This study is used numerical program to analyze characteristics of fluid and structure in the glove valve which is condition pressure 10㎏f/㎠ and temperature -253℃ for transpotaion of liquid hydrogen. It's used 3-D modeling to ㎠ ℃ analyze cryogenic glove valves, which are 1/4˝, 3/8˝. Numerical study used 3D-modeling make a decision of efficient process of product before producing product in the factory.

This paper is about structural analysis of globe valve for controling cryogenic LNG's flow or stop in normal temperature. The used valve is demanded safety resist inner pressure and temperature variation cause it uses in cryogenic, high pressure surrounding. This study evaluates for safety resist inner pressure and temperature variation by heat transfer analysis in cryogenic surrounding, heat stress analysis in temperature variation and deformation analysis in high pressure.
