      • 個人用 컴퓨터를 利用한 水力發電댐의 流入量 豫測

        The main purpose of the study is to develop a computer program in the personal computer which calculates numerically the inflow from the rainfall and displays the inflow hydrograph on a CRT. The computer programs, which were developed for the inflow forecasting of the short-range, employed the storage function method. The program which computes the inflow from the rainfall would be applicable effectively both to planning the daily/weekly power generation and to operating the dam for the flood control. The inflow calculated by the computer program gave a good agreement with the actual inflow for the Choon Chun and the Cheong Pyung dam.

      • 고체소음전달에 관한 간이계산식과 SEA법의 비교연구

        대형 선박은 고체음의 전달특성이 좋은 강판으로 구성된 복잡한 형상의 구조물로서 주기를 비롯한 각종 보기류 등의 다수 소음원이 설치되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 소음원과 작업 또는 거주 공간이 인접하고 있어 고체음과 공기음이 복합적으로 전파된다. 선박 소음의 효율적 제어를 위해서는 초기 설계 단계에서부터 공기음 및 고체음의 전달손실을 산정하여 소음예측을 수행하고 이에 따른 예방대책을 수립하는 것이 합리적이다. 일반적으로 선박 소음 해석은 실선자료의 통계적 처리결과를 기초로 한 경험 자료 및 음향 기초이론을 이용하여 선박의 거주구의 소음수준을 예측하는 경험식(Empirical Formula)에 의한 방법과 통계적 에너지 해석(SEA) 방법이 적용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이상화한 일반선체모델에 대하여 경험식에 의한 방법과 SEA법을 적용하여 소음예측을 수행하고, 이들 두 방법에 의한 해석 정도를 비교·고찰하였다. In order to build a quiet and comfortable ship, the shipboard noise levels must be predicted at early design stages. In general, the prediction of shipboard noise level can be done using SEA(Statistical Energy Analysis) or empirical formula. In this paper, in order to confirm the accuracy of noise predicition using empirical formula, the transmission loss of structure-borne noise using SEA and those using empirical formula are predicted and compared for an idealized ship model. The calculated results using empirical method agree well with those of SEA.

        측사위경두개방사선사진(Oblique Transcranial Radiograph)을 이용한 하악전돌증환자의 하악지 시상골절단술후 하악과두위치변화 분석

        This study was intended to evaluate condyle position and the relationship of condyle position change and post surgical relapse following the sagittal split ramus osteotomy for mandible setback in 25 patients by paired t-test and multiple regression analysis. We used oblique transcranial and cephalometric radiographs taken before operation, immediate after operation, and at least 6 months post operatively. 1. In oblique transcranial view, posterior joint space was decreased immediate after operation and increased 6 months after operation. To compare the measurement before and 6 months after operation, there was no statistically significant change in over all joint spaces(P>0.05). 2. The joint spaces changed under the 0.2mm were 30%, 0.2mm to 1.0mm were 60.7%, above 1.0mm were 9.3%. This result reveals that condyle position was relatively reproduced to pre-operative state. 3. Statistically, the amount of mandible set back didn't influence the post operative relapse(P>0.05). 4. Statistically, the amount of mandible set back didn't influence the condylar displacement(P>0.05), and the amount of joint space change didn't influence the post operative relapse.(P>0.05) The changes in joint space is in the standard tracing error or within the adaptive capacity of the individual, it was too small to influence the stability of surgery.

      • 바나듐-쿠페론 착물의 전기 화학적 행동에 미치는 산화제의 영향

        쿠페론(Cupferron) 존재 하에서의 바나듐의 전기화학적 행동은 cupferron 1.0×10^(-4)M이 포함된 0.1M 아세트산 완충용액(pH 5.0)에서 순환전압 전류법으로 조사하였다. 이 조건에서 바나듐-쿠페론의 환원 반응은 (E_(p) = -0.76V) 확산 지배형 비가역반응으로 주사속도를 느리게 할 때 역주사에서 약한 전도된 봉우리가 나타난다. 이는 촉매현상의 표시가 된다. 바나듐-쿠페론 착물을 -0.40V에서 60초 동안 흡착 축적시키면 전류가 6배 정도 증가하므로 흡착과 촉매의 이중효과로 정량의 예민도를 높일 수 있다. 촉매효과를 증가시키기 위하여 보조 산화제로 브롬산 소듐을 가하였을 때 -0.10V 근처의 전도된 봉우리가 커지고 주 봉우리 (-0.75V)가 커지나 검출한계는 두 경우 비슷하다. 브롬산 소듐을 넣지 않았을 때와 넣었을 때의 검출한계는 각각 8.1×10^(-11)M, 7.1×10^(-11)M이다. Cyclic voltammetry is used for elucidating the electrochemical behavior of Vanadium-Cupferron complex in 0.1 M acetate buffer solution (pH 5.0) containing 1.0×10^(-4) M cupferron. The reduction of this complex (E_(p) = -0.76 V) is irreversible and diffusion controlled and scanning in the reverse direction produces a weak cathodic peak at slow scan rate, which is indicative of a cathodic process. When a 60 sec accumulation precedes the potential scan, a significantly (6 fold) larger cathodic peak is observed. Therefore, the dual amplification of adsorptive-catalytic effect offers higher sensitivity. By adding sodium bromate(oxidizing agent), the inverted peak current around -0.10 V in the reverse scan increase and main peak (-0.76 V) increases also a little, but the detection limit of both case is similar (8.1×10^(-11)M, 7.1×10^(-11)M)

