      • 1-tert Butyl dimethyl siloxy-2-benzopyrylium salt와 ketene silyl acetals과의 반응에 관한 연구

        2.6-Lutidine 존재에서 1-tert-butyldimethyl siloxy-2-benzopyrylium salt(4)와 ketene silyl acetals(5,6,7)과의 반응에서 t-butyldimethyl silyloxy 부분이 포함된 adol 생성물(8a,8b.8c)을 얻었다. Aldol 생성물은 묽은 HCI에서 이성질화를 일으켜 1-naphthol(9a) 및 naphthalone유도체(9b,9c)을 높은 수율로 얻었다. Reaction of ketene silyl acetals(5,6,7) with 1-tert-butyldimethyl siloxy-2-benzopyrylium salt(4) in the presence of 2,6-lutidine to afford the corresponding adol produts(8a,8b,8c) containing a t-buth-yldimethyl silyloxy moiety. Isomerzation of adol products with dil-HCl afforded 1-naphthol(9a) and naphthalone derivatives (9b,9c) in high yields, respectively.

        Carbofuran(3G) 早春土中處理에 依한 고자리파리의 防除 및 마늘의 生育促進反應

        In field studies, the insecticides carbofuran(Furadan 3G) and diazion(3G) at the rate of 1,8 kg a.i./ha as a single side-furrowing treatment from March 13 to April 10(7 to 10 days intervals) were evaluated in terms of the control effects to the onion maggots(Hylemyia antique Meigen) and some phytotonic effects to the garlic plants. The treatments with carbofuran were significantly more effective in onion maggot control than the treatment with diazinon and untreated, and the earlier treatments the better control effects were obtained. Phytotonic effects only with carbofuran on garlic plants were of served as increases ranged in plant heights, in stem diameters and in bulb diameters compared to the untreated. The greatest yield of garlics was resulted in the plots of Match-13 treatments with carbofuran, ca. 10,700kg/ha in the carbofuran treatment, ca. 5637kg/ha in the diazinon treatment and ca. 4728kg/ha in the untreated plots. The magnitude of yield increase of garlics in the plots treated with carbofuran was attributable to positively stimulate the growth response of garlic plants as well as the control effects to onion maggots. Carbofuran(Furadan 3G)과 Diazinon(3G)의 이른봄철 근계주변 1회 골처리(Side-furrow treatment)에 의한 고자리파리(Hylemyia antiqua Meigen)의 방제효과와 그들 살충제가 마늘의 생육에 미치는 영향에 관한 시험을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. (1) Carbofuran처리(피해주율 )는 무처리(피해주율 ), Diazinon처리(피해주율 )에 비하여 고자리파리의 방제효과가 현저히 높었으며 그의 처리시기가 빠르면 빠를수록 방제효과가 양호하였다. 즉, 4월 상순의 처리(피해주율 )에 비하여 3월 중하순 처리(피해주율 )에서 방제효과가 양호하였다. (2) Carbofuran과 Diazinon처리에서 마늘의 초장, 줄기의 굵기 및 마늘의 구경이 증대하였는데 특히 Carbofuran처리에서 생육촉진현상이 뚜렷하였으며 그 현상은 처리시기가 빠를수록 생육촉진이 뚜렷하게 발현되었다. (3) Diazinon처리에 비하여 Carbofuran처리에서 구당 입묘수가 많었을 뿐만 아니라 마늘 개체당 중량이 크게 증가하였다. (4) 마늘의 수량은 Diazinon처리에 비하여 Carbofuran처리에서 현저히 높았으며 처리시기가 빠를수록 마늘의 수량이 크게 증대되었다. 즉, 10a 당 마늘의 수량은 무처리 472.8kg, Diazinon 3월 13일과 20일 처리에서는 각각 563.7kg, 629.6kg, 4월 3일 10일 처리에서는 각각 561.4kg, 463.4kg인데 비하여 Carbofuran 3월 13일과 20일처리에서는 각각 1070.6kg, 1018.3kg이었고 4월 3일과 10일처리에서는 각각 963.8kg, 843.3kg이었다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때 Carbofuran 이른 봄철(3월 중하순) 근계주변 1회 골처리는 고자리파리의 방제효과가 높었을 뿐만 아니라 마늘의 초장, 줄기의 굵기 및 구경의 생육을 크게 촉진하여 마늘의 수량성을 높일 수 있었다.

