        A Study on Electrical Characteristics of Outdoor Termination with Viscosity of Insulating Oil

        Outdoor terminations connecting overhead transmission lines and power cables comprise a stress relief cone, which is made of silicone rubber, and insulating oil in a composite or porcelain insulator. The lower the insulating oil viscosity, the greater is its ease of injection. However, the swelling and the degree of change in the electrical properties of the silicone rubber increase with a decrease in the insulating oil viscosity. Therefore, the efect of the expected change in the electrical proper‑ ties of the silicone rubber on the outdoor termination quality should be examined before choosing the insulating oil. In this study, specimens made of insulating and semiconducting silicone rubber were made to swell by impregnating them with three types of insulating oils with diferent viscosities. The AC breakdown strength of the swollen insulating specimens and the volume resistivity and relative permittivity of the semiconducting specimens were measured. The Weibull statistical analysis showed that the lower the insulating oil viscosity, the lower was the AC breakdown strength in overlapping con‑ fdence intervals. The volume resistivity and relative permittivity of the semiconducting specimens changed considerably with a change in the viscosity of the insulating oil. In particular, the volume resistivity of the specimen impregnated with the lowest viscosity insulating oil was 1.57×106 Ω m, indicating loss of semiconducting properties. Furthermore, the efect of changes in the electrical characteristics of the specimens on the outdoor termination quality was examined by performing an electric feld analysis. Compared with the other oils, impregnation with the lowest viscosity insulating oil resulted in the electric feld strength at the edge of the outer semiconducting layer increasing by 15.7%.

        [스마트대전력 및 고전압기술] 가속전극의 적용에 따른 이온풍 발생 특성

        Currently, the devices to generate ion winds in air are mainly composed of corona electrodes and induction(ground) electrodes, of which the corona electrodes mainly use needles or wires as electrodes and the induction electrodes use plate electrodes of ring or mesh type. Ion winds can be effectively generated through a diverse combination of corona electrodes and induction electrodes mentioned above. However, only changing the form and structure of corona electrodes and induction electrodes has a limit in raising the speed of ion winds. This paper conducted a study on the characteristics of ion wind generation by additionally installing acceleration electrodes in addition to corona electrodes and induction electrodes to increase the speed of ion winds.

        부부(夫婦) 사이의 좁혀지지 않는 거리와 가부장적(家父長的) 질서(秩序)의 자기모순(自己矛盾) - 현진건(玄鎭健)과 은희경(殷熙耕)의 「빈처(貧妻)」를 中心으로 -

        이 논문은 현진건과 은희경의 「빈처」를 ‘가면과 진상, 분과 멍’ 그리고 ‘판과 틀’ 등을 중심으로 분석함으로써 작품 속 가부장적 질서의 자기모순을 드러내는 것을 목표로 한다. 현진건의 작품은 ‘정신/남성’ 아래에 ‘물질/여성’을 복속시킴으로써 이 둘 사이의 갈등을 해결하고, 은희경의 작품은 아내가 전유하는 ‘비루한 삶’을 ‘신성한 삶’으로 재구성함으로써 부부 사이의 갈등을 해결한다. 하지만 겉으로 드러난 텍스트의 통일성에서 벗어나 작품 속 이항대립과 조화를 해체할 때, 두 가부장의 모순과 불안정한 지위가 분명하게 드러난다. 이들은 일상과 아내의 일방적인 헌신의 피상적 숭고화로 부부갈등의 근본 원인인 불평등한 성 역할의 고착화를 은폐하고, 자기중심적인 환상 속에서 조화를 경험한다. 자기중심적 환상 속에서 가까스로 유지되는 ‘가부장’의 정체성과 위상에 대한 분석은 가부장적 질서의 작동양상에 대한 비판적 인식으로 확장될 수 있을 것이다. This paper aims to reveal the self-contradiction of the patriarchal order in the “Poor Wife” by Hyeon Jin-geon and Eun Heui-gyoung. The work of Hyeon Jin-geon solves the conflict between husband and wife by submitting “the material life/woman” under the “the spiritual life/male”, and the work of Eun Heui-gyoung resolves the conflict by reconstructing the “humble life” of the wife-only into “sacred life.” When breaking away from the uniformity of the externally exposed text and deconstructing binary oppositions and harmony in the works, the contradictions and unstable status of the two patriarchs of the works are effectively revealed. They conceal the fixation of unequal gender roles, which is the root cause of marital conflicts, as a superficial sublime of unilateral devotion of wives, and experience harmony in self-centered fantasy. This study, which clearly revealed the self-contradiction of patriarchy, will contribute to reducing the influence of the hierarchy between male and female that is still continuing in our lives.

