        문화지 『현대』와 대전문학

        해방직후 대전에서 발행된 『현대』는 한국 현대문학의 한 단면을 성찰할 주요한 내용들을 담고 있다. 해방 직후라는 거대한 역사적 상황, 좌익계라는 민감한 이념적 범주, ``문화지``라 표방된 편집에의 정향, 그리고 대전에서 발행되었다는 지역적 조건 등이 여기에는 전제되어야 한다. 그러면서도 『현대』에서 무엇보다도 주목하게 되는 것은 대전문학의 형성을 밝힐 주요한 내용을 담고 있다는 점이다. 문학은 『현대』에 가장 비중 있게 다루어진 내용인데, 이는 당대 지역문학이 중앙문단과 어떤 관계에서 출발하였는가를 실증적으로 확인할 자료적 가치를 지니고 있다. 당대 정치의 동향이나 문단 사정을 확인할 수 있는 것도 이 잡지가 담보하고 있는 무시할 수 없는 자료로서의 가치이다. 문화단체총연맹이나 조선 문학가동맹의 가장 시급한 현안 과제였던 문화대중화 운동이 각 지역의 지부와 연계하여 수행된 사례를 이 잡지는 기록으로 남겨두고 있다. 대전지역의 대표적인 문인인 박용래와 박희선, 정치적인 여건에 의해 사라져간 염인수와 이병권 등의 활동을 살펴볼 수 있는 것도 『현대』가 지니고 있는 중요한 면모라 할 것이다. 문화지를 표방했듯이, 해방직후 지역문화의 한 단면을 엿볼 수 있는 점도 『현대』를 통해서 엿볼 수 있는 자료의 측면이라 할 것이다. Culture journal Hyundae and Daejeon literature Song, Ki-Seob Hyundae[現代] is a culture journal published in 1947. Hyangto[鄕土] was published in 1945, right after independence. They traced the origin of Daejeon literature. Local literature is literature which made by local people. Hyundae showed local literature`s characteristic and limitation. Its characteristic is that it was published by writers in Daejeon. The limitation was that it didn`t have its own literary identity that is distinctive from Seoul`s. The limitation was not overcome, and Hyundae was discontinued due to political and economic reasons. Daejeon culture journal Kyungin[耕人] was published in 1920s. It was made by Japanese, so actual Daejeon local literature began after the Independence. Hyundae was published as the branch of ``Blindness`` in Daejeon. Hyundae conducted its role as a local organization related to the central organization. It vividly recorded how culture organizations popularized cultures. This is material value that only Hyundae possesses as a local journal. Although Hyundae was turned away by history of Daejeon literature, it`s hard to deny that it contributed to form of local literature. It can be easily understood considering Park Yongrae and Park Heesun, the representative local writers. They participate in Hyundae following Hyangto and Dongbaek[冬栢]. Park Heesun also participate in Hoseo Literature[湖西文學], which occupy mainstream of Daejeon literature later. Among modern public journals, Hyundae is first to stimulate young writers and satisfy their passion for literature. It can be said that Hyundae is the internal source of energy that developed the potential of local literature.

        The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the second year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows; - differential diagnosis according to condition of body fluid, differentiation of syndromes according to the state of qi and blood, differential diagnosis according to relative excessiveness or deficiency of yin and yang(氣血陰陽津液辨證) - differentiation of diseases according to pathological changes of the viscera and their interrelation - analyzing and differentiating of febrile diseases in accordance with the theory of the six channels(傷寒辨證) The individual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name(異名), notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs(辨證指標), the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern(證候分析), discrimination of diagnosis pattern(證候鑑別), a way of curing a diseases(治法), prescription(處方), herb in common use(常用藥物), diseases appearing the diagnosis pattern(常見疾病), documents(文獻調査). This study was carried out on the basis of the Chinese documents and references.

