        Nowadays, Stress is becoming an increasingly important concern both in individual and in organization. This is because of the tremendrous results which are caused by it. For this reason, diverse research has been done to reduce the harmful results which are most frequently related to stress in organization. But, there has evenly existed no common definition of stress, yet. Thus, after reviewing many literature about stress, we clarified the concept of stress and suggested the necessity of stress management examining aversive effect on both individual and organization. At the same time, in addition to exploring five models relating stressor to stress symptom, we also illustrate stressors on which were commonly emphasized by these models. Based upon th9 theoretical background, we analysed the critical influential factors of stress symptom outcomes through the empirical research. The main findings out of the analysis are as follows: As critical factors of impacting on outcomes, it was indicated that job context stressors such as lack of promotion opportunity and inequality compensation were more important factors than job content stressors such as job variety and job significance. On the other hand, on occasion of physical and mental symptoms, individual factors such as A-personality and self-confidence were the most critical factors to impact on symptoms. In this respect, individual factors were functioned as moderator of relating between stressors and stress symptom outcomes. This tendency was turned out to be more explicit in female. From the preceding analysis, we will give some suggestions for stress management as follows: 1) To set up career planning and developing program. 2) To establish a systematic and equitable reward system. 3) To assign the opportinuity of systematic personality changing. 4) To create a supportive climate and social support. 5) To redesign job. 6) To reduce conflict and clarify roles. This study alas limitation in that it did not fully consider the measurement of stress concept and in that investigating has been conducted in a short Period of time. It is recommended that more systematic researches should be needed through a more careful, detailed observation over long periods of time.

      • 중추도파민신경활성에 미치는 뇌기능개선 후보약물의 행동약리학적 연구

        The present study was undertaken to elucidate the behavioral characteristics of nootropic candidates, centrophenoxine, N-methyl-D-glucamine, piracetam and red ginseng saponin components on stereotyped sniffing behavior induced by apomorphine in rats. Apomorphine, a direct dopaminergic receptor agonist, induced stereotyped behaviors including sniffing, licking, gnowing and biting in a dose dependent manner, and that behaviors were completely inhibited when measured at 1 week after 6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA) treatment. Centrophenoxine, N-methyl-D-glucamine, red ginseng total sapomin (TS), panaxatriol (PT), and Rg_1 enhanced but panaxadiol (PD) inhibited, whereas priacetam and Rb1 were not effective of the stereotyped sniffing behavior induced by apomorphine (1 ㎎/㎏). The enhanced stereotyped behavior by centrophenoxine, N-methyl-D-glucamine, red ginseng total saponin, panaxatriol(PT), and Rg_1 was blocked by pretreatment of 6-OHDA. These results suggest that dopaminergic neuronal activity plays an important role in the action of some nootropic candidates. Red ginseng total saponin, panaxatriol and Rg_1 seems to have a similiarity to centrophenoxine, N-methyl-D-glucamate in modulating of dopaminergic neuronal activity and also may be useful for the nootropic candidates.

      • GaN MMIC를 위한 R, L, C 및 Thru Line 수동소자 제작

        Ku -band 전력용 GaN MESFET 소자를 사용하는 전력증폭기 MMIC 설계 및 제작을 위한 Sapphire 기판위에 인덕터, 캐패시터, 저항 및 전송선로의 수동소자를 제작하였다. 직사각형 나선 인덕터, MIM 캐패시터, Ti을 이용한 금속저항 및 Thru 전송선로를 제작하였다. 제작한 직사각형 나선 인덕터는 12-18 GHz의 주파수 범위에서 0.2~5 nH 인덕턴스를 얻었으며, MIM 캐패시터에서 0.1~38.5 pF, Ti 금속저항에서 87Ω -2,235Ω을 얻었다. 또 Thru 전송선로는 Insertion Loss 약 0.2 dB, 입력 반사계수는 -30 dB를 얻었다. Ku-band MMIC passive devices of inductor, capacitor, resistor and thru line were fabricated on the sapphire to design the MMIC with GaN MESFET. Rectangular spiral inductor, MIM capacitor, Ti metal resistor and thru line were tested. It was measured that inductance of rectangular spiral inductors were 0.2~ 5 nH at 12~18 GHz, capacitance of MIM capacitors were 0.1~38.5 pF, resistance of Ti-resistors were 87~ 2235Ω, respectively. And the thru line with insertion loss 0.2 dB and input reflection index -30 dB was measured.

