        This study is a basic study for the public service design policy of Daejeon Metropolitan City through consumer-centered public service innovation through public service design. Public service design presents a new perspective on the needs of users and a series of methods to meet them. Moreover, service design is expected to be able to promote administrative reform by clearly showing problems and creating practical solutions. It proposes the basic direction of Daejeon Metropolitan Citys public service design policy to improve the quality of life of Daejeon citizens through consumer-centered public service innovation through public service design initiated by the private sector. In terms of public service design in Daejeon, it aims to find a sustainable public service design methodology through the example of Tashu, a public bicycle, and Seonhwa-dong Good Street Regional Specialized Products, a regional-based public service design. The public service design that Daejeon City can aim for is to establish an integrated citizen-centered administrative service from the perspective of administrative goals, organizational goals, and work goals in order to create a happy Daejeon that communicates with citizens. It is appropriate to take a step-by-step approach for the promotion of public service design in Daejeon, and it is necessary to spread to practical performance creation based on success experience.

        This study aims to analyze the effects of color contrast with adjacent colors on architectural formation according to time and various perspectives of palace architecture. The subjects of analysis include Geunjeongjeon, Sajeongjeon and Gangryeongjeon of Gyeongbok Palace. While approaching them from the farthest point, the dominant colors of the motif and members of the framework were measured to determine the presence of any noticeable contrasting color scheme, and the relationship between the color contrast and the architectural form was then analyzed. The following results were ascertained from the study: First, the color contrast of the palace embodies the formative language of an infinite dimension according to time and space. More specifically, although the palace produces a simple monochrome architecture image from a distance, it is transformed into a much more colorful one from a closer distance. Second, it takes the form of a holistic structure from a distance, but when seen from closer it takes the form of motif and member of framework. Third, it establishes the effect of a three-dimensional structure from a distance, but forms that of the motif and member of framework upon closer inspection. Fourth, the shape of the supporting roof, the three-dimensional effect of the gongpo, and the emphasis on the main structural members compensate for the visual anxiety of elevation which is unfavorable in terms of color weight. Fifth, although it uses a small number of colors, the orderly symmetrical repetitive color scheme contributes to the expression of hierarchy (degree of splendor). Sixth, it can be interpreted as a metaphorical expression for long-term sustainability without damages from water, fire, cold and foreign invasions.

        Like other developed countries, Korea is moving away from the high-efficiency and high-growth urban development wool and toward eco-friendly and sustainable urban regeneration. At present, waterfront areas in most of Koreas bustling urban areas are already implementing urban regeneration, but the development of pluralization, including urban regeneration, has not begun in many old areas. On the other hand, recent and annual criminal activities have been occurring constantly. Therefore, there is a growing interest in Korea, and one of the measures that has been created through environmental improvement and other safety measures to address it is CPTED. Based on the psychological effects of color, color inhibits crime from the psychological aspect. Both urban regeneration and crime prevention have essential and relevant research and analysis of color in this study, we will conduct a study on the application of CPTED design color suitable for urban regeneration in old areas of waterfront. Bongsan Village was selected as the site of this study, located below Bongrae Mountain near Busan Port in Yeongdo-gu, Busan. This study draws a conclusion by analyzing how to combine the color application of the septed design with the urban regeneration of waterfront and the color application of septed design after on-site investigation of theoretical consideration and color.In conclusion, it has unity by applying colors harmoniously with the surrounding environment, but it needs to be built on aestheticism. In deriving the research results, it appears to be a place where high brightness or chroma is not more than 50 percent and still needs to be supplemented, and it analyzes the coloration of the entire village in more detail and builds it so that the effect of crime prevention can be concrete. Through research, waterfront urban regeneration and septed design show that can be connected through color. If you look at these studies, it is necessary to consider CPTED when implementing waterfront urban regeneration projects. This direction can be used not only in Bongnae Village but also in other waterfront regeneration projects.

