        유아교사가 인식한 사회적 지지가 그릿에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for early childhood teachers’ grit improvement program development and social support network establishment. For this purpose, the effect of social support on grit perceived by early childhood teachers was analyzed focusing on the teachers’ background variables and sub-variables of social support. To this end, online and offline surveys were conducted on 754 early childhood teachers working in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon, and 750 copies of the collected questionnaires were used for analysis. On the whole, the result of the study confirmed that the social support perceived by the teachers had a generally positive effect on grit. Going into details about the results, first, the teachers’ background variables(age, education level, teaching career) had a positive effect on passion and interest persistence among the sub-variables of grit(passion, persistence, interest persistence), and age and educational background was found to have a significant effect on persistence. On the other hand, as a result of analyzing the additional input of social support variables along with the background variables of the teachers, age had an effect on all sub-variables of grit, and education had an effect on passion and interest persistence, but career had no significant effect on grit. Second, social support had a significant explanatory power in improving the grit of the teachers. In particular, among the sub-variables of social support, informational support and appraisal support had a significant effect on the sub-factors of grit. The above study results suggest that in order to increase the grit of early childhood teachers, it is necessary to increase the teachers’ social support and to provide various support systems that can help the teachers. 본 연구는 유아교사가 인식한 사회적 지지가 그릿에 미치는 영향을 교사의 배경 변인과 사회적 지지의 하위변인을 중심으로 분석하여 유아교사의 그릿 향상 프로그램 개발과 사회적 지지망 구축에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 인천에 근무하는 유아교사 754명을 대상으로 온라인과 오프라인 설문조사를 실시하여 회수된 설문지 중 750부를 분석에 활용하였다. 연구결과, 유아교사가 인식한 사회적 지지가 그릿에 대체로 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 첫째, 유아교사의 개인적 배경 변인(연령, 학력, 경력)은 그릿의 하위변인(열정, 끈기, 흥미 지속성) 가운데 열정과 흥미 지속성에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고, 연령과 학력만이 끈기에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 교사의 개인적 배경 변인과 함께 사회적 지지의 하위변인을 추가로 투입하여 분석한 결과, 연령은 그릿의 하위변인 모두에, 학력은 열정과 흥미 지속성에 영향을 미치지만 경력은 그릿에 의미있는 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지는 유아교사의 그릿 향상에 상당한 설명력을 가지고 있음이 확인되었다. 특히 사회적 지지의 하위변인들 가운데 정보적 지지와 평가적 지지가 그릿의 하위요인들에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 연구결과는 유아교사의 그릿을 높이기 위해서는 교사의 사회적 지지를 높여야 하며, 이를 위해서는 교사들의 업무수행을 도울 수 있는 다양한 지원체계가 마련되어야 함을 시사한다.

        In order to raise productivity of the OLED and realization of the OLED TV, it is required to improve the design of the board size glass panel. The large-size glass substrate has some difficulties regarding its deflection during handling operation due to its small thickness (0.7t) which is not even enough to stand its mass itself. This paper is demonstrating a new solution of this difficult through clamping and bending end condition, which helps to minimize the deflection of the glass substrate.

        대면적 평판 디스플레이용 유리기판의 처짐 측정장치 개발

        There is a need to enlarge the mother glass substrate in OLED to raise its productivity and to realize OLED TV. On the other hand, some difficulties may arise regarding the deflection of a large glass substrate during its handling operation due to its thinness $(0.5\sim0.7t)$, which is not even enough to allow it to stand its own mass. This thesis proposes a conceptual plan for the application of the clamping- and bending-end conditions to the glass substrate handler. To verify proposed plan, the non-contact 3 dimensional measuring instrument is developed. The composition of the 3 dimensional measuring instrument measures shape of the product using X-Y stage robot and laser distance sensor. X-Y stage robot and laser distance sensor are controlled by LabVIEW language. To calibrate measuring instrument, the direction conversion of the Euler angle was used. In order to confirm deflection of the glass substrate, the experiment was carried out at the bending end boundary condition and the proposed effect was verified.

