고유수용성감각 운동과 근력강화 운동이 비만중년여성의 발목 근력과 균형에 미치는 영향

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of Ankle Exercise Program on Muscle Strength and Balance in Obese Middle Aged Woman. Method : The Subjects of this study, among the patients who were diagnosed with obesity in the study, for patients total of 8 people have agreed to research. Experimental group 4 people, control group 4 people, was a total of 8 people. Group-specific arbitration method, was applied to Unstable supporting surface exercise program(experimental group) and stable supporting surface exercise program(control group). Each training courses 30 minutes for 6 weeks, examined the changes in Functional Reach Test(FRT) and One Leg Standing(OLST), Dorsi Flexion(DF) and Plantar Flexion(PF) ability to examine a total of 6-week course effectively. The intervention were compared by measuring before and after. Result : There were significant improvements in the subscales of the muscle strength and balance test of those who practiced with the unstable supporting surface exercsie program, while the control group showed significant changes only muscle strength. Conclusion : Therefore, unstable supporting surface exercsie program is effective in improvement of to improve the muscle strength and balance in woman with obesity.

Effects of Knit Fabric Layering and Flat Seam Direction on Stretchability and Clothing Pressure

This study analyzes the stretchability and clothing pressure of fabrics made from stretchy knit materials, anduses the baseline data to develop various functional clothing made from stretchy knit fabrics. To observe the changes inthe stretchability and clothing pressure, we observed the compatibility of the two materials (tricot and power-net), presenceof flat seam, fabric layering, and flat seam direction as key variables. A standard test method for stretch properties(ASTM D2594) was used for measuring the stretchability of the material. Clothing pressure measurements were analyzedin terms of the mean and standard deviation values, and the correlation of the stretchability. In the case of tricot, the presenceof flat seam increased the stretchability of the fabric regardless of the fabric layering. However, when tricot and theless stretchable power-net were combined, the presence of flat seam did not increase the stretchability. Flat seam did notinterfere with or limit the stretchability of the fabric, but they did increase the clothing pressure at the seam. The stretchabilityhad a negative correlation with the clothing pressure except along the flat seam.

한 부모 가정 외동 자녀에 대한 내러티브 탐구

본 연구의 목적은 성경에 언급된 한 부모 가정의 어려움과 하나님의 돌봄에 대한 묘사를 기반으로, 현대 한 부모 가정의 증가와 이에 따른 돌봄의 필요성에 주목하는 것이다. 최근 이혼율의 증가와 저출산의 이유로 한 부모와 외동으로 구성된 가구가 늘어나고 있다. 교회 내에서도 한 부모 가정이 증가하고 있어 이에 대한 관심과 교회 돌봄을 위한 지원방안에 대해 구체적 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 이 연구는 한 부모 가정에서 외동으로 성장한 청년들을 대상으로 Mandelbaum의 내러티브 연구방법을 활용하여 개인적 경험과 의미에 대해 분석을 시도하였다. 연구 결과로 삶의 영역에서 부모, 가난, 편견에 대해 다루었고, 특히 부의 부재가 이들의 삶에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는지 주목하였다. 전환점으로는 부모자녀간 갈등 증폭과 모와의 관계에서 '부모화' 혹은 '유모화'로 인한 심리적 어려움을 다루었다. 또한 적응의 차원에서는 참여자 간 독립과 갈등 해결에서 차이를 보이는 것과 자원 탐색에 관해 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 본 고는 한 부모 가정의 외동 자녀에 대한 상담이 조기에 개입될 필요성에 대해 논의하고, 좋은 어른에 대한 대리적 경험, 참 아버지되신 하나님 경험을 통한 신앙적 지원, 공동체의 역할 강화, 현실적인 제도적 차원의 지원을 통해 한 부모 가정에 대한 교회 돌봄을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to focus on the increase in modern single parent families and the resulting need for care, based on the description of the difficulties of single parent families and God's care mentioned in the Bible. The recent increase in divorce and low-birth rates in South Korea contributes to the rise of single parent families with one child, even in churches. Using Mandelbaum's narrative research method, this study analyzes personal experiences of two participants who are one child with a single parent. In ‘dimensions’, the research explores the areas of parents, poverty, and prejudice, paying special attention to how the absence of a father influences their lives. In ‘turnings’, it coveres parent-child conflict and psychological difficulties of parentification and infantilisation. In ‘adaptations’, it analyses differences between two participants in independence, conflict resolution and seeking help-resources. Based on the result, this study discusses the need for early intervention in counseling for one child in single parent families and suggests several practices of church care for one child with single parents: providing spiritual support in meeting God the True Father, creating vicarious experiences with a good adult, strengthening the role of the community, and arranging education for single parent families and practical institutional helps.