        ANT(Actor-Network Theory)기반 미디어 활용 공공디자인 활성화 연구

        This study began with the question of 'Is there a way to revitalize and spread public design?' Actor-Network Theory (ANT), a concept active in the fields of society, science, and anthropology that is the basis for presenting the right direction of the social environment that meets this purpose, conducts research with the aim of combining media in public design projects. The purpose is to induce all participation of actors through ANT theory and to recognize the importance of democratic decision-making processes, ultimately improving the social environment and revitalizing public design. First, the research method investigates the concept and characteristics of actor-network theory through theoretical consideration and examines the concept and characteristics of media. Second, based on the theoretical background considered, the types and characteristics of media use based on actor-network theory are classified. The types and characteristics of media utilization are categorized in the cases of the National Design Group, Living Lab, and Collective Impact, which are examples of network models based on the opinions of citizens. Third, the necessity and value of introducing actor network theory are discussed. Based on the derived direction, it induces all participation of actors and contributes to democratic decision-making in planning public design, which is the importance of human and inhumane elements. It presents the possibility of revitalizing and expanding public design through the use of media to which this ANT theory is applied. The purpose is to grasp the visualized state of public design in the social environment to which we belong through ANT analysis. Visualization is very important here because the analysis process of coding information and visualizing it on a public media map has advanced data analysis and visualization skills Because it is necessary. It accurately analyzes human and non-human actors, especially the actor network of information, symbols, and media, for this process. This study was conducted with the aim of activating public design using media based on actor network theory. The public design network models, National Design Group, Living Lab, Collective Impact, and actor-network theory, were used to analyze how media works in the process. It induces all participation of actors in planning and contributes to democratic decision-making. It presents the possibility of revitalizing and expanding public design through the use of media, which is various factors to which these ANT theories are applied. Step by step, it is possible to increase its influence by spreading media activation elements incorporating ANT through the stage of <Introduction of ANT Theory - Realization - Settlement>. It is necessary to upgrade from a common commercialized network combined with the development of media technology to utilize the media on which the network theory of actors called ANT is based. This will contribute to the revitalization and spread of public design in the future.

      • 그린인프라로서 근교산 지역의 물리적 특성과 주민인식 및 행태 연구 - 서울시 관악구를 중심으로-

        There has been increasing awareness of the value of mountain region as part of green infrastructure. The study identified the spatial characteristics of mountainous green infrastructure in Gwanak District and looking at the perceptions and behaviors of the residents. This paper reveals a type and characteristics of green spaces by using GIS, and explores the perceptions and behaviors of residents by conducting a survey in August 2015. The results are as follows. First, Gwanak District is a mountain region covered with the 92.94% of hilly spaces as natural green space of green infrastructure. Second, green spaces in Gwanak District are disproportionately located toward the one side. Thirdly, a mountain neighborhood residents recognized the importance of conservation and management of green infrastructure. Fourth, the residents felt the lack of green infrastructure despite the richness of greenery. Lastly, there was high needs of improvement of accessibility which affect their satisfaction on green infrastructure. The finding shows the importance of considering the spatial types of green infrastructure and the perceptions and behaviors of local residents in management and planning of green infrastructure.

        고층아파트 안전디자인 적용에 따른 인지성 강화 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of residents' use of safety facilities and facilities through the application of fire safety design in high-rise apartments or on strengthening awareness such as evacuation guidance factors. The target of the analysis is the 2021 Public Design Apartment Fire Safety Project, which adds to life safety and convenience, and targets 301 buildings of Uman Jugong Apartment Complex 3 in Uman-dong, Suwon, which was the target site of the project at the time. Safety facilities, facility use guidance, evacuation guidance, hearing and visual evacuation guidance elements were applied and improved through safety design, and this was analyzed using the SPSS program through experiments and surveys for residents. First, it was found that the improvement of safety design by applying colors to fire safety facilities in high-rise apartments such as fire extinguishers and fire hydrants had an effect on strengthening residents' awareness. Second, after improving the environment by applying safety design, residents' awareness of fire response/avoidance was strengthened for auditory elements, visual elements, and easy-to-read facility use or evacuation information. Third, after the application and improvement of fire safety design, it was found that residents' satisfaction with responding to or preparing for fires increased. Fourth, it was found that it was necessary to apply safety design against fire to the increasing number of old high-rise apartments in the future.

