        논문 : 경로분석을 이용한 뮤지컬 만족도에 관한 가치사슬 구조 분석

        Analysis on the Value Chain Structure of Musical Satisfaction Using Path Analysis Kim, Haw-rye/Kwon, Byung-woong/Kim, Youn-tae Path analysis is a form of statistical analysis used to examine therelationships betweenvariablesand its advantage is to enable direct effect, indirect effect and spuriouseffect which are hard to identify by regression analysis. Using path analysis, this study examined the value chain structure of musical elements such as distribution, planning, production and consumption which are expected to affect musical satisfaction. The selected population was Seoul Citizens who watched musicals at least one time and, through random sampling, 250 were selected as sample at eight musical theaterslocated in Daehakro, Chungmuro, etc. in Seoul. Among the questionnaires collected from the 250 samples, 212 were used for this study except 38 unfit for analysis. Survey is composed with total of 24 questions which include 6 demographic questions, 17 audience tendency questions and 18 satisfaction questions. We made value chain structure analysis by dividing each level of satisfaction in planning, manufacturing, distribution and consumption and executing subsequent factor analysis in those satisfaction questions. Study results after reliability analysis of 18 satisfaction level questions showed high level of 0.893 reliability coefficient and therefore, we can tell there exists high level of internal consistency in each factor.

      • 유지 투석중인 만성 신부전환자에서 허혈성 심질환의진단 지표로서의 심장트로닌-I의 유용성

        Background : Coronary disease is highly prevalent in patient with end stage renal disease (ESRD) and account for much of their observed morbidity and mortality. Troponin-I consistently maintains a high sensitivity and specificity and is most sensitive marker for ischemic heart disease (IHD). Method : We examed 49 hernodialyzed patients (22 male, 27 female) without evidence of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) for 6 months. Biochemical markers were measured in serial predialysis blood samples. For analysis, we used two cardio-specific assays for troponin-T (cTnT) as well as for troponin-I (cTnI) and compared the results with CK-MB (reference value ≤ 4.0 ng/mL) concentration. Results : Myocardial ischemia was observed in 47% (23/49) of patients. cTnT level above 0.1 ng/mL. and cTnI level above 0.5 ng/mL, were observed in 22% (11/49) and 20% (10/49) of patients respectively. cTnI revealed significantly higher positive rate in patients with myocardial ischemia than the patients without myocardial ischemia (43 % vs 30%) (p<0.05). cTnT and CK-MB revealed no difference in positive rate between the patients with and without myocardial ischemia (cTnT : 30% vs 15% and CK-MB : 30% vs 19%). The sensitivity and specificity of cTnI to myocardial ischemia were higher than those of cTnT and CK-MB (sensitivity 43% vs 30% and 30%. specificity 100% vs 85% and 81%). Conclusion: Both cTnT and cTnI are useful in ruling out myocardial injury in chronic renal failure patients. But. cTnI is a more sensitivity and excellent specificity of ischemic heart disease than cTnT and CK-MB in hemodialyzed patients. In patients with ischemic heart disease, the presences of DM and advanced age were higher than those in patients without ischemic heart disease (p<0.05). Among the baseline characteristics old age, elevated LDH and diabeties were significant more frequent in the patients with elevation of cardiac troponin-I (p>0.5 ng/mL) than those with cardiac troponin-I (p<0.5 ng/mL), p=0.038, p=0.049, and p=0.045, respectively. Our results suggest that these cTnI is the potential diagnostic marker for the prediction of IHD in ESRD patients.

      • 기도이물 : 24례의 임상양상 Clinical Features of 24 Cases

        Foreign body in the airway in accidentically occured, and may induce severe complications or life-threatening result. To analyse clinical characteristics of foreign body in the airway, we reviewed 24 patients who visited the Department of otolaryngology of Chung Nam University Hospital from January 1986 to December 1995. The results were as follows: Sex distribution was male 3.8 as female 1, and 15 cases(62.55) were under 5 years old. Peanuts and beans were the most common airway foreign bodies. Metals, plastice, and foods were also found. Most common X-ray finding was pulmonary emphysema. Major symptoms and signs were dyspnea, coughing, fever and asphyxia. In duration of lodgement, it was most frequent within 1 day with 10 cases(41.7%). Foreign bodies were mainly located at the left main bronchus, followed by right main bronchus. 22 cases (91.7%) were successfully removed by ventilating bronchoscopy under general anesthesia.

