미만성 뇌축삭손상 환자의 자기공명영상 소견과 예후와의 상관관계

Object : We intended to investigate the relationship between the degree of injury on MRI and the outcome of the patients with diffuse axonal inury. Method : From january, 1995 to march, 1999, 22 patients were supposed to have diffuse axonal injuries by means of their neurologic signs and MRI. We investigated their prognosis according to CT, MRI and initial neurologic findings. Result : 1) The lesions were mainly located at white matter of cerebrum, corpus callosum, brainstem, and basal ganglia. 2) The lesions of white matter were most commonly in the frontal lobe and temporal lobe. 3) The majority of corpus callosal lesions were located in the posterior body and splenium, but anterior corpus callosal lesions combined with posterior lesions were not found. 4) Brainstem lesions, all non-hemorrhagic, were mostly located in the dorsolateral aspect, not be found on CT. 5) The brainstem lesions were found in 10 cases among total 22 cases, and corpus callosal lesions were accompanied with 8 cases of brainstem lesions. 6) The patients with brainstem lesions had worse prognosis. Conclusion : It is important and reasonable to take brain MRI to identify the brainstem lesions in any cases of suspicious diffuse axonal injury, and we should remind that the diffuse axonal injury with stem lesion has worse prognosis.

Maffucci's syndrome is generally characterized by chondromatosis with vascular lesions of mesodermal origin, however, intracranial chondroma is rare. We present a case of Maffucci syndrome with paracellar chondroma and the review of literatures.

Sacral schwannoma is a rare lesion with a tendency to reach large proportions. The benign schwannoma rarely involves the vertebral bodies extensively. The authors report a case of giant intrasacral schwannoma in 30-year-old woman who had intermittent lower back pain during 3 years period. CT and MRI showed a destructive mass lesion within the upper part of sacrum with a large mass extending into the presacral space. The patient underwent combined surgery consisted of anterior transabdominal approach and posterior sacral laminectomy and total removal of tumor. The characteristics of the lesion were discussed with a review of literatures.

이 연구의 목적은 수령의 유일적 군수산업 지도체계가 군수산업 부문으로 자원을 집중시킴으로써 군수산업 비대화를 구조화시켰다는 것을 밝히는 것이다. 수령의 유일적 군수산업 지도체계는 군수산업 우선주의 노선을 고수하고, 군수공업부와 내각 간 수평적 논의를 차단함으로써 군사경제 비대화를 구조화했다. 군수산업 우선주의는 제한된 자원을 군수산업에 우선적으로 공급하기 때문에 인민경제의 만성적 부족을 심화시켰다. 군수공업부와 내각 간수평적 논의의 차단은 군수경제로 과도한 자원·자재 공급을 조정할 수 없게 만들었다. 이 연구는 수령의 유일적 군수산업 지도체계의 구조와 작동 및 군수공장 실태 분석을 통해서 군사경제 비대화의 원인을 밝힐 것이다. This research aims to reveal that Suryong-led monolithic guidance system in the military industry has structuralized the bloated military industry by concentrating resources on the military industry. The structuralization of the bloated military economy has come about by adhering to the military-first policy and blocking the vertical discussions between the Machine-Building Industry Department and the cabinet. Since the Suryong-led monolithic guidance system provides limited resources to the military industry first, a chronic shortage in the people’s economy has deepened. The block of vertical discussions between the Machine-Building Industry Department and the cabinet has made it impossible to control the excessive supply of resources and materials primarily given to the military economy. This research seeks to identify political causes behind the bloated military economy by analyzing the structure and operation of Suryong-led monolithic guidance system in the military industry and the current status of munitions factories.
기후지형학 관점에서 본 몽골 스텝지역의 지형형성작용 특색

기후지형학 관점에서 몽골의 지형환경은 대륙성 한랭-건조 지형의 대표성을 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 이곳 스텝지역의 지형환경 특색을 파악하려는 것이다. 이곳에서의 지표과정은 매우 역동적이다. 기온교차가 심한 한랭 환경임과 동시에 제한된 양이지만 동계강설로 공급되는 수분은 이곳을 서릿발작용에 의한 기계적 풍화가 강하게 진전되는 지역으로 만들고 있다. 이렇게 생성된 풍화물들은 하계 폭우시의 지표수와 봄철 바람작용에 의해 침식·제거되고 있다. 몽골 스텝지역의 사면들은 토층발달이 미약한 박토상태인데도 모든 사면에서 평활하게 펼쳐져 있다. 이는 풍화와 풍화물 침식이 균형을 이루는 모습이다. 몽골의 지형환경은 서릿발작용에 의한 풍화, 지표수와 바람에 의한 침식, 이들 모두가 활발하면서도 서로 균형을 이룬다는 특색을 지니고 있다. This work is to elucidate in typological aspect main geomorphological processes in the morphogenetic system of Mongolian steppe zone. Its morphogenesis manifest interaction of intense gelifraction and active erosion either by slope run-off or by wind. Intense gelifraction owes both to cold temperature regime with great amplitude, and to moisture associated with snow fall. Erosion of material produced by gelifraction is assured by surface run-off of summer rainfall and spring eolian activities. The geomorphological landscape sculptured by such morphogenetic processes manifest low-relief smooth slopes. This feature reveals that intense gelifraction keeps abreast with removal of weathering product by surface run-off and wind.
