국가문화 특성과 경제발전 수준이 창업활동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between national cultural characteristics and venture creation along with the moderating effect of the level of economic development in a total of 63 countries participating GEM (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor)’s worldwide survey between 2010 and 2014. National cultural characteristics as well as the level of economic development are measured as Hofstede cultural scores and the average of GDP per capital during the corresponding years, respectively. Venture creation is measured as TEA (Total Entrepreneurial Activity) and the number of necessity- and opportunity-driven entrepreneurs reported by GEM. The results show that collectivist culture has a positive impact on total entrepreneurial activity in countries with a low level of economic development, while individualistic culture in countries with a high level of economic development. Moreover, other cultural dimensions such as power distance and masculinity vs. femininity are shown to have a significant but opposite impact on necessity-based and opportunity-based entrepreneurship. The results suggest that for the government supports for start-ups to be successful, it needs to be in line with macro-level economic and cultural environments. 본 연구는 국가문화 특성이 경제발전 수준에 따라 창업활동에 어떠한 차별적 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 국가문화 특성과 경제발전 수준은 모두 거시적 차원에서 창업활동에 결정적인 영향을 미치는 변수로 선행연구에서 이미 여러 번 논의된 바 있으나 지금까지 이를 실증적 차원에서 살펴본 선행연구 결과는 – 특히, 전자의 경우 – 다소 복합적인 편이다. 본 연구는 2010~2014년 사이 GEM(Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) 설문조사에 참가한 총 63개국을 대상으로 이들 변수 간 관계를 검증했다. 국가문화 특성은 홉스테드의 4가지 문화차원 점수로, 경제발전 수준은 해당 기간 1인당 GDP의 평균으로, 그리고 창업활동은 해당 기간 GEM 설문조사 결과 가운데 총 창업활동 그리고 생계형 및 기회형 창업의 평균으로 측정되었다. 통제변수로는 각국의 창업 여건이 투입되었다. 회귀분석 결과, 경제발전 수준이 낮은 국가와 높은 국가에서 창업활동을 촉진하는 국가문화 특성이 서로 정반대의 모습을 보인다는 점을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이러한 결과는 특히 총 창업활동을 생계형 및 기회형 창업으로 구분하여 살펴보는 경우 더욱 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 이는 본 연구는 정부 주도의 창업지원 정책이 성공하기 위해서는 단지 미시적 차원에서 창업자가 현장에서 경험하는 각종 애로점을 파악하여 그 해결을 돕는 것뿐만 아니라, 한국 사회가 처한 거시적 환경인 경제적 또는 문화적 환경에 대한 충분한 고려가 함께 이루어져야 할 필요가 있다는 논리적 근거와 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

This paper explains the development of robotic system to imitate the grasping motion and trajectory of an object based on shape matching method. The system was developed so that it observes the position and the trace of the chosen object, produces the trajectory for 5DoF robotic arm, and moves to mimic the trajectory reversely. In order to extract the information of the object in real time, the shape matching algorithm is applied to stereo images. The center position of the object is obtained at each image and these are utilized to calculate the position in real time in terms of the camera coordination system. These points were converted in terms of the robot coordination system, and the trajectory for robot's motion was generated by interpolating these points. The grasping motion of the robotic arm is planned using the start position and the end position of the trajectory. It was shown that the developed robotics system based on shape matching method operates robustly.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the aspect and degree of female university students' menstruation discomfort and to study how the menstruation discomfort affects their quality of life The subjects consisted of 315 female university students in Seoul City by convenience sampling from July 22 to August 3, 2010. The data was collected by structured questionnaire that included general characteristics, Menstrual Distress Questionnaire and Smith Kline Beecham 'Quality of Life' Scale. To analyze the data, used the following methods: frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients with the SPSS program 15.0. The Results as follows: The participants indicated water accumulation, the ache, negative emotion, conduct change and attention intensive obstacle order to show the women's menstrual discomforts and the quality of life was high competent feeling, body and mental stability, vitality and stability order. The correlation of the women's menstrual discomforts and the quality of life was r=-.605 and p=.000, the women's menstrual discomforts and the quality of life show considerably negative correlation. In the event that the women's menstrual discomforts was high comes to be low appeared the quality of life. As a result, this study showed that the women's menstrual discomforts and the quality of life have negative correlation, and discovered various factors which effect to the menstrual discomforts and the quality of life for the women's college students. Thus in the future, do a research for the middle school girls, the maiden and married women, and the repetition research of the women's college student is necessary. The nursing arbitration program development for relaxation of the women's menstrual discomforts is necessary as well.