        돼지 하악 과두의 해면골에서 유한요소분석법으로 예측한 방향에 따른 탄성율과 3차원 골 미세지표 간의 상관관계

        Purpose : To investigate the relationship between 3D bone architectural parameters and direction-related elastic moduli of cancellous bone of mandibular condyle. Materials and Methods : Two micro-pigs (Micro-pig^(R), PWG Genetics Korea) were used. Each pig was about 12 months old and weighing around 44 kg. 31 cylindrical bone specimen were obtained from cancellous bone of condyles for 3D analysis and measured by micro-computed tomography. Six parameters were trabecular thickness (Tb.Th), bone specific surface (BS/BV), percent bone volume (BV/TV), structure model index (SMI), degree of anisotropy (DA) and 3-dimensional fractal dimension (3DFD). Elastic moduli of three orthogonal directions (superiorinferior (SI), medial-lateral (ML), andterior-posterior (AP) direction) were calculated through finite element analysis. Results : Elastic modulus of superior-inferior direction was higher than those of other directions. Elastic moduli of 3 orthogonal directions showed different correlation with 3D architectural parameters. Elastic moduli of SI and ML directions showed significant strong to moderate correlation with BV/TV, SMI and 3DFD. Conclusion : Elastic modulus of cancellous bone of pig mandibular condyle was highest in the SI direction and it was supposed that the change into plate-like structure of trabeculae was mainly affected by increase of trabeculae of SI and ML directions.

        We have used molecular biology technique to label the side chains and backbone of HBV preS1(1-56) with stable isotope (??) during E. coli over-expression and purified the protein to near homogeneity. The expression level of ?? labelled preS1(1-56) seems to be ∼15% of the total protein. to characterize the secondary structure of the labelled protein, circular dichroism was used. In different buffer conditions including pH 3.3 and pH 7.4 the protein seems to be devoid of any stable secondary structure probably suggesting that the N-terminal portion (preS1(1-56)) of HBV preS1 might be unstructured before binding to its target cells.

      • 고주파 해저면 반사손실의 주파수 종속성 측정

        During the last several decades, although there have been lots of efforts to develope the high-frequency bottom reflection loss model, the frequency dependence of bottom loss was not considered in most cases because the sea bottom was assumed to be generally much smoother and lower gradient than the sea surface. However, if the sea bottom is rougher than acoustic wavelength, the scattered field will be increased and the reflected field will be decreased. In this paper, the high-frequency bottom reflection losses were obtained through the measurement of reflected waves from the artificially-made-flat sandy bottom. The experimental data were compared with the values calculated by the forward loss model of Mourad & Jackson. Conseouently, we suggest the frequency dependence of bottom reflection loss. 기존 해저면 반사손실 모델들은 해저면을 해수면에 비해 거칠기와 경사도가 매우 평탄하거나 완만한 경계면으로 가정하므로 주파수에 따른변화를 고려하지 않거나 미약하다고 가정하였다. 그러나 고주파를 사용하는 소오나 시스템의 경우, 음파의 파장에 비해 해저면이 거칠다면 음파는 산란 영향이 증가하게 되므로 상대적으로 반사손실 또한 증가하게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 임의로 모의된 사질 성분의 해저면에서 수십 ㎑ 이상의 고주파들을 사용하여 주파수별 반사손실을 계산하고, 이를 기존의 해저면 반사손실 모델과 비교하였으며, 해저면 반사손실의 주파수 종속성을 제시하고자 한다.

      • 정규 기저를 이용한 GF(2^(m))상의 승산기 설계

        A multiplier structure is presented for multiplication of two arbitrary binary element in the GF(2^(m)). The multiplier which used normal basis is constructed with two m-stage feedback shift registers, maximum m² AND gate m² XOR gates. If we obtain a normal basis according to m, generate multiplication-matrix based the nomal basis and design a multiplier with using the matrix, we can implement a simple multiplier over GF(2^(m)). At every clock time two input elements is implied with parallel and the output bit is obtained serially. Therefore this circuit requires m clock times for the entire multiplication.

        In general, a parser which is written by Floyd-Evans production language can be mechanically constructed from a weak procedence grammar. But all grammars are not weak precedence grammars. So, in this paper an algorithm for the mechanical generation of productions for a context-free grammar is presented.

      • 기억에 미치는 대뇌변연계의 기능적 역할 : 에탄올 급성 투여 흰쥐의 행동 및 신경화학적 변화 Behavioral and Neurochemical Alterations Following Acute Administration of Ethanol in Rats

        Behavioral and neurochemical effects of ethanol were assessed in rats after acute administration. Ethanol, 1-5g/㎏, inhibited the memory and rotarod performance, but significantly increased the spontaneous locomotor activity. Ethanol, 1-5g/㎏, did not affect the striatal dopaminergic neuronal activity and cortical noradrenergic neuronal activity. Ethanol, 1g/㎏, decreased the contents of DA(46.7%), DOPAC(66.7%) and HVA(79.2%) in frontal cortex, but increased the contents of DA(125%), DOPAC(116.7%) and HVA(l40%) in hippocampus. Ethanol, 2-5g/㎏, significantly increased the dopaminergic neuronal activity in frontal cortex, while it remarkably decreased the monoaminergic neuronal activity in hippocampus. These results suggest that the activity of cotical dopaminergic neuron play an important role in modulation of the motot activity induced by low does of ethanol, and that the activity of cotical and hippocampal catecholaminergic neurons could be responsible for the control of memory induced by higher does of ethanol.