Based on the developed method, the experiments had been done for verifying the proposed method to minimize the glass-deflection. With the developed method, the new design of glass substrate handler can be proposed to allow the large OLED displays be manufactured.

        홀리스틱 교육 관점에서 대학창업교육의 평가 모형 탐색

        본 연구는 홀리스틱 교육 관점에서 대학 창업교육 평가모형을 탐색하고, 이를 통해 향후 대학 창업교육 프로그램, 학습자의 역량, 지원 체제 등의 전반적인 운영과 평가를 수행할 수 있는 이론적 토대를 마련하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로는 문헌연구법 및 내용분석법을 사용하여 국내·외 대학 창업교육 평가 관련 문헌 및 논문을 분석하였다. 주요 연구 내용으로는 홀리스틱적 관점에서의 창업교육평가의 개념, 창업교육의 역량, 대학 창업교육 평가의 대상 및 절차, 구성요소를 탐색하였다. 또한, 대학 창업교육 평가 지표를 개발하여 활발하게 사용하고 있는 중국의 대학 창업교육 평가 지표를 분석하였으며, 향후 우리나라 대학창업교육 평가 지표 개발 시 참고할 수 있도록 시사점을 도출하였다. 이 연구결과에 근거하여 홀리스틱 교육 관점에서 대학창업교육평가 모형을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore the evaluation model of university start-up education from the perspective of holistic education and to lay the theoretical foundation for performing overall operation and evaluation of university start-up education programs, learners competence, and support systems in the future. As research methods, literature and papers related to evaluation of start-up education in domestic and foreign universities were analyzed using literature research method and content analysis method. The main contents of this study were the concept of entrepreneurship education evaluation from a holistic perspective, the competence of entrepreneurship education, the object and procedure of university entrepreneurship education evaluation, and the components. In addition, the evaluation index of university start-up education in China, which uses the evaluation index of university start-up education, was analyzed, and implications were derived for the development of the evaluation index of university start-up education in Korea in the future. Based on the results of this study, a model for evaluating university start-up education was proposed from the perspective of holistic education.

        울산만 퇴적물 내 PCDDs, PCDFs, DL-PCBs, PBDEs의 잔류수준과 분포패턴

        울산만 내 퇴적물에 대하여 다이옥신/퓨란류(polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins/dibenzofurans, PCDD/Fs)와 다이옥신류 피씨비(dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls, DL-PCBs), PBDEs(polybrominated diphenyl ethers)의 잔류수준을 조사하고 분포를 평가하였다. 33개 정점에서 채취한 퇴적물 중 PCDD/Fs, DL-PCBs, PBDEs는 각각 0.11~4.86(평균${\pm}$표준편차, $1.81{\pm}1.04$) pg $WHO_{2005}$-TEQ $g^{-1}$ 건중량(dw), 0.06~44.2($4.02{\pm}7.99$) pg $WHO_{2005}$-TEQ $g^{-1}$ dw, 2.81~63.8($19.4{\pm}13.9$) ng $g^{-1}$ dw 수준으로 검출되었다. 총 다이옥신류(PCDD/Fs+DL-PCBs)에 대하여 DL-PCBs가 약 88%로 PCDD/Fs에 비해 높은 기여율을 나타내었다. 또한, 울산만 내부에 위치한 정점의 퇴적물은 외부 정점에 비해 높은 농도수준을 보였다 (p<0.05). 총 다이옥신류 중 PCDD/Fs는 고염소의 DD/Fs에서 높은 기여율을 차지하였으며, 이성질체의 분포패턴은 연소공정의 영향이 큰 공업지역 퇴적물의 특성을 나타내었다. DL-PCBs는 PCB77, -105, -118가 주요 이성질체로써, 상업용 PCB 제품과 분포특성이 유사하게 나타났다. 또한, 퇴적물 내 PBDEs 분포에서 BDE209가 주요 이성질체로 나타났으며, 이는 상업용 deca-BDE 제품의 사용량에 의한 영향으로 판단된다. We investigated the concentrations and distribution patterns of 17 polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins/dibenzofurans(PCDD/Fs), 12 dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls(DL-PCBs) and 24 polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) in sediments from Ulsan Bay in Korea. The concentrations of PCDD/Fs, DL-PCBs, and PBDEs in 33 sediment samples ranged from 0.11 to 4.86($1.81{\pm}1.04$) pg $WHO_{2005}$-TEQ $g^{-1}$ dry weight(dw), 0.06 to 44.2($4.02{\pm}7.99$) pg $WHO_{2005}$-TEQ $g^{-1}$ dw, and 2.81 to 63.8($19.4{\pm}13.9$) ng $g^{-1}$ dw, respectively. DL-PCBs had dominant contributions(mean, 88%) of total TEQ concentrations in sediment. The concentrations of target compounds in inner locations were higher than those in outer locations in Ulsan Bay (p<0.05). The dominant contribution of highly chlorinated DD/Fs in sediment was associated with combustion process from industrial complexes. Distribution pattern of DL-PCBs was similar with those of commercial PCB products. BDE209 was a dominant congener in sediment, suggesting high use amount of commercial deca-BDE product in surrounding areas.

