        황해에서 어획된 살오징어의 생물학적 특성

        We investigated the biological characteristics of the squid, Todarodes pacificus Steenstrup through the samples caught monthly in the Yellow Sea($32^{\circ}$ 30'N, $122^{\circ}E-37^{\circ}$ 30'N, $127^{\circ}E$) from 1985 to 1987. Monthly mantle length frequency were separated into Autumn spawning group and winter spawning group with Tanaka's method(1956) to determine the main group of the squids caught in the Yellow Sea. The ratio of winter spawning group was higher than that of autumn spawning group. Monthly gonadosomatic index of females increased on July in 1985, on October in 1986, and October in 1987 and decreased later in each year. That of males increased on June in 1985, on July in 1986, and June in 1987. The length of 50% group maturity of female was 20.7 cm mantle length(ML) in 1985, 17.9 cm ML in 1986, and 17.2 cm ML in 1987. The ratio of female was higher than that of male in the group over 24 cm ML, and the ratio of male was higher than that of female in the group under 24 cm ML. We concluded that the length of 50% group maturity of squids was affected by the density of the population status.

        한국 연근해 오징어의 어황 특성 I. 해양환경의 변동에 따른 오징어의 분포

        Annual variations In main fishing grounds of common squid with different angling and their fishing conditions in Korean waters were studied by analyzing catch and water temperature data. The main fishing grounds of squid angling fishery started to moved to the north in April and to the south in September in the last Sea of Korea. The catch of squid was related to the direction of thermal fronts. The catch was high when the thermal front was formed in the east-west direction, while there was low catch when the thermal front was formed in the south-north direction which runs parallel to the roast.

        기후변화에 따른 적응대책과 환경영향평가

        Causing by green house gas emission, global warming is being accelerated significantly. This global warming cause world climate to change quiet different than before and we call this phenomenon is Climate Change. Environmental Impact Assessment being implemented in Korea is to prevent predicted environmental impacts from deteriorating within the domestic information and situation. As the climate change is getting severe, new meteorological records can be occurred which is exceeded existing statistical data. According to KMA(Korea Meteorological Administration) data, maximum value of precipitation and temperature in many regions changed with new data within last decade. And these events accompanied with landslides and flooding, and these also affected on water quality in rivers and lakes. According to impacts by climate change, disasters and accidents from heavy rain are the most apprehensive parts. And water pollution caused by overflowed non-point sources during heavy rain fall, fugitive dust caused by long-term drought, and sea level rise and Tsunami may affect on seaside industrial complex should be worth consideration. In this review, necessity of mutual consideration with influences of climate change was considered adding on existing guideline.

      • 경추 회전제한 검사 결과에 따른 근전도 신호 변화: 증례보고

        We investigated the potential of electromyography (EMG) for diagnosing imbalance in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) to apply functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST). The electromyography signals were measured in the sternocleidomastoid muscle (SCM) in patients with temporomandibular disorder (TMD) while a FCST specialist conducted a restricted cervical rotation test. In addition, we also observed the changes in the electromyography signals according to pre-treatment or treatment with a TMJ balancing appliance (TBA), a customized TMJ balancing appliance (CBA), or a CBA with one paper bar. The right SCMs of the two patients with right TMJ imbalance had high EMG signals in the right cervical rotation test, while the left SCMs showed low EMG signals in the left rotation. In addition, the high EMG signals in the right SCMs decreased when using the TBA or the CBA, but the EMG signals of the left SCMs showed low EMG values during the treatments. Furthermore, the EMG signals of the right SCMs rose again after artificial imbalance of the right TMJ by the CBA with one paper bar. This case report demonstrated the potential of EMG as an objective diagnostic method for FCST.

        A stydy on The Biological Control of Sciarid Fly(Lycoriella sp.) Using Bacillus thuringiensis

        Thirteen subspecies of Bacillus thuringiensis including B. t. israelensis, B. t. morrisoni PG-14 and B.t. darmstadoemsos known to be toxic to dipteran insects were treated on the mushroom (Flammulina velutipes) compost to estimate the biological control effect of a sciarid fly, Lycoriella sp. According to the results, it was found that there were no significant effects of the tested strains of B, thuringiensis on the control of Lycoriella sp. For further confirmation, larval gut juice of Lycoriella sp. and trypsin were respectively treated into the parasporal crystal proteins of three subspecies of B. t. israelensis, B. t. morrisoni PG-14, and B. t. darmstadiensis. The proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE. According to the results, the major parasporal crystal proteins were respectively produced by B. t. morrisoni as the amount of 52 kd, B. y. israelensis as 37kd and B. t. darmstadiensis as 39kd, but the activity of these proteins could not be unfortunately confirmed in this study.

