인공지능 및 ICT 센서융합 기술 기반의 위험상황 감지 예비연구 : 생리학적 신호의 특징점 추정 모델 제안

본 논문은 위험상황을 감지하는 예비연구로써 자동 감정 감지 기술 (Automated emotion recognition, 이하 AEE)을 실생활에 적용하기 위해 손목에서 측정되는 생리학적 신호를 이용하여 특징점이 뚜렷한 손가락 끝 신호를 예측하는 특징점 추정 모델을 제안한다. AEE는 다양한 분야에서 고객의 감정적인 요구를 판단할 수 있는 기술로 위급한 감정을 인식하여 위험상황을 인식할 수 있다. 그러나 기존의 AEE 연구는 대부분 손가락 끝에서 획득되는 생리학적 데이터를 활용하고 있어 실생활에 적용이 어렵다. 이를 극복하고자 손목착용형 장치에서 획득되는 생리학적 신호를 이용하여 감정분류 정확도가 높은 손가락 끝의 생리학적 신호로 예측하는 특징점 추정 모델을 제안한다. LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory)을 활용한 Sequence 예측 기법을 적용하였으며 그 결과 nRMSE는 2.31%로 산출되었다.

Background/Aims: The Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS) is a rare condition defined as obstruction of hepatic venous outflow. It is a clinically challenging disorder, but recent development in treatment strategies makes it possible for clinicians to manage such patients successfully. We evaluated the clinical safety and feasibility of anticoagulation using oral warfarin for Budd-Chiari syndrome. Methods: Between February 1998 and March 2013, a total of 21 consecutive patients were diagnosed with BCS in Pusan national university hospital. Results: The average age of the cases was 54.9 years (ranging from 35 to 76 years). Of 21 patients, 10 were male, and other 11 were female. Etiologies were membranous obstruction in 13 cases, protein C/S deficiencies in 5 cases, antiphospholipid syndrome in 2 cases, and antithrombin III deficiency in 1 case. Major symptoms or signs were esophageal varices in 10 cases, gastric varices in 8 cases, ascites in 6 cases, lower extremity edema in 5 cases, collaterals of superficial veins in 5 cases, gastrointestinal bleeding in 4 cases, abdominal pain in 2 cases, and jaundice in 2 cases. Of 21 patients, 9 patients were treated with percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and oral anticoagulation with coumardin and 7 patients were treated with oral anticoagulation only. Coumadin was administered orally at 2.5mg/ d for approximately 39.7 months (ranging from 1 to 96 months). A median follow-up period was 48.8 months (ranging from 7 to 97 months). For 15 patients treated with warfarin, 13 (86.6%) experienced symptom improvement and 10 (71.4%) were identified as complete resolution, 1 (7.1%) as partial reso lution by follow-up radiography. There was no adverse event with warfarin treatment. Conclusions: The use of warfarin for anticoagulation proved to be simple, safe, and feasible for BCS patients.
초고층건물의 건설이 경기변동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Correlation between economic recession and skyscraper construction was revealed by Andrew Lawrence in 1999 : investments in skyscrapers peak when cyclical growth is exhausted and the economy is ready for recession. Moreover, there are some negative viewpoints on large-scale urban development project such as skyscrapers and large complexes : Skyscraper Curse, a myth about building a company’s headquarters, and etc.. This study focuses on empirical analysis about correlation between skyscraper construction projects and urban economies, using Vector Error Correction Model with 2 endogenous and 2 exogenous variables focused in Seoul. On the estimated model, we performed Impulse-Response Analysis and Various Decomposition Analysis. As a result, we can find a significant correlation between constructing skyscrapers and regional economies. According to the empirical analysis, differenced GFA(gross floor area) of skyscrapers causes a negative effect to differenced GRDP temporarily. This study results are expected to be helpful tips not only for forecasting economic crisis but also for making important decisions whether investing the huge development project or not.

<P>The direct amination of C-H bonds with ammonia is a challenge in synthetic chemistry. Herein, we present a copper-mediated approach that enables a chelation-assisted aromatic C-H bond amination using aqueous ammonia. A key strategy was to use soft low-valent Cu(I) species to avoid the strong coordination of ammonia. Mechanistic investigations suggest that the catalysis is initiated by a facile deprotonation of bound ammonia, and the C-N coupling is achieved by subsequent reductive elimination of the resultant copper-amido intermediate from a Cu(III) intermediate that is readily generated by disproportionation of low-valent copper analogues. This mechanistic postulate was supported by a preliminary kinetic isotope effect study and computations. This new chelation-assisted, copper-mediated C-H bond amination with aqueous ammonia was successfully applied to a broad range of substrates to deliver primary anilines. Moreover, the mild conditions required for this transformation allowed the reaction to operate even under substoichiometric conditions to enable a late-stage application for the preparation of pharmaceutical agents.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

Production technology, which is categorized into molding, casting, welding, heat treatment, surface treatment and plastic working, has influence on the foundation of Koreas main export industries. However, as production technology is mostly acquired and transferred through field experience, production technology is hard to standardize. On the other hand, it has a great ripple effect on the whole manufacturing industry because of developed production technology for some product is too easy to transfer. Therefore, this paper aims to suggest a web-based knowledge sharing platform for production technology knowledge sharing and diffusion, discuss effect and existing state of loaded technology focus on automobile and mobile industry.
