Polymorphous Low-Grade Adenocarcinoma in the Nasopharynx: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

Polymorphous low-grade adenocarcinoma (PLGA) is a neoplasm that usually occurs in theminor salivary glands located in the mucosa of the soft and hard palates, the buccal mucosa,and the upper lip. It rarely occurs in the nasopharynx, and only six cases have been reported. PLGA can be treated by wide local excision and requires no additional treatment if a negativemargin is identified in frozen biopsy. Here we describe a case of PLGA originating in the nasopharyngealmucosa. We were able to completely resect the tumor using simple endoscopicsurgery rather than using an open approach, such as a transpalatal resection. Our patient hadno local recurrence or distant metastasis at the 24-month follow-up.

The concept of public design began in earnest in Korea after the "Act on the Promotion of Public Design" was established in 2016. Previously, the concept of design was used as a means of supporting the industry. The reason why public design was created is to meet the social needs in which design is used to solve social problems and form public values, not to support the revival of industries. Public design is aimed at various citizens, not consumers. From this point of view, until now, awareness of public design has been conducted in a simple survey method. In this study, the purpose of this study is to investigate, analyze, and present the perception of public design using text mining techniques based on big data analysis in order to more objectively analyze the perception of public design. The scope of this study is selected as the part of the basic status and concepts of public design since 2016 when the Public Design Act was implemented. As a research method, it analyzes how the perception of public design has changed through literature review on public design, and analyzes and investigates users' perception of public design through text mining through social network services. Finally, based on these analysis results, the user's perception of public design is grasped. First of all, public design attempts to expand its area and perception through external activities such as contests and events. Second, public design is recognized as a way to solve social problems and improve public values. Third, it can be seen that public design is mainly implemented by the government, but the beneficiary is the general public. First, public design can be used as a means to implement various ideas, not just facilities. Second, public design is centered on people, not on the physical environment. Third, public design can be expanded to various fields. Fourth, it is expanding in a way that beneficiaries directly participate. Through this, public design should have scalability in various ways for future development.

The angiomyoma or vascular leiomyoma is an uncommon type of leiomyoma composed of smooth muscle cells and vascular endothelium. The tumor occurs mostly in the lower extremities as a slowly growing, firm and mobile mass, occasionally accompanied by pain. There are few cases of auricular angiomyoma reported in the literature; however, recently, we experienced a case of a 18- year-old man with protruding auricular mass. We performed a surgical excision and the final pathological result confirmed to angiomyoma. We report this case with a review of the related literatures. 고조파 억압 이중모드 대역통과 여파기를 이용한 2.45 GHz 고효율 렉테나 설계

본 논문에서는 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나와 2차 및 3차 고조파가 억압된 이중모드 대역통과 여파기를 이용하여 고효율의 2.45 GHz 렉테나를 설계 및 제작하였다. 입사전력밀도가 0.3 mW/cm2 일 때 1.66 mW 의 전력을 수신하였고, 41.6%의 RF-to-DC 변환효율의 실험 결과를 얻었다. 이는 입사 전력이 작기 때문에 다른 논문의 결과와 비교하여 고효율이라고 볼 수 있다. 또한 무선전력 전송을 통하여 다양한 응용기술 개발에 활용이 가능할 것으로 예측되며, USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)용 저전력 소자의 대기전원 공급 및 MEMS용 Sensor 등의 구동전압공급을 위한 무선 전력전송이 가능하게 될 것으로 기대된다. In this paper, a high efficiency 2.45 GHz rectenna with a microstrip patch antenna and a dual-mode band-pass filter in which the 2nd and 3rd harmonics are suppressed, is presented. From the experimental results, the 2.45GHz rectenna using 3rd harmonic suppressed dual-mode BPF shows the conversion efficiency of 41.6% with incident power density of 0.3 mW/cm2 and the received power of 1.66 mW. This result shows high conversion efficiency because the received power of this rectenna is lower than other rectennas to be compared with. This rectenna can be applied to the WPT (Wireless Power Transmission) field for energy harvesting. Also, it is expected to be used to provide the stand-by power for the low power devices for USN, and wireless power transfer in sensor application of MEMS devices.

