs are independent prognostic risk factors for recurrence in patients with clinically node negative PTC, and these factors can be used to guide postoperative adjuvant therapy and follow-up strategy after prophylactic CND.

      • Performance Analysis of Packet Transport Network Communication for Integrated Wide-Area Protection

        As a new protection, wide-area protection enables protective relaying, and automatic control based on electric power system network communications and comprehensive judgment of multi-point information, which plays an increasingly important role in the secure and stable operation of electric power system. Interaction of wide-area information relies on communication network featuring high reliability and low time delay. On the other hand, most service of power transformation station is gradually towards IP and data oriented, along with the development of smart grid. This paper aims to introduce the wide-area protection technology supported by Packet Transport Network (PTN) communication technology, with analyzing the QoS (Quality of Service) network assurance architecture of PTN network, which establishes three planes, including transport plane, management plane, and control plane, based on ASON (Automatically Switched Optical Network) technology. After demonstrating the QoS assurance system of PTN from traffic control and transmission route, this paper introduces PTN networking test. Based on detailed parameters in the test results, the transmission performance of PTN on time delay, protection, and time synchronization of various electric power communication services are analyzed, with showing that PTN can fully meet the requirements of electric power communication.

        짧은 동영상 틱톡(TIK TOK)의 만족도 및 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 새로운 기술과 서비스의 수용의도를 예측하는 데 유용성을 가지고 있는 분석 틀인 기술수용모델과 미디어 이용자의 동기에 의한 미디어 이용행위와 효과를 분석하는 데 유용성을 가지고 있는 이론적 틀인 이용과 충족 이론(Uses & Gratification Theory)을 접목한 융합 모델을 통해 한국 대학생들의 틱톡 만족도와 수용의도를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구결과 용이성에 영향을 미치는 변인은 소통/일상 동기, 재미/오락 동기인 것으로 나타났다. 유용성에 영향을 미치는 변인은 용이성, 소통/일상 동기, 재미/오락 동기인 것으로 나타났다. 기술수용모델 변인 중 유용성이 만족도에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 틱톡 용이성이 만족도와 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이밖에 틱톡 사용자 만족도는 수용의도에 직접적인 기여를 하는 것으로 나타났다. This study was to verify the satisfaction and acceptance intention of Korean university students through a convergence model that combines the technology acceptance model and the use and satisfaction theory. As a result of the study, it was found that the variables affecting ease of use were communication/daily motivation and fun/entertainment motivation. The variables that influence usefulness were easiness, communication/daily motivation, and fun/entertainment motivation. Among the variables of the technology acceptance model, usefulness only affects satisfaction, and ease of tic-talk affects satisfaction and acceptance intention. In addition, it was found that TikTok user satisfaction directly contributed to acceptance intention.

        Phenol removal via activated carbon from co-pyrolysis of waste coal tar pitch and vinasse

        The behavior and characteristics of phenol adsorption by activated carbon produced from co-pyrolysis of coal tar pitch and vinasse were investigated. Coal tar pitch and vinasse (mass ratio of 1 : 3) were firstly co-pyrolyzed and carbonated at 400 oC for 2 h. The carbonized material produced was then soaked with saturated KOH solution and activated at 800 oC for 1 h to form activated carbon. Results from the phenol wastewater adsorption experiments suggest that pseudo-second-order kinetics and the Weber-Morris model could reflect the time-dependent adsorption behavior of phenol wastewater by the activated carbon, revealing that internal diffusion represents the rate-limiting procedure and dominant process to control the adsorption rate in the early stage of the adsorption. Monolayer adsorption played the key role during the phenol adsorption. The adsorption was an endothermic reaction in temperature ranging from 15 oC to 35 oC, indicating that the adsorption speed could be stimulated by the increasing temperature. This study establishes a theoretical foundation for the usage and the potential application of the activated carbon derived from coal tar pitch and vinasse in wastewater treatment.
