자폐성 아동 학습 프로그램 LPDAC의 교육과정에서 나타난 지능 특성의 변화에 관한 연구

This study administered a K-ABC test for a total of 73 children clinically sampled for their cognitive traits who joined the LPDAC arbitration program. The range of ages was limited to 4 to 7 years. They were divided into two experimental groups, with 29 children assigned to Group 1 and 44 to Group 2. A frequency analysis was conducted on the two groups (the group at the preparatory stage and the group at the basic stage) participating in the LPDAC arbitration program to get the frequency and the percentage to analyze the capability of simultaneous processing what makes it possible to integrate tasks in the K-ABC test, the capability of order processing what makes it possible to process tasks in an orderly and serial manner, and the capacity for acquired intellect and information processing. A look at the K-ABC scores of the two groups that participated in the LPDAC arbitration program indicates that group 1 scored higher than group 2, and a look at the K-ABC factor by factor at the lower level shows that the sequential processing scored highest, followed by simultaneous processing, cognitive processing and the level of acquisition. An analysis of the K-ABC arrangement dispersion shows that the level of simultaneous processing stood at F=4.12(p<.05. Finally, clinical implications and limitations of our findings are discussed.
자폐아동 치료과정에서 나타난 언어생활세계에 대한 해석학적 이해

본 연구는 자폐아동의 언어세계를 현상학적 해석학으로 이해하려고 했다. 그리고 연구는 연구자 자신의 세계를 반성하고 조망함으로써 아동의 세계를 드러내려고 하였다. 연구 과정에서 자폐아동들은 특성상 언어제약에도 불구하고 언어를 통해 자신의 세계를 표현하고 드러내었다. 연구과정에서 교사와 아동의 대화를 텍스트로 하여 구체적인 해석을 통해 자폐아동의 언어인식이 어떻게 유추되고 분화되는지 그리고 언어맥락 과정에서 어떻게 언어를 개념화하고 유추하는지에 관한 내용을 해석학적 관점에서 다루었으며 그 결과 자폐 아동의 언어유추 방식이 매우 독창적이며 본래의 사고구조를 통해 세계를 인식하고 있음을 밝혔다. 그리고 자폐아동 자신이 언어의 내면세계를 새로운 관점에서 조망하고 있음을 해석했다. 그 결과 자폐아동은 정상아동들처럼 자신의 세계를 공유하고 있으며, 자신과 존재 그리고 세계를 바라보는 새로운 방식이 있음을 밝혔다. This study have purpose the a hermeneutic understanding of autistic children’s experience of language in their life-worlds and it want express the children world from observe one’s self and look out upon self. In the process children express self world without reference none the less because set limits of the language. This study deal with point of view the hermeneutic understanding of how conceptualize and analogical inference for the autistic children’s self language in progress of language connection and autistic children’s recognize of language how analogical inference and differentiation with the text dia-logue of teacher and children. Final result this study uncover the children’s a mode of language analogical inference have very originality and recognize in the world for the structure of thinking. This research hermineutic express of the autistic children self look out upon self on new with point view in side of world. To arrive at the result discover that the autistic children have self world and have new formula with in the see at the world.

The antibacterial effect amino acid-copper(Ⅱ) surfactant on fish pathogens was studied. Fish pathogens of Edwardsiella tarda, Vibrio anguillarum, Aeromonas hydrophila and Streptococcus sp. were selected, cultured in nutrient agar and adjusted at 2 × 10 exp (5)∼10 exp (6) CFU/㎖ in phosphate buffer saline before the addtion of amino acid-copper(Ⅱ) surfactant with different concentrations. All tested pathogens died within 1 hour with 1 ppm of amino acid-copper(Ⅱ) surfactant. In comparison with formalin and ET, amino acid-copper(Ⅱ) surfactnat was more effective in antibacterial capacity.

N/A The physiological effects of chitosan-oligomer on germination ratio, elongation ratio of seedling, and fresh weight in various kinds of vegetables (Chinese cabbage, radish, cucumber, watermelon, and melon) which are provided by domestic seed companies were investigated. Considering the effects of chitosan-oligomer on plant growth, it is concluded that chitosan-oligomer have the function of physiological activator even though there are some differences between species. The treatment concentration ranged from 0.01% to 0.05% was most effective in its physiological activation. Especially, cucumber and watermelon that are in the same taxa (Cucurbitaceas) showed a similar physiological response to chitosan-oligomer. As the results, the physiological activation of chitosan-oligomer on plants was affirmative in the domestic major vegetables as well.
