The study on PV module development using the silicone encapsulation

Nowadays, the number of PV module corporation is increasing due to demand growth of silicon solar module. However almost study of module is research about increasing of efficiency for it. This study is evaluation and development for process of module using the silicone encapsulation material instead of existing EVA sheet. We are changed adding material ratio on silicone and thickness of silicone. So we get better efficiency than EVA sheet through the evaluation for silicone liquid and modulation. Also, we are test after establishing manufacture system being able to quicker than existing modules line. The result of EVA sheet is average 207.47W and silicone material is 211.32W so we think that silicone is better than EVA sheet.

According to the Space Development Promotion Basic Plan, more than 110 satellites are expected to be deployed by 2031. Accordingly, the operation concept and technology for satellites constellation are required, compared to the existing few multi-satellite operations. It is essential to automate and optimize the mission operation system, for efficient operation of the satellite constellation, and preparations are urgently needed for the operation of satellite constellation in domestic as well. In this study, the development direction and strategy of the mission operation system applying automation and optimization for efficient operation of the satellite constellation are proposed. The framework for evaluating the automation level and priority of the mission operation system was developed, to identify the tasks to which automation should be applied preferentially.

The LIM can be used as a transport system with wheel structure. The structural tolerance cause the airgap unbalance and that effects on the LIM performance. The effect of airgap unbalance on the motor performance such as thrust force, velocity and armature current are investigated by using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). From this numerical works, it is known that the airgap unbalance almost does not effect on the motor performance and LIM for transport system is robust to the structural tolerance.

Since the reverse shape memory effect(RSME) was reported in a CuZnAl alloy, further study has been done on the mechanism of this phenomenon and reported that it occurs by the bainitic transformation. But the present authors revealed in the previous work that the RSME in a B2 CuZnAl alloy is not caused by the shear process involved in the bainitic transformation and also that the RSME takes place as the remaining α`₂phase, which is two-step transformed strain induced martensite, is newly transformed into α phase. In order to provide further evidence in supporting the facts, thus, more detailed investigations have been carried out in a DO₃CuZnAl alloy.