        중국의 서안(西安)․장사(長沙)․광주(廣州) 도시 색채 분석 및 제안

        Urban color is an important factor that affects the formation of urban image. The purpose of this study was to analyze the color elements of three cities, Xian, Changsha, and Gwangju, which have very different characteristics in China, and to understand the effect of color on the formation of city image. Xian, Changsha, and Guangzhou were divided into human environment, historical and cultural environment, artificial environment, urban landscape, and natural environment, and the results were analyzed through questionnaires, colorimeters, and programs. Each of them showed different characteristics according to their enemy characteristics. In Xi'an, where there are many historical buildings and three-dimensional roads, PB and P colors are central, Changsha surrounded by mountains is GY and G and in Guangzhou, a port city, PB series appears centrally in the city, which reflects the humanities of each city. It was judged that the environment and buildings were also affected. This study intends to use the color data analyzed by city as basic data for the Chinese city color plan.

      • 도심지 침수를 대비한 예·경보 시스템과 시설물의 디자인적 고찰

        The extreme environmental changes caused by global warming are affecting the economy, society, and region. In particular, the flooding of urban areas due to recent torrential rains has been increasing in frequency that threatens the lives and property of the city. This study aims to conduct an empirical research to minimize damage to citizens in the event of flooding. The purpose of this study is to find out the current status of warning system and facilities, and to analyze which systems and facilities can effectively provide services to citizens in terms of design. The analysis methods were organized in the auditory information delivery, audio-visual information delivery, multi-type information delivery, and other delivery methods and found implications. The following principles are deemed necessary for effective recognition in installing facilities. First, it should be designed as warning system and facilities that can be easily recognized by people of all ages and both sexes. Second, rapid response by visual perception should be possible. Third, making sustainable management possible by increasing utilization. Fourth, the rules for color application should be followed. In the future, it should link smart city services such as CCTV for the effect for facilities of prediction and warning system. As a result, it is expected that citizen services will be provided quickly, and the role of prediction and warning system will increase in case of heavy rain.

        텍스트마이닝을 통한 공공디자인 인식 조사 연구

        The concept of public design began in earnest in Korea after the "Act on the Promotion of Public Design" was established in 2016. Previously, the concept of design was used as a means of supporting the industry. The reason why public design was created is to meet the social needs in which design is used to solve social problems and form public values, not to support the revival of industries. Public design is aimed at various citizens, not consumers. From this point of view, until now, awareness of public design has been conducted in a simple survey method. In this study, the purpose of this study is to investigate, analyze, and present the perception of public design using text mining techniques based on big data analysis in order to more objectively analyze the perception of public design. The scope of this study is selected as the part of the basic status and concepts of public design since 2016 when the Public Design Act was implemented. As a research method, it analyzes how the perception of public design has changed through literature review on public design, and analyzes and investigates users' perception of public design through text mining through social network services. Finally, based on these analysis results, the user's perception of public design is grasped. First of all, public design attempts to expand its area and perception through external activities such as contests and events. Second, public design is recognized as a way to solve social problems and improve public values. Third, it can be seen that public design is mainly implemented by the government, but the beneficiary is the general public. First, public design can be used as a means to implement various ideas, not just facilities. Second, public design is centered on people, not on the physical environment. Third, public design can be expanded to various fields. Fourth, it is expanding in a way that beneficiaries directly participate. Through this, public design should have scalability in various ways for future development.

        공공디자인 관련 조례 제정 동향 및 함의 - 광역지방자치단체 조례를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement plans by analyzing the compositional system and detailed contents of autonomous laws related to public design promotion of metropolitan governments. To this end, autonomous laws and regulations related to public design promotion of 16 metropolitan governments except for Sejong City were collected and analyzed. The analysis results are as follows. First, in terms of the normative validity of the ordinance, it was found that the formal system was in place as it reflected the matters entrusted by the law, such as the purpose of enactment of the ordinance, the subject and scope of application, the duties of the head of a local government, and the contents of support projects. However, there are no provisions related to resident participation in the ordinances of some metropolitan governments, so the ordinances need to be revised. Second, in terms of the effectiveness of the ordinance, the ordinance delivery system, support functions for promoting related policies and projects, participation of local residents and stakeholders, and incentive functions for systematic project promotion were examined. However, it was found that the foundation for public design policy and project promotion considering regional conditions was weak, as matters related to support clauses such as fostering support personnel in the region and field to promote public design policies and projects were absent. Lastly, the characteristics of public design promotion ordinances of metropolitan governments flexibly accommodate and reflect policy changes such as social safety and crime safety increase, but in most metropolitan governments, there was a large tendency to consist of the entrusted contents of higher laws.