      • 계란으로 부터의 E. coli 특이 항체 대량 생산에 관한 연구

        포르말린으로처리한 장독소 E. coli을 20주령닭(이사브라운)에 면역시켰을 때 약 2주 경과 후 계란에서 항 E. coli 특이 항체의 생성을 확인할 수 있었고, 8주 후에 최고치에 도달하였다. 그리고 난황의 특이 항체 역가는 25주 후까지 일정하게 유지되었다. 계란 항체 단백질은 PEG 분리·정제법으로 8.66㎎/㎖ 의 수율로 항체를 얻을 수 있으며, 이 항체의 역가는 파쇄된 E. coli을 이용한 ELISA로 측정하였다. 이 항체를 Trypticase Soy Brith에 1∼10㎎/㎖의 비율로 첨가하여 E. coli과 혼합 배양하였을 때 E. coli의 생장을 현저히 억제함을 알 수 있어 계란 항체를 이용한 설사 예방·치료제 및 건강 보조 식품 개발이 가능할 것으로 보인다. Hens immunized with formalin-treated E. coli antigen, and anti-E. coli antibody(IgG) could be detected in egg yolks 2 weeks after the first antigen injection, reached peak at about 8 seeks. Levels of specific antibody activity in egg yolk continued 25 weeks after first immunizqation. Active immunoglobulin protein was isolated from egg yolk of immunized chickens with PEG purification method. Purification yield was 8.66㎎ per 1㎖ egg yolk. The antibody activity was measured by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) with sonicated E. coli cell as antigen. The anti-E. coli antibody(IgG) inhibited E. coli growth in trypticase soy broth culture at low concentration(1∼10㎎ IgG/㎖ TSB). It appears possible to use IgG for the formulation of food and therapeutic products, especially diarrhea.

      • CWOS와 황토를 이용한 농축·소화슬러지의 탈수성에 관한 연구

        Every year, 190,000 tons of oystershell are wasted from many oyster farms. And the fact that the main components of oystershell are CaO and Al₂O₃ which are chemically similar to those of lime leaded to an assumption that oystershell can be used as raw materials for synthesizing dewatering conditioner. In this study, the Jar-Test and the Bu˝chner funnel test were proceeded for the assessment of dewaterability of a thickened sludge and digested sludge. And TTF(Time To Filter), SRF(Specific Resistence Filtration) and TS(Total Solids) were adopted as the valuation indices of sludge dewaterability. Dewatering conditioner which composed of both oystershell and loess is much dewaterable than the one composed of only oystershell. And in the course of combining of oystershell and loess, the following fact was found that the dewaterability of the combination which have the higher ratio of oystershelI than that of loess is superior. Eventually, the most suitable ratio of dewatering conditioner complex is 9 : 1 (oystershell : loess) in treating not only thickened sludge but also digested sludge. In conclusion, the conditioner synthesized from waste oystershell and loess seems to be used as a splendid alternative material for the dewatering conditioner treating the sludge of sewage.

        A new device, muscle clamping system was developed to facilitate exact quatifying technique A strabismus surgery, and reduce the risk of complications. The device is composed of a lower fixing body with three jaws and an upper supporting body. They are used to clip an extraocular muscle and fix it to the sclera with a single bite. Superior rectus recession on 16 rabbit eyes were performed with this new device. Conjunctival injection, muscle adhesion strength, and light microscopic findings were examined at 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks postoperatively. The Conjunctival injection were minimal, adhesion power ranged from 420 to 600 gram gravity, which is sufficient in withstand the normal pull of human extraocular muscle. In microscopic exam, some Inflammatory cells and fibrosis were found. The new device was technically easy, fast, and accurate, so it may be useful in stabismus surgery.

        Trichloroethyene 처리한 흰쥐의 이물질 대사효소의 활성도에 관한 연구

        Trichloroethylene(TRI) is one of the most widely used organic solvent in many industries. It is used a degreasing agent, extract and dillution solvents. TRI is metabolized by liver microsomal cytochrome P450 to reactive intermediates, which are considered responsible for its hepatotoxicity. Cytochrome P450 is a key enzyme in the first step of TRI metabolism resulting in chloral hydrate(CH) formation, which is a rate-limiting step in TRI metalbolism. This study was performed to find change of hepatic cytochrome P$%) levels and of electron transport system for P-450 dependent reaction. Injections of TRI were done to the male Sprague Dawley rats(mean body wights, 170±10g) in corn the dosage of 150,300,600 ㎎/㎏ for 2 days. The results of experiments are following: 1. The contents of microsomal protein, cytochrome P450 and b5 are tended to be decreased with increasing amount of TRI, but not signifcantlly(p>0.05). 2. The activity of NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase is slowly decreased by increasing amount of TRI, but not significantlly(p>0.05). On the other hand, the activity of NADH-b5 reductase is increased with increasing amount of TRI(p<0.05). 3. The activity of 7-ethoxyresolufin O-deethylase did not show any critical changes(P>0.05). This result suggests that the inductive pattern of TRI may not be related to P 450IA1 and P450IIB.
