        컨테이너 검색기 이송대차 추진용 선형 유도전동기의 2차측 리액션플레이트 재질에 따른 특성 연구

        This paper presents the analysis of the analysis of thrust characteristics of linear induction motors(LIMs) according to secondary reaction plate. LIMs are well known as high speed transport systems, which can obtain thrust directly without gears and links, or auxiliary mechanisms. A simple structure, easy maintenance, and less environmental pollution are advantages of LIMs. In transport systems using LIMs, the secondary reaction plate is an important design factor, because it has considerable impact on the cost of the railway as well as the performance of the LIMs. This paper deals analyzed the characteristics of linear induction motor used for moving the vehicle of container scanner. Thrust, efficiency and load characteristic were interpreted with FEM regarding two models whose material of secondary reaction plate was copper and aluminum. It suggested the interpretation of thrust, efficiency and power factor characteristic along slip and compared the operation ability of linear induction motor through characteristics analysis along the load.

      • 肢體不自由學生의 體育活動實態와 指導改善 方案硏究

        1. The purpose of the study. A number of physically-handicapped students who are in general schools-not schools for defected students often cause inadaptation in the physical activites (or the abilities of sports). The final purpose of this study is to established rational methods of teaching in the physical activities for them after we review the actual conditons and the remarked characteristics of them. For the purpose of this study, 176 persons among the physically-handicapped students who attend 5 Co-Educational-College (University) in Chun Ra Buk Do were selected as the objects of this study. The acquired results throuth the enqueted for Personality Testing and the actual conditions of physical activities for the physically-handicapped students are as followings. 2. The results of the study. 1). The Characteristic of the physically-Handicapped Students is the strong reflectiveness and the strong power of self-control, but non-sociality and non-masculinity. 2). The teaching of physical activities is possible because almost all of them feel no pain in activities. 3). Even the students who have rested themselves or have watched until now try to take part in activities which they can do in fulure, and they desire teacher's positive guiding and encouragement. 4). They have little unsatisfaction with the record but have quite a little unsatisfaction with the exclusion from physical activities. 5). In the types of physical lessons, almost all of the students wish to have lessons in the groups of same events as they hope. 6). The physically-hamdicapped students want the physical activities like ping-pong, archery, swimming, bedminton. shooting. bowling ect, which fit for them in momentum and physical condition, and they want to have these physcal institution.

      • 갈근(葛根)으로부터 분리된 puerarin의 항당뇨 효과

        본 연구에서는 갈근 및 그의 주 이소플라본인 puerarin의 활성을 세포수준에서 분석하였다. 먼저 갈근에 함유된 이소플라본의 양을 분석한 결과, puerarin이 총 이소플라본의 90 % 차지하였다. 다음으로는 puerarin의 항당뇨 활성을 검정한 결과 먼저 탄수화물 및 지방소화효소저해활성에 대해서는 거의 미비한 것으로 나타났으나 인슐린 감수성 및 지방세포의 분화의 유도에 대해서는 농도의존적으로 작용하는 것으로 관찰되었다. 따라서 puerarin은 지방조직내로 포도당의흡수를 촉진함으로서 항당뇨 효능을 발휘하는 것으로 추정된다. In this study we evaluated the anti-diabetic potential of Puerariae Radix and its isoflavone (puerarin) by investigating their inhibitory activities against digestive enzymes, α-amylase, α-glucosidase and lipase and effect on glucose uptake and PPAR γ expression. The activities of carbohydrate digestive enzymes were not inhibited by puerarin. Glucose uptake in differentiated adipocytes was stimulated by puerarin. Furthermore, puerarin enhanced the differentiation of preadipocytes as evaluated by triacylglycerol (TG) accumulation, which is specific for differentiated adipocytes. The effect of puerarin on expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPAR-γ) gene, which is associated with obesity and dyslipidemia, was examined by both real-time PCR and reverse transcriptase PCR. The study demonstrated that puerarin increased the expression of PPAR-γ. In conclusion, puerarin showed potential to exert anti-diabetic action by enhancing cellular glucose uptake and thereby TG accumulation in adipocyte tissue.