(Background and Purpose) As the times change, various methods to solve social problems are underway around the world. In order to solve problems in the public domain such as human rights as well as the environment, various topics were presented in the international community and activities were started. Since there is a limit to simply implementing it in state agencies to solve public problems, various collaborations with the private sector are required. The purpose of this study is to interpret various changes in our society for the expansion of public design, understand the meaning relationship of the results, and make basic data to set the direction for future expansion. (Method) Through literature research, we examine how cooperative projects led by the private sector are related to public design. Through this, detailed keywords are derived and the contents of public projects implemented in the private sector are analyzed. For empirical analysis, text mining is conducted on various elements of projects executed for the public sector in the private sector using big data on the Internet. The method of collecting and refining unstructured data distributed on the portal platform is applied. For the analysis of the derived big data, keyword frequency analysis, TF-IDF, network analysis, and cluster analysis are performed and visualized using analysis tools of Textom and Ucinet. (Results) The top 100 related keywords were extracted through frequency analysis, and keywords centered on companies and public designs such as management, corporate, public design, society, and design were derived as the main keywords. Through TF-IDF analysis, it was confirmed that the keywords of management, company, and public design were located at the top, and the contents of public design were related to corporate management activities. Through cluster analysis, it was confirmed that corporate management activities were expanding to various methods, and through keywords such as public design, society, and management, public design was applied to apply elements of management to society. (Conclusions) Activities implemented in the private sector and in the public sector lead to activities consistent with the value of public design. It was possible to derive the results of the expansion of corporate activities for the purpose of improving publicity rather than implementing projects in the public domain only to pursue profits. In addition, it was confirmed that public design can be used as a method of projects implemented in the private sector through the results derived from society, environment, sharing, social contribution, and practice. The possibility of applying the study was confirmed by expanding the published linguistic data, and the possibility of future expansion of public design was confirmed through the derived results.

서울 전농동부군당의 향방

이 글은 서울시 동대문구 전농동부군당의 현재 모습을 바탕으로 전농동부군당의 무신도봉안 양상 및 실존인물 조반의 부군신령화 등 몇 가지 특징을 살펴본 글이다. 현재 전농동부군당에는 11점의 무신도가 봉안되어 있는데 무신도의 도상과 이름을 바탕으로 하여 두 유형으로 구분하여 의미를 살폈다. 무신도의 한 유형은 전형적인 무속의 신령들을 봉안한 것으로 이는 전농동부군당이 마을당이기 때문이다. 또 다른 한 유형은 조선시대 국왕의 거둥 행차를 그림으로 그린 것이다. 행차의 앞과 뒤에 따르는 여러 행렬의 모습을 그린 것으로 처음에는 부군당의 배경 역할을 하다가 어느 순간 무신도로 받들어지게 된 것으로 보았다. 또한 전농동부군당에는 조반(趙胖)이 부군신령으로 봉안되어 있다. 전농동에 전농시(典農寺)가 있어 국왕의 농사 행사를 감당했고, 이러한 성격이 조선시대 토지 개혁과 관련이 있는 조반을 부군신령으로 모셨다고 보았다. 현재 전농동부군당은 공원으로 꾸며져 있다. 부군당보존회가 있어서 모든 제의를 맡고 있어 새로운 마을신앙 모델이 될 수 있다고 보았다. This article has taken a look at a few characteristics on the basis of the present appearance of Jeonnong-dong Bugundang in Dongdaemun-gu. Currently, Jeonnong-dong Bugundang has 11 pieces of Musindo enshrined and, on the basis of the drawing and name of Musindo, it is classified for two types to take a look at the implication. A type of Musindo is to enshrine the local gods of traditional shamanism as it is attributable to the fact that Jeonnong-dong Bugundang is the village shrine. Another type was to paint the march of the king during the Joseon Era in painting. It is the drawing of appearance for several marches leading in the front and following in the back for the march that it was shown at first to support Musindo in certain moment after engaging in the role of background of Bugundang. In addition, Jeonnong-dong Bugundang has Joban enshrined as Bugunsinryeong. Jeonnong-dong has an administrative office of Jeonnongsi to engage in the agricultural events for the king and this type of characteristics are considered as enshrined Joban as the Bugunsinryeong pertinent to the land reformation of the Joseon Era. The current Jeonnong-dong Bugundang is built for a park. The Bugundang Conservation Society undertakes all propositions to be considered as the model for new village faith.