        철골 보 - 철근콘크리트 기둥 접합부의 휨 및 전단 저항성능에 관한 연구

        철골 보와 철근콘크리트 기둥으로 구성된 복합 시스템은 철골과 철근콘크리트 간에 재료적인 단점을 보완함으로써 구조 효율성과 시공 생산성을 높이는 이점을 가지고 있다. 이 연구는 철골 보에 현장 타설 철근콘크리트 기둥을 간편하게 접합시킬 수 있는 복합구조 시스템을 개발하고, 그 시스템의 휨 및 전단 저항성능을 시험을 통하여 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. The composite system, which is consisted of the steel girder and reinforced concrete column has some advantages in the structural efficiency and the construction productivity by complementing the shortcomings between the two materials. This research is aimed at the development of the composite beam-column connection system by which the steel beam can be connected to the R/C column with smooth stress transfer. And, to ensure safety of this system, the tests of moment and shear resisting performance have been carried out for actual size specimen. From the test, the connection system has been preyed to take good resistance and stress transfer between steel girder and reinforced concrete column.

        해외 기준 분석을 통한 국내 막구조물의 내화구조 적용 범위 및 내화성능 확보방안 연구

        막구조는 외벽이나 지붕 공법이 일반 건축물과는 다르고, 화재 시 막 재료의 취약성으로 화재 확산속도가 빠른 연소특성이 있어 일반 건축물에 적용되는 내화구조 기준을 그대로 적용하기가 곤란하다. 이 연구에서는 현재 우리나라 건축법상 막구조가 일반 건축물의 지붕틀로 분류되어 적용되는 내화구조 기준을 미국, 일본 등의 막구조 내화구조 기준과 비교 분석하여, 내화구조 대상이 되는 막구조의 용도 및 규모를 설정하고, 내화성능 확보방안을 제안하였다. 먼저, 막구조의 용도는 주요구조부를 내화구조로 하여야 하는 일반 건축물 용도와 큰 차이가 없어 건축법의 용도 분류를 그대로 적용하였다. 건축법에서 주요구조부를 내화구조로 하여야 하는 규모는, 문화 및 집회 용도의 경우 200 m², 전시장은 500 m² 이상으로 되어있는데, 미국과 일본 기준을 비교 분석하여 막구조는 1,000 m² 이상으로 완화 적용하였다. 보통 막구조의 외벽과 지붕이 막으로 되어있고, 화재 시 화염이 막에 접촉된 후 파단 변형이 발생하는 연소특성 등을 반영하여, 막구조는 주요구조부 전체를 내화구조로 하기보다는 바닥으로부터 일정 높이까지만 내화성능을 확보하는 방안을 제안하였다. 우리나라 건축법에서 철골조의 주요구조부는 바닥으로부터 4 m 높이까지 내화성능을 확보하도록 규정되어 있고, 미국 기준에서 막구조는 용도 및 면적 조건이 충족되면 주요구조부가 내화구조가 아니어도 되는 규정, 일본 기준에서 막 이외 부분은 내화구조로 하되 바닥으로부터 4 m까지는 막을 설치하지 않도록 하는 규정 등을 비교 반영하여, 이 연구에서는 막구조의 주요구조부는 바닥으로부터 4 m 이내만 내화구조가 되도록 제안하였다. Membrane structures have different exterior walls and roof-construction methods from ordinary buildings. Due to the vulnerability of membrane materials in cases of fire, it is difficult to apply fire-resistance performance standards that are applied to ordinary buildings. In this study, criteria for fireproof structures that are classified as roof frames of ordinary buildings are compared to those of membrane structures from other countries, such as the U.S.A and Japan. First of all, the classification of the usage of fire-resistance structure was the same as the general building case to take the consistency of current building code. The floor area of a membrane structure that should be applied with fire-resistance performance was proposed as 1,000 m² by mitigating 200 m² to 500 m² corresponding to the current building code and reflecting the type and combustion characteristics of the membrane structure, as well as a comparative analysis of the U.S.A and Japanese standards. As a provision for securing fire-resistance performance of a membrane structure, a height of 4 m or less from the floor was applied by comparison with Korean current building code, U.S.A, and Japanese standards of a membrane structure.
