전기 임피던스 단층촬영법은 전극을 통해 주입된 전류와 측정된 전압을 기반으로, 내부 도전율 분포를 복원하는 기술로, 비교적 새로운 비파괴 영상 복원 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 이원 혼합물 유동 응용분야에서 온라인으로 적용시킬 수 있도록, 역문제의 계산시간을 줄일 뿐만 아니라 공간 해상도도 함께 향상시킬 수 있는 역문제 해법인 빠른 반복적 가우스-뉴턴 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 방법의 영상 복원성능을 평가하기 위해 모의실험을 수행하고 그 결과를 비교분석하였다. Electrical impedance tomography is a relatively new nondestructive imaging modality in which the internal conductivity distribution is reconstructed based on the injected currents and measured voltages through electrodes placed on the surface of a domain. In this paper, a fast iterative Gauss-Newton method is proposed to increase the spatial resolution as well as reduce the inverse computational time in the inverse problem, which could be applied to online binary mixture flow applications. To evaluate the reconstruction performance of the proposed method, numerical experiments have been carried out and the results are analyzed.

A road energy harvester was designed and fabricated to convert mechanical energy from the vehicle load to electrical energy. The road energy harvester is composed of 24 piezoelectric cantilevers and a vehicle load transfer mechanism. Applying a vehicle load transfer mechanism rather than directly installing energy harvesters under roads decreases the area of road construction and allows more energy harvesters to be installed on the side of the road. The power generation amount with respect to the vehicular velocity change was assessed by installing the vehicle load transfer mechanism and the energy harvester in the form of speed bumps and underground. The energy harvester installed in a speed bump form generated power of 7.61 mW at the vehicular velocity of 20 km/h. Also, power generation of the energy harvester installed in the underground form was 63.9 mW at the vehicular velocity of 28 km/h. Although the number of piezoelectric cantilevers was reduced by 1/3 to 24 in comparison to the previous research results with 72 piezoelectric cantilevers, similar power generation characteristic value was obtained within the vehicular velocity of 20 km/h by altering the vehicle load transfer mechanism and cantilever vibration method.

Energy source of a piezo-electric harvester is vibration. Sources of vibration are machineries operated with high frequencies, constructions and people operated with low frequencies and etc. In this study, we tried to figure out power generation properties over vibrations upon angles of a piezo-cantilever for applying them to movements of the construction and/or people, which are vibration sources at low frequencies. A uni-morph cantilever with a 59 mm × 29 mm × 0.2 mm piezo-electric element attached on a 71 mm × 46 mm × 0.25 mm copperplate was used. A spring was attached to the lower side of the cantilever and a mass was attached on the opposite side. Also, a structure with a specific angle which is an angle in between the ground and the cantilever was prepared and then, connected to a spring or the cantilever. Then, this structure was divided into the A-type and B-type and excited in the direction of z- axis. After that, the angle between the ground and the cantilever was changed and excited by 1 to 10 Hz upon the existence of a spring and/or a mass to compare power generation properties.

The Web Service of the 『Encyclopedia of Korean Folklore and Traditional Culture??is provided at present and it expands every year according to subject. What we focused the most on the Web Service construction is choosing the Extensible Mark-up Language (XML) for an effective expansion. Also, we secured the credibility of the contents through updating by periods and we served various stereoscopic multimedia and contents to deliver Knowledge information effectively. We are aiming for globalized web dictionary as we made English version web service. And we interworked Korean popular web search site, Naver to have easier access. It is necessary to have differentiated strategy for the Web Service Encyclopedia of Korean Folklore and Traditional Culture to settle down as a model of encyclopedia. Therefore, we will carry out various strategies to make it as a Web dictionary expands Knowledge information infinitely.
원저 : 항응고제 및 시간경과에 의한 위혈소판 감소증 4예