        농촌 계몽소설의 서사 형식

        The nation of enlightenment as a source of narratives hold a very important position in colonial period. Narrative of enlightenment was formed by writers who intend to modes of national self-consciousness. Novels of enlightenment enable us to imagine experience narratively. Therefore, it were included concrete political ideas, about what a nation has been. In the thesis, I inquire korean novels, Lee kwang-Su's Heuk, Sim Hun' Sanglocksoo, and Lee ki-young's Gohyang, that reflect enlightenment of farmers in colonial period. This works is interpreted in the context of the forms of narrative of common code. As literary works, they make new commitments to form and style which displace older rhetorical theories of purpose and expression, In the works, One was discovered the common quality that is immanent in the form and consciousness. The heros are a outstanding figure who from urban community, and give lessons to farmers who are foolish men. He has stood the severe trials of enlightenment movement, his attempt was a great success. This of enlightenment movement, his attempt was a great success. This are contains national self-awareness. In conclusion, the Novels of Enlightenment were structured the form of narrative and self-awareness in common.

        인도메타신이 개의 유치 치근 흡수에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 흡수중인 유치를 대상으로 인도메타신이 치근흡수에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 치근흡수에 관련된 주위 조직의 변화를 관찰하기 위하여시행되었다. 인도메타신은파골세표의 수를 감소시키고 골흡수를 감소시키며, 골형성도 감소시키는 것으로 보고되어 왔으나 형태와 기능이 유사하다는 파치세포에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구는 희소하다. 생후 12-13주된 잡견 6마리를 통상적으로 복용량인 인도메타신 2㎎/㎏/day를 14일간 투여한 군과 과량의 8㎎/㎏/day를 14일간 투여한 군과 대조군으로 구분하였으며 흡수중인 하악 절치를 연구대상으로 하였다. 연구대상 치아는 5㎛ 두께의 절편을 만들고, H & E 중염색. Masson의 trichrome 염색을 시행하고 광학현미경으로 검경하였으며,파치세포의 수와 핵의 수를 비교하였다. 관찰 결과 유치 치근 흡수 조직은 골개조 소견과 함께 염증 소견과 유사한 소견을 보였다. 흡수중인 유치의 치수는 치근흡수부위에 가까운 조상아세포층은 변성의 소견을 보이나 멀리 떨어진 치수는 정상인 소견을 보였으며 인도메타신이 투여된 실험군에서는 파치세포의 수적 감소와 핵의 수적 감소를 미약하게 나타냈다. 그러나 인도메타신이 흡수중인 치아의 치수에 미치는 영향은 관찰되지 않았다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 인도메타신은 파치세포의 수적 감소를 미약하게 일으키며, 장기간의 인도메타신 투여는 유치 치근흡수의 지연을 초래할 가능성이 있음을 시사한다. The study was aimed to invesigate the effects of indomethacin on physiologic root resorption and to examine the dental pulp and tissue changes around the resotbing teeth. 13-14 week old six mongrel dogs were divided into 3 groups: two experimental groups administered indomethacin 2㎎/㎏/day and 8㎎/㎏/day orally two times a day for 14 days respectively, and control group administered a placebo. The deciduous incisors showing root resorption were selected, fixed for 24hrs in 10% formalin solution, demineralized in 10%EDTA solution, invested in paraffin and sectioned in 5㎛ thick sections. The preparations were staine with H & E staining and Masson's trichrome staining and examined unger the light microscope. Observation revealed that deciduous root resorbing tissue resembles inflammatory tissue and accmpanies bone remodelling. The dental pulp was normal except the area near root resorption, well organized columnar odontoblasts layer under the predentin, and the odontoblasts near root resorption were cuboidal or flat cells in the disrupted layer under the predentin. Indomethacin administered group showed a partial decrease in the number of odontoclasts and nucleus. But there was no sign of pulp change by indomethacin. These results suggest that indomethacin inhibits recruitment of odontoclasts partially and that of osteoclasts more, and so when it is administered for long periods, deciduous root resorption can be delayed and eruption of the successor can be delayed for a short period.

