The phase transitions of 〔(CH₃NHCH₂COOH)₃·CaCl₂〕single crystals is second order and Curie constant of〔(CH₃NHCH₂COOH)₃·CaCl₂〕single crystals is about 56K.

열처리 효과에 따른 PbMoO₄단결정의 전기 전도도와 광 흡수스펙트럼의 변화

PbMoO₄단결정의 전기전도도와 그 열처리 효과를 조사하였다. PbMoO₄단결정의 전기전도도는 저온 영역에서는 산소결함으로 인한 이온 확산이 지배적이었으며, 고온에서는 전자 기여에 의한 효과가 크게 나타났다. 그리고 산소분위기에서 열처리한 시료는 열처리 시간이 증가함에 따라 흡수단 근방의 장파장 영역에서 흡수율이 증가 하였다. The electrical conductivity of PbMoO₄single crystals and it's annealing effect were investigated. From the experiment, we conclude that oxygen vacancies are responsible for electical conductivities in low termperature region. But in high temperature, ac conductivity caused by electronic behavior increases rapidly with temperature increases. The absorption coefficient of PbMoO₄annealed in the oxygen atmosphere increases with time in the long wavelength regions above the absorption edges.
CaBaLaCu₃Oy의 초전도 특성과 고온 비저항 거동

The superconducting properties of CaBaLaCu₃Oy with Tc = 76K were reported. The X-ray diffraction pattern analysis shows that CaBaLaCu₃0y compound has tetragonal structure at room temperature. The superconductivity of this compound was confirmed from the temperature dependence of electrical resistivity and self-inductance between 300 K and 20 K. We also examined the temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity p(T) in the range of 300 K and 900 K. From the linear behavior of p(T), the strength of electron-phonon coupling constant λ and the electron mean free pathℓ are obtained from the standard electron-phonon dissipation mechanism. Our estimated value of ?????? implies that the superconductivity of CaBaLaCu??0y may not to be interpreted only in terms of the photon-mediated electron-electron interaction.
Analysis of Various Influences and Factors on Academic Persistence of Cyber University Students

Since the establishment of cyber universities in South Korea in 2001, there have been high societal expectations for these new institutions of higher learning. However, as the dropout rate for cyber universities is higher than standard four-year universities, matters of quality control are increasingly becoming an issue. This study analyses the factors that influence the expansion and maintenance of student numbers in cyber universities. Of the four-year cyber universities that conferred bachelor's degrees in 2013 and 2014, 17 universities were selected in analyzing the factors influencing academic continuity of cyber university students. This study analyzed cyber universities’ offline study halls and study support facilities’ locations, the level of university recognition, the rate of expanding teacher facilities, scale of enrolled students, level of competitiveness for university entrance for freshmen students, cost of education per student, scholarships per student, and the proportion of lectures appointed to full-time faculty against the enrollment rate of new students, the proportion of standard high school graduates which indicates the academic continuity of the freshmen enrollment rate, and the enrollment rate of the entire student body and dropout rate. The results show that the level of competitiveness for university entrance for first year students and the proportion of lectures appointed to full-time faculty are factors with a positive effect, with the level of competitiveness for university entrance for first year students having the greatest influence. Such analysis results show that the factors related to the decision making when students select a university have a significant effect on cyber universities' enrollment and continued learning, suggesting that after enrollment, academic experience has a relatively small influence on continued learning. Therefore, there is a need for cyber universities to improve the quality of learning and teaching as well as increase the information available to students for students to choose cyber universities. There is a need for these two policy directions to be promoted simultaneously to improve the relevancy of programs offered by and demanded of cyber universities.

이 연구에서는 대학 경쟁력의 국가적ㆍ시대적 중요성이 부각되고 있는 점을 고려하여 대학의 경쟁력을 가늠할 수 있는 대표적인 지표인 세계 대학 순위평가 결과를 대상을 대학별 순위의 변화 정도와 영향요인에 대한 종단분석을 실시하였다. 'THE' 세계 대학 순위평가의 순위를 분석한 결과, 상위 그룹 내의 순위 변화는 크지 않으며, 100∼200위권 대학의 순위 변동이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개별 대학의 순위와 순위 변화량에는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 대학의 순위 변화에 영향력이 높은 평가 지표는 연구실적과 논문 인용 등 연구 영역으로 나타났다. 또한 세계 대학 순위평가의 대학별 순위는 연구 실적이 높은 대학을 중심으로 상위권이 고착화되는 경향이 있으며, 연구에 비해 교육과 산학협력 등의 평가지표가 미치는 영향력은 상대적으로 낮았다. 이러한 결과는 세계 대학 순위평가의 순위가 대학의 연구역량과 실적에 의해 결정된다는 선행연구의 결론이 종단적 분석을 통해서도 확인되고 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 향후 세계대학순위평가에서 정의하는 대학의 경쟁력에 대한 재개념화와 경쟁력 평가를 위한 방법의 개선에 대한 논의가 평가결과에 대한 분석 등을 근거하여 구체적으로 전개될 필요가 있다. This study is intended to conduct the longitudinal analysis of the rankings, changes to competitiveness and influence factors through the world university rankings, which serve the barometer in representing the competitiveness of the universities, taking into account of the increasing national and timely importance of university's competitive strength. As a result of analyzing the changes in rankings among universities based on world university rankings, significant changes in the group ranked 150th to 200th were monitored while the change in top ranking group was insignificant. And the meaningful difference was found between individual ranking and change in ranking and the evaluation territory which had higher effect on change in ranking includes such research effect as research performance record and use. Thus the top ranking group tends to be stable with the universities with higher research record whereas the influence on evaluation index by education and industry-university cooperation was found relatively lower, indicating such tendency of research-centered evaluation in world university rankings was also confirmed by longitudinal analysis. Hence, it's necessary to reestablish the definition of university's competitiveness as well as the evaluation approach as defined in the world university rankings.
