기업문화전략에 대한 사례연구 : 완성차 조립업체를 중심으로

본글은 기업문화전략의 측면에서 완성차 조립업체 3사의 경영합리화 운동에 관한 사례분석을 연구목적으로 한다. 연구방법으로는 문헌연구, 현장조사, 설문조사방법을 병행하고, 심층연구를 위해 업체의 내부자료와 현장견학, 관련자 면담, 현장노동자 면담을 중요하게 취급했다. 연구의 결과, 기업문화전략은 과거 병영적인 권위주의적 통제방식에 익숙해 있던 작업자들에게 상당한 효과를 나타내고 있는 것으로 보인다. 특히, 노사관계의 주체세력인 노동조합에게는 그들의 활동력이 미치지 못하고 있는 사원가족을 대상으로 하는 회사의 각종 프로그램은 노동조합의 조직력과 단체행동력을 이완시키는 주요한 고민거리로 등장하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 관리자의 인간관계활동의 강조, 노조를 배제한 커뮤니케이션과 고충처리제도의 활성화 등은 노동조합의 정체성위기를 가속화시키는 요인으로도 작용하고 있다. 그러나 기업문화전략은 실질적 노동조건의 개선과 연동되지 않고 있어, 앞으로의 효과는 불투명한 것으로 내다보인다.

웹사이트의 평가작업은 결코 쉽지 않은 작업이다. 실무 전문가를 중심으로 많은 사람들이 웹사이트 평가모형에 대한 논의를 지속하고 있으나, 아직 개념체계 조차 검증되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 상황 속에서 이 글은 웹사이트 평가모형을 탐색하기 위한 예비과정으로서 웹사이트 평가에 대한 선행연구의 검토를 통하여 평가모형 구축을 위한 주요 개념들을 적출하고, 그러한 개념들을 중심으로 탐색할 수 있는 평가과정의 단계들을 제시하고자 하였다.

지식경영에 대한 사례연구

본 연구의 목적은 지식경영에 관한 이론담론의 검토를 통해 지식경영의 성공요인을 도출하고 지식경영의 성공사례를 분석하는 것이다. 사례분석은 해빙-변화-재동결이라는 변화관리 과정의 일반모델을 중심으로 지식경영의 성공요인들을 체계적으로 재분류한 것을 분석틀로 삼았다. 연구결과, 지식경영은 단순히 지식관리시스템의 도입만으로는 온전한 성과를 거둘 수 없으며, 조직구조의 변화, 구성원들의 행동양식과 사고방식의 변화 및 조직문화의 변화가 수반되어야 함을 결론내릴 수 있었다. 또 이러한 요인들의 통합적 인식에 기초한 실천을 위해서는 본 연구의 사례분석틀에서 제시된 변화관리 모델에 입각한 지식경영의 도입이 효과적인 것으로 판단된다.

만성 호중구성 백혈병 1례

Chronic neutrophilic leukemia is a very rare myeloproliferative disorder which is characterized by severe sustained mature neutrophilic leukocytosis in peripheral blood (PB), hepatosplenomegaly, elevated leukocyte alkaline phosphatase, serum uric acid. serun viatmin B 12 and the bleeding tendency despite normal platelet count and coagulation time, absence of philadelphia chromosome, and the absence of fever or underlying infection or disease sufficient to mimic a leukemoid reaction. We have experienced a 34-years-old male patient with atypical chronic neutrophilic leukemia. On admission, the leukocyte count was 56,860/uL. severe neutrophic leukocytosis with 76% neutrophils and rare immature forms on PB smear. Many neutrophils had toxic granules, and vacuoloes. Leukocyte alkaline phosphatase score was decreased. The cytogenetic study showed Philadelphia chromosome negative with normal karyotype.

토당귀 종자의 형태적 특성과 발아와 입모율에 대한 저장방법,생장조절제 및 프라이밍 처리 효과

This study was conducted to have basic and applied informations to establish the cultivation method and to improve the cultivation techniques of Angelica gigas Nakai through investigating the rates of germination and seedling establishment with treatment of plant growth regulator and seed priming. The germination rates of round shape seed were about 0.3~12% higher than those of parallel shape. The germination rates with different storage durations were increased at the level of 25oC and 4oC with the storage days, while they were clearly higher at -20oC compared to those at 4oC and 25oC without the storage durations. With the results of germination rates with treating of plant growth regulator and seed priming, their rates with the round shape seeds were comparatively higher about 6% than those with parallel shape seed and they were increased with increasing of the storage durations. The germination rates were generally appeared higher with GA3 than did those with seed priming. The highest germination rate was appeared at 50 ppm GA3 of plant growth regulator and at -0.5 MPa PEG6000 of seed priming. The germination rates?ㅤ ?ㅤ of Angelica gigas were different with different temperature, storage durations and the treatments of plant growth regulator and seed priming. These results could be used according to different cultivating conditions.