황해도굿의 무가

이 글은 황해도 무가의 가창방식인 만세받이 무가를 살펴본 글이다. 먼저 그동안 이루어진 황해도무가의 채록상황과 연구성과를 검토하여, 황해도 무가의 연구가 많이 이루어지지 않았음을 지적했다. 다음으로 황해도무가의 가창방식을 만세받이와 타령, 놀이무가로 나누어 살폈고, 특히 만세받이 무가를 만세받이, 긴만세받이, 자진 만세받이로 나누어 양상을 제시했다. 만세받이 무가는 서두→ 청신→ 기원의 3단 구성이다. 시간과 장소에 대한 언급을 서두 부분에 포함시킨다면 만세받이 무가는 전형적인 청신무가로 청신과 기원으로 구성된다. 만세받이 무가 구송 후 무당은 곧장 신을 몸에 실어 굿을 진행한다. 다양한 공수가 이어지고, 빠른 장단에 맞추어 연풍을 돌며 신을 놀린다. 여러 무복을 갈아입으며 다양한 신격을 불러 모시고 재가집에게 연이어 공수가 내린다. 타령이 이어지고 굿거리에 따라서는 다양한 굿놀이가 연행된다. 황해도 만세받이 무가는 오신과 공수를 주기 위한 사전 준비단계의 의미를 가진다. 황해도 굿음악 중 장단의 정형성을 가진 것이 만세받이 장단임을 고려하면, 만세받이 무가는 청신의 의미만을 가질 뿐 굿 전체에서 차지하는 비중은 약하다. 따라서 황해도 지역에 서사무가가 발달하지 않은 근거는 만세받이 무가에 있다고 할 수 있다. 말로 된 무가는 청신의 기능만을 수행하고 신의 여러 행동은 주로 춤과 놀이, 타령으로 보여주기 때문에 신의 유래에 대한 긴 내용을 굳이 말로 나타낼 필요가 없기 때문이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the Shamanic-songs in Hwanghawgut. The following are the detailed problems and the finding of the study. I indicated the Shamanic-song in Hwanghawdo had not been studied well after examining the result of research and recording situation of the Shamanic-songs in Hwanghawgut that had done all the while. Next, I calssified the Shamanic-songs in Hwanghawgut into mansebagi, taryung and gut nori and suggested the aspects that mansebagi is divided as gin-masebagi, zazzin mansebagi. The mansebagi consists of calling god and the invocation as a the 3 stages typical shamanic song making up of the opening, calling the god and invocation. After singing the mansebagi shamanic song, a shaman goes forward with gut having her god instantly. The diverse gong-su were continued and a shaman makes the god move and play and turn around yeon-poong to fast piping. Changing shamanic costumes shaman calls, summons various divinity and gives gong-su to zaegazib continuously. Taryung is continued and the various gut nori comes along according to gut geori. The Shamanic-songs in Hwanghawgut means a preparatory stage in order to give the gong-su and giving play to god. It was a mansebagi why shaman epic didn't developed in Hawanghae province area. It is not necessary that explains the long details of origin about god, because many actions of god shows dance, play, taryung.