발달장애인의 문제행동 지원을 위한 기능평가의 활용: 국내·외 문헌분석

지금까지 기능평가에 대한 문헌분석은 여러 차례 이루어져왔으나, 발달장애인의 문제행동과 관련하여 기능평가를 분석한 연구는 실행되지 않았다. 본 연구의 목적은 자폐성장애 및 지적장애를 포함하는 발달장애인의 문제행동을 지원하기 위해 기능평가를 활용한 최근의 연구 동향을 살피고, 이를 통해 기능평가의 과정이나 특징, 방법 및 효과를 탐색함으로써 향후 연구와 현장에 대한 함의를 제공하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2000년부터 2014년까지 발표된 국내외의 문헌을 대상으로 연구대상 및 참여자, 문제행동의 유형, 기능평가를 통한 중재 등의 개괄적인 분석과 함께, 기능평가를 위해 사용된 용어, 기능평가의 절차 및 요소 등에 대한 심층적인 분석이 이루어졌다. 분석 결과에 기초하여 기능평가의 대상 및 문제행동의 특성, 기능평가를 위한 다양한 방법의 활용, 실험적 기능분석의 중요성과 한계 등에 대해 논의되었으며, 추후 기능평가의 방향성에 대한 제언이 이루어졌다. There has been conducted literature review addressing functional assessment(FA) in general, but little focuses on practical utility of FA for people with developmental disabilities. The aim of this study was to comprehensively review research on functional assessment of problem behaviors of people with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disabilities. Total 48 studies which had published in 2000-2014 were analyzed along a number of dimensions related to subject, types of problem behaviors, interventions followed by FA, terms used in procedures of FA, and the methodology in which FA conducted and analyzed. Based on findings, recommendations and implications for further research and practices related to FA for the populations with developmental disabilities were provided.

3D 모델링과 프린팅 기술을 활용한 인간공학적 다리보호대 개발 및 평가

스포츠 활동 시 보호 장비의 설계는 착용자를 보호함과 동시에 다양한 움직임에서도 최대한 제약이 없도록 하는 것이 중요하다. 보호 장비 설계는 보호와 동시에 많은 움직임에 최대한 제약이 없도록 하여 착용자에게 신체적·심리적 만족을 부여하는 것이 필수적이다(Watkins, 1998). 본 연구에서 다루고자 하는 야구 포수의 다리보호대 역시 위에서 언급한 요소를 충족시키며 설계되어야 한다. 기존 연구에서도(Lee et al , 2015) 야구 다리보호대 착용 시 불만 사항으로 동작 가동성, 압박감, 무게 등을 지적하고 있다. 이는 다리보호대의 전반적인 구조 및 형태에 의해 영향을 받는 요인이라 볼 수 있다. 따라서 다리보호대 설계는 한정적인 소재로 안전을 위한 필수 규정에 준하면서 여기에 인체와 경기 특성을 고려한 형태 및 구조로 동작을 용이하게 해줄 수 있는 동작가동성 측면이 고려되어야만 한다. 즉 포수의 주요 동작에 따라 인체 형상과 피부의 변화 특성을 분석하고 이를 반영한 3차원 디자인 설계가 이루어질 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 3차원 디자인 설계는 최근 새로운 패러다임으로 등장한 3차원 프린팅 산업에 부응이 가능한 장점도 있다. 이에 본 연구는 야구 포수를 보호하고 경기력을 극대화 할 수있는 다리보호대를 설계하고자 하였다. 먼저 무릎 굴곡 정도에 따른 인체의 3차원 피부 변형 및 형상을 기반으로 3차원 다리보호대를 디자인하였다. 그리고 이를 3차원 모델링하여 3차원 프린팅으로 시제품을 제작한 후 평가하였다.