        심정지환자에서 epinephrine투여시 혈중 catecholamine의 변화

        Background : Cardiac arrest is a potent stimulus for the release of endogenous catecholamine and high plasma catecholamine concentration has been reported during cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR). Few data were present about the clinical effect of high plasma catecholamine and endogenous catecholamine response to exogenous epinephrine administration during CPR. Purpose : This study was designed to evaluate endogenous catecholamine response to cardiac arrest and exogenously administered epinephrine during CPR. Method : In 21 cardiac arrest victims, blood sample for epinephrine and norepinephrine was drawn before and 1 minute after each epinephrine administration during CPR. 1mg of epinephrine was administered immediately after intravenous access and 3 minute interval during CPR. Plasma catecholamines were quantitated by high-performance liquid chromatography. Result : Baseline plasma epinephrine concentraqtion was higher in patients with cardiac arrest than normal controls (985±1627 vs 194±173 pg/ml, p<0.05). Baseline plasma norepinephrine concentration was also elevated in patients with cardiac arrest than normal controls, although statistically insignificnat(1965±4915 vs 360±250 pg/ml). Plasma epinephrine concentration in cardiac arrest patients was significantly elevated after exogenous administration of epinephrine, but its response was blunted after the third does of epinephrine. Plasma norepinephrine concentration in cardiac arrest patients was also elevated, but its response was observed only after the first epinephrine administration. Plasma epinephrine concentration was persistently higher in patients with return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) than patients without ROSC. there was no significant difference of plasma norepinephrine concentration whether spontaneous circulation was restored or not. Endogenous epinephrine response to exogenous epinephrine was not observed in patients having prolonged arrest time over 20 minutes. Conclusion : Results of this study suggests that significant amount of catecholamine is released by exogenous epinephrine administration in spite of high plasma catecholamine concentration, and degree of endogenous catecholamine response influences resuscitation outcome.

        활성탄을 이용한 낙동강 상수원수의 수처리 효과

        상수원수를 보다 효과적으로 처리함으로서 양질의 수돗물을 공급하기 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 낙동강 상수원수를 대상으로 활성탄처리에 의한 공탐체류시간 및 활성탄 여층 깊이에 따른 수처리 효율과 생물활성탄으로서의 이용 가능성을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 공탑체류시간(EBCT)에 따른 수처리 효율은 EBCT가 증가할수록 증가되었으나 운전시간이 경과함에 따라 활성탄 흡착능력은 감소되어 처리효율도 서서히 감소하였다. 활성탄 여층깊이에 따른 pH 변화는 활성탄 층 깊이에 따라 거의 없었으며, D0는 활성탄 층 깊이가 깊을수록 서서히 감소하였다. KMnO^4 소비량, UV254 흡광물질 DOC 및 THMFP 처리효율은 활성만 표층으로부터 하부로 내려갈수록 증가하였으며, 운전시간이 경과할수록 활성탄 상층부에 형성되어 있던 흡착대파 하부로 이동하였다. DOC의 상당 부분이 활성탄여과지에 서식하는 미생물 작용에 의해 분해 제거되는 것으로 나타났으며, 운전개시 126일 후의 BAC에서 활성탄 표층으로 부터깊이 20 cm 부근에 미생물이 1.1*10^7 cell/cm^3 이상 존재하는 것으로 관찰되어 생물활성탄 조건을 만족시키고 있었다. This study was carried out to evaluate the pollutant removal efficiencies of the advanced drinking water treatment using mated carbon process. For raw water, Nakdong river was used. From the activated carbon adsorption experiment, the following results were obtained. The efficiency of water treatment enhanced with increase in empty bed contact time. Variation of pH was not detected to the bed depth, but DO content gradually decreased with the bed depth, Removal efficiency of KMnO₄ consumption, UV254 absorption, DOC and THMFP also were increased by increasing in the bed depth. Transition of adsorption zone from upper parts of the bed to the lower parts were detected as treatment periods increased. Large portion of DOCs were degraded and removed by the microbes growing on the surface of activated carbons. Cell numbers of microbes were estimated over 1.1 × 10 exp(7) cell/㎤ at the depth of 20 ㎝ from the surface 126 days after starting operation. The results shown that the activated carbon filter was successfully acted as a biofilm filter.

