짹나이프와 붙스트렙 방법을 사용하여 지수분포의 신뢰함수에 대한 근사신뢰구간을 구하였으며, 기존의 연구결과와 몬테칼로 모의실험을 이용하여 포함확률(coverage probability)과 평균신뢰구간의 길이로써 그 유효성을 비교하였다. 그 결과 짹나이프 방법은 명목 신뢰 확률(nominal coverage probability)에 과소추정되었으며, 편의 수정된 백분위수(bias corrected percentile)방법은 소표본일 경우에도 명목 신뢰 확률이 0.90과 0.95일때 상당히 가까이 감을 알 수 있었다.
하수슬러지 처리를 위한 건조 및 열분해공정의 반응특성에 관한 기초연구

The Objective of this study was conducted to investigate the reaction characteristics of dry and pyrolysis process for sewage sludge treatment. The important conditions include running time of pyrolysis, running time of dry and pyrolysis process, water content of sewage sludge, total solids amount of sewage sludge(TS%), condition of pyrolysis temperature. Most reaction velocities in sewage sludge are first equation, it assumed the first order and elucidated the kinetics. This was the basis of characteristics analysis of sewage sludge reaction mechanism. As the result of analysis on it, it increases in reaction velocity constant less and less total solids amount of sewage sludge by pyrolysis process.

The objective of this study was investigated the drying characteristics of sewage sludge by rotary hot air dryer. The rotary hot air dryer was manufactured a lab-scale and designed to use the waste heat source in incinerator. This study was shown that the drying characteristics of rotary hot air dryer mainly depended on the inlet hot air temperature and impeller speed.
유형별 완전혼합사료 급여가 반추위내의 발효성상 및 영양소 소화율에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to examine effects of feeding dry TMR(DTMR), wet TMR(WTMR) and fermented TMR(FTMR) on rumen fermentation, enzyme activity and digestibility in the total tract of sheep. Three rumen cannulated sheep were used in a 3 × 3 latin square design. The present results showed that ?, NH_(3)-N, total and individual VFA, A/P ratio and enzymes (CMCase, Xylanase and Protease) activity in the rumen were higher in WTMR and FTMR compared with DTMR. In addition, dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, ether extract, NDF and ADF digestibility in the total tract were also higher in WTMR and FTMR compared with DTMR. Therefore, the present results showed that WTMR and FTMr are better than DTMR for rumen fermentation and nutrients digestibility.

Many application in human computer interaction (HCI) require tracking a human face and facial features. In this paper we propose efficient parallel processing system for face tracking under heterogeneous networked workstations. To track a face in the video image we use the skin color information and connected components. In terms of parallelism we choose the master-slave model which has thread for each processes, master and slaves. The threads are responsible for real computation in each process. By placing the queues between the threads we give flexibility of data flowing.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Benzodiazepines and their derivatives are a very important class of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds with biological activity that are widely used in medicine. In this study, we demonstrated synthesis of 1,5-benzodiazepines from 1,2-phenylenediamine and ketones (acetone, cyclohexanone, acetophenone, methyl ethyl ketone) in the presence of isostructural porous metal-benzenetricarboxylates of the families MIL-100(M) (M: V<SUP>3+</SUP>, Al<SUP>3+</SUP>, Fe<SUP>3+</SUP> and Cr<SUP>3+</SUP>) and three porous aluminium trimesates Al-BTCs (MIL-96(Al), MIL-100(Al) and MIL-110(Al)). A combination of catalytic, theoretical and physicochemical methods showed that reaction rates and yields of 1,5-benzodiazepines were adjusted by the type of metal ions and accessibility of active sites. The yield of 1,5-benzodiazepines in the presence of MIL-100(M) was comparable with zeolites, such as HY, H-ZSM−5, β-zeolite and heulandite.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Synthesis of 1,5-benzodiazepines over MIL-100(M), MIL-110 and MIL-96 was studied. </LI> <LI> Effect of Brønsted and Lewis acidity on MIL’s performance was investigated. </LI> <LI> Lewis acidity of MIL-100(Fe, Cr, Al, V) was studied by EPR spectroscopy. </LI> <LI> The type of M<SUP>3+</SUP>(Al, Fe, Cr, V) and structure of MILs affect the yield of product. </LI> <LI> MIL-100(M) samples perform well in compared with zeolites. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

<P>Conventional cancer targeting with nanoparticles has been based on the assumed enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect. The data obtained in clinical trials to date, however, have rarely supported the presence of such an effect. To address this challenge, we formulated intracellular nitric oxide-generating nanoparticles (NO-NPs) for the tumor site-specific delivery of NO, a well-known vasodilator, with the intention of boosting EPR. These nanoparticles are self-assembled under aqueous conditions from amphiphilic copolymers of poly(ethylene glycol) and nitrated dextran, which possesses inherent NO release properties in the reductive environment of cancer cells. After systemic administration of the NO-NPs, we quantitatively assessed and visualized increased tumor blood flow as well as enhanced vascular permeability than could be achieved without NO. Additionally, we prepared doxorubicin (DOX)-encapsulated NO-NPs and demonstrated consequential improvement in therapeutic efficacy over the control groups with considerably improved DOX intratumoral accumulation. Overall, this proof of concept study implies a high potency of the NO-NPs as an EPR enhancer to achieve better clinical outcomes.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