      • 트레드밀 운동시 흡기근 테이핑이 폐활량에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 트레드밀 운동과 키네시오 테이핑의 효과에 따른 폐활량의 변화를 알아보기 위해 26명의 비흡연자가 참가하였으며 키네시오 테이핑을 적용하지 않은 그룹과 키네시오 테이핑을 적용한 두 그룹으로 무작위로 배정하고 각 군들을 주 3회 6주간의 트레드밀 훈련을 실시하였다. 실험 전과 후, 스파이로미터를 사용하여 키네시오 테이핑의 적용 따른 폐활량 변화 효과를 측정하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 종합해보면 키네시오 테이핑을 적용 그룹에서 적용하지 않은 그룹에 비해 FVC, FEV1에서 유의한 증가를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 건강한 성인에서 키네시오 테이핑을 적용한 경우 키네시오 테이핑을 적용하지 않고 트레드밀 운동을 한 경우보다 폐활량의 향상에 효과적이라고 생각되어진다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the variation of vital capacity(VC) according to the effects of kinesio taping with treadmill exercise. Twenty-six non-smokers were participated in this research and these subjects were randomly assigned into two groups. To measure the VC variation effects of kinesio taping, spirometer was used. The collected data were analyzed statistically by using a paired Mauchly test and repeated measure ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows; A group: treadmill with kinesio taping B group: treadmill without kinesio taping. Between A and B, there were significant differences. In the case of A group, there was 11.66% increase of VC, during 3 weeks experiment(p<.01). In the case of B group, there were significant differences, 3.35% increase of VC, during 3 weeks taping intervention(p<.01). After 6 weeks experiment, the improvement of VC shown a significant difference with intergroup (p<.05). From this result, it was revealed that treadmill exercise with kinesio taping was effective to improve VC to healthy adult than treadmill exercise without kinesio taping.

      • SVD 알고리즘 및 HMM을 이용한 얼굴 및 눈 패턴 검출

        The studies about automatic pattern detection of the eye and face from the human image acquired by the CCD image sensor have good applicabilities in the industry, home automation, and data communication field. In general, pattern detection method consists of feature based matching and template matching. In feature based matching, the feature vector is extracted with DLM(dynamic linking matching), EBGM(elastic bunch graph matching), HMM(hidden markov model) matching and knowledge based matching using statistical characteristics. In template matching, in general, the template vector is extracted with PCA(principal component analysis). When these method applied in the face and eye detection, each method has its own merits and some disadvantage. Therefore, by combined utilization of SVD(singular value decomposition) and HMM algorithm, is expected that we can selectively make use of each methods advantage and it result in improved detection accuracy. In this paper, we proposed the method for face and eye detection, which was combined by the two algorithms, to be suitable for the high speed image processing using DSP chip or microprocessor. In the beginning, template matching was followed by a template extraction using batch SVD algorithm and then face pattern was classified and recognized by HMM algorithm which is one of feature based matching technique. Finally, eye pattern detection was performed by pattern search neural network utilizing eigeneye image.

        The research on the efficacy of rare ginsenosides in comparison to that of major ginsenosides has not been performed systematìcally and is insufficient, Therefore, with based on the literature survey, the efficacy of the rare ginsenosides, such as Rg6, Rg4, Rk3, and Rh4, is reviewed, and the direction for further research is presented. Sìnce ginsenosides Rg6, Rg4, Rk3, and Rh4 show very diverse and strong activities in various disease models, such as antioxidant activity, anticancer activity, immunity enhancing activity, antì-microbial activity, etc., it can be strong potential candidates as new materials derived from natural materials for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics. and food industry. However, most research is limited to the in-vitro efficacy. Therefore, to systematically investigate the in-vivo effìcacy of individual ginsenosides is required for the application of the ingredients. To do that, it is essential to establish standardized mass production and iso-lation method for individual rare ginsenosides