        The cost of simulation modeling, the expertise required, and the pains of starting a new each time are impediments to more wide spread adoption of simulation technology. In addition, one of the most critical problems in the field of computer simulation today is the lack of published models and physical objects within the World Wide Web (WWW) allowing such distribution. From the viewpoint of WWW as distributed model repositories, it can be assumed that very many simulation models exist on the web. This paper is based on the premise that WWW is a distributed repository. Design Pattern, web-oriented techn ogy like Java and COREA, which are especially to cope with distributed objects, are introduced and discussed in detail for integration of simulation model. In this paper an architecture of model integration is proposed, which presents the whole procedure of model integration and how the Internet technologies are connected in. The central focus of this research is on the technical realization of integrating simulation models as distributed objects

        인공광 식물공장내 광질 제어가 방풍나물 생장에 미치는 영향

        BACKGROUND: Plant factory system of an artificial light type using Light-Emitting Diodes (LEDs), fluorescent light, or metal halide lamp instead of sun light is an ultimated method for plant production without any pesticides regardless of seasonal changes. The plant factory is also completely isolated from outside environmental conditions such as a light, temperature, or humidity compared to conventional greenhouse. Light-environment control such as a quality or quantity in the plant factory system is essential for improving the growth and development of plant species. However, there was little report that the effects of various light qualities provided by LEDs on Ledebouriella seseloides growth under the plant factory system. METHODS AND RESULTS: Ledebouriella seseloides seedlings transplanted at urethane sponge were grown in the plant factory system of a horizontal type with LED artificial lights for 90 days. Yamazaki solution for hydroponic culture of the seedlings was regularly irrigated by the deep flow technique (DFT) system on the culture gutters. Electrical Conductivity (EC) and pH of the solution was recorded at 1.4 ds/m and 5.8 in average, respectively during the experimental period. Number of unfolded leaves, leaf length, shoot fresh and dry weight of the seedlings were three times measured in every 30 days after beginning of the experiment. Blue LEDs, red LEDs, and fluorescent lights inside the plant factory were used as light sources. Conventional fluorescent lamps were considered as a control. In all the treatment, light intensity was maintained at 100 μmol/㎡/s on the culture bed. Fresh weight of the seedlings was 3.7 times greater in the treatment with the mixture radiation of fluorescent light and blue+red LEDs (1:3 in energy ratio; Treatment FLBR13) than in fluorescent light treatment (Treatment FL). In FLBR13 treatment, dry weight per seedling was two times greater than in FL or BR11 treatment of blue+red LEDs (1:3 in energy ratio; Treatment BR11) during the culture period. Increasing in number of unfolded leaves was also significantly affected by the FLBR13 treatment comparing with BR11 treatment. CONCLUSION(S): Hydroponic culture of Ledebouriella seseloides seedlings was successfully achieved in the plant factory system with mixture lights of blue, red LEDs and fluorescent lights. Shoot growth of the seedlings was significantly promoted by the FLBR13 with the mixture radiation of fluorescent light, blue, and red LEDs under 1:3 mixture ratio of blue and red LEDs during the experimental period compared to conventional light conditions.