      • 석골재자원 개발을 위한 균열제어 발파모델 연구

        본 연구에서는 석골재 자원개발에서 널리 사용되고 있는 발파 조건을 고려하여 암반의 변형 및 파괴거동에 대한 특성을 규명하기 위한 컴퓨터 모델링을 시도하였다. 현재까지 이루어진 몇몇 연구들은, 발파에 의한 암반의 거동을 실제 동하중이 적용되고 있는 상태와는 달리 정적 상태 하의 조건에서 주로 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 실제 발파 거동은 동적 거동을보이므로 동역학적 해석을 하지 않을 경우 많은 오차를 포함한 상태하의 개괄적인 특성의 추정에 그칠 수밖에 없는 단점을 지니고 있었다. 본 연구에서는 동하중 하에서의 탄소성 해석을 실시하여 채석시 발파 하중에 대한 암반의 하중 반응, 탄성 및 소성 변형의 발생 특성, 그리고 이로 인한 발파 균열의 성장 전파 특성을 규명함으로써 발파로 인한 균열의 능동적 제어와 보다 효율적인 발파가 이루어 질 수 있는 조건들을 규명하고자 하였다. 해석 결과 일반 발파공의 경우에서 탄성 모델의 경우 공반경의 약 3배인 6cm까지 집중된 응력의 크기가 파괴강도를 초과하는 것으로 나타났으며, 탄소성 모델의 경우 균열의 전파 거리는 공반경의 15배인 30cm까지 균열이 확장되었다. 또한 폭 5mm 길이 20mm의 노치가 가공된 발파공의 경우 공반경의 25배인 50cm까지 균열이 진전되었으며, 균열의 방향은 노치 첨단의 방향으로 생성되는 것을 알 수 있다. 노치의 폭과 길이에 의한 영향은, 폭은 10mm이하일 경우가 적합하다고 판단되며, 길이는 균열의 성장 길이에 비례하는 경향이 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. Conditions for developing an effective controlled blast model were studied using finite element method, analyzing elastic and elasto-plastic case under static and dynamic load for normal blast hole and notched blast hole. Results show that from the elastic analysis of normal blast hole with 2 cm radius, stress concentrated by blasting exceeds tensile strength for the region up to 6 cm from hole wall and in case of elasto-plastic analysis, it was expanded up to 30 cm. For the notched blast hole with its width of 5mm and length 20mm, crack due to blasting was propagated up to 50 cm.

      • 家蠶에 寄生하는 새로운 Microsporidia(Nosema sp.)에 關한 硏究

        This experiment was conducted to make a fundamental study on the new microsporidia (Nosema sp) isolated from mother moths of the silkworm, Bombyx mori L. in the process of the mother moth inspection in the Kyung Pook Province, Korea. The obtained results are as the following. 1. The results of survey on the 12 areas through the insfection of mother moths revealed that the 11 areas were contaminated with the new microsporidia. 2. The average size of the new microsporidia spores is 4.5+0.05 in length and 2.0±0.03 in width. 3. The staining property of the new microsporidian spores with Giemsa's stain and Safranin-O stain showed the same as that of Nosema bombycis spores. 4. In the histopathological observation, the susceptible tissues or organs were disclosed to be verified such as muscle, trachea, silkgldnd, fat body, and the basement membrane of the mid-gut. 5. In the pathogenecity of the new microsporidia isolated from Korea and Japan, the ID_50 of the new microsporidia from Korea and Japan in second instar larvae of silkworm were 2.7×10/ml, 2.6×10ml, respectively.

      • 微生物的 防除에 있어서 日光에 露出된 흰불나방 核多角體病 Virus의 病原性에 關한 硏究

        In order to clarify pathogencities of the nuclear polyhedrosis virus of the Fall Webworm, Hypantria cunea, exposed to sunlight bioassay had been experimented in various concentrations and periods with H. cunea NPV Smeared with egg albumin-charcoal mixture on the surface and back-side of foliage. The results were obtained as follows 1N-HCl or carnoy's fluid pretreatment improved Staining properties of inclusion bodies. The polyhedron were triangular and tetragonal in shape and about 2.0u in size, and virus particles consisting of 2∼12 rods in a bundle were rod-shaped of about 330×35mu in size. The site of infection were in the nucleus of the hypodrmis, fat body, muscle, blood cell, trachea, mid gut cell. Compared with pathogenecity in same concentration of H. Cunea NPV, exposed to sunlight from 1 to 7 days in two days interval, the longer the period sunlight exposure was, the lower pathogenecity. Inoculation of the H. Cunea NPV smeared with egg albumin-charocoal mixture on the back-side of foliage showed the highest pathogenecity in treatments. LD_50 Values were 8.3days in short period and 12.4days in long period.

The subject Was 580 Compatriats inhabiting yongil-city Gilim-Sung in China. These results Were as follows; 1. The subjects regardless of Sex distinction and jobs had highly recognized the need of physical education in everyday life. 2. In the effect of physical activity; The man regardless of jobs responsed most highly to the item of health promotion. The female of independent enterprise responsed most highly to the items of health promotion, removal of stress and understanding of interrelationship, and others showed the similar trend to man. 3. The time zone of phtsical activity was dispersed in the laborer of man and others except this most highly responsed to item of "before breakfast". 4. In the event taking pleasure in looking, the female farmer most highly responsed to badminton, and others to football.