      • 자동차 충격흡수장치의 검사 자동화를 위한 컴퓨터 시각장치의 개발에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 시각장치를 이용한 자동차 충격흡수장치의 제조공정 검사자동화 기술에 대하여 연구개발을 하였다. 자동차 충격흡수장치에서 분말야금공정의 검사자동차 기술에 사용한 기법은 영상처리 기법을 이용하였다. 자동차용 충격흡수장치의 검사자동차 기술의 공정은 부품공급장치, 단차검사장치, 시각검사장치, 불량품 추출장치, 수량검사장치 및 양품적재장치로 구성되어 있다. 분말야금공정의 검사자동화장치를 컴퓨터 시각장치로 사용함으로써 작업의 질과 능률이 향상되어 또한 작업량을 감소시킬 수 있다. This paper is concerned with automatic inspection of the automobile shock absorbers on the manufacturing process. Computer vision system is introduced by automatic inspection method of production of the automobile shock absorbers. The automatic inspection system consisits of a feeding unit, a slot inspection unit, a vision inspection unit, a volume counter unit, a inferior goods extractor unit. As it was introduced to powder metallurgial process of the automobile shock absorbers, we can reduce quantity of work and increase efficiency of operation.

      • 制御壓延後 冷却速度가 高張力鋼의 機械的 性質에 미치는 影響에 관한 硏究

        This study reports the changes in structural and mechanical properties of high tensile strength steel treated by the controlled rolling and interrupted cooling technique, a newly developed controlled rolling process, as compared to the conventional controlled rolling technique. The results obtained from this experiment are summarized as follows: 1) Optical micrographs have revealed that the microstructures of specimens treated by the CR2 technique have much finer ferrite and bainite and pearlitic structure, in paticular, forms not only finely but more uniformly, as compared to the CR1 technique. 2) The grain size measurements have shown that the grain size of specimens control-rolled by CR2 with a more rapid cooling rate of interrupted cooling is finer than in the case of CR1. 3) The values of hardness obtained from the CR2 technique have been found to be considerably increased compared to those for a given specimen, hardness in creasing with increasing the carbon content. 4) Tensile property analyisis has indicated that yield stregth increases as the carbon content of specimens increase, resulting in higher increase in yield stress for the CR2 that for the CR1 technique. 5) Impact tests have revealed that the transition temeperatures determined for specimens control-rolled by the CR2 are lower than those for specimens control-rolled by the conventional methosd CRq, showing a consderable amount of improvement of toughness for specimens related to the CR2 technique consequently, the interrupted cooling technique after controlled rolling process can provide high tensile strength steels with mechanical properties superior to those obtainable from the conventional controlled rolling technique.

        It is the time that we have to consider national education suited to the needs of globalization age. Accordingly history education must be done in the view of world history, that is, the development of human history. I think it is absolutely needed to change 'history from the inside' in which we regard our own cultural tradition as something absolute into 'history from the outside' in which we try to understand other cultire. The main emphasis in our history education must not be put on the specialities in national history any more but on the history in general. In thais context, we can find the reason why the knowledge in European history is necessary and European history education must be intensified. Since academic development in European history is closely related with European history education, in this paper I will discuss the following problems deeply through positive literture : How does European history education in Korea have carried out until now and what are the problems? How does the world history education have changed in junior/senior high school? Does cultural history, one of liberal arts in university, have been instructive enough in its contents? and Does European history education in university have gone all length?

        The land park movement is a governmental project which Korean land will be converted into an amenable environment from based on beautifying her, and is concerned with Sae-Maul movement. In order to implement practically, government must try to find a solution to develop the inducement to grass-rooted participation and a diversified period, and amethod which is considered of locational characteristics matched to a practical agency such as school, company, neighborhood and social group and harmonized with socio-economical development valid continuous assessments. The movement has to have a linkage having an urban open space system to create traditional and idealic life-environment, that is able to give an impetus for citizens to plant trees in their home from starting for city government to make city cores and urban modal points as street intersections beautiful. In order to do so, it is to be desired that the government has a citizen dedicating system for planting and flowering, manages arboreta and seedbeds and carrys out mountains and rivers to be beautiful. Promoting the implementation of the movement, the government must hasten the city redevelopment, bring in bonus and set back system when controlling the building and enlarge from the public movement to the private. There are practical methods for the promotion that we make common space for planting or flowering between building, create a street beautifying district assigned to a near habitant, develop the pedestrian mall for beautiful area and shops, induce a roof-gardening and beautify the verandas of apartments and walls. The strategy to enlarge the civic central open spaces by the developing techniques are as followes: the vertical approach than horizontal, the diversified facilities for open space, the program development for user, the natural landscape as well as artificial. The strategy to mange efficiently the open spaces are as follows: the private organization for planting and flowering, the inducement to having citizen own trees, on the private monumental day, the beautification of the traditional streets and squares, the organization of vironteers for the movement.
