        우리나라 주택의 외관형태의 다양성에 관한 연구 : 1980년대 이후 건축가가 설계한 주택을 중심으로

        The purposes of this study are to analyse the varieties of external shapes of detached houses in Korea after 1980s and to arrange the characteristics of those. For these purposes, 152 houses designed by architects have been selected. And the general form, the relationship of external form factors, the intermediate spaces in each form, the arrangement of internal spaces, especially livingroom and master bed room, and the roof styles of those were analysed by typological method. The results of analysis are as follows; Firstly, the general form of houses in Korea after 1980s is ㄱ-shape. Secondly, the external forms of houses are composed with complex form factors, and these form factors are annexed, adjoined, and crossed at right angles. Thirdly, the separated form factors are connected with hallway or staircase. Fourthly, the arrangement of a living room and a master bed room are identified by adjoined each other on the first floor. Fifthly, the representative roof style of architect-designed houses in Korea is even roof.

      • 이황화탄소 폭로가 혈압과 콜레스테롤치에 미치는 영향

        To study the effects of exposure to carbon disulfide on blood pressure and serum cholesterol level, we gathered the informations from file of the periodic health examination for occupational disease, the periodic health examination for general disease and medical records in, Wonjin factory clinic. The study subjects were 266 workers who had worked in spinning department as exposure group, and 207 male office workers and 59 female office workers as non-exposure group. The results are as follows; 1. The slope coefficients of systolic blood pressure(as dependent variable) and age and exposure duration(as independent variable) were 0.013 and 0.066 respectively in exposure group. And the slope coefficients of diastolic blood pressure(as dependent variable) and age and expoure duration(as independent variable) mere 0.010 and 0.051 respectively in expoure group. 2. The slope coefficients of systolic blood pressure(as dependent variable) and age and tenure duration(as independent variable) were 0.019 and 0.009 respectively in male unexposure group, and were 0.032 and 0.018 respectively in female unexposure group. And the slope coefficients of diastolic blood pressure(as dependent variable) and age and tenure duration(as independent variable) were 0.016 and 0.009 respectively in male unexposure group, and were 0.019 and 0.033 respectively in female unexposure group. 3. The slope coefficient of exposure duration was greater than that of age in exposure group and that of age was greater than that of tenure duration in male unexposure group. 4.There was no significant difference of blood pressure between the exposure and non-exposure group. 5.The slope coefficients of Serum cholesterol(as dependent variable) and age and exposure duration(as independent variable) were 0.03 and 0.035 respectively in exposure group. The slope coefficients of serum cholesterol(as dependent variable) and age and tenure duration(as independent variable) were 0.102 and -0.012 respectively in male unexposure group. And the slope coefficients was very low in female unexposure group. 6. The slope coefficient of exposure duration was similar to that of age in exposure group, and only age was positively related to serum cholesterol in male unexposure group.

        Current information society requires effective ways to process multimedia data like image, audio, video and so on, Many public of private information providers gather, store multimedia information and supply a different kind of multimedia data to users in everywhere. Most of users nowadays access multimedia data via internet. Audio and video data are usually transmitted to users by using streaming technology for instant replay. In this paper, we investigate database design techniques for effective retrieval of video segment and replay method of retrieved videos, Especially we shows the design and implementation technique for closed captioning of streaming file.

      • 경화방법에 따른 아크릴 레진 표면의 물리적 성질에 관한 연구

        Two principal techniques have been used in relining dentures: the direct intraoral application of acrylic resin and the indirect method which use heat cured acrylic resin. In this study, to observe the physical properties of acrylic resin surfaces by curing procedure in indirect methods which used heat cured acrylic resin and self cured ??erylic resin. The results were as follows: 1. In two types of resin, the surface hardness of heat cured specimen higher than self cured specimen. 2. In two of resin, there was difference in the surface roughness. 3. In two types of resin, the surface porosity of self cured specimen more larger and number than heat cured specimen.