      • 시멘트 제조사 및 W/C 변화에 따른 콘크리트의 초기 강도발현 특성

        This study is to investigate the influence of cement manufacturing company and W/C on the properties of fresh concrete, strength of hardened concrete and rebound value of P type Schmidt hammer. According to the result, setting time of concrete is shortened with and increase of W/C, and when cement made in A and B corporation is used in concrete, the final setting time is measured at about 10 hours and 13 hours. Compressive strength increases with elapse of time and decrease of W/C, and concrete using cement made in A corporation shows higher compressive strength and rebound value until 24 hours, but from 3rd day, the contrary tendency is shown. As for the properties of early strength, the strength develop fast with decrease of W/C, and the time when compressive strength of 5MPa is gained and the form can be removed, is about 15, 18, 21 hours and 20, 22, 27 hours at the W/C 40, 45, 50% in concrete using cement made in A and B Co. respectively. The correlativity between compressive strength and the rebound value, which a coefficient of correlation is over 0.97, is very favorable. Therefore this method is effective to estimate the strength of removing the form.

        엘리엇 시에 나타난 시간성과 인식론

        Eliot's first foremost endeavor of de-sanctioning activity is launched against the traditional Western metaphysics of logocentrism, the recent origin of which may be traced back to the Cartesian concepts of 'I'. 'mind' and 'consciousness' According to Eliot's various philosophical writings, the Cartesian concepts such as those are very fragile and precarious-and even volatile- because these are no more of a stable and immitigable, metaphysical, substance than a shadow is, Eliot presupposes, and argues, that these are nothing but those which are constructed by the communal necessities, ideological doctrines and other prevailing cultural forces. And the major device employed in this construction processes of course is language which is itself nothing but a construction dominated by the above-mentioned elements. In the epistemology of Eliot, therefore, society and culture constructs language and language in turn constructs society and culture and both of these build up and dominate the concept of 'I', 'mind' and 'consciousness'. Thus Eliot says that without language there exists no object, adding that the reality of object depends upon -and only exists in- relational construction. The same is true of the 'I', 'mind' and 'consciousness'. These are all relational constructions. Anything dependent upon other that is, anything conditioned has no substance of its own: it simply is not something metaphysical. Here the possibility of metaphysics is radically denied. This kind of epistemology does not permit the possibility of any stable knowledge that is, and has been, desperately sought after by science and metaphysics. However, why do so many literary critics -and even philosophers- are and have been trying to find such possibility in Eliot? It may not be their fault : it is Eliot himself who invites them to do so especially in his literary discourses. When he compares the poet's mind to a catalyzing medium, unaffected and unimpressionable, and when he quotes as an epigraph in one of his very important essays a line from Arestotle's De Anima that reads like' something divine, impressionable and unaffected, he surely seems to be inviting such attempts. This kind of mentions and references immediately led so many to hail Eliot as the champion of the cognitive theist, the preserver of the traditional humanist values. However, Eliot is neither so clear nor so simplistic in thinking he has a double-edged sword that sometimes undercuts the branch of a tree on which he is sitting. He is sort of a double talker, consciously and unconsciously. This essay will propose a strategy that is focused on a Nagarjuna and de-constructive re-reading of Eliot's texts, both philosophical and literary.

        분광광도법을 사용한 수종 역충전재의 근단부 폐쇄효과에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the sealing effect of several root end filling materials using spectrophotometric analysis. 180 single root teeth with one canal were instrumented and canal filled. Root resected and root end preparation was made. Teeth were randomly classified to 5 experimental group(MTA, EBA, IRM, TCP, ZOE) and 1 control group according to root end filling material MTA group used PRO ROOT MTA, EBA group used Super EBA. TCP group used NEW APATITE LINER TYPE II main component of which is phosphate (TCP). According to manufacture's instruction experimental material was mixed and retrfilled. After 2% methylene blue solution penetration absorbance for each test sample was measured with spectrophotometer (JASCO UV 530, Japan). The mean absorbance of control and experimental group was as follows; MTA: 0.092, IRM: 0.226, Super EBA: 0.255, ZOE: 0.374, Control: 0.425, TCP: 0.501 and the result analyzed by Turkey test at P=0.05 level. Conclusions of this study are as follows; 1. The absorbance increase in following sequence MTA, IRM, Super EBA, ZOE, Control. TCP. 2. MTA showed the least leakage but was not significant with IRM or Super EBA and was significant with control or TCP(p<0.05). 3. TCP had the most leakage and was not significant with control group.
