CERAD-K를 이용한 한방병원 입원환자의 뇌졸중후 인지기능 저하에 대한 고찰

Backgrounds & Objectives : The aim of study was to evaluate post stroke cognitive deficit. We applied CERAD-K for post-stroke cognitive deficit, and revalued after treatment for 4 weeks. Methods : We applied CERAD-K test to 25 patients with post stroke cognitive deficit and compared with previous literature. After acupuncture treatment, moxa treatment, herb medicines, physical and occupational therapy for 4 weeks, we revalued changes by CERAD-K to 13 people that received treatment. Results : The stroke group's points were lower than the normal group in general cognition. Verbal fluency, MMSE-KC, and constructional praxis scores was lower than the AD group. Boston Naming Test, word list immediate recall, word list delayed recall, wordlist recognition, and praxis delayed recall scores were higher than the AD group. Verbal fluency (p=0.017), MMSE-KC (p=0.026), and word list immediate recall (p=0.005) scores of 13 patients participating in this study showed a statistically significant increase after treatment. Conculsions : Acupuncture treatment, moxa treatment, herb medicines, physical and occupational therapy are effective for improvement of post-stroke cognitive deficit, but this study could not demonstrate whether some treatments influenced cognition and there was a limitation in lacking a control group.

Objectives The aim of study was to evaluate the effect of Herbal medicine on post stroke cognitive deficit. Methods All groups were treated with acupunture treatment, moxa treatment, herbal medicines, physical and occupational therapy for 4 weeks, additionally cardiotonic pills(CP) were taken in the cardiotonic pills group. The effect of treatment was assessed using Verval fluency, MMSE-KC, Word List Immediate Recall test. Statistical significance was achived if the probability was less than 5%(p,0.05). Results Verval fluency, MMSE-KC, Word List Immediate Recall test scores increased in both group. MMSE-KC, Word List Immediate Recall test scores were significantly increased in the CP group. Verval fluency, MMSE-KC, Word List Immediate Recall test scores were significantly increased in the control group. In the Verval fluency, MMSE-KC, Word List Immediate Recall test of the CP group more increased compared to the control group. There were no significant differences between two groups. In the CP group, the scores of the infarction group more increased compared to the hemorrhage group. Conclusions According to the these results, herbal medicines are effective to improve post stroke cognitive-deficit. Futher studies are needed to know cardiotonic pills in the ischemic stroke.

최근 애니메이션 작품들을 살펴보면 트랜스미디어 형태의 작품들이 만들어져 성공하는 사례를 자주 접할 수 있다. 트랜스미디어 형태의 작품이 성공하기 위해서는 작품의 근간이 되는 트랜스미디어 스토리텔링이 심도 깊게 연구되어져야 한다. 트랜스미디어 스토리텔링은 미디어를 가로지르는 의미의 ‘트랜스미디어’+‘스토리텔링’이 합쳐진 용어이다. 트랜스미디어 스토리텔링의 작품들은 원작이 성공을 하게 되면 다양한 미디어인 극장용 애니메이션, TV 시리즈, 단편, 게임 등으로 확장된 작품들이 만들어진다. 각각의 작품들은 독립적으로 이야기를 이끌어나가거나 원작에서 서브캐릭터로 나온 캐릭터가 다른 작품에서는 주인공으로 탄생하여 스토리가 확장된 작품이 만들어지기도 한다. 하지만 전체적인 배경이 되는 세계관과 주변 캐릭터들은 서로 연관되고 공유한다. 트랜스미디어 스토리텔링에서 쿵푸팬더를 주목한 이유는 주인공인 포를 비롯한 확장성 있는 주변 전사 캐릭터들이 등장하고 있고 2008~2016년까지 극장용 3편, 단편 3편의 작품이 제작되었으며 TV용 애니메이션은 시즌 1은 26편, 시즌 2은 25편, 시즌 3은 27편 등 많은 작품이 제작 되었다. 전세계적으로 성공한 애니메이션인 쿵푸팬더 시리즈의 트랜스미디어 스토리텔링을 연구하여 원작이 확장되어 성공한 작품들이 어떻게 만들어지는 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 국내에서도 트랜스미디어 스토리텔링이 잘되어진 성공한 작품들이 제작되기를 기대해본다. Reviewing recent animations, we can often access the successful cases of transmedia typed works. For the success of transmedia typed works, the transmedia storytelling, which is the basis of work, should be deeply researched. Transmedia storytelling is a compound in which ‘transmedia’ +’story telling’ meaning across media. If the original work of transmedia storytelling succeeds, its extended versions are created such as Theater animations, TV series, shorts, games which are various medias. Each works lead the story independently or sometimes the character, which used to be a sub character in original work, is recreated as a main character in other works of which story is extended. But the world view and surrounding characters, which is the overall background, are connected and shared each other. The reason why I focus on Kung Fu Panda in transmedia storytelling, surrounding warrior characters with expandability appeared including main character, Po, and 3 theater films, 3 short films were produced from 2008 to 2016, TV animations were produced including 26 episodes for season 1, 25 episodes for season 2 and 27 episodes for season 3. I would like to research how successful works, which were expanded from the original, are made by studying transmedia storytelling of globally successful animation, Kung Fu Panda. Based on this, I expect the successful works with well structured storytelling will be produced in Korea.
메디치 프로그램을 이용한 실리콘 솔라셀의 ARC 두께에 따른 전기적 특성 해석

본 논문에서는 메디치 프로그램을 사용하여 반사방지막(ARC : anti reflectance coating) 두께에 따라 실리콘 솔라셀의 전기적 특성분석을 보여준다. ITO 투명전극으로 이루어지는 ARC를 이용한 실리콘 솔라셀의 메쉬구조를 구축하고 ARC 두께에 따른 특성해석 모델링을 실시하였다. ARC 산화층의 두께가 30 nm, 60 nm. 90 nm일 때 입사 광의 파장에 따른 외부 수집 효율성, 투과율, Isc, Voc, I-V 특성 변화 등을 구하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 60 nm의 반 사방지막 두께에서 최대전력 22 mW/cm2, 0.83의 곡선 인자를 보였다. This paper shows electrical analysis of the silicon solar cell according to the various ARC thickness using Medici program. we built a mesh structure of the solar cell that use ARC consisting of ITO(Indium-Tin-Oxide) transparent electrode, for the Medici modeling. About various oxide layer thickness of the ARC for 30 nm, 60 nm, 90 nm, changes of the I-V curve, Isc, Voc, transmittance and external collection efficiency performed according to wavelength of Incident ray. Simulation results show maximum power 22 mW/cm 2 , fill factor 0.83 in condition of 60 nm ITO thickness.
