        Analysis of Arabidopsis Transcription Factor Families Revealed Extensive Capacity for Cell-to-Cell Movement as Well as Discrete Trafficking Patterns

        In plants, cell-to-cell communication is pivotal for the orchestration of cell fate determination, organ develop-ment, and the integration of whole plant physiology. One of the strategies for intercellular communication uses symplasmic communication channels, called plasmodes-mata (PD). These PD establish unique cytoplasmic chan-nels for the intercellular exchange not only of metabolites and small signaling molecules, but also of regulatory proteins and RNAs to allow for local orchestration of development and physiology. A number of non-cell-autonomous transcrip-tion factors (NCATFs) have been shown to function in the coordination of specific regulatory networks. To further explore the potential of such NCATFs, a genome-wide screen was performed on the transcription factor (TF) families in Arabidopsis. We here report that, among the 76 TFs examined, 22 were shown to move beyond their sites of transcription in the root apex; these NCATFs belonged to 17 TF families, including homeobox, GRAS, and MYB. Expression studies performed on variously-sized mCherry constructs identified a range of PD size exclusion limits within tissues of the root. In addition, our studies showed that actual protein level was an important factor controlling the range of TF intercellular movement. Interestingly, our studies on CAPRICE move-ment revealed tissue-speci-ficity with respect to the mode of intercellular trafficking. These findings are discussed with respect to the regulation between cell-autonomous or non-cell-autonomous action.

        Introduction of a new Supply Chain Finance model, based on China’s Wholesale business

        Wholesale business plays a crucial role in the circulation system of commodities in China, but innumerable wholesalers and merchants are facing financial constraints and therefore are not able to produce or order optimally. It is difficult for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to get financial support from banks with their own credit. Supply chain finance (SCF) approach offers a good solution for this problem. Existing models of SCF are introduced in this paper. Based on the characteristics of wholesale business, a new supply chain finance model is introduced to help wholesalers gain access to bank loans. By introducing wholesale market as a third party, the new model is an innovative application of supply chain finance on wholesale business.

        中国科技型中小企业技术创新模式选择研究

        The environment for the development of small and medium sized enterprises has become increasingly complicated. Some worldwide difficulties such as financing and shortage of talents, which will restrict the long-term development of small and medium sized enterprises, have not been effectively resolved. In particular, during the transformation of development patterns of marketing economy, most of China’s small and medium sized enterprises have faced severe challenges in the ever-increasing expenses for raw material, sites and employees and are urgently required to speed up the transformation and upgrading. They have adversely affected with great pressures and difficulties. With a great number of potential risks and challenges which can be predicted, it is a critical and pressing problem for Chinese government to take measures to help small and medium sized enterprises develop in proper sequences. This article made a study on the obstacle causes for the technical innovations for scientific and technological small and medium sized enterprises. It also analyzed several modes of innovations including contract innovation, project partnership innovation, base cooperation innovation, fund cooperation innovation, and research institution innovations. Then the author made a case study on Suzhou Ribo Life Science Co.,Ltd, Kaimeite Gases Co., LTD, Beijing eGOVA Co,. Ltd sterilizer to further explain this subject. Finally, the article proposed the development prospects for China’s scientific and technological small and medium sized enterprises from both microcosmic and macroscopic aspects. 中国中小企业的发展环境越来越复杂,一些长期制约中小企业发展的世界性难题如融资难,人才短 缺等依旧没有得到有效的解决,特别是在转变市场经济发展模式这场变革中,大部分的中国中小型企 业进一步面临原材料,使用空间,用工等成本不断上升和加快转型升级的严峻形势,收到冲击难以想 象,压力大,难度最高,面对诸多可以遇见和潜在的风险与挑战,中国政府如何帮扶中国中小型企业 有序成长记发展已经成为重大而迫切需要解决的问题。本论文对中国科技型中小企业技术创新的障碍 性因素进行分析后, 合同创新模式, 项目合伙创新模式, 基地合作创新模式, 基金合作创新模 式, 研究机构合作创新模式 等创新模式进行分析,然后以苏州瑞博生物技术有限公司, 湖南凯美特 气体股份有限公司, 北京数字政通科技股份有限公司为案例进一步研究中国科技型中小企业的创新模 式,最后对中国科技型中小企业的发展前景进行了微观和宏观两个层面的建议。

        중국 기업들의 환경경영 역량 개발과 성과 간 관계에 대한 공급사슬관리 전략의 조절 효과

        Our first purpose of this research is to verify whether there is a positive relationship between improving environmental practice and corporate performance or not. In the second stage of our study, we tried to confirm whether implementing collaboration strategy and information sharing strategy of Supply Chain Management practices have positive moderate effect on the relationship respectively. To verify those research questions, we conducted empirical surveys on 187 companies in Shanghai in China. As the results of those surveys, we could verify that improving companies’ environmental management practice affects positively on corporate performance. Moreover, as the further results of moderate regression model analysis, implementing collaboration strategy of SCM has positive moderate effect on the relationship between environmental management practice and corporate performance, while implementing information sharing strategy of SCM does not. These results provide us with a managerial implication that more enhancement in performance can be expected by improving companies’ environmental management practices and implementing collaboration strategy of SCM at the same time.

