The entire South Korea was divided into several main river basins and drilling data through the South Korea were grouped in accordance with the basins. Thickness of each alluvial formation in each basin was averaged to produce the thickness of the whole alluvium. From studying the alluvial stratigraphy of each basin the condition of the alluvial sedimentation was studied and compared between different basins. Thus the characteristics of the alluvial sedimentation in each basin was clarified.

Economical evaluation of an aquifer in an unconsolidated formation is based on the physiography, geology and hydraulics in it’s loci. Since each foundation is controlled by the combination of several factors, these factors in each foundation will be explained in regard to their function, contributing to the yield of ground water from aquifers.

The response characteristics of power system frequency are determined by generator droop characteristics and load damping properties. The characteristics of governor droops are termed by generators constant, while those of load damping by load constant. In this paper, the generator constant and the load constant are assessed by measured data at the event of generator trips.

본 연구는 직무만족과 이직의사를 일반적 특성과 질문지를 통한 내용으로 분석하여 방사선출신 병원사무장들의 직무만족과 이직의사에 대해 어떤 요인들이 영향을 미치는가에 대해 그 초점을 맞추었다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 우선 전체 직무만족도와 이직의사를 살펴보면 전체 직무만족는 3.00점이고, 이직의사는 2.79점이다. 5점 척도에서 직무만족는 평균 2.5점 보다 약간 높은 점수를 보여 그다지 높은 직무 만족을 가지고 있다고 볼 수 없으며, 이직의사에서도 평균점을 조금 넘는 점수를 보여 대체적으로 이직하려는 경향이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 방사선사출신 병원사무장의 경우, 연령이 증가함에 따라 받게 되는 정체성 때문에, 미래를 위한 새로운 투자가 필요할 것으로 본다. 현실에 안주하는 병원사무장이 아니라 미래를 준비하는 병원관리자로 방사선사출신 병원사무장들의 미래가 투명해 지길 기대한다. Therefore the job satisfaction of organizational members should be raised to cut down on their turnover rate. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of the general characteristics of radiological technologist-turned hospital managers to their job satisfaction and turnover intention in a bid to identify factors affecting their job satisfaction and turnover intention. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, as for job satisfaction and turnover intention, the radiological technologist-turned hospital managers investigated got a mean of 3.00 and 2.79 respectively on overall job satisfaction and turnover intention out of five points. Their job satisfaction was slightly above the average (2.5), which indicated that they weren't gratified with their job. Their turnover intention was a little above the average as well, which implied that there was a tendency for them to seek another job. The findings of the study seem to suggest that the radiological technologist-turned hospital managers should make a new investment in their own future as their identity was thrown into confusion with age. They are expected to make a preparation for their future to open up a new chapter for themselves instead of being merely contented with their present position.

N/A Aluminum matrix composites reinforced by fine steel wires were fabricated by squeeze casting process. Preforms made of fine steel wires were prepared with different surface conditions, namely uncoated(TN), carbo-nitriding treated(TT), and brass coated(TA). Squeeze casting were performed under the pressure of 1500㎏/㎠ for 3min. during solidification, and pouring temp. of the melt being 750℃ and the steel mold being preheated at 250℃. Microstructural characteristics were evaluated, particularly concerned with the effect of the surface conditions of the preforms. The results obtained from this study are like these. TN specimens show partially non-wetted regions, due to easy formation of oxides on the surface of the fine steel wires. TT specimens show no interfacial reaction between the steel wires and the aluminum alloy matrix, possibly due to the formation of carbo-nitrided zone on the surface of the steel wires. TA specimens show excellent wettabillity between the reinforced steel wires and the aluminum alloy matrix and very thin interfacial zone is formed between them. During the solution hardening treatment of TA specimens, thickness of the interfacial reaction zones were increased with the solution treating time. TA specimens show typical ductile fracture in tensile test, but TT specimens show brittle fracture possibly due to the formation of the brittle hard surface on the steel wires during carbo-nitriding treatments. TA specimens which were reinforced with 40 vol.% of the fine steel wires exhibit high tensile strength of 77.l㎏f/㎟ and impact value of 8.l㎏f-m/㎠.