        화상을 입힌 생쥐의 흉선과 비장 임파구아형과 조직학적 소견의 변화

        Due to various documented abnormalities of cell mediated immunity, sepsis still remains the major cause of morbidity and mortality after initial survival from extensive thermal burn. However, the exact mechanisms of immunosuppression after extensive thermal burn remains uncertain. For th observation of immune state, changes of lymphocyte subpopulation have been usually measured in lymphocyte samples from peripheral blood by many reports, but it is only a small fraction of the total lymphocyte pool in the body, and may not present valid picture of the immunological state of the individual. Therefore, analysis of lymphocyte phenotype in thymus and spleen is thought to be necessary in understanding more exact mechanism of immunological changes in extensive thermal burn. The aim of this study is to evaluate the changes of immunocompetency by observing the changes of subpopulation of spleen and thymus lymphocyte using monoclolnal antibodies and changes of tissue with light microscope in burned mice. Cell populations were isolated from spleen and thymus of control and burned mice on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 14th and 21st postburn days(PBD). The cell populations were measured with monoclonal antibody by flow cytometry. The results were as follows: 1.In thymus, Thy 1.2+, L3T4+ and LYt2+ cells decreased markedly on the 3rd PBD. Thy 1.2+ and L3T4+ cells decreased also on 5th, 7th, 14th PBD and returned to control level on 21st PBD, but Lyt2+ cells increased more significantly than control after 3rd PBD and returned to normal on 21st PBD. Qa2+ cells revealed most significant reduction on 7th PBD. 2.In spleen, Thy 1.2+, L3T4+ and Ia+ cells increased on 3rd PBD and then decreased on 7th and 14th PBD. Lyt2+ cells increased in all the burned groups. Qa2+ cells increased on 3rd, 5th PBD and returned to normal level. L3T4+ cell/Lyt2+ cell ratio revealed signicant reduction, but they recovered by the 21st PBD. 3.In histopathologic findings of the spleen & thymus, the all cell subpoulations decreased at 1st PBD, but more increased than that of group of 3rd PBD. And then they revealed normal architecture after 5th PBD.

        모형식품의 리올로지 특성

        The model foods were prepared by simulating mositure, protein and starch, and they were heated for 30 mins, at 80℃ and then cooled at 25℃ in water bath. Their rheological properties were investigated by the use of Brookfield wide-gap rotational viscometer at 30~60℃, and the rotation speed ranged from 0.6 to 6 rpm and solid content ranged from 8% to 11%, the results obtained were as follows. 1. All the model foods (P_1S_3, P_2S_2, P_1S_1, P_2S_1, P_3S_1, P_4S_0) exhibited pseudoplastic behaviors with yeild stress and were thixotropic foods which showed time - dependent structural decays, but the starch food of 8~11 % solid content did not show the flow behavior. 2. The correlation between the rheological parameters and the protein content of model foods in various moisture content did not appeared a constant relationship. 3. The change of shear stress against shear rate in high starch foods was larger than that in high protein foods and the structure at initial shear time was decayed with a quatic equation according to the Tiu's Model and structural decay was in parallel with the increase of shear rate. 4. The temperature dependency of the apparent viscosity of P_1S_2, and P_2S_1 was fully expressed by Arrhenius equation and activation energies of their food were 2.35 and 1.34 Kcal/g·mol, respectively.

        The coming broadband era will require very high throughput that can handle more than Tbit/s for transmission lines and switch nodes. So, photonic switching systems to transport vast amounts of information including data and pictures will be important for the coming broadband transmission networks. To accomodate this requirement, in this propose a new time-division hybrid WDM photonic switch architecture based on the properties of wavelength division and time division. The basic switch module of the proposed switch is suitable for the future large-capacity optical switching systems and has a simple architecture consisted of integrated frequency routers and star couplers. Also, we carry out, analytically and by simulation, the performance comparison of the proposed switch with conventional switches.

        Silicon diaphragm arrays were fabricated by silicon micromachining using porous silicon. Fabricated diaphragms consist of 3x3 array. The thickness of diaphragm is 5μm and theire size are 200x200, 300X300 and 400X400μm^(2), respectively. Several % of resistance change is observed, when stress was applied at diffused resistor on the diaphragm. Microdiaphragm arrays were easily fabricated by silicon micromachining using porous silicon, and we confirmed feasibilty of application at tactile sensor.