The various existing situations like overpopulation, urbanization, industrialization, and heavy traffic volume in the Seoul metropolitan area have led to the air pollution problem, traffic problem, and increase in opportunities of residing underground place. So, recently in Korea, the residents using underground working place have been of great concerns on indoor air pollutants such as HCHO, radon, particulate matter, carbon monoxide. However, the studies on indoor air pollution have been not extensively conducted in Korea. Indoor radon is an odorless, colorless, tasteless, invisible, inert, and naturally occurring radioactive gas. And it has been known as one of the notorious carcinogens. The purpose of this study was to survey the concentration variations of radon in the subway stations located Seoul metropolitan area. Total of 216 subway stations were surveyed by the continuous radon monitors from Mar. 2001 to Jun. 2001. The study showed that average radon levels of concourses in each line were 1.51, 1.45, 1.51, 1.23, 1.28, 1.37, 1.12, 1.28 pCi/L and those of platforms in each line were 2.09, 1.43, 1.37, 1.67, 1.44, 1.54, 1.40, 1.22 pCi/L, respectively. The study results showed that the average radon concentrations were 1.19 pCi/L in outdoor, 1.34 pCi/L in concourse, and 1.52 pCi/L in platform, respectively.

Soft tissue expansion is widely used technique in oral & maxillofacial reconstruction and provide new method of reconstruction in posttraumatic alopecia, post burn, wide scar, congenital deformity, benign tumor, tattoo, etc. Expanded tissue flaps have the advantage of increased vascularity, proximity to the defect, and similarity of color and texture. They also preclude the need to advance flaps from distant sites. Tissue expansion can be used to form a well vascularized cavity to accomodate and nourish bone grafts. <P>Stem cells are unique cell populations with the ability to undergo both self-renewal and differentiation, although a wide variety of adult stem cells as well as embryonic stem cells have been identified and stem cell plasticity has recently been reported. To identify genes implicated in the control of the stem cell state as well as the characteristics of each stem cell line, we analyzed the expression profiles of genes in human embryonic, hematopoietic (CD34+ and CD133+), and mesenchymal stem cells using cDNA microarrays, and identified genes that were differentially expressed in specific stem cell populations. In particular we were able to identify potential hESC signature-like genes that encode transcription factors (TFAP2C and MYCN), an RNA binding protein (IMP-3), and a functionally uncharacterized protein (MAGEA4). The overlapping sets of 22 up-regulated and 141 down-regulated genes identified in this study of three human stem cell types may also provide insight into the developmental mechanisms common to all human stem cells. Furthermore, our comprehensive analyses of gene expression profiles in various adult stem cells may help to identify the genetic pathways involved in self-renewal as well as in multi-lineage specific differentiation.</P>

Clinical assessment and management of auricular arteriovenous malformation: retrospective study

Background: Arteriovenous malformation (AVM) which is a high-blood-flow lesion with connections between arteries and veins without an intervening capillary bed, is difficult to manage. The ear is the second most common site of extracranial AVM. However, studies regarding the management of this condition remain lacking. The purpose of this study was to share managing experiences in our center and to investigate the treatment effect through a retrospective analysis of cases. Methods: Among 265 patients with AVM treated in our vascular anomalies center between January 2008 and January 2021, 10 patients with auricular AVM were included in the study to investigate the lesion distribution, clinical stage, and treatment methods by performing a retrospective evaluation. Results: Among 10 patients, five patients had AVMs distributed in the upper half of the ear, one patient in the lower half of the ear, and four patients in whole ear, respectively. Seven patients had Schobinger stage II, and three had stage III. One patient received surgical treatment only, four patients received sclerotherapy only, and five patients received both surgical treatment and sclerotherapy. The posttreatment status was checked as controlled in two patients, improved in seven patients, persistent in one patient. There were no worsening patients. Conclusion: Auricular AVM is a disease that is difficult to manage by one specific department, thus requiring a collaborative management effort from multidisciplinary team.