1996년 10월부터 1997년 2월까지 약 5개월 동안 본원에 내원한 환자들 중 자동혈구계산기기에서 혈소판 감소를 보여, 말초혈액을 도말 관찰한 결과 혈소판 응괴로 인하여 위혈소판 감소를 보인 4 예를 항응고제 EDTA, sodium citrate 및 heparin에 각각 채혈하여 보관온도와 시간경과에 따른 백혈구수 및 혈소판수를 검사한 성적을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 항응고제 EDTA에서는 채혈 즉시부터 혈소판 응괴로 인해 혈소판수는 위감소를, 백혈구수는 위증가를 보여, 혈소판 응괴수와 백혈구수는 비례상관관계를, 혈소판수와는 역상관관계를 보였다. 2. 항응고제 sodium citrate와 heparin에서는 채혈 후 1시간까지는 도말표본에서 혈소판 응괴가 관찰되지 않고 혈소판수도 안정성을 보이나 시간이 경과함에 따라 혈소판 응괴와 더불어 위혈소판 감소를 보이기는 하나 EDTA에서 처럼 심하지는 않았으며, 위백혈구 증가는 citrate에서는 거의 보여주지 않았다. 3. 보관온도에 의한 영향은 EDTA, sodium citrate 및 heparin의 경우 실온과 4℃에서는 시간이 경과함에 따라 점차 심한 감소를 보였으며, 37℃에서도 감소를 보이기는 하나 실온 및 4℃에 비해 심하지는 않았다. 4. 항 혈소판 항체는 4예 모두에서 음성을 보였으며, 혈소판 응집소는 4예 모두 IgG였고 1예에서는 IgG와 IgA가 동반되었다. 이상과 같은 결과로 위혈소판 감소는 항응고제 EDTA에서만 보여주는 현상이 아닐 것으로 추정되어 지며, 향후 좀더 많은 사례와 면역학적 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 또한 실무에서 철저히 경고치 검색을 하여 위혈소판 감소에 대해 신중을 기해야 할 것으로 사료된다. Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA) is usually used as an anticoagulant in blood cell counting, but it agglutinates the platelet in some patients with so-called EDTA-dependent pseudothrombocytopenia. Similar agglutination of platelet is also observed with other anticoagulants such as citrate and heparin. Pseudo thrombocytopenia may lead to erroneous diagnosis and unnecessary laboratory examinations, and inappropriate medical or surgical therapy. We experienced 4 cases of pseudothrombocytopenia due to EDTA anticoagulant. The platelet values were obtained by changing the anticoagulants, time course and temperature. The results were summarized as follows : 1. The platelet count on EDTA samples has significant differences from that of immediately obtained sampling, and shows pseudoleukocytosis 2. The platelet count on citrate and heparin samples shows no significant differences up to 1 hour after sampling, but after a longer time shows a progressive decrease. 3. The number of platelet was counted on EDTA, citrate and heparin at 37℃, 4℃ and room temperature, and all anticosgulants shows psedothrombocytopenia at all temperatures. 4. The anti-platelet antibody tests were all negative, and detected all IgG antibody. One case detected IgG and IgA antibodies.

전기 임피던스 단층촬영법은 주입 전류와 측정 전압을 기반으로 관심 도메인 내부의 도전율/저항률 분포를 복원하는 비파괴 영상 복원 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 역문제 계산시간을 줄이고 더불어 공간 해상도도 향상시키기 위해, 적응 문턱치 기반의 ROI(region of interest) 방법을 제안하였다. INTERMODES 방법에 의해 적응 문턱치가 계산이 되고 이 값을 기반으로 전체 도메인으로부터 ROI가 결정된다. 그리고 영상 복원의 계산 도메인을 ROI 내로 국한시켜 반복적 가우스-뉴턴 방법을 적용하여 저항률 분포를 추정하였다. 제안한 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위해 수치실험을 수행하고 그 결과를 비교분석하였다. In this paper, an adaptive threshold value based region of interest (ROI) method is proposed to improve the spatial resolution of reconstructed images as well as to reduce the computational time of the inverse problem. Adaptive threshold value is calculated by INTERMODES method and ROI is determined from the domain based on this value. Moreover, the computational domain of image reconstruction is restricted within a ROI and iterative Gauss-Newton method is employed to estimate the resistivity distribution. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, numerical experiments have been performed and the results are analyzed.
