In this paper, the performance of OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) and FMT(Filtered Multi-tone) Systems is compared under jamming environment. Two systems are multi-carrier systems to improve data rates. Through the comparison of two systems under jamming environment, the characteristics and strong/weak points of each system are analyzed.

Simulated target generators are used to evaluate the various radar performance. Using the radar parameters such as target range(time delay), doppler frequency, target RCS, simulated target generator can be developed. Especially moving targets are simulated by control time delay and update target signal intensive for target range. Base on this concepts, in this paper, simulated target generators are designed and developed for X-band Radar performance test. Developed equipment is evaluated its performance and then tested with X-band Radar. This paper presents these design, development, and test results of developed target generator.

Paragonimiasis is a lung infection of man acquired by ingestion of fresh water crabs or crayfish infested with larvae of Paragonimus. Of the many ectopic foci, the liver is very rarely involved by paragonimus. A case of year old woman with epigastric pain of 2 months duration who had no history of crab ingestion, was experienced. Special studies of abdominal CT scan and celiac angiography showed a mass lesion on the left hepatic lobe. Preoperative diagnosis of liver tumor turned out to be paragonimiasis composed of necrosis, granuloma and egg shells. Treatment with praziquantel for 2 days gave her symptomatic improvement.

The tissue damage associated with an electrical injury occurs when electric energy is converted to thermal energy or heat according to Joule's law, and it occurs not only cutaneous contact site but may also involve underlying tissue and organs along the route taken by the current between the entrance and exit sites. Among multiple interacting variables, inc1uding voltage, amperage, tissue resistance, type of current and current pathway, amperage is most important factor which relates closely to deep tissue injury and mortality. A case of 33 year old laborer with left hemiplegia after electric current of AC 380 voltage, 60 Hz was experienced. Normal initial brain CT scan turned out to have right hemorrhagic infarct 5 days later, and decreased infarct size 2 months later, with neurological sequelae of left hemiplegia.

This study proposes the construction method of the high-resolution range profile for target in narrowband radar systems and the quality improvement method of it. Using Time-Domain Correlation method, it was confirmed that the high-resolution range profile (HRRP) aspect of target was acquired from the data obtained in sparse frequency environment. Moreover, in the case of a target in which multiple scattering points are present within a limited range cell, it was not easy to distinguish the scattering points. To improve it, we propose a method to select the minimum value for each HRRP cell after forming the HRRP aspect of selectively excluding acquired data. Then we conformed by simulation that the proposed method was able to obtain the high-resolution range profile with the improved resolution and sidelobe level.
바이스태틱 MIMO 레이다 시스템에 적용되는 ML 도래각 추정 알고리즘의 근사 추정치에 대한 Closed-Form 표현

RCS 기술의 발달과 레이다 기술의 발달에 따라 바이스태틱, 멀티스태틱 레이다 시스템이 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문은 바이스태틱 MIMO 레이다 시스템의 수신신호 모델링 유도 과정을 보이고, ML 도래각 추정 알고리즘에 바이스태틱 신호를 적용했을 때의 성능 분석을 다룬다. ML 도래각 추정 알고리즘인 경우, 신호원의 개수에 따라 도래각 추정에 요구되는 탐색 차원 또한 증가하게 되어 많은 계산량을 요구한다. 해당 문제점을 해소하기 위해 본 논문은 해당 알고리즘의 추정오차를 closed-form 표현으로 유도함으로써 별도의 도래각 추정 없이 바이스태틱 환경의 수신신호에 대한 ML 알고리즘의 성능분석이 가능함을 보인다. Recently, for detection of low-RCS targets, bistatic radar and multistatic radar have been widely employed. In this paper, we present the process of deriving the received signal modeling of the bistatic MIMO radar system and deals with the performance analysis of applying the bistatic signal to the ML arrival angle estimation algorithm. In case of the ML algorithm, as the number of the targets increases, azimuth search dimension for DOA estimation also increases, which implies that the ML algorithm for multiple targets is computationally very intensive. To solve this problem a closed-form expression of estimation error is presented for performance analysis of the algorithm.

기존에 제안된 AD-MUSIC 알고리즘을 이용하여 2차원 탐색 없이 1차원 탐색을 반복함으로써 DOD/DOA 추정이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 계산량을 더욱 감소하기 위해 1차원 탐색에 Newton 기반 기법을 적용한다. 본 논문은 바이스태틱 MIMO 레이다 시스템의 수신신호 모델링과 AD-MUSIC의 유도과정을 보이고, 뉴턴 반복 기법을 AD-MUSIC에 적용한다. 추정 시, 기존의 AD-MUSIC 알고리즘의 성능과 계산량이 탐색 간격에 영향을 받는 것에 반해, AD-MUSIC의 성능과 뉴턴기법을 적용하는 본 논문의 방법인 경우, 탐색 간격에 관계없이 우수한 성능을 보이고, 계산량 또한 감소하는 효과를 보인다는 것을 시뮬레이션을 통해 보인다. In AD-MUSIC algorithm, DOD/DOA can be estimated without computationally expensive two-dimensional search. In this paper, to further reduce the computational complexity, the Newton type method has been applied to one-dimensional search.In this paper, we summarize the formulation of the AD-MUSIC algorithm, and present how to apply Newton-type iteration to AD-MUSIC algorithm for improvement of the accuracy of the DOD/DOA estimates. Numerical results are presented to show that the proposed scheme is efficient in the viewpoints of computational burden and estimation accuracy.

Anisakiasis is infection of man by larval nematodes of the family Anisakidae and is encountered in people who eat inadequately prepared salt-water fish or sashimi. The clinical symptoms of acute cramping pain, nausea and vomiting after ingestion of raw sea fish or sashimi can make the diagnosis of Anisakiasis and are relieved by immediate endoscopic extraction of the parasite. Nine cases of acute gastric Anisakiasis who took raw sea fish and had suffered from gastric symptoms were experienced. Immediate endoscopic examination showed the whitish linear worm mostly on the gastric body and removal gave the symptomatic relief. Pathologic specimen turned out to be the Anisakis. More prevailing cases of Anisakisis could be found by the meticulous endoscopy especially to those Korean people who are eager to eat the raw sea fish. Public education about the possibility of Anisakiasis after sashimi is required.