      • 흰등멸구에 對한 水稻新品種, 系統의 抵抗性機作에 關한 硏究

        A series of experiments were conducted to evaluate the varietal differences in resistance of Korean new rice cultivars to the white-backed planthopper(WBPH), Sogatella furcifera HORVATH(Ⅲ). The number of rice cultivars tested were twenty-one from the Office of Rural Development (ORD), and eight from the College of Agriculture, Seoul National University(SNU). The nature of their varietal resistance of rice to the WBPH were studied in terms of the seedling reaction, the insect population build-up, and honeydew excretion with feeding activity. (1) Seven cultivars out of the 34 cultivars tested indicated resistant reaction in seedling test; SNU-020713, -1768, -1770, -011063, -01165, -01166, and -01167. (2) The feeding preference of the WBPH adults and nymphs was higher on the susceptible Jinheung than on the test cultivars, and their feeding preference did not steadly coincide with the seedling reaction to the WBPH. (3) The ovipositional preference studies indicated that the insects exhibited distinctly different preference for different cultivars, but their tendency was not steady; for example, the cultivars Milyang-48 and SNU-01701 compared with Jinheung were significantly prefered for oviposition despite showing the susceptible seedling reaction and the cultivar SNU-01702 was significantly less prefered for oviposition than Jinheung,even though they were all susceptible in seedling reaction. (4) The population build-up of WBPH was smaller on the resistant cultivars (R-check) than the susceptible ones. (5) Post-embryonic developmental period was relatively shorter on the susceptible cultivars, but it was not always true. (6) The adult emergence rate was relatively higher on the susceptible rice cultivars than those on the resistant and moderate ones. (7) Differences in sex ratio of the WBPH on the susceptible and resistant cultivars could not be made sure due to the small number of adults tested. (8) The amount of honey-dew excreted was measured using the ninhydrin staining method. The small amount of honeydew was recorded with the test cultivars to the WBPH. In conclusion, the nature of varietal resistance of rice to the WBPH was considered to be related with the nymphal survival,develpmental period of nymphs and feeding activity.

      • 벼멸구에 對한 水稻新品種.系統의 抵抗性機作에 關한 硏究

        A series of experiments were conducted to evaluate the varietal differences in resistance of Korean new rice cultivars to the brown planthoper (BPH), Nilaparvata lugens Stal. The number of rice cultivars tested were eight from the Office of Rural Development (ORD), and four from College of Agriculture, Seoul National University (SNU). The nature of their varietal resistance of rice to the BPH were studied in terms of the seedling reaction, the insect preference in feeding and ovipostion, nymphal survival, sex ratio, population build-up, and honeydew excretion with feeding activity. (1) The seedling reaction indicated that Milyang-52, Suweon-290, -294, Iri-344, SNU-01701,-01708 and -020714 were resistant, and Milyang-46 and -54 moderately resistant. (2) The paeference studies indicated that the insects exhibited distinctively different preference for different cultivars in respect to feeding and ovipostion, the feeding preference of the insects did not coincide with the ovipostional preference. For feeding, few nymphs were recorded on the resistant cultivars, while large number of insects being counted on susceptible cultivars. For ovipostion, female adults prefered the resistant cultivars to the susceptibles. (3) Post-embryonic developmental period was relatively shorter on the susceptible rice cultivars than on the resistant cultivars, but it was not laways true. (4) The adult emergence rate was relatively higher on the susceptible cultivars than on the resistant cultivars. (5) Difference in sex ratio of the BPH reared on the susceptible and resistant cultivars could not be made sure due to the small number of adults tested. (6) The population build-up of BPH was significantly smaller on the resistant cultivars than on the susceptible ones. (7) The amount of honeydew excretion was measured using the the three different staining methods; with bromocresol green, aniline hydrochloride, and ninhydrin. The small amount of honeydew was recorded with the cultivars resistant to the BPH. All three staining methods were feasible in detecting the amount of honeydew excreted the insects. In conclusion, the nature of varietal resistance of rice to the BPH were greatly related with the resistant reaction of rice seedlings, preference in feeding, and antibiosis in nymphal survival and divelopmental period, adult emergence, population build-up and feeding activity, but it was not true with the prefernce in ovipostion and differences in sex ratio.

      • 새로운 Cyclic Oxalate의 합성

        As a new protective group for diols, cyclic oxalates (20) (24) were synthesized by using oxalyl chloride, ethyl oxalyl chloride, diethyl oxalate and oxalic acid. In the reaction of diol with oxalyl chloride, the product was a mixture of the cyclic oxalate (20) and mono oxalated(21). When ethyl oxalyl chloride was used which pyridine as base, acyclic oxalates (22) (25) were obtained. Whereas ethyl oxalyl chloride which triethylamine instead of pyridine, cyclic oxalates (20) (24) as well as acyclic oxalates (22) (25) were obtained. Using diethyl oxalate, the amounts of cyclic oxalates (20) (24) were increased, but there were some difficulties in separations of its desired products. Oxalic acid, however, did not afford cyclic oxalates but gave formate which probably was formed by decarboxylation of hydroxyoxalyl group.

        The absorption ability of low density heavy metal of pine needles and cones is better than one of existing absorption materials in treatment ability and experimental condition. The elimination ability of chlorine of pine needles and cones is better than one of active carbon. In elimination of trihalomethane, the effect of treatment of pine needles is lower than one of pine cones. And surface of pine needles and cones after absorption of heavy metal ion was observed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM). Application and availability of pine needles and cones as absorption material need lots of experiments. The experiment on Gal-Bi(fallen leaves) is proceeding.

      • YOLOPv2 를 활용한 차선 탐지 기반 자율주행 구현

        본 연구에서는 전동 차량의 자율주행 기능 구현을 위한 방법을 제시한다. 주요 구성 요소로는 카메라, PC, 아두이노, 모터드라이브, 가변저항 등이 사용되었다. 카메라를 통해 데이터를 수집한다. YOLOPv2 lane detection 딥러닝 모델을 사용하여 차선을 탐지하고, 후처리 과정을 통해 주행 경로를 정확히 인식한다. RANSAC 알고리즘을 활용하여 outlier 에 강건한 2 차 함수 회귀를 수행하고, 이를 바탕으로 주행 중 필요한 정보를 파악한다. 이러한 정보를 바탕으로 차량의 조향각을 조절하여 안전하고 효율적인 자율 주행을 구현하였다.
