교육만족도, 교육성취 및 취업지원 참여도, 직무일치가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 교육만족도, 교육성취 및 취업지원 참여도, 직무일치가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 한국고용정보원의 2011년도 대졸자 직업이동 경로조사(2011GOMS1) 자료를 활용하여 중다회귀분석를 실시하였다. 분석결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대졸자들이 대학 재학 중 교육인프라와 교육과정에 만족할수록 취업 후 직무만족도, 직무내적만족도, 직무외적만족도 모두 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 취업지원 프로그램 참여는 직무만족, 직무내적만족에는 영향을 미치는 않지만, 직무외적만족에는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 취업한 직무내용이 교육수준ㆍ기술수준ㆍ전공과 잘 부합할수록 직무만족도, 직무내적만족도, 직무외적만족도 모두 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 결론을 도출하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학은 학생들의 다양한 요구 조사를 통하여 이를 반영하여 양질의 교육인프라를 제공하고 맞춤형 교육과정을 설계할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 대학은 단계별로 체계적으로 능력을 잘 키울 수 있는 다양한 취업프로그램을 지원해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 직무일치도를 높일 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서 개인은 자신의 능력과 맞는 일자리를 찾기 위해 구직활동을 활발하게 하여야 할 것이며, 대학은 학생들에게 지속적으로 직무와 능력에 맞는 맞춤형 취업정보를 제공할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this article is to analyze the effect of educational satisfaction, degree of educational achievement and participation on programs for getting employment, and job match on job satisfaction of college graduated employees. To achieve the research purpose, multiple regression analysis were adapted. 2011GOMS(Graduate Occupational Mobility Survey, 2011) of KEIS(Korea Employment Information Service) were used for the analysis. Based on the above analysis, the results of the study are as follows: Firstly, the more college graduates satisfied educational infra and curriculum of their colleges, the more they satisfied their jobs after employment. Secondly, participation of college graduates on programs for getting employment at colleges affect not on internal satisfaction but on external satisfaction of job. Thirdly, the more the work of employees coincided with level of education and skill and specialty, the more they satisfied their jobs. Based on the above results, the conclusions of the study are as follows: Firstly, universities should provide good educational infra and design custom-made curriculum based on the survey on students' needs. Secondly, universities should provide various and systematic programs for getting employment of their students. Thirdly, job match should be raised for enhancing job satisfaction. Students should search jobs fitting their capability actively, and universities provide custom-made information of employment fitting their graduates capability.
The Zanthoxylum schinifolium seed oil modulates immune function under the biological safety level

Zanthoxylum schinifolium (Z. schinifolium) and the seed oil of Z. schinifolium has been widely used as culinary applications and traditional medicine for epigastric pain in Korea, China, and several Asia nations and the components or extracts of Z. schinifolium have been reported to have pharmaceutical effects such as anti-platelet aggregation, inhibitory activities against monoamine oxidase, antioxidant and anticancer activities, and anti-inflammatory activity. In this study we got the results that 200 mg/kg/day seed oil of Z. schinifolium oral administration for 13 weeks enhances most immune-related cells and is biologically safe. However as B cell population was increased by Z. schinifolium seed oil administration but B cell function was not changed by that, ultimately we deduced that Z. schinifolium seed oil doesn't have the modulation effect about B cell. To evaluate the biological safety of repeated Z. schinifolium seed oil administration the index of biological safety such as CBC, hematological enzymes, and especially histopathological morphologies was measured but no changes related with Z. schinifolium seed oil administration had been shown. Conclusively Z. schinifolium seed oil is one of the safe candidates to modulate immunity.

<P>Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infection is a serious clinical problem worldwide. The aim of the present study was to examine the antimicrobial activity of oxyresveratrol (ORV) against MRSA. The antimicrobial activity of ORV was evaluated against three strains of MRSA and one methicillin-susceptible S. aureus (MSSA) strain using a minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) assay, MTT colorimetric assay, checkerboard dilution test and time-kill assay. The MIC of ORV for all strains was moderate at 125 ?g/ml. Of note, the antimicrobial activity and fractional inhibitory concentration index values of ORV were markedly increased in the presence of a non-growth inhibitory dose of certain antibiotics. Time-kill curves revealed that a combination of ORV with ciprofloxacin or with gentamicin reduced bacterial counts to below the lowest detectable limit after 24 h. These effective combinations may be used as potential antimicrobial regimens for use in the management of MRSA.</P>
Design Considerations of a Lithium Ion Battery Management System (BMS) for the STSAT-3 Satellite

This paper introduces a lithium ion battery management system (BMS) for the STSAT-3 satellite. The specifications of a lithium ion battery unit are proposed to supply power to the satellite and the overall electrical and mechanical designs for a lithium ion battery management system are presented. The structural simulation results will be shown to confirm the behavior of both the BMS and the cells.

N/A Objectives : To clarify the myocardial toxicity of FeSO_4 in cultured rat myocardial cells, toxic effect was measured by MTT assay. Methods : Myocardial cells were incubated for 12hours in the media containing 10~80㎛ concentrations of FeSO_4. And also, the protective effect of Alli Macrostemi Bulbus(AMB) was measured in these cultures. Results : Cell viability was remarkably decreased in a dose- and time-dependent manners when cultured myocardial cells were exposed to 40 ㎛ FeSO_4 for 12hours. In the cytoprotective effect of AMB on FeSO_4-induced cytotoxicity, AMB blocked the FeSO_4-induced myotoxicity in these cultures. Conclusions : From the above results, it is suggested that FeSO_4 is toxic on cultured rat myocardial cells and AMB is effective in the prevention of FeSO_4-induced myocardial toxicity.

Toxicology screening following treatment with astemizole, a histamine receptor antagonist, at oral doses of 0, 10, 30 and 60 ㎎/㎏ was carried out in male cynomolgus monkeys (Macaca fascicularis). No dose-related changes in mortality, clinical signs, body weight changes, food consumption, or urine analysis occurred in any animal compared to the vehicle control. However, the high-dose group showed a decrease in BUN and ALP compared to vehicle control group. In addition, the levels of TG, AST, ALP and CK increased. Although astemizole did not produce significant toxicological changes at any dose tested, we predict that it can cause toxicological changes of the liver and heart based on the changes in the serum parameters related to the heart and liver. The Action Potential Duration (APD) was prolonged in the heart of 60 ㎎/㎏ treatment group compared to the control group. The APD increase in 60 ㎎/㎏ treatment group along the other related changes in toxicological parameters imply that astemizole has major cardiotoxic effects in the cynomolgus monkey. This study is a valuable assessment for predicting the general toxicity and cardiotoxic effects of antihistamine drugs using nonhuman primates.

Lymphadenopathy in the thoracic cavity is frequently caused by inflammatory diseases. In very rare cases, the node-bronchial fistula has been reported to be the cause of complications of pulmonary tuberculosis. A male patient with necrotizing pneumonia and mediastinal lymph node enlargements identified by chest computed tomography was also found to have a node-bronchial fistula caused by lung cancer. The patient was treated for tuberculosis with pneumonia for one week before a definitive diagnosis was made. A further investigation revealed him to have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC, adenocarcinoma) and multiple mediastinal lymphadenopathies accompanied with the node-bronchial fistula. We report this specific case that had been previously treated for tuberculosis but was later revealed to be NSCLC accompanied with a node-bronchial fistula.