        품질경영과 4차 산업혁명 전자기술의 연계

        연구목적: 본 연구는 관련 기존 연구에 기초하여 중국 기업의 품질경영의 실행이 기업의 성과에 대하여 정(+)의 영향을 미치는가를 검증하는 것을 첫 번째 연구목적으로 설정하였다. 두 번재로 품질경영의 실행과 기업의 성과 간의 관계에 대하여 인공지능 기술의 적극적 실행과 스마트팩토리 기술의 적극적 실행 정(+)의 조절 효과를 나타내는지를 검증하는 것을 추가적 연구목적으로 하였다. 논문구성/논리: 적용된 변수들의 타당성 및 신뢰성을 검증하고 독립변수를 품질경영의 실행으로 그리고 종속변수를 기업의 성과로 하여 단순 회귀 분석 검증을 수행하였다. 다음 단게에서 인공지능 기술의 실행과 스마트팩토리 기술의 실행을 조절변수로 하여 각각 조절적(위계적) 다중 회귀분석 모형에 의한 검증을 실시하였다. 결과: 최초 모형에서 품질경영의 실행은 기업의 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다음 단계로 인공지능 기술 실행은 품질경영의 실행과 기업의 성과 사이의 관계에 조절효과를 갖지 않았으며 스마트팩토리 기술 실행은 유의한 정(+)의 조절 효과를 보였다. 이와 같은 결과는 성과의 더 나은 개선을 위해서는 품질경영의 실행과 스마트팩토리 기술의 실행이 동시에 진행되는 것이 필요하다는 결과를 제시한다. 독창성/가치: 전통적인 개념인 품질경영의 실행과 4차 산업혁명의 새로운 기술인 인공지능 및 스마트팩토리 기술을 연계시켜 성과와의 관련성을 검토하는 새로운 방향의 연구를 수행하였다는 점과 품질경영의 실행과 스마트팩토리의 동시 실행이 성과 개선에 더 공헌할 수 있다는 시사점을 제공한 점을 들 수 있다. Purpose: Our first goal of this study was to verify whether the quality management practices of Chinese firms positively affect corporate performance by conducting surveys on a sample consisting of 327 companies. Our second goal was to determine if implementing artiificial intelligence(AI) and Smart Factory technologies, the two important technologies in Industry 4.0, had a positive moderating effect on the relationship between quality management practices and corporate performance. Composition/Logic: After checking the statistical validity and reliability of variables used in the first and the second research models to achieve the two goals, we used a simple regression model to verify the relationship between quality management practices and corporate performance. Additionally, we implemented moderate or hierarchical regression models to verify the moderate effect of implementing AI and Smart Factory technologies respectively. Findings: In the first stage of this study, we found the quality management practices positively affected corporate performances. Second, implementing AI technology had a positive moderating effect on the relationship between quality management practices and corporate performance, while Smart Factory technology did not. Originality/Value: This research provides a new direction for studies on quality management practices and Industry 4.0 technologies not prevalent in existing studies by linking the two. We suggest that firms wanting to improve performance need to invest in and to make effort in quality management practices and to implement Smart Factory technology simultaneously.

        중국 제조기업의 제품혁신이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purposes of this study are, in the first stage, to define and conceptualize companies’product innovation effort, corporate performance, customer orientation and supplier participation by checking their validity and reliability, and after that, to examine empirically the causal relationships between product innovation effort and corporate performance. As the second stage of this study, we examined whether there are moderate effects on the relationship by customer orientation and supplier participation respectively. To confirm two models we conducted sample survey for empirical analysis to 182 manufacturing companies in China. The results of our study are as follows: firstly, all 4 constructs are confirmed as valid and reliable ones used in models for empirical studies. Second, product innovation efforts has positive effect on corporate performance. Third, customer orientation shows significant positive moderate effect on relationship between product innovation effort and corporate performance, while supplier participation does not. This implies that customer orientation has synergy effect on product innovation effort of Chinese manufacturing companies in order to improve performance.

        공공기관과 민간기업의 소득격차에 관한 연구

        This paper uses the Heckman model to evaluate the income difference between the public sector and the private sector based on the CHNS data. The research finds that the difference of the public sector versus the private sector between the west area and the east area is about 10% from 1989 to 2000, the transition of the income difference is smooth, that data has made sharp increase to 32% from 2000 to 2011. Considering the income difference between the west area and the central area, the central area and the east area from 1989 to 1997, the data is about 10~15%, from 2000 to 2011 is rocketing time, the data reaches 20%. This paper is very revealing about the income difference of the public sector versus the private sector is increasing year after year, and the economy is developing rapidly but with imbalance among different areas in China. It would provides the reference for adjust the income distribution system in future.

        Industry 4.0 기술과 디지털 SCM 실행방식의 연계: 중국 시장을 중심으로

        This study aims to check whether Digital Supply Chain Management practices has positive effect on company’s performance by using sample consisting of companies in Chinese industry. Furthermore, the authors check if companies’ utilizing either AI related technologies or Big Data analytics have positive moderating or accelerating effect on the relationship between DSCM and the performance. To achieve these goals, the researchers conducted surveys and empirical researches using validity check, reliability analysis, regression model and moderate regression model. Results of further research showed that DSCM practices affects the performance positively in Chinese sample companies. As the further research results, utilizing AI related technologies has positive moderating effect on relationship between DSCM practices and the performance, while utilizing Big Data analytics does in limited range. From these research results a managerial implication that implementing DSCM practices and AI related technologies at the same time gives Chinese companies more improvement in performances due to the synergetic effects between them.