      • Cu₂Se 박막 태양전지에 관한 연구

        진공증착법으로 운모판 위에 Cu₂Se를 증착시켰다. Cu₂Se박막은 낮은 비저항을 갖는 p-형 반도체로 -225℃에서 초전도성을 보였다. -210 ~ 80℃ 사이에서 이동도와 Hall계수는 각각 ?? Ωm³/Wb이었다. Cu₂Se 박막을 태양전지의 window 물질로 사용하기 위하여 ZnS(n-형)위에 Cu₂Se를 증착시켰다. 본 실험에서 제작된 접합의 전기적, 광전 특성은 주로 window 물질에 의해 결정되었으며, 최대 변환 계수는 9.5%이었다. Cu₂Se thin films were deposited on micaplate substrate by vacuum evaporating methode. The films showed a low resistivity p-type conduction and superconductivity at -225℃. Hole mobility and Hall coefficient measurements performed on films prepared on substrates at -210 ~ 80℃ gave values of ?? and ?? Ωm³/Wb respectively. In order to employ the Cu₂Se films as a window material in solar cells, the film was deposited on ZnS(n-type). The electric and photovoltaic properties of the junction were mainly determined by the corresponding properties of the window material. A maximum conversion efficiency of 9.5% was obtained.

      • Si 웨이퍼 내의 깊은 준위 분포 특성 파악에 관한 연구

        Distributions of deep levels are studied in the n-type Si wafer which are introduced during fabrication with e-beam deposition by using DLTS technique. Test is carried out on the Schottky diode. Metalization of the diode is done by e-beam deposition before of after electron irradiation. Deep levels of the defects are measured by using various metal such as Pd/Au, Au, Pd, Ti, Mo and Hf, and by changing the annealing temperature. It is approved that some defects are introduced in the neighbor of interface of silicon and metal by e-beam deposition, and main defect of them is E(0.42) level. In the resuts, two types of the deep level are observed ; one type is that is independent of electron irradiation, for example, E(0.42) level which is observed near the interface ; another type is that is observed only in the diode deposited by e-beam after electron irradiation, for example, E(0.18) level and so on which are observed farther from the interface. It may be the reason that interaction is presented between defects from Pd, at least, and prior defects.

      • (±)-6a, 7-Dihydro-1-hydroxy-6, 6-dimethyl-3-pentyl-6H-dibenzo [b,d] pyran-9(8H)-one의 염소화 반응에 관한 연구

        (±)-6a, Dihydro-1-hydroxy-6, 6-dimethyl-3-pentyl-6H-dibenzo[b,d] pyran-9[8H]-one의 염소화 반응은 metal halide와 함께 18-crown-6존재하에m-chloroperbenzoic acid에 의해 산화반응이 일어났다. 이 반응계에서는 염소화 반응이 방향족 고리에만 선택적으로 일어났다. (±)-6a, 7-Dihydro-1-hydroxy-6, 6-dimethyl-3-pentyl-6H-dibenzo [b, d]pyran-9(8H)-one has been chlorinated in the aromatic ring with metal halide in the presence of 18-crown-6 on oxidation with m-chloroperbenzoic acid. This reagent system effects the regiospecific chlorination of activated aromatic ring over olefinic double bond.

      • 인삼이 말초신경 장애성 통증에 미치는 영향과 그 기전에 관한 연구

        The aim of the present study was to investigate the antinociceptive effects of ginseng extracts on neuropathic pain evoked by peripheral nerve injury in rats, according to the method of Bennett and Xie. Chronic constrictive nerve injury to sciatic evoked markedly allodynia, which was determined by withdrawal time and ratio to the innocuous mechanical, chemical and cold stimuli (5oC) applied to the hind paw. Total saponons of ginseng extract(100mg/kg) inhibited allodynia to the stimuli applied but higher dose of saponins had no effect. Among the saponin extract, protopanaxadiol saponins(PT) was found to be the effective component for the antinociceptive action of ginseng extracts on neuropathic pain. On the other hand the prototopanaxatriol saponins (PD) had no effect on neuropathic pain. MK-801(1.6mg/kg) and IA-966(0.1mM/kg) enhanced the antinociceptive effect of PT on chemical and cold allodynia. MK-801 and HA-966 enhanced, transiently, the effect of PT on chemical and cold allodynia. Apomorphine(4mg/kg) inhibited all the mechanical, chemical, and cold allodynias in the neuropathic animal that was reversed by the first day of PT administration, but returned to the inhibited state on the second day of PT administration. Serotonin(60mg/kg) enhanced transiently the antinociceptive effect of PT on allodynia to mechanical and chemical stimuli, but showed prolonged effect on the allodynia to cold stimuli. PT enhanced transiently the antinociceptive effects of the TEA(10mM) on allodynia to mechanical and chemical stimuli, but the enhanced effect on cold allodynia was maintained. From these results it is concluded that total saponin extracts of ginseng has antinociceptive effects on the allodynia to mechanical, chemical and cold stimuli in the neuropathic pain animal, and among the ginseng extract PT is the effective component, and that the mechanism of the antinociceptive effects of PT is not simple.
