서울지하철 터널의 T.R.c.M. 공법 적용 사례 연구

지하구조물을 축조하는 공법으로 기존에 가장 많이 사용해 온 것이 개착식 공법이나, 지상교통 흐름을 방해하고 공사소음 및 주변 지반의 침하로 인한 민원 발생 등 많은 문제점을 야기해 왔다. 많은 경우에 있어 지중에 매설된 상수도관 하수도관 도시가스관 고압 전력구 통신 케이블 등 지중 매설물의 위치가 정확하게 파악되지 않아서 안전한 시공에 어려움이 크고, 개착공사 시 지하지장물의 이설로 인한 공지지연 및 추가공사비가 소요될 것으로 판단되다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 지하구조물 축조공법을 개선하여 슬래브강관과 PC벽체 트렌치를 이용한 터널축조공법 (T.R.c.M.)을 서울지하철 현장에 적용한 시공사례를 소개하고자 한다. 연구결과, T.R.c.M.공법은 진동과 소음을 최소화하여 주변환경과 교통의 흐름에 전혀 지장을 주지 않고 안정적으로 터널을 축조할 수 있는 공법임을 알 수 있었다. Open-cut method has been widely used to construct underground structures, but it causes several problems such as traffic congestion and public resentment resulting from severe construction noise and ground settlement. In many cases, it is very difficult to build underground structures safely due to the unknown locations of buried facilities such as water pipes, drainage pipes, gas pipes and high-pressure cable conduits etc. Also in open-cut method, moving buried facilities causes additional cost and extension of construction period. Therefore, this paper is to present a case study in which Tubular Roof construction Method (T.R.c.M.), a newly developed construction method for underground structures using slab steel pipes and PC wall trench, is applied for the construction of a subway tunnel in Seoul. As a result, it is found that T.R.c.M. is a construction method by which tunnels can be constructed safely without any effect on the surrounding environment and traffic flow due to the minimized construction vibration and noise.
Extraction of Series Arc Signals Based on Wavelet Transform in an Indoor Wiring System

This paper dealt with the extraction of series arc signals based on wavelet transform in order to improve the accuracy of arcdetection in indoor wiring systems. Three types of arc sources including a cord-cord, a terminal-cord, and an outlet-plug werefabricated to simulate typical arc defects. An arc generator fabricated according to UL 1699 was used to generate arcs. Theoptimal mother wavelet was selected as bior1.5 by calculating the correlation coefficients between the detected single currentpulse and the wavelet. The detected arc current signals were then decomposed into eight levels using the discrete wavelettransform that implements the multi-resolution analysis method. By analyzing the decomposed components, the detailcomponents D6, D7, and D8 were associated with arc signals, which were used for signal reconstruction. From the result,it was verified that the proposed method can be used for the extraction of the series arc signal from the AC mains, which isexpected to be applied to further analysis of arc signals in indoor wiring systems.
다양한 계면활성제에 따른 니오좀의 형성 안정화에 한 연구

The niosome can encapsulate both hydrophilic and lipophilic materials and can selectively extend the release of the encapsulated drug. The particle size, zeta potential, stability, and skin permeation effect were analyzed for niosome synthesized with various types of surfactants and microfludizer. The particle size of the synthesized niosome was 140-250 nm and the zeta potential, the surface potential of the particles, was in the range of -40 to -60 mV. The structure of niosome formed multi-lamellar structures well and We could find the most stable niosome through stability analysis using the turbiscan. When the skin permeation evaluation was conducted with retinol cream, the absorption of retinol showed the best effect in niosome cream. Based on these findings, it is expected that niosome will play a role as a stable nano-carrier in drug delivery systems and cosmetics.
췌조직내 Protein Methylases 및 SAM-Synthetase의 활성도

Abstract-In these studies, we have examined the inter relationships among protein methylation, diabetics and cholinergic effects on pancreatic secretion. In order to elucidate the relationships activities of amylase, protein methylases and SAM-synthetase were checked in pancreatic tissues. The results were as follows. 1) Activities of amylase and SAM-synthetase were decreased in diabetic pancreas in comparison to that of control tissues. However, protein meghylase I and II activities were significantly increased in diabetic pancreas. 2) In vitro study, the treatments of acetylcholine or carbachol induced the decrease of SAM-synthetase activity. However, atropine pretreatment blocked the increase of SAM-synthetase activity. These data indicate that there is important interlink between protein methylation process and pancreatic functions.
